grote zwembad was gaaf en hotel manager was erg voorzienend doen we op de dag van vertrek nog even rond wilde hangen tot ons transport er was. Mochten nog gebruik maken van de facaliteiten. Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald.

Behoorlijk wat achterstallig onderhoud aan het huisje (gaten in het dak) al had je daar binnen geen last van, het zag er alleen wat slordig uit. De Gym is verouderd, sommige bars waren leeg/dicht. Over het algemeen is de indruk van dit complex een beetje vergane glorie. Er was een groot bedrijfsfeest in de buitenlucht op 1 van de dagen dat we er waren. Buiten de shift/hotel managers spreekt bijna niemand van het personeel engels. Ik vond het daarnaast een hele slechte indruk geven dat er in de gigantisch grote restaurants bijna niemand aanwezig was rond etenstijd. De kwaliteit van het eten was overigens wel gewoon goed.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool filter was not working. We were moved to another room, but the pool filter there was also not working, and the pool was leaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they did not speak English, so we had to use translation every time we needed assistance. There were also no activities available during our stay. I asked about fishing, boat trips, and jet skiing, but none of them were available. As a result, there was very little to do other than sit in the room.

Staff was very attentive and kind..resort in general is clean. Breakfast was decent.

Location is a big issue. Resort is located in the middle of residential housing and the moment you come out you end up seeing people's clothes hanging from their balcony. Secondly, this resort is part of a complex where they have too many things going on..Security is very rude and at every step we had to prove that we are staying at the resort. Amenities are limited, there is no gym in the facility which is surprising. In general it's a very average resort and not someone called luxury.

참고로 저희 가족 부부 + 6세 여아 3명 3박4일 풀빌라에 묶었습니다 1. 5성급 리조트에 냉장고가 작동 하지 않습니다, 리셉션에 교체 요청하니 다른방도 다 마찬가지라며 교체 해 주지 않습니다 3박4일을 냉장고 없지 지냈습니다 2. 침실에 라이트 하나가 꺼지지않아서 불을 밝힌채로 잠을 뒤척였습니다 이역시 리셉션에 문제해결 요청 하였으나 이틀이 지난뒤 수리기사가 들어와 수리 하였습니다 3. 계산서 (Hoa Don) 요청했으니 이런저런 핑계와함께 발급과정에서 매끄럽지 못했습니다 4. 풀빌라내 모든 시설과 가구들은 오래되고 낡은 상태이며 리조트측에서 전혀 리모델링을 하지 않고있다는것을 알수있습니다 5. 안내데스크에 직원은 친절하지도 않을 뿐더러 고객의 요청에 즉각 대응하지도 않습니다 여러번 전화해서 요청해야 그제서야 조금씩 움직입니다 6. 화장실이 천장이 뚫린상태로 침실과 연결되어있어 화장실에서 나는 소음 냄새가 침실로 바로 다 들어옵니다 심지어 환풍기도 고장나 작동하지 않습니다 결론적으로 하루에 4백만동이 넘는 금액을 지불하고 묶을만한 숙소가 전혀 아닙니다, 아주아주아주 실망하였고 두번다시 머무르고 싶지않은 숙소입니다 가격대비 가성비 0라고 확신할수있습니다

This is a nice resort. We stayed at the Luxury Resort. We had a villa with private pool. We really enjoyed, as we were on our honeymoon. There were not many people there, so that was nice for us. The staff were very helpful when we asked for anything. We did order room service 1 time. My wife ordered pineapple shrimp fried rice. It was a generous portion and she said it tasted good. I ordered pizza. I would not do that again...

Resort veramente enorme e super lussuoso . La nostra villa era come descritto se non addirittura più bella . Ottima per la privacy e la riservatezza, nessuno mai vede nelle camere , si può stare con le tende aperte . Servizio impeccabile e personale molto attento a farti sentire a tuo agio

In bassa stagione ( il nostro inverno è anche il loro ) la struttura è deserta e da una certa ansia . Colpa nostra : è un posto che diventa bello da maggio a settembre. A febbraio i servizi sono ridotti , nel resort e’ tutto chiuso , pertanto devi chiamare per telefono la macchina da golf che ti viene a prelevare e ti porta alla struttura del hotel . Così per fare colazione , pranzo e cena . A molti piace farsi servire , ma non è il mio caso , piuttosto , se prenotate fuori stagione , fatelo nell hotel principale Flc Grand hotel

Trochu zastarané výbavy - treba vynovovat .

Das Resort hat uns super gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle extrem nett und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir hatten vom Bett aus freien Blick aufs Meer und die gesamte Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt, auch weil wir außerhalb der vietnamesischen Hauptteisezeit dort waren und der Ort bisher noch nicht von Europäern entdeckt wurde. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Massagen im Spa. Mein Lendenwirbelbereich waren seit ewigen Zeiten nicht mehr so locker. Wenn wir noch mal in der Nähe sind werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Good hotel, clean rooms, good spa area.

The paths are quite worn and damaged in places, the room smells unpleasant, and there's no beach or beautiful walking area within walking distance. The breakfast could be better. The pool is extremely chlorine-rich; it's best not to swim without goggles.

Very private and isolated courtyard with a private pool left us feeling as the only guests in the hotel. Very spacious and light villa with beautiful bath tub. Large comfortable bed. Good variety for breakfast

We stayed in October and the town itself is nearly empty with most places closed

Çalışanlar gayet iyi ve güler yüzlüydü, kaldigimiz villada sadece yatak konforluydu, manzara ve doğa harikaydi.

İcerideki olanaklar kısıtlıydı, villa da kalmamıza rağmen çatal bıçak tabak istemek zorunda kaldik, ütü yoktu, ve çalışanlar sürekli mevkimizden gecip bizi izliyorlardi, bu biraz rahatsız ediciydi, havuzu temizleyen kişi havuzu cekerken bizi de kadraja aliyordu, burada ne yapmam gerek? 100 kiloluk kocaman bir adam olarak? Adami denize mi atayim? Telefonunu mu kırayım? Ayrica odadaki yatak temiz ve rahat olmasına karşın koltuklar pis ve kokuyordu, neden bize 1050 numaralı villayi verdiler bilmiyorum ama bence kimse kalmamali o odada, hem bakimsiz hem boyasız hemde çok ayaküstü..

Riêng tư, thoải mái. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ, bãi biển riêng sạch đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện, đội cứu hộ ở mọi nơi. Phòng rất rộng rãi, điều hoá mát lạnh. Xe điện cực kỳ nhanh chóng.

Bề ngoài căn biệt thự xuống cấp nhìn hơi cũ. Lối đi bên ngoài hai bên cảm giác ít hoa và thiếu sức sống, nhìn hơi cũ và không được đầu tư nâng cấp

Loved everything about FLC Luxury Resort. Peaceful, calm, hospitable, and lovely staff and super nice amenities. The luxury villa was not only charming but comfortable and resourceful. 👌

Everything was perfect.

I would like to share my impressions from my vacation at FLC Resort Luxury Samson. We stayed there in the middle of November, 6 nights from November 17 to 23, 2024, in a deluxe room with an ocean view.  As it turned out it was low season in the town of Chamchon and at the resort itself, there were almost no tourists. Hotel manager Mr. Hop said that in summer the resort is crowded. My special thanks to Mr. Hop for his attention and help! I was surprised by the low ratings of the resort on booking and other sites, because we had just an unforgettable vacation, the most real luxury from the beginning to the last minutes. I have read many reviews that the staff does not understand English well. Indeed not all staff speak perfect English, but nowadays google translate solves this problem in seconds. There is excellent wi-fi all over the hotel, I had no problems watching movies or having meetings online. We stayed with my daughter in an ocean view deluxe room with a private pool and it is truly an unforgettable experience. The ocean is beautiful and the lush very well maintained plants around the houses and along the beach are pleasing to the eye and create shade. For relaxation lovers, this is the best choice because the noise of the ocean makes you forget everything. I saw complaints in other reviews that there is no beach and there is only a concrete wall. That's not really the case. I think that what FLC Samson has done is brilliant, because on the border of the land and the beach there is a concrete fence with poured stones, which prevents the ocean from eroding the shore and the shore remains very green, there are palm trees and conifer plants, and you can go down to the beach by numerous stairs. The regular beach starts outside the resort borders in the town, it's a 5 minute walk.

Ein tolles Hotel, super reichhaltiges und großes Frühstücksbuffet, das keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Sehr freundlich auch den Kindern gegenüber. Große Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir hätten gern alle vorhandenen Aktivitäten ausprobiert, da diese sehr toll aussahen.

Normalerweise sollten bis Anfang/Mitte November alle 12 Restaurants offen haben und viele Erlebnisse für die Kinder innerhalb der Anlage. Leider war alles schon geschlossen, sodass wir ein Restaurant zur Auswahl hatten und man innerhalb der Anlage nur Golf oder Tennis spielen konnte, alles andere wurde nicht mehr angeboten.

- die Seaview-Villa ist das Beste! Man hat von jedem Zimmer einen direkten Blick auf dem Meer. Die Räume sind großzügig und sauber. Die Betten und die Kissen waren sehr komfortabel. - die gesamte Anlage ist sehr nett gestaltet, mit viel Blumenpflanzen. Man hat dort seine Ruhe. - das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gibt dort keinen Indoor-Pool, nur im Spa-Bereich. Man kann diesen nur nutzen wenn man auch Spa-Dienstleistung (kostenpflichtig) bucht. Wir haben jedoch mit dem Personal gesprochen und sie haben uns erlaubt, den Indoor-Pool auch so zu nutzen.

- es gab keine Information/Welcome-Mappe im Zimmer, wo wichtige Informationen wie Frühstückszeiten, wo zu essen, was zu unternehmen drin stehen. Das muss man alles an der Rezeption nachfragen. - wir waren außerhalb der Saison (Anfang April) dort, demnach waren die Leistungen etwas reduziert. wir müssen z.B. zum Frühstück zum Grand Hotel fahren, wo die Qualität des Frückstücks nicht so gut wie im Restaurant des Ressorts sein sollte. - es gibt keinen Indoor-Pool im Resort. Beim guten Wetter hätte man nicht gebraucht, aber außerhalb der Saison und beim schlechten Wetter, wo man sonst nichts viel machen kann, ist es ganz doof. Man kann den Pool vom Hotel nutzen, der ist jedoch ziemlich heruntergekommen. Den Indoor-Pool vom Spa durften wir nach einem Gespräch mit der Rezeption nutzen. Da wir dort jedoch nur geduldet und nicht willkommen waren, Kinder sind auch nicht erwünscht, haben wir es am Ende nicht in Anspruch genommen. - es hängt manchmal von Willkür des Personals ab, was man als Gäste bekommt. Es gab zum Beispiel keinen(!) Butter am Frühstück-Buffet. Bei der ersten Nachfrage war die Standardantwort, dass es keinen gäbe. Beim nochmaligen Nachhaken (gestern gab es doch), dann gingen sie doch in die Küche und holten dir welchen. Das gleiche Spiel jeden Tag. Oder wir hatten am ersten Tag beim Abendessen im Resort-Restaurant kostenlos Brot und Butter dazu bekommen, am zweiten Tag dann nicht. Uns würde gesagt, weil was wir bestellt hatten, nicht teuer genug wären. (Ok, umgerechnet 50 Euro am 1. Tag zu 45 Euro am 2. Tag). Das ist schon sehr merkwürdig. Das können sie aber machen. Es wäre aber weniger irritierend, wenn sowas auch in der Menükarte steht.

Vị trí đẹp, phòng khá rộng và thoải mái, staff nhiệt tình thân thiện.

Cơ sở vật chất chưa được chăm chút kĩ, nhiều bóng đèn bị cháy. Bể bơi của căn biệt thự còn cần vệ sinh kỹ hơn. Điều hoà sẽ khá nóng nếu vào hè.

Không phải khách nào cũng biết sử dụng tiện nghi giới thiệu qua sẽ tốt hơn

Villa Pools aren’t warm, also the reception could improve on follow up , if you don’t understand English, don’t say yes or look away call someone who can. It prevents any delays or misunderstandings

Everything is perfect

We enjoyed our stay at the pool suite with view on the beach! The villa is huge with heigh ceilings and a lot of daylight. The bed is very comfortable and big (wide) but if you're really tall you're feet might stick out. Breakfast is delicious and very varied. The swimmingpool and the spa are amazing, very pretty. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They help you with ordering a taxi to do some groceries and overall they want to make your stay to be as pleasant as possible. The private beach is swimmable but the water is a bit sandy and sometimes some trash comes onto the shore. It is nice to have a stroll on the beach though. The resort is a little bit run down, but overall it's a beautiful little paradise. The resort is a great place to calm down and have a relaxing holiday with your friends or family instead of exploring. I really recommend if that's what you're looking for :)

We came in low season (August) so there were not many guests. It was sometimes hard to communicate with the staff in English (they tried their best wich was amazing though) but beforehand we communicated about a gluten allergy and the staff couldn't tell us which meals were gluten free (mainly due the English skills). And sadly there were also no gluten free options (pasta, bread etc.) A tip for the restaurant would be to have the menu updated and showing little symbols which each meal (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.) In this hot climate there were a lot of bugs and the frontdoor had a little gap (so we put a towel on the floor at night) to keep the bugs out. I'd loved a few utensils in the kitchen (just fork, knife etc, not much more). I'd also loved a folder in the hotel room with basic information about the resort! Like opening times for the restaurant, public swimmingpool etc. And a map! That would have been great to have at the start of the holiday and I think more guests would appreciate that. Thank you for the stay!

What a strange holiday...our villa was beautiful and comfortable with a cute little pool and great views over the sea, but the security enforcement was too over the top! They followed us, wouldn't let us walk everywhere, or made us feel like we were prisoners in jail with limitations. Perhaps this was due to it being off-season or because we're foreigners, but it made the experience feel like what life must be in North Korea. Another off-putting thing was seeing the foreign manager getting drunk in the bar when it seemed like he should be working. But despite the No! we constantly experienced, it was an enjoyable little break in SamSon.

Excellent breakfast, excellent service, spacious room exceeded expectations.

Room network crashed in the night. Everything in the room went out (electricity, cable, etc.) Electric cart service wasn’t always accessible. Phone in the room was out of order.

The staff members are nice, the room are clean and comfortable, the in-room dining service is great and fast. Nice view of the hotel.
