Good location after a late arrival at the port. We walked at night and although a little further than we thought, it was a reasonably easy walk and we felt safe. Room was small but exceptionally clean. Good for overnight. Very easy walk to metro in the morning for train to airport.

Don’t bother purchasing breakfast. Plenty of places around that have breakfast available in the morning.

Stayed here only for one night for a transit. It is very close to the Ferry Port, which is really convenient.

Room and bathroom is very small.

Basic but very comfortable. 10 mins in a taxi to the cruise port and 10-15 mins walk to lots of eateries. Breakfast is extra but very nice…lovely spinach pie!

No facilities other than a small bar but that wasn’t a problem for us as we were just staying one night before picking up a cruise.

Clean functional hotel for a one night stay before and after ferry to Saronic islands.

No water provided in the room. Location not as near to Pireaus ferry port as we thought and we found it quite difficult to walk and navigate the roads with our luggage. Apart from the Refene Taverna recommended by reception which was very good value and tasty food, there is nothing much in the vicinity of the hotel.

Climatisation trop bruyante

We paid for breakfast. They had a hot buffet. It was good, not excellent, but good. The dining area was immaculate as was the buffet area. There were hard boiled eggs and sunny side up eggs. The daily bread was fresh and very European and a treat. Coffee machines difficult to navigate. There wasn't a large selection but it was okay.

The rooms were small but clean.

This was a perfect hotel to stay in if you need to catch a Ferry to the islands and don’t want spend a lot of money. It is extremely clean , no frills and comfortable. You can literally walk to the ferry . The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

La climatisation était trop bruyante donc il ne fut pas possible de la laisser. Nous avons ouverts la porte fenêtre mais la température était élevée.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία, ειδικά αν ταξιδεύεις από το λιμάνι. Καθαρά δωμάτια, τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση.

Très bon accueil avec les informations utiles. Le balcon. A portée de marche du centre-ville et de la marina. A 4mn en voiture des ferries pour un embarquement matinal.

Chambre fonctionnelle, complète, propre mais petite (heureusement il y a le balcon). On a trouvé une place de parking à 10m, peut-être pas le cas à chaque fois.

Komunikatywny oraz życzliwy Pan na Recepcji, który mimo późnej pory przyjazdu był bardzo pomocny. Smaczne śniadanie. Blisko portu. Czysto.

Głośna klimatyzacja, świszczący dźwięk zużytego łożyska wentylatora w pokoju 602. Powinno to być wychwycone przez personel sprzątający przed udostępnieniem pokoju. Trochę wąskie łóżko, ale to jak hałasuje klimatyzacja zaczynasz dostrzegać.

Rooms are much tidier than we expected.

Surroundings are not really appealing and looks kind of dangerous, making us not to leave at night.

A bit diificult to find for a weary traveller trailing luggage on foot from the Cruise Terminal.

Piccolo ma pulitissimo, accogliente e ben posizionato per chi ha un traghetto da prendere.. metro dall'aeroporto a 5 minuti così come il porto. Camera davvero piacevole con una mega terrazza dove poter godere del panorama. Bagno impeccabile

Odaları çok dar ve kirlidir kendi carsaflarimizi kullandık.Cocuk için koltuğu açıp uzerine yatak atmışlar sürekli aşağı kayıyordu.Wc oturma çok yukarıda oda ve banyo çok küçük. Fiyat performans olarak limana yakın olduğu için tercih ettik.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. The staff were helpful. Close to port but not within walking distance. Not sure anything really is.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were so satisfied with our first experience that we chose to stay here for a second time. The service, comfort, and hospitality are consistently excellent. From now on, whenever we visit Piraeus, this will definitely be our place to stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely and clean, really welcoming and helpful staff

Nothing that we didn’t like, all good. Our daughter was on the extra ‘pull out’ bed, this wasn’t the best, it was incredibly noisy on every move and uncomfortable, however, this was the one and only downside to our stay.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. 12 noon checkout is great and later than most hotels. This hotel wasn't my first choice. My original booking was cancelled by the property and I had to book an alternative at short notice. That meant the location wasn't ideal for us, but obviously not the hotel's fault. The staff directed us to a fabulous taverna nearby for dinner, which was amazing.

No conditioner or body lotion. No iron. Minimal coffee making supplies. Noisy AC unit meant we couldn't use it overnight.

Upon check out the receptionist claimed that the room was not paid for…we were in a hurry to catch our ferry so I gave them my card just to get out of there. After numerous back and forth messages and phone calls, the hotel admitted their mistake. I’ll update this review once my refund is received.

Nosotros nos quedamos en este hotel la noche previa a coger un ferry que salía temprano, por lo que era una estancia “de paso” y, para eso, sí cumplió nuestras expectativas. La habitación no estaba mal, nos pusieron cama extra para la niña.

El colchón era extremadamente incómodo. La ubicación, aunque a nosotros nos iba bien para estar en el barco al día siguiente, entiendo que si lo que quieres es visitar la ciudad no es la mejor.

For me the location was perfect Near metro near bus from airport near restaurants and shops but on a relatively quiet street for Athens/piraeus If the took dogs I would always stay there.

Hotel itself was good. Breakfast had a good variety. All buffet style. We were very grateful for the hotel having our room ready early after disembarking early from a cruise ship. That was most welcome.

Location of hotel was in a very run down area of the city with very limited restaurants/bars in the locality. Unfortunately the staff were quite unfriendly and unwelcoming.

This hotel had a real home feeling like Guest House. We got to know the staff it was the same people about the same time every day. They was nice and very helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't a big room but just right for a short stay. It was located in a good walkable area like a downtown you could find anything you needed or just do a lot of shopping. However its was not in the tourist area, but you still wasn't far by taxi the young lady at the front desk said we could use public transportation, but we didn't try it. The taxi ride was quick and easy. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect one-night stay, close to the Piraeus Ferry Port. Staff was super nice, shared with us tips and let us check in a couple of hours earlier.

We had a short and lovely stay. It's location is great if you need to take a ferry early morning as you can walk to Piraeus port in 15 minutes. The bedroom was nice and included everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

No vending machine for snacks to those quest who does not to go out, small storage room for luggage while waiting for check in.the shower door does not close well so water leaks.

We selected this hotel for the proximity of the Harbor, as we had early ferry in the morning. The room was good for me and daughter. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to Harbor area, and restaurants. comfortable beds, good A/C. The front desk clerk was friendly, and called a taxi for us in the early morning. $10 EUR ride to Harbor. There is a bar in lobby, but we didn't use it. Very short trip, and this hotel met our needs well.

The lift was small, and may be a struggle for those less able, but that's pretty common in many Greek places we stayed.

Very convenient and perfect location - near the harbour, good value for money, very clean. You also have the option to have breakfast. You can book an airport transfer directly with the property.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel al rientro dal traghetto per le isole greche e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La posizione è a 15 minuti a piedi dal porto del Pireo, comoda per chi deve imbarcarsi o rientra da una crociera. Le camere sono spaziose, moderne e molto pulite, con letti comodi che garantiscono un ottimo riposo. La colazione è abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Il personale cortese, professionale e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l'efficienza del check-in e del check-out. Pur trovandosi in una zona strategica e vivace, l'hotel è tranquillo e offre tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comodità, pulizia e accoglienza prima o dopo una vacanza nelle isole greche. Ci tornerei senza esitazione!
