Petit hotel propre et bien décoré dans un quartier tranquille à dix minutes a pied du centre-ville, parking sécurisé tout proche. Joli roof-top a disposition pour se retrouver ou se restaurer.

Me gusta que siempre son muy amables, serviciales, siempre está limpio, la decoración es preciosa, que aceptan a mis perritas y a pesar de que tiene muchas escaleras te ayudan con tu equipaje.

Que no tienen elevador, en realidad es un detalle pequeño ya que el hotel esta precioso y siempre me ha gustado la habitación de hasta arriba, es mi tercera vez que elijo alojarme aqui.

Llegas al centro de Oaxaca en 15 min caminando y la decoración del lugar es bonita

La habitación está muy chiquita, el mobiliario es feo y entra demasiado ruido. Además que el ventilador que tienen es ruidoso y no es una opción abrir las ventanas.

el lugar es a 20/15min del centro caminando , por lo tanto no es tan ruidoso , aun asi puedes encontrar algo de ruido pero no lo suficiente para que te moleste , el lugar es acogedor la decoración es muy linda te hace sentir en un lugar autóctono mexicano tradicional , pintoresco y con mucho amor en su ambiente , el personal de mantenimiento y de recepción son muy calidos y amables , te hacen sentir como en casa , altamente recomendado .

fue una pena que la cocina no funcionara , tal vez este resuelto en un futuro creo que el lo único que le agregaría.

en general todo bien, el unico detalle es el estado de las toallas de baño, fuera de eso mi estancia fue muy agradable

EL PRECIO VS LO QUE RECIBES ES LO CORRECTO, EL SERVICIO Y ATENCION DEL PERSONAL ES MUY BUENO. HAB ES PEQUEÑA, EL BAÑO X RELACION TMB LO ES, NO TIENE A/C Y El ESTACIONAMIENTO ESTA COMO 100 MTS DE LA PROPIEDAD, POR LO QUE SI TRAES MALETAS ES UN TEMA.

The decore is very nice. Colorul with some traditional crafts hanging on walls and displayed. Two members of the staff were outstanding. The other would not make eye contact. I enjoyed the balcony very much ,even though the street noise below was loud and constant. (Not the hotels fault) I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood above the hotel. People were so friendly. Very steep walking, possibly not for everyone.

El recepcionista fue muy grosero. 1.- Cuando llegamos al lugar nos indicó que no le aparecía una de las reservas. Le acreditamos con correos electrónicos de las confirmaciones. 2.- Un familiar llevaba bastón y nos dijo muy molesto que si habíamos leído que la propiedad no contaba con elevadores. Al final no nos entregaron las habitaciones que habíamos reservado, sin embargo nos dio una solución y nos proporcionó una habitación adicional; para estas alturas ya estaba un poco más calmado porque le tuvimos que exigir respeto y un buen trato. Las instalaciones y habitaciones son buenas.

no esta al alcance el estacionamiento esta retirado y se comparte con un hospital en el cual depende de la demanda del hotel y hospital ya que se llena y no hay donde estacionarse y tienes que esperar. en mi estancia de 3 noches no limpiaron la habitacion, al ingresar al hotel el cheking no es a las 14:00hrs es 15:00hrs asi lo maneja el hotel

La relacion costo beneficio es muy buena.

Es un hotel pequeño, se encuentra alejado del centro y es necesario que tomes transporte para llegar ya sea taxi o camión, ya que la zona no es agradable incluso diria que se ve insegura para caminar, ya que son aproximadamente 30 min para llegar al centro o más. A poco metros puedes encontrar transporte pero las calles no son las ideales si llevas maletas. El personal es muy amable y al pendiente de lo que necesitas. La decoración es tradicional, sin embargo la limpiezas y moviliaro ya esta muy deteriorado y viejo. Considero que por el precio se puede encontrar mejores opciones, con una mejor ubicación.

Bien, aunque al momento del pago me quiesieron cobrar comisión por pago con mi tarjeta, finalmente no me lo cobraron.

Estan a pie de una calle muy transitada y no tienen donde estacinarte

Hôtel dans un petit immeuble typique mexicain. Idéal pour visiteurs jeunes de type backpackers !... Moins adapté à une famille de 4 avec d'énormes valises ... la chambre est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur et les couloirs font environ 50 cm de large !!! De plus, il n'y a pas de climatisation.

El hotel es pequeño pero es suficiente si lo que deseas es una noche y que no vengas muy cansado ya que las camas no son muy cómodas, caminando llegas al centro y eso te permite conocer, no está tan cerca del centro de 10 a 15 minutos caminando, el estacionamiento está como a dos cuadras del hotel por lo que si vienes muy cargado no es tan recomendable, la habitación es limpia, la atención es muy buena, pero las camas son algo incomodas. No tiene aire acondicionado y si te dan ventiladores pero aún así se siente mucho calor, nuestra estancia fue en mayo así que el calor era intenso, la habitación me gustó ya que teníamos como dos habitaciones en una sola con tres camas

las fotografías no corresponden con las habitaciones, el baño no esta bien acondicionado y no es acorde par la capacidad de los visitantes, es pequeño e incomodo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. One staff person even got up at 4:00 a.m. to call a taxi for me and waited with me until it arrived to make sure it would arrive and that I'd be okay. I also liked that there was an outside (rooftop ?) terrace that I could use to read, relax, and eat.

The toilet in the bathroom was placed in a position that would not have accommodated a tall person. I'm only 5' 8'' tall and I found it very, very difficult to sit on the toilet facing forward.

Bed / mattress

The rooms were nicely decorated, and clean. The bathroom was just renovated. The internet was fast and the personel was kind and helpful. The place is for the casual traveler that wants a clean and safe place on a budget. The rooms is perhaps too small for a couple for a long stay, but one or two nights is totally acceptable.

Service was extrodinary, anticipated every desire. Beds comfortable with good linens. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. 15 minute walk to downtown area. Lots of restaurants closer. Quiet area at night.

La zona es horrible, el lugar muy malo, habitación pequeña, con una puerta que da a otro cuarto, la campaña maña, la terraza cerrada, sin teléfono en la habitación dimos de ahí en cuanto llegamos. Parece cárcel en lugar de hostal u hotel

Muy agradable el lugar pero sobre todo, el personal, tanto de recepción como del restaurante y la limpieza. Recomendable!

Un hotel muy lindo, la decoración es típica, muy acorde con el precio. Si te incómoda subir escaleras no es lo que buscas, me gustó la vista y la terraza está muy linda. El desayuno típico, cómo de casa. Muy cerca de la Soledad y de centro histórico, puedes llegar caminando o moverte en taxi.

Es un hotel pintoresco, ofrece distintos tipos de alojamiento. Tuve detalles en mi habitacion. No hicieron limpieza en uno de los dias de mi estancia. No tenia acceso aintwrbet por.problemas con el router, los cuales no fueron solucionados a pesar de que en varias ocasiones les pedi que vieran el tema. Para estancias muy cortas esta bien solamente.

Buen hotel un poco lejos del centro, pero si te gusta caminar adelante, la zona que está no es muy buena. La regadera muy mal, no sale casi agua, y en la madrugada no había agua caliente.

La atención del personal es muy buena. Las recamaras son pequeñas pero cómodas. El estacionamiento del hotel está a unos 100 m. Está bien ubicado, pero no tan cerca del centro.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very affordable, clean, organized, and a friendly and helpful staff. Small rooms but sufficient. Lack of water pressure and hot water was an issue however. Excelente experiencia muy buena opción para hospedarse cómodamente.

Muy bonito el lugar, complica un poco la avenida donde esta ubicado pero el lugar es muy cómodo.

Bien a secas. No es claro, que hay que pagar el estacionamiento. No había TV con cable, y tampoco avisaron que estaban en trabajos de obra, por lo que había ruido.

Los chicos que gestionan el hotel, Monse, Calos, Yuri, son muy cordiales y amables. Siguieron todas las normas para combatir COVID19. Aunque estaban remodelando la terraza, no había demasiado ruido ni polvo o mugre de esos trabajos. El ruido por las madrugadas se escucha como en mucho otros hoteles, pero la habitación era cómoda -quizas solo tendrían que mejorar la ventilación del baño para desfogar el vapor de la regadera. Tienen servicio de estacionamiento a unos metros del hotel sobre la misma calle.

En general muy bien, muy atentos, siempre al pendiente de las necesidades a un precio accesible.

El hotel es bueno, solo le veo 2 detalles: 1. Se encuentra un poco retirado del centro y los diversos puntos interesantes de Oaxaca 2. El estacionamiento esta a 10 minutos caminando Pero realmente todo super bien, pintoresco y personal amable. Si no tienes detalles con caminar es una excelente opción y además acepta mascotas.

i would not recommend this place to anyone. not a great location and not great place. parking was off site and very difficult to get in. trying to enter a very small parking area in a very busy street with cars and taxi beeping their horn.scraped the side of my van which will probably cost me a thousand dollars to fix. my suggestion for hotel . com in to remove this hotel from your inventory.i will send pictures of my car later.

This hotel is very cheap, with relatively short walking distance to the centre of Oaxaca which is why we booked it. The staff were all very friendly from start to finish, which we really appreciated. Additionally, the room was thoroughly cleaned and all well-made every night. My problems: Wi-fi did not work in the room, we had to stand in the corridor to use it. This is despite the booking.com promising that Wi-fi is available in all areas of the hotel. Parking was only accessible in a private garage, it was a short walk and a member of staff had to come to unlock it and possibly rearrange the cars of other guests. Although parking is included, a ten minute trip would make us feel guilty for making the staff move and made life more difficult. On one of the mornings there was no hot water, although the hotel was cheap a warm shower is a basic requirement in my opinion. If you are looking for a cheap place to spend the night in Oaxaca then this place is great, but the listings for this hotel need updating. Maybe we were unlucky with the hot water.

Great hotel, warm and family-like friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice, handmade mexican food. Close enough to center of the city, has a market nearby. Nice place to chill out and spend few days.

Clean and comfortable considering the price. Staff were friendly and the security seemed ok. They served "welcome coca tea" and that was nice. Only one complaint was the shower. Water mever got as warm as I prefer. But overall good hotel.

I think for these prices is excellent, but the problem was the hotel always have the door closed and when you need some like toalls or something the guy is alwas sleep or eating and lost somewhere and his feet smell very awful !!

In general the hotel is clean and has good prices (plus is pet friendly) but we had a bad experience. We went to take dinner and we were back early around 10PM. The hotel was closed and no one was in the front desk. We were outside for almost an hour really tired cause we walked all day visiting Oaxaca city. I had to call the police for them to help us. We guy in charged felt aspleep. I know is a human mistake but we heard is not the first time. So, im not returning back.

We spent a few nights at this hotel whilst in pursuit of an apartment to rent whilst completing our Spanish course in Oaxaca. We were unable to find a place that suited our needs, the kind and friendly owner offered us a very reasonable rate and a fabulous, clean room, for a month, he even gave us access to the small kitchen on the terrace. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center the location is safe and it will give you a feel for the real Oaxaca. Taking a bus or taxi is cheap and takes no more than 5mins, walking takes about 15mins to the Zocalo! We loved this hotel, and the friendly staff and owners, we would recommended it to anyone who's looking for clean comfortable accommodation that's value for money!
