Coming from the US, we love AC and didn’t realize these rooms didn’t have central air but overall the staff was very nice and polite and took very clean

Clean hotel and comfortable. But no air con and no fridge to store drinks. Had building work opposite which was so nosiy and would have liked to have been told about this. Small hotel so no possibility to move rooms. Good location but needs air con or more ventilation.

Das Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Das Classic-Doppelzimmer war sehr ansprechend, sauber, ruhig und hatte einen Parkettboden, aber für 2 Personen doch relativ klein mit wenig Abstelllächen, da es im Bad gar keine Abstellmöglichkeiten oder Haken hatte. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt reicht es völlig. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber die darin integrierte Dusche dafür genügend gross. Grundsätzlich jedoch nichts für korpulente Personen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Hotel, aber auch ziemlich klein. Im Kleiderschrank kriegt man kaum Sachen unter. Für den klassischen Städtetrip jedoch sehr geeignet.

The guy at the reception in the morning shift was extremely agressive. I asked the guy in the night shift for a late check out at least one hour as I wanted to sleep, he said ok. Then in the next day the other called with an attitude and he literally told me “ I give you 10 minutes to leave or you pay!!” Like I’m in the army or I’m asking for his mercy!!! Was a weird experience, I never had it in my life. Also when I left he told me a bad words. I’m speechless about his agressive attitude. He needs to learn how to be professional and have some skills on the hospitality.

Great hotel the only thing that was missing was ac in the room as it was very hot 35 degrees but it had a fan

The staff was excellent and very helpful, this being my first time in Paris. Only thing I perhaps did not like at first was when you go out you have to give the desk the room key. At first this seemed strange but it was not a problem at all. I am sure they are just trying to monitor who is coming and going for safety reasons

Excellent hotel that doesn't cost a fortune.Very helpful desk employees. Great location. Very comfortable. Only complaint (although not their fault) is very noisy outdoor bar across the street! Ugh.

very friendly staff

Our "pass sanitaire" was not checked at book in and frequently guests were in the lounge area without masks. Some signage regarding number of people in the lift would have been helpful, my wife was subjected to other guests crowding in around her; she exited the lift and took the stairs. An old towel was found under the bed. The bed was small and uncomfortable, several times I nearly fell out, and didn't once have a decent night's sleep. The room was too small for a standard double, probably okay as a single. The staff were friendly and helpful, it is the owner/management who need to get their act together.

Rigtig dejlig beliggenhed centralt i et godt område. Personale er smilende og der er åbent 24/7. Værelset helt udemærket med fin komfort i sengen. Badeværelset lugtede dog ret indelukket/muggent og vi var nødt til at have udsugning tændt hele tiden.

Väldigt bra placerat hotell. Centralt men ändå inte mitt i smeten. Mysigt område. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

L’accueil est agréable. Mais selon l’étage, la luminosité et le bruit sont différents. Pas de prise à côté du lit dans la chambre 104 et télévision qui s’est déclenchée toute seule une fois quand j’étais sous la douche (petite frayeur) et deux fois pendant la nuit l’écran restait lumineux malgré le fait de l’avoir éteinte.

シングルの部屋に宿泊しました。参考写真のイメージよりはかなり狭く、特にシャワールームとトイレのユニットスペースは相当狭いです。石鹸以外は何も用意されていないのでシャンプー等は持参した方が良いです。因みに冷蔵庫もありません。壁も相当薄いです。笑　 良い点はマレ地区の中心辺りにあるので買い物等には便利です。また、フロントの人は良い人でした。

The hotel is situated in the perfect spot, with most of what you want to see and do within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff is friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel since there are many nice small cafes just around the corner.

Hotel tres propre et accueil serviable. L emplacement est ideal pour visiter paris à pied ainsi que pour prendre le metro, le bus, le rer ou le taxi. Tres bon rapport qualité /prix. La rue de rivoli est à 2 pas. C est un quartier où l on se sent bien.

It was just ok. I loved the location. The bed was not very comfortable. The room lacked A/C, which was a huge drawback. Not very few negatives all in all. Staff was friendly and cordial. I think for the price, breakfast should have been included.

Fijne plek in de stad, ook voor gebruik Metro, gezellige buurt.

La estadía fue buena pero debe mejorar el baño , debido a que el duchero, inodoro y lavabo están integrados. Los alrededores del hotel son ruidosos por la presencia de bares y restaurantes pero también es una ventaja tenerlos en las inmediaciones. La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy bueno y bien dispuesto, la relación costo beneficio del hotel es muy buena

Location is great. Hotel is clean. The local area is busy at night, with no air conditioning in the middle of summer you need to either choose a hot room or have slightly disturbed sleep

Nice hotel in a good location. We had a room on the 7th floor, which meant that we had to take the spiral stairs from the 6th floor, but that wasn't a problem. Front desk staff were hit and miss - the person we had at check in wasn't super friendly, but the person we had at check out was very friendly and helpful with directions to the metro to get directly to the airport.

It was very rude from the front desk to only ask about my one specific friend’s ID when he/she visited me while when my other friends from a different background visited me no ID was requested and even when I checked in myself no iD was requested at all. The floors were very dirty, the chair on the side was stained and full of dust, there’s barely any soap and no other toiletries

The entire trip was amazing a couple of the front desk staff where very rude. But all others were great!

Unhelpful service

On ne pouvais pas faire venir quelqun après 20h. Et avant 20h il faut prevenir!! Quel intimité !! Puis il faut laisser la clef a chaque fois quon sort de lhotel mele pour 5 minutes!!

Förutom att vi inte hade ngn tillräckligt stor avlastningsplats för vår resväska var rummet välplanerat men väldigt litet. Vi fick lägga resväskan på sängen vid ur- och inpackning.

Nous descendons tous les ans dans cet hôtel que nous aimons bien au centre de Paris. Bien sûr, l'hôtel vieillit mais nos remarques sont entendues et certains travaux sont prévus. Les lits sont excellents mais les oreillers sont moins bien. A revoir peut être. La situation est idéale pour quadriller Paris!!

Veldig dårlig frokost. På to av tre dager var det ikke brød tilgjengelig . Toalettet vår så lite at du måtte ha hjelp for å nå papiret. Generellt hyggelig i resepsjonen

Hôtel très bien situé à côté du BHV et de l Hôtel de Ville , le métro est tout proche. Accueil chaleureux mais chambre et salle de bain un peu trop petites pour 2 personnes.

노트르담성당 등 도보로 갈 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋았고 주요 관광지를 갈 수 있는 메트로가 가까워서 밤 늦게 돌아다녀도 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절해서 많은 도움을 받았습니다. 방이 생각보다 작아서 불편함이 있었지만 위치와 금액을 고려했을 때는 전반적으로 아주 좋았습니다.

Uncomfortable pillows - hard as a rock No bar of soap in bathroom

Los cuartos son súper pequeños, fui con mi esposo y entre las dos maletas, él y yo necesitábamos organizarnos para no pisarlas Jajajaja pero la verdad es que el hotel está muy bien si solo quieres pasar la noche. La cama es muy cómoda y los cuartos están limpios y recién remodelados. Además tienes el metro a una cuadra y el Sena a 2. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí. Otra cosa, las paredes son muy delgadas entonces se escucha lo que hace la habitación con mucha facilidad, eso nos despertó un día en la madrugada.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First, the room I received looked nothing like the hotel I booked. Second, there was no hot water and they didn’t tell us when we were checking in. We waited 3 hours for the hot water to come back (which it never did) before we checked out and went down the street. Avoid at all costs.

It was a nice hotel in a nice area. I would not say it was an average hotel, there was no mini fridge or A/C, it was clean.

The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, the service friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the tiny size of the shower recess and the limit of toiletries.

WORST hotel. Do not stay here. No AC unit in room and NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS FOR 2 DAYS!!! They were not willing to help with this situation and kept saying it will be fixed and never was. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Nice cosy renovated hotel right in the heart of Marias close to all the action

No airconditioning. No parking beside building. You can park car in underground public parking across from the building on Rue de Rivoli and then bring your luggage up from the garage to cross the street. Starbucks is on the corner when you come out the front door for an early and quick breakfast.

Great location - 10min walk to Notre Dame, 20min to The Louvre.

Wonderful location and very helpful staff. We would have liked stronger water pressure in the shower however the room itself was quite spacious and the view was spectacular. The breakfasts were very good and the staff were obliging with any of our questions. They had a very good knowledge of English which helped us.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Great location but tiny rooms. Like a lot of hotels in Europe there is no AC so I wouldn’t stay here in the warmer months. I would stay here again.

Tiny tiny room but pleasant hotel. Very clean and exceptionally great location in the Marais. No AC and a bit of road noise but all and I’ll happy. This is my second stay here and I’ll come again.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was small but with a cute balcony. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, however it was fine for a three night stay. ***THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!*** My daughter and I stayed there for three nights. The staff were incredibly rude and were not helpful at all! We didn't ask for much other than some suggestions for places to eat, asked for directions once and then asked for the front desk to print out tickets for a tour for us. Each time, we were treated as though we were interrupting them and were brushed off. When we asked for the best transportation to get to the airport the following day, the man told us that we could walk, take the metro or taxi and turned back to his computer. Keep in mind, there was NO ONE else in the lobby when we were asking for assistance. The men at the front desk simply did not want to be bothered by our inquiries. We travel quite a bit and in my experience, hotel staff are always one of the best resources for the questions we had and we did not ask for much. I will NEVER stay here again and will be sure to advise anyone I know to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the same price range with better, friendlier service. During our travels through London and Paris, this was the ONLY occasion where we encountered rude, horrible people. The people in France were so friendly and wonderful, this hotel experience was quite unfortunate.

Just lovely to be able to leave hotel and immediately be on the streets of the lovely Marais area. Feeling of being central.

If you want a very basic but clean hotel option this is for you. Room was tight but not tighter than any other hotel in this range in Paris- maybe even slightly bigger. Marais location is excellent if you want a lot of food, shopping and bar options. Can be a bit noisy however since there is a late night bar right across the street.

Clean, reasonable with helpful staff, good sized room in a nice area of paris. Only negative is the beds were uncomfortable.

The Grand Hotel du Loiret was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Paris. It's minutes away from Notre Dame and even closer to the metro. Staff was very helpful. The room and in room bathroom were clean, but small by "American" standards. But then again, we weren't in America. Since we were only there to sleep, it worked out just fine. Highly recommend the Jewish coffee shops/bakeries just a few short minutes away.

Good location. We walked to most of our destinations in Paris from the hotel. Good places to eat within easy walking distance. The WiFi was OK (not great). The room was small, but we knew that when we booked it. Good value

Be aware that there is hardly space to keep your luggage and walk around. There was a large step up into the shower and if you are over 6 feet tall you will be too tall for the shower.

The rooms were tiny(we were expecting that from Paris) but it was not very clean, there was a bit if mold in shower and near the window some tiny bugs. I had oreded the breakfast and options were limited and bread was stale, no fresh anything. It took a while for staff to warm up to us.We did love the neighborhood, but it can be very noisy at night.

Perfect location. 3-5 min to Metro, 10 min walk to Notre Dame, 25 min walk to Louvre. Multiple restaurants one street up from a hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean but small like most of the hotels in Paris. They do have elevator. They do offer breakfast but we did not eat in the hotel.

Rooms simple, clean and nice. Great location. Stay only marred by the poor service on arrival (chap at reception wouldn't get off his phone and, not surprisingly, the electronic room key failed - meaning a return to reception with luggage. Service on departure was not a joyful experience either.

It is a pretty barebones place - the view out the window was nice, but the room was very small and a bit uncomfortable. The elevator was broken for almost the whole time we were there (made it difficult to carry our bags out when we were headed to the airport) - there was no apology from the staff for not having a working elevator. Also, you have to leave the key with the front desk staff when you leave the hotel, which made me a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely place to stay for a solo trip. If going during summer season, make sure you are ok to sleep with the windows open and are ok with noice. Otherwise, perfect little spot.

Perfect location, very clean, Sophie was very helpful and would definitely stay here again - book early for best prices - turn left and left again and a nice boulangerie, shops, cafes, wine bar in nearest neighbourhood or turn right and you'really at the beach in minutes

Wonderful location, very helpful staff, super comfortable room without going bankrupt in expensive Paris, Macs nearby, Metro ultra close, view of N.D. and Pompidou from our window. We visited 6 countries, and this was our best hotel! Appreciated the shuttle van arrangement back to CDG too. This is a great hotel for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The first receptionist was VERY rude to myself and my guests, he also tried to give us a double room rather than a twin. When we came back down to correct him on his mistake he said we booked the wrong room, I had to prove otherwise. The second who did the night shift made up for his attitude. All in all I would probably stay here again, even if the first concierge was working that day as he became more comedic than infuriating.

We had a good time. Sunday morning was a bit noisy as the cleaning services and trash men seemed to work non stop from 3am! The staff are friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

We had a great stay here -small room -but it had everything we needed -very comfortable and great location for sightseeing in Paris. 5 minute walk from metro station. Many food places right by the hotel. Im glad I booked here instead of staying somewhere more expensive.

I enjoyed staying here a lot. Other than not automatically getting the room we'd requested on arrival, the rest of the stay was great. I'm really looking forward to staying there again very soon.

Room and bathroom were quite small but were clean, relatively updated, and location was good. The staff was also kind and helpful! Would recommend and the wifi worked pretty well too.

I wanted to love this hotel as the hotel itself is great. It's just that the neighborhood is way too loud and noisy until at least 1AM, and then there are loud disturbances off and on during the rest of the night, along with various trash trucks in the morning. This is of course because I had to have the windows open - it was hot in August in Paris. If windows were closed, then the noise would be reduced by half at least. There are a couple bars that keep music loud until 1AM each night. So, if you wish to get to sleep before then, do not stay in a street facing room. I guess that an interior room would be nice and quiet. The bedding was a bit too firm, and the pillows I had to avoid as they were also way too firm and high. The hotel is cute and the staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the Marais - Hotel de Ville. Only because of the loud noise I would not be able to stay again.

The hotel fit all of our travel needs, although it was a bit small. I know Paris hotels are generally tight on space so we were not too surprised when we first arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was wonderful! Only 2 blocks from a major metro stop and Notre Dame!!
