Overall good but a couple off really late early night and early morning flights made for a poor sleep. (Flight noise from planes arriving and departure) However it’s Not much anyone can do about that

The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful. I only stayed from midnight to 8 am, but I would be happy to spend longer - the room was a fantastic room.
A small patch on my sheets were melted, which I mean - I'm happy they washed them! I also feel so privileged because I had to sleep on only one half of the incredibly comfortable king-sized bed, instead of across all of it.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The receptionist had a very poor attitude and provided terrible customer service. I explained that my upgrade had been promised through Booking.com, but he simply told me, “That’s a third party; we don’t care about it.” I found this response very unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, I was asked to fill out all the forms again, even though I had already completed my booking and information online through Booking.com. The entire check-in process was frustrating, unnecessarily complicated, and far below the standard I expected. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience overall.

On top of that, I was promised an upgrade through Booking.com, but the hotel did not honor the upgrade. This was very disappointing and not the level of service I expected. I would expect both the hotel and Booking.com to honor the offers and commitments made to customers.

Ich wollte eine Rechnung haben wurde aber darauf verwiesen das ich die nur über Booking bekomme. Bei Booking wurde ich auf eine Anforderung von Hotel verwiesen und bis heute noch keine Rechnung erhalten Die Zimmer Preise beim großen Stampede sind der Wahnsinn viel zu teuer aber da sind alle Hotels gleich.😞

Double glazing did not block out the noise from the freeway running adajacent to our room. Couldn't sleep even with earplugs. Got cold and couldn't find blanket. Had to get one from reception in my nightie. Slept on the lounge behind a petition wrapped in the blanket. Early flight!

The whole reason we booked this place was for their hot tub since we would be arriving from a 7 hour drive. They informed us it was closed and it was too late to cancel. Extremely disappointing that the staff only apologized yet did nothing to help alleviate our disappointment. A small credit or freebie would have gone a long way in this instance. The breakfast was pretty sad and lacking as well.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel offers an airport shuttle. There are no amenities (restaurants or convenience stores) within walking distance. The area is home to many corporate offices and facilities, but they are quite spread out; in other words, it’s fine if you have a car (parking is available), but otherwise, you’ll need to order whatever you need by phone. It is truly ideal for someone like me who had a car and simply needed to catch an early flight the next morning.
The hotel is very isolated, far from everything. If you have a car, it's not a problem (I had).

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026We know we will have a comfortable room and bed, we like being able to watch the Home channel on TV, we like the airport shuttle, and that we can leave our car for the duration of our trip.
The only thing we'd like is an earlier breakfast! We always have early flights (which is why we stay over at a hotel we live an hour+ from the airport), and though we've had bag breakfasts provided (which is lovely), it's not the same as enjoying the buffet.

Zimmer leider zur Autobahn sehr laut und durch airco der ebenfalls extrem laut ist nicht wirklich toll. Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte besser sein hier lagen viele schwarze Haaren im Bad und auf dem Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer passt nicht zum Preis leistungsverhältnis. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gering (Käse und Aufschnitt fehlt komplett) Bagels leider extrem trocken. Frühstückstisch für die hotelgrösse zu klein was dazu führt das man beim Tischen reinigen überhaupt nicht hinter her kommt und der Boden zudem voll mit Essensreste liegt.

Small and unhealthy choice for breakfast, very sweet and sugary. All cutlery and breakfast set were disposable (paper plates and cups, wooden cutlery) , which wasn't an enjoyable experience, not to mention a huge waste.

There was no automatic coffee machines in the hotel especially for the breakfast which every other hotel has. There was hot water available to make your own coffee but that is very old nowadays every hotel has an automatic coffee machine to use I missed that and had to buy my coffee everyday from Tim Hortons.

Good facilities, didn’t try them however access was available, free shuttle to airport which I booked at check in, it was ready to take me for my early morning flight
Outdated TV, would benefit massively from a smart TV upgrade, especially with it being an airport hotel a lot of guests will be spending the evening in the room pre/post flying, was disappointed with the TV however no complaints outside this.

So nao gostei mesmo do excesso de carpet e aspecto pouco envelhecido. Pra pernoitar é muito bom. Tem um shuttle pro aeroporto.
