Reviewed Aug 8, 2025OK, this is a old small hotel beside highway so a tad noisy from traffic. It is not a Hilton, however, the staff could not do enough for us. We had a clean comfortable bed at a decent price. If you are ok with an ok facility with great staff, I highly recommend.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025We booked this budget hotel for 2 nights. When we walked in we were surprised by the large size of the room. Microwave. small refridgerator, coffee machine, toasyer, crockery and cutlery were all supplied in the room so we could prepare simple meals. Walking distance to shops. Staff were lovely. We would happily stay here again if we were ever in Clinton again. Great value for money. Gail and Eric from Australia.

In fact it was better equipped than most four or five star hotels I’ve stayed at. But just to be clear, this is not luxury living, rather it’s a very solid product at an unbeatable price.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2023The motel is clean and decently priced. The overall quality needs a little more sprucing up. For e.g. the bathroom does not have a fan and the window is left open. The shampoo and shower gels provided is odd smells of dish detergent. The coffee maker did not work correctly. The coffee came out cold. There were a few older coffee makers stowed in the room, not sure why. Overall our stay was pleasant, the owner is very responsive and the rooms were very clean.

However, there needs to be a better explanation of where the motel is situated, it is on the corner of Hiway 97 and the turn off to Kelly Lake Road. The GPS led me way down Kelly Lake Road to a large farming area and told me that I had reached my destination, very upsetting after a rather lengthy drive. I finally phoned the manager and got directions. The motel is a dark blue colour with white trim, very smartly done up. Once I found the place and got settled in it was a lovely stay. I was only there for overnight, but will certainly stay there again.

Reviewed Sep 24, 2022We needed a room with a full size refrigerator. This hotel had it. The owner/manager who met me at the desk was pleasant. The room was clean. Shower/bathroom was clean and nice. Soap in shower dispenser certainly beats the thin mini bars some places dispense. Clientele were quiet, albeit facility was only partially used. I had stayed at the round up before, and I will probably stay there again.
