Tempat dan fasilitasnya cukup ok,sayang tidak ada pantai yg ada pasirnya.krn pantainya karang2 sehingga anak2 tdk bisa main pasir.Sempat ada kendala ac tp cepat penanganannya.cuma cafenya live music nya sebentar dan pengunjung tidak bisa nyanyi.

Tabung gas tidak tersedia jadi harus bayar lagi Rp.100.000.seharusnya sdh include masa hanya disiapkan kompor gas saja tanpa tabung gas.

Lokasi nya cukup dekat dari Jakarta. Kondisi bangunan cukup terawat, kebersihan ok, staf ramah. Tapi jangan harap ketemu pantai pasir di sini ya

As a resort this accommodation is really poor! Plenty of mosquitoes and centipedes. The room smells old and musty. The furniture out of dated. Some broken. They advertised this supposedly the best room, with kitchenette but when you want to cook no gas. You need to pay Rp 100000. Therehas no dishwasher or detergent to wash your dishes unless you asked. Don’t buy room with breakfast because the foods were poor. The fridge handle is broken. So much more to say but I hope this could help fellow travellers. Bring mozzie spray or repellent. Internet was super fast but super slow cut in and out.

I love the villa, we stay at krakatau villa.. the rooms are clean and the bathroom & ac also works out.

I loved sea, I can seated all day long but there's no gazebo and footpath for me to see the sea closer. And please for the breakfast more given sweet bread coz I needed for my black coffee.

Room is nice, comfortable and clean. Near to beach Big parking space and near to the room. think to come again in future soon.

There is a nice Restaurant for enjoying the sunset. The food was excellent. The Pool is really big and nice.

The property is quite old, the villas really need a rennovation. If you pay some money, you are allowed to smoke in the rooms. Thats why the room smelled like smoke, which was disgusting. Also so many aunts, mosquitos and cockroach in the villa.

Overall Amazing experience with this hotel. The Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the swan beautiful towel for the honeymoon couples.

Sanghyang Indah Spa Resort is located 20-30 minutes after the Cilegon toll exit from Jakarta—it's a lovely location for a short getaway. The swimming pool and hot bath therapy were highlights of our trip. The breakfast was good.

The name "Spa Resort" doesn't reflect the run-down property facilities. The bungalow with a beach view we booked was filthy, with cigarette trash in front and back of the property and ants crawling on the floor every minute during our stay. The mosquitoes were horrendous. We needed to purchase our mosquito electric deterrent. The music in the swimming pool blasted super loud during the day. The pan provided in the kitchen was extremely old and we had to ask to get a new one from the front office. One of the twin beds we slept in had a broken spring, which made us sink into the bed when we slept on it. The hot shower wasn't hot, but it was warm. The restaurant and spa menu prices are too expensive for the facilities they provide to their clientele. Despite those shortcomings, the front office was responsive and accommodated our request quickly.

Overall great hotel to stayed and spent time with the family members. Thank you to all staff and especially to Ms. Semil who helped us to make easy payment process directly to the account hotel due to error with the app.

I like the private villa. We can utilize the kitchen and refrigerator. It's actually great for family trip. And still can visit Sambolo beach nearby. But, not really comfortable compare to other tourist beach in Bali.

I expect to have beach sands at the resort. But, I can only found rocky beach. And the grass is so wild. If they make it more neat and play more playground or activity, I think it would be great. They have bicycle rental, but the guy never stay in the post, so we can't rent it anyway.

The resort is very clean, the facilities are good, the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Location is great.Everything is inside with restaurants and even bar. Almost every facility. Have very cozy little cafe near the sea shore.

I booked a villa with a sea view, in the afternoon the view was really beautiful, the room is clean, no mosquito, the facilities are really good, restaurant, cafe, night club, swimming pool and etc...

I stay at new baduy condo vila with my friend, the vila quiet clean and big,they have kitchen with cuttleries and gas stove,so we can cooking by our selves.for price quiet cheap than other vila in anyer,they have 2 price ( room only and room breakfast).for entertainment they have dragon club and karaoke,when we stay here we still can enjoy music like in the city.one more thing the staff very friendly,,

Not so many place are as well maintained as Sanghyang, great place, great location, good food and nice rooms. Wifi should be improved but for the rest, a good place for couples, families. Well spaced n nice beach

We booked villa with beach view, it was basically a lawn that looked out to the sea. The beach is rocky so you can’t play/swim there. There is a man made lagoon but it was also not made to swim in it seems. Upon arrival they gave us free tickets to the night club which apparently started their music at 10pm. We were basically the only two customers until a bit later. Walking back we saw many people two by two on benches along they way. Made it seem not really family friendly at night. They also gave us one voucher for the hot springs but it was rather lukewarm, not very hot. Swimming pool was pretty much one of the more busy places. Kids and adults enjoyed taking a dip. Don’t bother with breakfast, it was pretty sad and disappointing. Overall, it’s an old place. If you have a big family or large group you can take advantage of the villa. Squeeze in with bringing extra bedding on your own. Don’t get the breakfast. They have a small stove to cook instant noodles.

Good property for 4star hotel and good service. Good place too. Only minus facility about the private beach and their swimming pool is small, They dont have it. They have a good food for dinner and breakfast. We had try for all you can eat sushi (Dinner) and good local food for breakfast. And for rate start from 1.3mio. Im holiday with my family.

The garden is just so huge. We took small lodge and it was quite nice. they have small kitchen, a living room and dinning room complete with fridge. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. They need to improve on the cleanliness for sure. Breakfast is just minimalist. Another good thing about this hotel is that it is quite close to the city.

There is no beautiful beach with smooth white sand & crystal clear water to swim in this hotel. In fact, there are NO such beach in Anyer & Carita area. Please keep in mind. But this place is still nice to stay at. The room was clean & tidy, amenities (towel, tooth brush etc) with proper air conditioning. Unstable wifi did not affect us too much. The only problem is the sewer system. Friendly staff especially at d'Bistro cafe. We had dinner & lunch there. Nasi goreng (fried rice) was good as well as Volcano Roll sushi. However, the spaghetti carbonarra wasn't that good. Reasonable price. There is a bar & karaoke with 8 private room adjacent to cafe. Not to say swimming pool & tennis court.

The resort was a nice place to stay. The location is good, room was spacious and clean, and the gardens were lovely. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort and would come back again for sure.

Sanghyang is one of the first hotels that you see once you get to Anyer area, so if traffic is bad you dont spend too long on the way. They have many cottages with 2 bedrooms, size and facilities are quite OK. We stayed at Krakatau Suite,2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which 1 can be separated between the bathroom and the toilet. Sofa and dining set are made from rattan. Their extra beds are mattress only. The beach is coral, can not play with sand. They have lagoon but of course not as nice as sandy beach, the sand is kinda thick and the steps down the lagoon are a bit steep. However you can play banana boat, and maybe jetski as well, just go to the banana boat agent at left side of the beach area. Check in time is 2 pm but our room was only ready at 3.30 pm but perhaps because it was high season. One thing missing was towel stand, they should have provided 1 or 2 for every unit, you would expect people to be able to hang their clothes to dry from playing at the beach or swimming in the swimming pool. Breakfast was nice, no complaint. Sport facilities are quite complete, from swimming pool, tennis courts (they have 2), bike rental, basket ball. Karaoke room is spacious and the songs are quite up to date. We paid IDR 600k for two hours. We could consider coming back in the future.

My friends and I (4 adults, 1 infant) booked a Krakatau Villa for two nights over a long weekend for a getaway from Jakarta. Going into the trip, I had set my expectations quite low, as I stayed in the neighboring Carita Beach the year before and was less than pleased with the accommodation and surrounding beach area (pictures did not match reality...). So, upon entering our villa I was pleasantly surprised to see everything was clean, new and well-appointed. The kitchen had been properly cleaned, as well as the fridge; the seating was still new and comfy and the bedrooms had cold AC and proper bedding. The grounds of the resort are well-kept, but there isn't a real beach for you to go into, just a little lagoon area and then a sea wall where you can walk. The pool was quite nice and large, so even though there was a large crowd of people, it wasn't too crowded. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. There is bread to make toast, an omelette station and traditional Indonesian food to choose from. At check-in they provided us with 2 30-minute vouches for the hot spring spa (you receive 1 per day). We thought it was a little weird that a villa meant for 4 people only receives 1 voucher per day, but they let us take 2 vouchers on the same day so we could go together. They said 1 hour in the hot spring spa is IDR 200.000, which we all found quite expensive, so just used the voucher. The hot spring spa is really nice and relaxing, so definitely use the vouchers if you are given them. On the first day, we were provided with a water jug, but it was already half empty. On the second day, we asked for a new one, however, they could only provide unbranded water or water bottles (they gave us 8). We took the water bottles, but were out by the evening. When we asked for more water, at first we were told that we couldn't, however, after more persuading, they provided us the unbranded water gallon we refused the day before, so we ended up buying our own water across the street. Overall, we were all pleased with our stay at Sanghyang. If you're looking for a family villa in the Anyer area, I would definitely recommend this resort for a weekend getaway.

My family and i stayed at Sanghyang Anyer on 1-2 April 2017. We stayed at double deck villa no.539. When we are travelling to Anyer. We will expect to see a nice beach especially at star hotel just like Sanghyang but here you will not get it. My negative comments: food was very poor for breakfast buffet.but for ala carte we didn't try anything . No hot water in our villa Very poor internet connection in our villa and i had to call reception for many times. Beach is full of rocks and corals . Positive comments= the staff are friendly.

Me and friends enjoyed our time, we were very comfortable and feels homy. We would highly recommend Sanghyang Resort for holiday and vacation. Got a room with direct beach access, absolutely wonderful!!

This resort doesnt have their own beach to play. But not that far from the nearest beach which has all of the watersport. It has its own pool, spa, tennis court, and night club. Suitable for people who want to have fun with their friends. This resort dorsnt havr much villas so it felt private because it's not that crowded.

This hotel is located near the beach across the krakatoa island where you can see the legendary leftover the mighty krakatoa. The deluxe room.is quite clean with king size bed with hot and cold shower. The speciality of this hotel is the spa, called hot water d'spa where you can experience hydrotheraphy spa. This hotel also have tennis court, swimming pool and a lagoon beach made because the hotel is located in the coral area beach

On my stay we have a villa facing the pool. Nice to stay near the pool and for having that quite nice spa facilities in anyer. For the room, it is spacious, cleanliness is average, bed was okay, aircon was cool enough. Do not expect to play at beach or sand, it has artificial small seaside but seems badly manage. Breakfast and dinner was serve very bad, way to salty and seems terrible. We decide to eat at nearby japanese restaurant & bar and found out that the food was great. Beside the 'just ok' rooms and quite big pool, just don't expect too much.

This is one of the best resort in anyer offering full range of facilities : hotspring spa, authentic japanese food, premium karaoke rooms, excellent tennis court w rubber cushion system, very clean and nice swimming pool, premium beach club w full bar....and nice and clean room for accomodations. I would recommend for all travellers going to anyer to stop by and try out this resort...

Enjoyed the spa at this hotel, unique to the area and a great facility. Overall the hotel lacked any character, and I thought it was quite expensive especially when you compare it to other hotels close by. The room was good, but a little dark, lighting could have been much better. Food was good in the evening although the breakfast lacked choice. Definitely things to improve.

The Villa is so terrible! we booked 3 days and 2 night for Baduy Villa (2 Rooms) for IDR 2.250.000/night, the building is very old, only one TV inside and it's 14" old TV from 1980's, the Air Conditioner also so old its only fan not even cold, the refrigerator also very old even not working! there's no water dispenser! the bed even worst! It's totally ruined our holiday, the worst resort ever!

foods provided worst than anyer warteg, most of their Manager dont know how to smile and servr thr guest..monkey face. Price is ridiculous expensive than 5Star Jakarta hotel or others resort in Anyer. Kindly consider before make your pre-book. Amin.
