Très bon petit déjeuner avec des crêpes , des oeufs cuits a la coque et des céréales. Aussi le jus d'orange était très bon .

Breakfast was minimal but met expectations based on previous visits. Staff is very friendly and assisted promptly when we reached out.

Nous avons adoré l'endroit, tout était tel que desiré. Propre, tous les équipements nécessaires et même plus (ex: micro ondes dans la chambre), possibilité de flâner dans la salle a manger, stationnement avec borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques, proximité des fast-food et épicerie.

Plus de bornes de recharge car elle était prisée.

There is plenty of parking available, which makes coming and going very convenient. The location is also great, with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so it’s easy to grab something to eat or pick up anything you need. It’s located right off the highway, which makes it very practical and easy to access, especially if you’re travelling from out of town or commuting around the area.

Beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner continental. Nous avons adoré les crêpes. Chambres ( et lits) très confortable.

Un peu dispendieux pour nos moyens mais nous comprenons qu'il s'agit des prix du marché ..

Déjeuner correct sans plus. Pas de banane, ni d'oeuf à la coq.

J'avais la chambre 408, juste à côté du système de ventilation du couloir. Dès lors, dans la chambre c'était bruyant et une petite vibration une fois la tête sur l'oreiller et cela, dû à la proximité du système. Heureusement, étant très fatigué, j'ai tout de même bien dormi.

La propreté, la proximité de tous les services,

la chambre ne correspondait pas a mes attentes, très petite, les accessoires vus sur les photos étaient différents. Le point le plus négatif qui me détournera à jamais de cet établissement est la présence d’un climatiseur bruyant dans la chambre et un réveil à chaque cycle de refroidissement😡

Had all the basics we needed.

The breakfast wasn’t great. I took a picture of the bowl of oranges they had out. They were literally hard and petrified with black spots. I don’t understand how someone could see that and think it’s edible and ok to serve guests. Also one of the male front desk staff members wasn’t overly friendly or welcoming. Seemed more bothered than anything.

Good location. We were upgraded to spacious suites with refrigerator and microwave.

Continental breakfast is not my favorite. I would prefer a hot breakfast.

Breakfast was sufficient. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable, quiet during the night.

Hotel très bien situé, très tranquille, grand choix de chaînes de télévision. Le déjeuner était incomplet, il a manqué d'oeufs et de petits morceaux de fromage emballés.

Clean and good price.

Staffs would be sitting down in the office and would be talking. Only getting up when you ring the bell even after looking in my direction. Happened twice. Soap dispenser in the shower was out of body wash. Real inconvenient when you are already in the shower. Coffee machine for the breakfast was broken the first day and I had to ask for plates.

Rooms are good, but you should have micro and refrigator in all rooms - I had one but not at least 3 or 4 of my 7 friends who came with me. The breakfast is OK, simple compared to Europe but it's OK or good when you compare to the usual standard in North America. It is easy to live at the hotel, and there is lot of parking space (we had three large pick ups). The personal is very nice and helpful in general. Gold star to many of the personal.

It seems the owners might be a little bit too economical, don't repair juice or coffe machines nor provides juice in another way or provide coffe in another way iof the machine breaks down. The personal tried to help the guests though but maybe the management had been too thrifty. A hotel should have one or two extra machines; as I am in the branch of tourism I know we have to always provide an alternative. Of course it means a small extra investment, but it's a small amount you invest to be able to always serve the guests - which is A and O in this business. The hotel could also invest in refrigators and micros in all rooms, as this is a hotel on the country side and many of the guests go out early and stay for a while it is very helpful to be able to store a few things in the refrigator. Small investment. I am going back with 7-8 friends next year, if there are refrigators in the rooms we will book here for two weeks.

Mes enfants ont beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner, c'était à volonté, la limonade et le café étaient trés bons. Comme je commence mon petit déj avec du protéine, j'ai aimé que les oeufs en faisaient partie. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'acceuil des deux dames.

There was something for breakfast for a celiac.

Breakfast is still limited for a celiac, though gluten free bread was appreciated. However, had to ask for a new loaf to replace one with mould. Hard boiled eggs were also old. Price similar to others in area that include hot breakfast.

Nous avons bien aimé, et le dejeuner était satisfaisant, assez complet. Merci Nous habitons le Nouveau Brunswick et j ai déja travaillé a Casselman pendant 29 ans. Beau village. Dommage que vous n ayez pas un beau magasin de linges pour hommes et femmes. Bonne Année a vous!

We had someone try and get into our room in the middle of the night, as well as the air conditioner system was very loud so kept waking us up. The walls are also super thin so we heard our neighbor talking loudly with their room guests until around 1-2 am

Easy access off the highway, easy parking. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable bed.

Parking was on the grounds which is great. Had room on first floor, not so great, noisy and when ever a foor was shut our apartment foor shook loudly. Not really close to anything, restaurants nearby all fast food types.

Why can’t you have blankets instead of duvets? Too hot with duvet and too cold without it
