Me gustó todo, era muy limpio, buena gente, cómodo,….

Nada, lo pasamos muy bien.

Sehr dreckig. Als wir die Badewanne angemacht haben kam aus den Düsen Dreck raus und das Wasser hat gestunken. Das Zimmer (Junior-Suite) sieht auf Bilder deutlich größer und schöner aus als es tatsächlich ist. Für Raucher keine Möglichkeiten zu rauchen außer im Erdgeschoss vor der Lobby.

The location is nice and the lobby is nicely decorated

The sofa in the room had stains, outlet in the bathroom did not work, shower was dirty and the water pressure was non existant, without the ac running it smellt like cigaretts in the room, bedsheets were wrinkled, stains on tv screen.

The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and excellent service—the hotel is fortunate to have such wonderful employees.

However, the hotel management charged me a €200 security deposit upon check-in and refused to accept cash, leaving me no choice but to use my Mastercard. I was informed that the deposit would be refunded to my account within three business days. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received the refund.

Un hôtel propre, très bien situé. Un endroit calme. Des lits confortables. Le personnel est très aimable. En raison de la longue attente avant l'enregistrement, on m'a proposé un petit-déjeuner gratuit. Et lorsque j'ai précisé que je n'avais pas pris de whisky dans le réfrigérateur, on ne me l'a pas facturé. Au moment du départ, on m'a offert un croissant tout frais et un café.

Ils voulaient m'imputer sur la note de départ une bouteille de whisky que j'aurais soi-disant prise dans le réfrigérateur et bue. Comme je n'avais pas pris de whisky et que je n'avais même pas ouvert le réfrigérateur, ils n'ont pas ajouté ce montant à la note.

le parking privé de l’hôtel n’est pas adapté au voiture type suv ( pas précisé pendant la réservation )

Bien situé et offrant un bon hébergement, je le recommande.

pour une personne agée cette chambre ne serait pas adaptée pour l'accès à la baignoire. Elle est difficile d'accès avec une marche assez haute.

L'hotel ha una posizione ottima, per le mie necessità, ma in generale ottima.

Moquette sporca, porta del bagno tutta rovinata in basso, vasca scomodissima per entrarci a fare una doccia, era un'idromassaggio inutile per una camera singola, per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di pi, tutto ciò che c'era nel minibar era a pagamento, acqua compresa.

bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat er lekkage was en dat we er niet konden verblijven, we zijn doorverwezen naar een ander hotel van hun ook een 4 sterren hotel. De kamer die we kregen was in de kelder grenzend aan de restaurant, dit hebben we afgewezen, 2e keus was een kamer direct naast de ingang, sorry dit kan geen 4 sterren hotel zijn. We hebben dit ook afgewezen en daarna naar een ander hotel gegaan die we zelf hebben gevonden. We zijn bijna 1 maand verder en ik wacht nog steeds op mijn geld. Waardeloos geregeld. er zijn toezeggingen gedaan maar helaas niks is afgerond

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Besonders möchte ich Lucia erwähnen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit!!!!

J'ai aimé la déco de la chambre et sa conception. J'ai trouvé le lit très confortable. L'agencement des pièces est originale. J'ai trouvé sympa l'escalier pour accéder au lit.

Je trouve qu'il y avait peu d'espace pour ranger ses sacs et vêtements sur les centres. L'espace était exigu. Le très mauvais est le petit-déjeuner il n' y avait pas la personne affectée.

Excelente estadia, realmente fue un agrado, la atención fue espectacular, Johan respondio de forma inmediata nuestras consultas online y al llegar al hotel Lucía fue la mejor concierge que se puede tener, nos ayudo en todo y fue muy amable y dispuesta, estamos muy agradecidos de ella. Hastanos entregaron antes la habitación y nos dieron una habitacion mejor. El hotel es pequeño y muy agradable y limpio. La habitacion muy grande hasta con sofa y mesa de centro. Son 3 habitaciones por piso. El desayuno muy rico y muy bien servido. La ubicacion muy buena, a pasos de saint germain y arco de triunfo y varios locales de comida cerca. Muy buena experiencia

The quadruple room we got was really old, not clean, noisy . the light in the bathroom didn't work so we had to sleep with the light on all night, the bathroom and shower dirty, old and not practical as we were four and there was just a mirror separating the toilet with the shower that you had to open and close. The wall paper was dirty and with stains of humidity. the towel dryer was scary as we could see the cables. The sink after using them were all flooded . The furnitures in the room were very old, dirty and damaged. the carpet really dirty and old. the hotel did not provide robes neither sleepers considering it is a 4 star hotel. Immediately we asked for a room change but they gave us another better room the following day. The staff was very nice with us and very professional helping us to find a better room for the rest of the 4 days we were staying. The new room we got after was much much better but still not for a 4 hotel standard as the carpet was old and dirty, the bathroom looked dirty in some spots and the room was smaller than the one we have booked and payed . But we were more comfortable than the previous room ! The hotel needs to renovate some rooms . The breakfast room is small but nice. In summary, we were expecting to have a better hotel room considering it is a 4 star hotel and price. It should be classified as a 3 star hotel.

Die Lage ist super - ein paar Gehminuten entfernt von der Champs-Elysées entfernt. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer im 6.OG - die Zimmer waren sehr gross und wir hatten genügend Platz zu Dritt. Zusätzlich zu den Bettern gab es sogar ein Sofa/Sessel als Sitzmöglichkeit. Es gab einen Kühlschrank (gefüllt mit Snacks und Getränken gegen Gebühr). Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls gross und es gab in einem Zimmer eine Dusche, im anderen eine Badewanne (mit Dusche). Es war nicht alles in den Zimmern im besten Zustand und es gab manche Gebrauchsspuren, aber für uns hat es völlig gereicht. Die Lage und die Grösse der Zimmer konnten uns absolut überzeugen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Uno schifo! All'arrivo alle 14:45 la stanza non era ancora pronta per il check in (possibile dalle 14:00 in avanti), nessuno ci ha informato, nessuno si è scusato! Il custode ci ha accompagnati davanti alla porta e c'erano 2 donne delle pulizie, il custode e noi 4 (non potevamo letteralmente muoverci nè in corridoio nè in stanza), il custode ha mandato via le donne della pulizia senza che la camera e il bagno fossero puliti! Freddo polare! Dalla reception continuavano a spegnere il riscaldamento senza permesso! Niente shampo, crema doccia, balsamo, sapone per le mani! Su richiesta sono arrivati 2 shampo per capelli (eravamo in 4). La doccia non era regolabile. Hotel vecchio e puzzolente! Uno schifo! Da evitare assolutamente visto il prezzo 4 stelle, sì, neanche all'epoca di Luigi XVI!!! "Letti' con materassi da 1cm scomodi e cicolosi! Nessuno si è scusato ai nostri reclami, nemmeno un caffè o una colazione offerti! La proprietaria fredda e distaccata come se le stessi facendo un favore! Se siete nei paraggi andate all'Arc Elysée, non qui! Nemmeno un motel è così squallido!

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité des champs

Le parking proposé par l’etablissement se trouve à une autre adresse et n’est accessible que pour les toute petite voiture et se trouve au -5. Si vous avez un suv, 4/4 ou une famillial ne prenez pas le risque de vous engagez dedans car difficile de ressortir de là. Je suis sorti de l’hôtel vers les coups de 00h00 ensuite vers 02h00 du matin le receptionniste dormait sur le canapé et ronflais comme pas possible dans le salon de l’acceuil. Il avait meme prevu une couette.
