住了兩晚，忘了跟老闆多要垃圾袋😅

Amazing owner. Friendly and helpfull. Helped us to get around the city, and has a lot of info about Town and places to visit. Location is very nice. Next to hotel there is a walkway to the ocean and night market. Clean and Comfortable. There is cold and hot water next to the room and microvawe in the lobby. Close to store and laundry.

There is one thing more funny than bad. The toilet Seat i mounted in a way it goes UP by itself. That leads to funny situations 😅

屋內整體設備比較舊, 像是用久了沒維護, 需要更新. 整體氛圍沒很好, 感受不到溫暖.

這次是第二次的住宿，非常感謝業者的體貼服務及熱心解説房間的安排，很開心安排優惠到有陽台，可看到風景又舒適的房間，民宿地點周邊的環境，無論是吃的、玩的相當多之外，路邊也有免費的停車位可停，交通上可說是非常的便利，未來如有住宿需求，還會再預訂來續住的喔😊

沒有任何不喜歡的地方

民宿有提供飲水機，且房內有提供杯子桌椅拖鞋跟掛衣架，天花板跟民宿名一樣藍天白雲，窗簾是好看的紫色且是遮光窗簾，提供的杯子雖然沒有用但很可愛，廁所算是簡單陽春型，原本看蓮蓬頭很小比我手掌還小，誰知道打開水壓挺強洗起來很舒服，雖然因為怕有蚊子沒開廁所對外窗，但隔天早上廁所的濕氣還是有排除掉不少，附近河堤邊都好停車

不知道是否是洗床具的清潔用品的關係或是其他，第一天晚上坐在床上看電視時，就會這裡癢那裡癢的，但沒有被叮咬的痕跡，第二天晚上這個情況有減少一點但坐上去之後還是偶爾覺得皮膚搔癢，還有房間提供的沙發跟床頭櫃都有股若有似無的臭味這個可能要想辦法處理一下，房間一些家具略有灰塵，像是面紙盒以及床頭櫃旁邊的一個小茶几，希望清潔度能再提升，若能解決下次有來玩還會想入住

I will say the facts but facts are not enough: STAY here if you are a foreign tourist. I upgraded the room on the spot. The room with the balcony is well worth the money, Both the size of the room and balcony was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. It is not the room, though, it is the most amazing host, Simon, you should meet. The owner is well-travelled around the world and speaks good English. He is ready to help you with tips for trips/places to eat and is very caring. We had some stimulating conversations and trips together. He also lent me a bicycle to go around the town. There is a small mountain to watch the sunset and ocean just nearby.

I honestly do not know what to say. I travel to meet and connect with people and this homestay has surpassed all my expectations.

This is a really lovely family run guesthouse in a great location. The owner is super friendly and speaks great English and gives lots of good advice on what to do and great restaurant recommendations. Close to the train station and walkind distance to downtown, also right on the river path. Room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi was strong

Ants in the room and on the bed. The room can be very moist, you need to turn on the dehumidifier feature in AC for the whole day. The bathroom is outdated and moldy. The windows or door cannot block any noise.we got woken up by the noise outside.

The host was very helpful, even helped us to rent a scooter. He spoke good English and even when we talked about our what we were planning to visit around Hualian, he gave us good information about what's possible within the timeframe. The place was clean and well equipped. It was also close to the train station.

The space of room is very comfortable.

The bathroom is not much clean as what we expect.

First day reach hotel, boss is very friendly and explain a lot of nice place & food. He is so passion!! Excellent service. He explain the hotel rules.

Bathroom was old. Shower and toilet in one space. No sufficient ventilation. Now seperate shower place so complete bathroom floor was blank. Going to toilet later gives you wet feet.

very friendly host .. let me leave my luggage for few hours before my train ride 👍 .. would definitely recommend it ..

the sleep is not comfortable and the air conditioner is not cold

Quiet location by the canal which proves a convenient route on for our bike to the coast.

A very friendly, helpful and English speaking owner! Small but comfortable room, in a very good location. No noise from the traffic, because the hotel is on a quiet street.

It is a very nice home-stay hotel. The owner/manager put great effort on helping guests enjoy staying at this place. In the living room, they provided a lot of travel information and maps about Hualien, Taiwan. The proper manager responsed messages very quick and helped guests beyond his duty. The bedroom was designed very cute. Private bathroom is large and nice. Internet is fast. A bonus we did not know until arrived: it is located right next a beautiful rive, we had nice walking after dinner. We will stay again next time when we visit Hualien.

還不錯，老闆講話鏗鏘有力，隔天想續住一晚因為網站上已經沒有之前的價錢，請求老闆，老闆馬上叫小幫手改正，所以又續住一晚了，位置很方便，來花蓮可以首選這裡喔！

住山景雙人房,地方很美房間也較大,民宿地板很乾淨, 只是不知為什麼床有些螞蟻 。 房東很好人, 因為我們特別要求加床,房東收了很便宜很便宜價錢的加床及清潔費幫我們在雙人床旁並排剛剛好夠位置加多一張沙發雙人床,謝謝。 民宿對出沒有公交車站,我們大多走路, 有一兩次打的(用民宿介紹原來有折扣 事後才知 哈哈) 走路去火車站大約10-15分鐘, 去夜市要30分鐘

健談又熱心親切的老闆還會向客人提供附近的旅遊資訊，是一個非常好的住宿體驗。

位置和環境都不錯，距離東大門夜市和花蓮車站都挺近的。附近有花蓮當地的飲食店，都較為方便。舒適度還不錯，算是整潔。老闆很熱情，不愧是台灣的民宿。

Super comfortable beds, and the owner was very helpful regarding giving us tips about Hualian. // The room was full of mosquitoes, so some of us got bitten during our 1 night. // The bathroom was a little birt dirty. I found hairs. The shower drainage is slow, and the shower head have had better days.

民宿主人相當熱心介紹花蓮美食，民宿地點也位於市區附近，可步行至影城與好樂迪等措施，早晨可走上美崙溪河堤享受花蓮舒服的早晨

純粹住宿用，床鋪彈性太好，旁邊的人有任何動作床就會像船一樣晃動，所以整夜睡得不太舒服，冷氣很冷，但是無法調整風向，牆壁似乎沒有擦過，看的到一層灰塵附著在上面，希望可以稍微用心點整理

老板人很好很热情，很详细地讲解附近有什么好吃好玩的！而且还帮我解决了退订的事情，民宿的位置也很好就在火车站附近
