This is my preferred hotel in Ubon; I particularly appreciate the rooms and the decor. The staff are commendable, and the location is convenient, although transportation is always necessary in Ubon.

The breakfast is satisfactory; however, there consistently seems to be an issue with obtaining a hot cup of tea. It appears that only lukewarm water is used in the pot.

Schon Def Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön und einladend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und hat einen Balkon. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut und die Einrichtung auch schön. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an warmen Gerichten, Toastbrot, Salat, Joghurt und Obst.

Jeg har rejst rigtig meget i Thailand og været på rigtig mange forskellige hoteller, men Yuu Hotel har nok noget af den bedste service jeg har oplevet i Thailand, de gør virkelig hvad de kan hvis du har et ønske, vi ønskede at kører i TUK TUK, og de sendte en motorcykel afsted for at finde en til os.. Jeg havde en ønske om at skifte værelse fordi jeg syntes det værelse jeg havde fået var lige lille nok til mig, og det ønske afsted kom de også, selv om der var ret så booked på hotellet, jeg kan ikke nævne noget negativt ved Yuu Hotel, seriøst!!!

Likte stilen på hotellet og atmosfæren. Folk var imøtekommende og hyggelige. Fine rom med artig utsmykning av rommet. Hyggelig og positivt inntrykk, meget bra.

Litt uerfarent personale men i det store og hele gjorde de et flott inntrykk og alltid et smil. Noen få kunne engelsk godt så det var litt vanskelig å meddele ønsker etc.

Nice cozy small hotel with all amenities avail, cafe, restaurant and spa.

This hotel is located pretty near to the airport, I could clearly see the planes and hear its engine, especially in the afternoon, but that's okay, at night it was pretty peaceful.

The rooms were comfortable and it is in a good location. The bath on the balcony was a nice touch.

The breakfasts were not special

Staff were very good some struggle with english but i have a thai girlfriend so it was ok. The decor in the hotel is very unusual but quite unique. Breakfast is cooked to order

No bell boys so you have to carry your own case but there is a lift. Little bit outside the main area so you need to us Grab or Bolt taxi service to get around.

I thought this hotel gave fantastic value for money. I stayed at a different hotel in Ubon that was 3-4 times the price and I'd say this was just as good. It was very clean and it felt secure, with a key card you needed to access the stairwell at night.

As mentioned in other reviews, the beds are very firm. Also, the curtains are not blackout curtains, which is an issue at night as well as in the morning, as there are bright streetlights outside the hotel which shine in at night. Maybe try asking for a room at the back of the property; my room was by the street and there was quite a lot of light shining in at night.

Beautiful hotel. I liked everything about it. Older well maintained and nicely decorated boutique hotel. Will stay again. Good food but authentic Isaan . Massage spa on site. Great coffee and bakery selection as well.

I did get a bout of something. Not sure if it was something I ate but did end up feeling under the weather at check out. Feeling better now though...flu or food... cannot be certain.

Prima hotel, erg schoon, lieve mensen, ontbijt uitgebreid Nette badkamer met een fijne douche.

Er is geen zwembad en de ligging is aan de buitenkant van de stad, waar niet veel te doen is. De kamers zijn mooi maar er is geen kast om je spullen in te leggen.

Super hôtel Chambre magnifique d’une propreté remarquable. Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Situation géographique parfaite pour visiter la ville, proche de l’aéroport à préciser aucune nuisance sonore. Nous devions nous rendre à l’aéroport avant l’heure du breakfast. On nous avait préparé notre petit déjeuner en avance, le buffet était ouvert. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement si vous passez par UBON RATCHATHANI.

This is a quirky boutique hotel that features lots of eclectic displays. Most importantly, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and the decor makes the whole experience more interesting. The meals in the cafe and adjacent restaurant are also very good. Lastly, this hotel is located close to key items of interest in Ubon, so it is only a short walk to many of the local sights.

There was nothing about this hotel that I did not like.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, und gleich beim ersten Eintritt in das Zimmer fiel uns auf, das es sehr laut war. Wir vermuteten, die Balkontür ist nicht richtig geschlossen, aber das war es nicht. Die Schiebetür ist so schlecht, das der Strassnlärm ungehindert ins Zimmer gelangt. An der Rezeption haben wir nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer gefragt, aber leider konnte uns die Dame nicht weiter helfen. Wer gerne ein ruhiges Zimmer haben möchte, sollte genau nachfragen und eines zur Rückseite buchen.

The breakfast was amazing- such good choice, with healthy mindful choices representing local food. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and unique, you could really see the soul of the decorators. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe downstairs was lovely with interesting ice creams. Madera restaurant, owned by the hotel, was reasonably priced and excellent quality with some unique cocktails. The location is also great with the old town, park and night market a short walk away. Ubon is a great city and I would definitely stay at Yuu Hotel again!

In everything they do, they want to offer an excellent service. The staff is so friendly. They even helped us booking bus tickets to Pakse with a smile. The breakfast is incredibly tasty.

Individuelle Gestaltung des gesamten Hotels, das neu renoviert ist. Jedes Zimmer folgt einer eigenen Idee. Unser Zimmer hatte als Motto: British Ceylon, das Interior war danach ausgerichtet. Das gesamte Treppenhaus ist mit großflächigen floralen Bildern bemalt, die Lobby und der Wintergarten sind angelehnt an ein Wiener Cafehaus. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, das gesamte Personal ebenfalls. Die Massage ist professionell.

Tout était parfait ! La chambre était joliment décorée, très propre et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Le staff est chaleureux et serviable. Nous avions un vol tôt le lendemain et ils nous ont préparé des sandwichs à emporter pour le petit déjeuner.
