Bad Hotel for a Novatel brand it was like a 2 star facility

Rooms were clean .. Gym was bad and broken it was just like a 2 star property the staff were good they were just about managing it .. I think the owner is not supportive

The Hotel location is good and is close to the Kingdom Tower which is a very nice view at night as it lit up. But what we really enjoyed is the indoor swimming pool and its warm water. The room is also spacious, clean and it smells good the whole time we stayed. The staff were also accommodating with our requests and everyone was so kind. We want to commend all of them from the time we checked in, the staff at reception is so nice and he gave us warm welcome. The staffs who assisted us to our room from the time we checked in and checked out were so helpful.

Nothing to mention here.

i have been traveling to Riyadh for business reasons since a year back. really Novotel was the best hotel i used in terms of service, cleanliness, staff respect. Location was super waw and accessible to everything

Stunk if cigarette smoke; shower was tiny and with no door which meant water went everywhere; air-conditioning sounded like a jet turbine making it hard to sleep

التعامل الراقي من فريق الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف اخص بالشكر موظف السعودي اسمه عز راقي جدا والموظف في خدمة الغرف في قسم المطعم اسمه ياسر راقي جدا وسلس في التعامل في الطلب

لم يعجبني سوى موقع الفندق

غرف منيزة وواسعة ونظيفه اجرات الدخول و الخروج كانت جداً سلسه ومرافق وافطار الفندق ممتاز وكل الشكر لموظفين الاستقبال الاستاذ مالك الحارثي و الاستاذ وليد شكراً لكم على حسن الضيافة

الموقع رائع تعامل جميع الموظفين راقي وخاصة الاخ عبدالرحمن سرعة التفاعل مع الطلبات

Staff were amazing, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Specially In the morning 2 Saudi gentlemen( unfortunately I don’t recall their names). Location was good

The phone signal wasn’t the best in the room

la struttura è oggettivamente vecchia e non certamente sullo standard 4 stelle internazionale. rapporto qualità prezzo però è corretto, albergo è pulitoed è ubicato in una posizione centrale. Un elogio al personale molto cortese e disponibile.

I was expecting the hotel to be more updated. Whilst the room was ok, it had a strange smell. The safe wasnt working as the betteries and the lid from the back had come off. I expected the safe to be bolted but instead, the engineer just pulled the safe and got me another one from another room. Breakfastwas very limited and disnt look fresh at all. It looked as if they heated up most of it instead of making it fresh in the morning. The gym was falling apart and the whole area looked as of it hadn't been finished. I got on the treadmill that was working but they were not good. The equipment is quite old and REALLY needs attention or need to be replaced. Aside from that, the 2 times i spoke to reception, they were attentive, smiling and helpful.

Position

The water from shower was not warm enough. The air condition is coming in front of you during your sleeping, frozen your body. I suggest the management to put a kind of shadow in order to forward the air to the roof and not to the bed. On the toilet, shower place there was not a place were to place the tube of shampoo and soap.

Fabulous location, very clean and well kept, friendly staff.

Les chaînes TV ne fonctionnaient pas bien avec un son constamment haché. Lors de mon arrivée il y avait une odeur forte sûrement due à des remontées dans les tuyaux...Ça a été mieux le lendemain. L'hôtel semble ancien et non rénové...l'autre Novotel avait l'air bien mieux.

A nice experience in general. Great location, nice staff. spacious rooms with a great view on the Kingdom Tower. My only complaint is that the hotel only serves food at breakfast, so if you're staying in the evening you order delivery or you have to look for a place to eat. Otherwise, smooth stay.

Rooms are nice and big, it is a walking distance to Riyadh Kingdom Center.

Shower is open and water splashes outside the shower causing a mess. GPS location on Google maps is not updated, got lost many times

Great location, friendly and attentive staff.

Bathroom shower not clean and worn out, same the towels, etc. Light switches were all on or off so it was not possible to caliber the room lights. Breakfast seems expensive for what it offers.
