We spent 4 nights in one of the bungalows as part of our honeymoon trip, and it was such a highlight of our trip! The bungalow was very clean and comfortable and the balcony had incredible views of the sea and surrounding islands, we were very happy just spending time on the balcony or in our air conditioned room with the beautiful views. The staff were some of the loveliest people we have met - they were so helpful with tips on things to do, the food and service was always so great and genuine, they did laundry for us, and everything felt very homely. Breakfasts were always delicious with lots of variety and we had dinner at the hotel 3 of the 4 nights we were there because the food was great and you have an incredible view of the sunset from the restaurant terrace every evening. The private sea access and lounge chairs/huts meant you didn’t have to fight for parking at one of the crowded public beaches. We borrowed snorkelling gear from reception one day and went swimming with a turtle right by the hotel’s private sea access. We had a rental car during our stay which was really handy for going into Kas each day (there are lots of great shops and cafes in Kas, and it’s about a 10-15 minute drive). There was always parking down the driveway at the hotel for our car which was great. We were sad to leave and say goodbye, we’d highly recommend Sunset Villa Hotel to everyone!!

The host and his team are exceptionally kind, generous and supportive. I appreciated their company and help quite a lot. I also liked the location, far away from the crowded parts of the city, and the fact that the hotel has its own access to the sea and very elegant and comfortable shaded platforms with sun beds.

Our room had some mould in the bathroom and the bedroom had just a small window onto the breakfast area.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Sunset Villa Hotel. The location is perfect and truly lives up to its name - the sunsets are spectacular! The property is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, surrounded by lush greenery, olive and pomegranate trees, and cacti. After a few days of exploring Cappadocia, we were looking for a week of peace and relaxation, and the hotel delivered exactly that. The staff is exceptionally friendly and genuinely caring. They naturally adapted their level of interaction to each guest. Everyone was helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Osman, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome despite our 4am arrival, while Ozcan at breakfast always made sure our mornings started with a smile and even helped with our luggage on checkout. The food is also excellent. Breakfast offers plenty of variety, with different items each day, and we had dinner at the hotel twice - both meals were fantastic, especially the perfectly grilled fresh fish, creamy shrimp, and salads. The chef clearly knows what he’s doing! Finally, the shuttle to Kaş is incredibly convenient. It leaves right outside the hotel every 30 minutes, takes around 10–15 minutes, and costs only 60 lira per person. It makes exploring Kaş and its many great restaurants very easy. Overall, a wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing stay - we would happily come back!

There wasn’t really anything we disliked about the hotel. There are quite a few steep steps around the property, especially between the rooms and the sea, but this is clearly visible in the pictures and therefore wasn’t a surprise to us. The rooms are a bit small, yes, but that was also clear from the pictures, and who anyway wants to stay inside more than you have to, when the views outside are this stunning. Our air conditioning did stop working one day, but after mentioning it to Osman at breakfast, he immediately arranged for a repair crew. We spent the day relaxing by the sea, and by the time we returned to our room that afternoon, it had already been fixed. Excellent service and a great example of how responsive the staff were.

It’s magnificent

Siamo arrivati oltre le 21, ma il proprietario era sull'uscio per accoglierci calorosamente. Una persona dai modi eleganti, professionale e discreto ma anche molto simpatico! Ci ha guidato in questo piccolo paradiso nascosto, tra piante e fiori curatissimi, affacciato sul mare. La colazione è abbondante ed eccezionale, ma abbiamo mangiato divinamente anche a pranzo e cena (consiglio anche i mojito!). Nonostante fossimo di passaggio solo per una notte, abbiamo potuto usufruire dopo il check out dell'accesso privato al mare - con teli puliti e una vista meravigliosa sul blu. Una tristezza partire, questo posto è una vera perla!

环境优美，房间整洁，有全套洗浴用品，夕阳很美。老板非常周到，对中国很了解，非常友好。早餐丰盛，桌边服务，很有仪式感。晚餐也很好吃。泳池干净水温舒服，小朋友游了几个小时都舍不得起来。房间走下去就是大海，不是沙滩那种，下水就没底的。虽然水面平静浪不大，但如果水性不够好的还是要带救生圈。 有舒服的躺椅，海边躺着很舒服。晚上很安静，可以看到很多星星。总体来说是非常休闲舒适的酒店。

Цены мини бара и ресторана при отеле, пользуются тем, что у кого нет транспорта приходится есть у них, благо мы были на мотоцикле.

Nice location right on the sea edge. The room and bathroom were clean and the breakfast was good. The restaurant prices are on par with Europe. It feels a bit expensive for Turkey but that is how it is in this area of Turkey.

The peacefulness, amazing landscape and excellent breakfast (quality and service), the well maintained green areas (pomegranate tree, avocado, limes, olives, agave, nopal cactus...etc).

Maybe the fact that our bedroom didn't have too much natural light, but it was a one bedroom apartment and the living room got all the light.

Family owned business and run by the family members who cares for every detail and also paid attention to details. Breakfast was one of the highlights. Property is well looked after, nature kept well. Location of the property is also perfect.

This is more than a hotel. This is really hidden gem in Cas peninsula. Mister Osman and his team doing a great job to make this place feel like home. Cozy. Clean. Welcoming. Tranquil. If you are looking for the sea view - you will get a panoramic, absolutely stunning, first row view of the mediterranean and greek islands. Breakfast is just above and beyond everything: Turkish variety with an European attention to details. Dedicated kudos to the Chef: all food is freshly prepared with so much love. we tried some restaurants in Cas - it just not worth travel and parking challenges. You will have it better cooked and served next to your room in a beautiful, susnset overlooking patio. Clean, well maintained pool. Private access to the crystal clear sea with private and well shaded sunbeds area. Comfy beds. Properly installed and silent air conditioning. Clean and new beach towels. Beautiful plates and glasses. And dozens other small, not really critical things but making the whole stay experience so smooth and what is more important - showing owners passion to perfection. No shortcuts to increase profit as in many other tourist oriented places. Highly appreciate this type of mindset and wish all the best to this business.

The views and dips in the ocean was out of this world! The food was fantastic… especially the breakfast.

Our aircon gave some issues, but it was minor ito the rest of the fantastic services and accommodation. The pool was really hot.

Отличное расположение: вдали от шума, музыки, толп людей. Прекрасная кухня. Кто-то пишет, что дорого, но 2 ужина в отеле обошлись почти столько же, сколько один в городе. Идеально чисто море, где можно поплавать с маской и ластами. Идеальная чистота.

Потрясающий вид на море — именно ради него стоит сюда приехать. Очень гостеприимные и доброжелательные хозяева. На ужин попробовали свежеприготовленную рыбу — очень вкусно, хотя и недешево. Турецкий завтрак был великолепным: разнообразный, свежий и с красивым видом на море.

Номер уже заметно устал и требует ремонта, мебель также нуждается в обновлении. В номере есть столик с зеркалом для макияжа, но стул к нему отсутствует. В ванной был сломан диспенсер для жидкого мыла. Из кондиционера в спальне исходил неприятный запах. Унитаз при смыве издавал настолько громкий звук, что напоминал военный истребитель на форсаже — его, вероятно, слышали и в соседних номерах. Подключение фена организовано очень странно и пользоваться им неудобно. В отеле много лестниц, поэтому пожилым людям и гостям с ограниченной подвижностью здесь будет непросто. Пляжа как такового нет: спуск в море осуществляется по лестнице сразу в открытое море, где бывает сильное течение. Не случайно установлена табличка с предупреждением, что администрация не несет ответственности за купание. Также не понравилось, что на территории отеля запрещено приносить свои напитки и еду.

Отдыхаю третий раз, прекрасное расположение, шикарный вид, очень заботливые хозяева отеля. Прекрасные завтраки с видом на море. Это семейный отель, надо иметь ввиду, что это не отель все включено. Это не недостаток для меня: к пляжу ведет довольно крутая лестница, в море спуск с лесенки, если вы плохо плаваете, наверное, будет некомфортно, потому что сразу глубоко. Можно прыгать в воду с камня, только предварительно посмотрите, откуда именно прыгать безопасно.

Советую брать номера подороже, они комфортнее. Дорогие обед и ужин, я ездила в Каш ужинать.

Beautiful quiet property at the end of the peninsula about 10 mins from Kaş with view of Greek Island of Kastellorizo. Really friendly owners and staff.

L'emplacement est incroyable et offre un accès fabuleux à la mer. Le service est exceptionnel, qu'il s'agisse des conseils d'excursions, de la restauration ou de la chaleur de l'accueil. Ousman est un hôte parfait : toujours disponible, il prête attention aux moindres détails, comme les fleurs délicatement posées sur la table lors du petit-déjeuner. Sous la supervision de Kanon, les repas servis sont d'une excellente qualité. En résumé, c'est une véritable oasis de paix au cœur de la frénésie turque.

The Sunset Villa Hotel is a superb, family run boutique hotel on the Kas Peninsula overlooking the Mediterranean. The staff were simply amazing. They could not do enough to help us and even arranged an airport transfer in 20 minutes when our pre-booked car failed to turn up. The daily Turkish breakfast was an amazing spread of homemade delights. Our room was lovely with a bedroom, living room and balcony. We decided not to stay in Kas town as we wanted somewhere quiet. It was the right decision for us. We used the minibus to Kas that stops at the hotel entrance every 30 minutes. It is cheap and easy. The sea access is down some steep steps with a ladder straight into deep water. It is lovely but don’t expect a sandy beach. There are sun shades and loungers which are perfect for lazing the afternoon away in a tranquil setting. The pool and breakfast area are charming with olive and citrus trees, fountains and sculptures.

I offer the following observations in the interests of continual improvement to help a great hotel get even better. They are absolutely not criticisms. Firstly, Turks are cat lovers! The cats didn’t bother us but not everyone likes them. The staff will chase the cats away if you don’t want them around. Secondly, the steps at the hotel are long and steep. The infirm and unfit will need to take it easy. The property description on Booking.com could perhaps make this a bit clearer. Finally, the mark up on wine is quite large. Every hotel does it but the same wine is a lot cheaper in the Kas wine shops!! As I said, these are not criticisms. The Sunset Villa Hotel is simply superb. If you want a charming, tranquil and quiet hotel with great views and service then this is the perfect choice.

Ein Hotel an einer traumhaften Ort direkt an der Küste. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Meer mit einer Leiter und Sonnenliegen. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich lecker.

Es ist etwas weiter vom Kaş Zentrum weg. Auto ist also empfehlenswert. Es gibt jedoch auch einen Shuttlebus.

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Villa Hotel in Kaş, Antalya. The hotel offers breathtaking views, a peaceful atmosphere, and beautifully maintained rooms. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always welcoming. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The location is also excellent, close to the beautiful beaches and the charming center of Kaş. Watching the sunset from the hotel was unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kaş — we would definitely come back again!

The breakfast and the food was excellent, fresh and tasty. The owner Osman was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. His son Kanun , an excellent cheff and the staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a true gem! The hotel is such a special place: breathtaking location and view, amazing team who treated us like family, fantastic food and absolute piece of mind! Loved it so much that I hope I can come back soon!

Las habiataciones con vista a la isla griega es increíble! Habitaciones super limpias y cómodas. Nos hospedamos 3 personas y espacios de sobra. El desayuno es delicioso y también tiene opciones para cenar muy deliciosas y a un muy buen precio. El parqueo puede ser difícil, pero ellos te ayudan a indicarte dónde dejar el vehículo así que te solucionan rápidamente

Прекрасное место, шикарные виды. Останавливаюсь второй раз. Заботливый и внимательный персонал. Очень по-семейному. Вкусные завтраки. Супчики утром меня покорили. Летом, когда останавливалась первый раз, их не было. Может быть, их только осенью делают. Нужно учитывать, что спуск в море - лестница, сразу глубоко. Если кто-то плавать не умеет, купаться будет сложно. Много лестниц к морю. Плюс если волны, особенно актуально осенью, купаться будет нельзя. Но будет фантастически красиво.

Высокие цены на еду - есть меню для обеда и ужина. Поэтому ездила в город ужинать. Плюс везде написано, что не рекомендовано приносить еду и напитки.

卡什半岛的好地方，所有房间全部面海，地中海太美了，可以直接走到海边，躺在海边看落日，还有什么烦恼！另外，酒店的餐饮非常好，早餐很丰盛，晚餐的鱼非常美味，推荐大家来。

Stupendous location with inspiring views. The sea in the morning was wonderful for swimming.

We had no complaints. The rooms were a bit small, but had everything one needed. The sunset views from the balcony was stunning.

Stunning location on the peninsula, 10 minute taxi ride in to the fabulous Kas. Or local bus every 39 minutes. Amazing views, kind, wonderful staff who cannot do enough for you, beautiful gardens, fantastic food, clear water for swimming, cabanas for sunbathing. Lovely well kept pool, great rooms to watch the sunsets from. Adorable family of cats! Staff will help with boat trips, ferries, taxis etc. It’s a little bit of paradise, we loved every minute. Good value for money too.

This is not a criticism at all but be aware there are lots of steps up & down to sea and around property. Good for knocking off a few of the calories you will gain from the wonderful food at hotel.

Ubicación si no quieres estar en el centro de Kas pero lo suficientemente cerca, lo cual, para nosotros, es una ventaja. Habitación enorme tipo suite con vistas al mar y salida propia del hotel al mar para darte un baño, desayuno, personal y mucha calma. Es una pasada de sitio

Entrar y salir en coche puede ser un poco complicado, nada peligroso pero tiene su truco. Es lo que tiene estar donde está…

Прежде всего это месторасположение! Вид на море и греческий остров! Турецкий завтрак с шикарным видом, который сервируют лично для тебя! Хотели вечером проехать до Каша. В результате остались в отеле на ужин, прочувствовав атмосферу «никуда не торопиться». Красивые беседки-лежаки, которые каскадом спускаются к морю. Ну и море! Волнительное и живое с брызгами по сторонам о скалы. Далеко не уплывешь. Но те ощущения, которые получаешь плавая, не сравнить с обычным плаванием с буйками. Хороший бассейн. Но главное непередаваемая атмосфера!

The place is lovely and family-friendly. The host, Osman, is a kind man. It feels like the hotel is a family business, with lots of small details and a warm attitude to match. We really enjoyed our stay.

Some prices are not listed in the menu, and overall bar is pricy for it's value and in comparison to the restaurants in the area.

Wir haben hier 11 Nächte unserer Flitterwochen verbracht und es war wirklich super schön, sehr ruhig, super leckeres Frühstück, einfache Anbindung an Kas (einfach dem Bus auf der Straße winken) - am Morgen sind wir nach einer kleinen Joggingrunde ins Meer gehüpft und danach zum Frühstück gegangen! Wundervoll!

Wie überall in der Türkei war leider das Essen im Bistro nicht sehr billig!

We had a wonderful stay! Hooriya and her family took excellent care of us. Although the food was on the expensive side the ambience of the location made every bite worth it. I definitely would recommend Sunset villa to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday with amazing views.

Очень приятный, уютный отель. Чисто, современно, уютно, уборка каждый день. Хорошая мебель и сантехника. У нас было бунгало с видом на море, проводили на балконе все вечера, было здорово и атмосферно: звездное небо, шум моря… В отеле вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, каждый найдет что-то для себя и не останется голодным. Приятный вежливый ненавязчивый персонал, помогали в решении вопросов. Есть свой ресторанчик, мы так и не собрались покушать, но в планах это было) Есть свой пляж, чистое море. Безусловно для людей, которые плавают уверенно и не боятся глубины. Людей на пляже не много и это для нас было плюсом, плавали в свое удовольствие, было здорово. Море было спокойное, поэтому получали большое удовольствие от плаванья. К пляжу ведут ступени, но нам это не показалось минусом или сложностью. В Каш ездили на такси, это примерно 6 км, своей машины не арендовали, пешком один раз решили сходить и пожалели об этом, далековато, и по жаре не очень комфортно)) Но потом поблизости нашли магазинчик. Как итог могу сказать, что провели отличное время в этом отеле и смело можем его советовать тем, кто любит и хочет провести время вдали от суеты и насладится морем. Это было замечательно

酒店在半岛最里面，有一线海景，是景观无敌的民宿，可爱的一家人用心经营。房间里面虽然不大，但是每一间都是面朝大海。顺着步道走下海边，还有酒店客人专享的带躺椅带小棚。上午到中午都可以躺在那里吹着海风，还可以下去游泳（对游泳技术有要求）。酒店里面种了很多植物，充满了地中海风情。老板一家人也很好，会耐心的回答你的一切问题，并为你提供帮助。早餐每天都有些小吃部分会变换花样，都是homemade的很好吃的。看着蔚蓝海景，👂海风，慢悠悠的享受早餐。

We loved it! The delicious and large breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea and is reason enough to stay here. We were travelling with young children, and the pool was great to swim in the afternoon/evenings. The entire site is beautiful, from the comfortable rooms to the gardens and down the steps to the shades and swimming spot. We found ourselves not wanting to leave. The staff were very kind and so helpful.

Parking can be tricky depending on the number of guests staying and neighbours, but we never truly had an issue. The swimming spot is quite far below the hotel, and it’s beautiful but deep right away.

Безумно красивые виды из номера и невероятные закаты — просто дух захватывает! Хозяева — очень добрые и отзывчивые, а их коты сразу стали нашими друзьями. По вечерам одна кошка полюбила заходить в гости в номер) Нам всё очень понравилось. Вечером заказывали ужин у хозяев — взяли рыбу, как советовали в других отзывах, и это было действительно вкусно, остались очень довольны.

Не совсем подойдет для тех, кто расчитывает купаться. Спуск крутой, волны могут быть сильными. Мы не решились нырнуть. Но в 5 минутах езды есть отличный городской пляж.

Tout d’abord, la famille de propriétaires et le personnel aux petits soins pour les clients, ils sont très sympa. La vue est magnifique et le jardin méditerranéen, soigné avec amour par le propriétaire. C’est un vrai jardin d’Eden. Ensuite le coin baignade est extraordinaire, on peut se jeter dans l’eau profonde et il y a très peu de monde. Des petits plateformes aménagées et couvertes vous permettent de vous allonger sur des chaises longues et vous protègent du soleil. Et enfin, les petits déjeuners sont incroyables. La table se remplit de bonnes choses, fraîches et faites maison.

Das Zimmer welches wir erhalten haben war so klein, dass wir nicht einmal einen Koffer auf dem Boden öffnen konnten… die Zimmer sind ultra klein, nicht wie auf den Bildern, Reisende mit grossen Köffern werden Mühe haben…

Pokój był bardzo czysty, śniadanie urozmaicone, widok z pokoju na morze.

Na terenie obiektu znajduje się mnóstwo kotów proszących o jedzenie, niektóre miały rany. Uważam, że obiekt powinien zająć się sterylizacją i leczeniem tych kotów, skoro pobiera takie wysokie opłaty za pobyt. Jeśli się tym nie zajmą, to ilość biednych kotów i problem będzie narastać. W regulaminie pokoju pisze aby nie wnosić własnego picia i jedzenia, co jest dla mnie nie porozumieniem i nie stosowaliśmy się do tego. Lodówka była w pokoju, lecz całkowicie zapełniona płatnymi napojami, ciężko było wstawić tam własną wodę. Na ścianie w łazience był pusty dozownik do mydła Spaliśmy w pokoju, nie w domku i uważam, że jakość nie jest adekwatna do ceny absolutnie.
