Nemt at komme til - husk at tjekke ankomstinformationer i appen, da der skal anvendes kode til lågen/porten for at komme ind til området. Morgenmaden er god, kaffen af rigtig italiensk kvalitet.

Værelset var pænt og rent men slidt, lever ikke op til billederne. Især badeværelset var lettere ramponeret.

Great location and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful.

There were a few small critical things. Only one power point worked which was a challenge and no laundry service which was hard after 2 weeks of travel. Small things that make a big difference when travelling.

L’hôtel se trouve sur les hauteurs de Trente et l’accès à la ville à pied est long (plus de vingt minutes de marche) et au retour idem avec une assez forte montée. Le bruit constant de l’autoroute dès qu’une fenêtre de la chambre est ouverte

Śniadanie było pyszne, w stylu włoskim, czyli bardzo dużo na słodko. Pewnie ktoś powie, że mogło być trochę więcej na wytrawnie, ale patrząc na to co wybierali goście to balans był zachowany. Przepyszna kawa. Pani w recepcji mega sympatyczna i pomocna.

Lage oberhalb von Trento. Das Stadtzentrum ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Großer Balkon, schöne Terrasse......

....allerdings wird von den Straßen im Tal enorm viel Lärm nach oben getragen, War für eine Nacht OK, Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer liegen bereit, so dass wir auch bei geöffnetem Fenster gut schlafen konnten.

Pamela, all'accoglienza è stata davvero disponibile e coinvolgente nel proporre soluzioni per mangiare e muoversi. la colazione era buona e variegata. l'angolo tisana super apprezzabile!

la camera era un po' vecchia e poco curata. c'era un buco nel muro del bagno in cui si vedevano i fili elettrici (in prossimità del sostegno dell'asciugacapelli). la struttura della doccia era sporca e poco stabile. L'arredamento della zona letto di contro, pur essendo semplice ed essenziale, era abbastanza in ordine

At jeg ikke fik det værelse, jeg havde forventet ud fra fotos på booking.com tilhørende det værelse, jeg bestilte. Mindre værelse, mindre vinduesparti til balkon og udsigt, beliggende på 1.sal og ikke på 2.sal som på fotos med den bedre udsigt. Muligt det var det sidste værelse, de havde, men så bør fotos svare til det man får. Jeg synes ikke jeg fik det, jeg betalte for.

Pięknie położony obiekt z widokiem na cały Trydent. Bardzo smaczne włoskie śniadanie i przemiły personel ☺️ Prywatnie i przytulnie.

Atmosfera avvolgente, ottima posizione dal centro, terrazza panoramica dove degustare ottima colazioni, anche con alcune opzioni per intolleranti al glutine. Stanza di piccole dimensioni ma con tutto il necessario. Personale cortese e molto disponibile, ci ha suggerito la trentino card con cui avere notevoli sconti per molte delle attrazioni del posto. La vera masquotte della struttura è Alfio..

La colazione soddisfacente, la posizione non mi è piaciuta: davanti ad una superstrada con traffico continuo (anche di notte) che si sente fino in camera... A 3 minuti dal centro di Trento

La polvere ed i ragni facevano da padroni... asciugamani scuciti, condizionatore che sembrava facesse popcorn di notte...mini frigo che abbiamo dovuto portare nel bagno per attaccarlo alla spina, perché in camera non c'èra una spina....letti scomodissimi. Non ci tornerò sicuro

Sehr tolles Personal, schöne Anlage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für uns absolut ausreichend.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Pamela empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Wir hatten leider Schimmel in den Ecken unseres Zimmers. Es war zwar ein Wechsel möglich, aber auch das neue Zimmer brachte kaum Besserung. Eine Alternative konnte uns nicht angeboten werden, da alle anderen Zimmer belegt waren.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hat eine schöne Aussicht von der Terasse. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr veraltet und in einigen Ecken ganz schön staubig/schimmlig. Es bräuchte eine Sanierung oder ordentliche Putzaktion. Für den Preis und die Aufmachung auf der Webseite hatten wir einen anderen Standart erwartet.

What the pictures from the balcony does not show is there is a high way bridge 300 m from the hotel. So bey noisy. First time I saw eau plus in a hotel room, but there were needed as I am a light sleeping. Still woke at 5 when traffic started. Then my teenage son who can sleep from anything woke at 7 as dogs started barking for 30 min.

Hôtel bien exposé, personnel très sympathique, jolie terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner ou pour prendre le frais le soir., Très bien quand on voyage avec son animal de compagnie, aves un très bon point car les chiens sont acceptés dans la salle du petit-déjeuner.

Great staff - they helped us with many things. The Trentino guest card provided allowed us to see many things for free. Great view into the valley, great breakfast, great spa to relax, AC in the room.

It's a little difficult to reach the hotel by foot from the city center (recommend bus or by own car).

Skvělá lokalita s nedalekou vzdáleností od centra města.

Přes booking jsme měli mít rezervaci 2x pokoj se dvěmi manželskými postelemi. Oba pokoje byly pouze s jednou manželskou postelí a dvěma přistýlkami. V potvrzovacím mailu tato změna nebyla uvedena. Neuklizený pokoj včetně chodby s rozbitými světly. Snídaně jednoduchá bez zeleniny atd.

La ubicación, sabiendo que elegimos algo a las afueras,pero al no conocer inicialmente l ciudad,y estar en una falda de montaña,rodeado de carreteras...pero te explican muy bien como ir a la ciudad y al final en 25 min estás en pleno centro de Trento.

Äußerst liebes Personal am Empfang. Uns wurde am Abend nach der Ankunft noch eine Pizza vom örtlichen Lieferservice bestellt, sodass wir nicht nochmal los mussten.Die Getränke gab es gekühlt vor Ort. So hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Abend nach der Autofahrt.

Sabrina was very nice and friendly.

The property is located next to a busy road, so traffic noise from passing cars is quite noticeable. The breakfast should be more varied. The toilet cistern is apparently clogged with limescale inside, so after flushing, you have to wait more than five minutes before you can flush again.

The only staff member we saw was very kind at the check in and tried to help us with suggestions for things to do in the city.

Breakfast very simple and with dry and rotten oranges in the fruit basket. As soon as we arrive to the hotel and did the check in we went straight to our room to shower. While my partner was in the shower and I was in underwear waiting in bed the staff member just opened the door without even knocking. How is this possible only 5min after giving us the key and knowing this room was taken? Lightning in the bathroom was insufficient and the light in the bedroom was hanging precariously by the electricity cables. Bathroom had a big hole on the wall, the seat of the toilet wasn’t even stable and the bathroom shower and sink had multiple points of rust. We were out of hand soap and we needed to use the shower one which was also hand soap. In the bedroom we also had multiple spots of mold on the walls and the TV had no channels with reception. Very fast and direct bus to the hotel (each half a hour) but direct to an exit from the highway with a short and dangerous walk around the road without a foot path. This room really didn’t match the expectations of what we saw on booking maybe because it was one of the rooms located in the old part of the house and the hotel only takes pictures of the new/renovated ones.

Peccato per l’aria condizionata troppo rumorosa.

Úžasný hotýlek a skvělý a ochotný personál. Snídaně skromná, ale postačující.

Byli jsme jen na přespání jednu noc při delším cestování, v noci jsme se ale moc nevyspali, protože až do půlnoci spínal s intervaly nějaký dost silný nepříjemný hluk.

Non c'è frigorifero e il bagno è datato con qualcosa da sistemare

Struttura carina, la camera grande ed ordinata, con tutto il necessario. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Subito dopo aver prenotato abbiamo ricevuto tutte le info necessarie. Menzione speciale per lo staff: Pamela è stata super accogliente e gentile.

La salita per il parcheggio era abbastanza ripida.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr bemüht. Auch schön dass man sich einen Tee kochen kann und ein Wasser da steht.

Das Haus liegt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt von Trento. Der Blick vom Bett geht direkt auf die Schnellstraße und die Autobahn. Das Fenster musste ich leider geschlossen lassen da der Straßenlärm für meine Begriffe unerträglich war.
