Reviewed May 3, 2021館內有很多櫻花(山櫻花、吉野櫻)還有銀杏,冬天、春天來訪定點旅遊的方式應該會很棒。 有些看起來荒廢的(三隻假綿羊)很可惜,希望可以整頓讓休憩空間更豐富 (住宿還有送青青草原門票 小瑞士花園門票 空中步道優待票),遊客可以先來賓館CHECK IN取票,再搭南投客運(NT20元/人)上去青青草原以免多花門票錢

Reviewed Nov 7, 2020早餐餐廳的菜色跟手藝很棒！👍 但是 房間隔音不好加上櫃台的反應很扣分！ 11/4住103-108號房外面有園區花園這區。本是豪華雙人房，但是因為私密性，所以窗簾也還是拉上的。 房間的隔音很差，浴室可以聽到很清楚的別人說話聲。衣櫃隔壁掛衣服的聲音超大聲，跟隔壁共用兩面的設計，明顯的是設計不良的結果。跟櫃台反應，得到的是不屑一顧的眼神，還說：那要看你隔壁住的是誰ㄚ！ 傻眼👀了我 不該是這樣的回應吧？服務業 去年秋冬也來住過，住另外ㄧ區，感覺很棒啊！ 結果這次.........

Reviewed Oct 12, 2020員工服務不錯，房間打掃得滿乾淨的，但空氣清淨機按鈕壞了好幾顆應該要維修或淘汰。設施有點老舊，公用廁所有異味清潔有待加強。午餐選擇西式排餐有附自助吧很不錯，早餐樣式及變化較少，單純吃粗飽而已。

Reviewed Jan 18, 2020運氣運氣，一行人有人住到有陽台有景觀的，有人我卻住到面停車場的，然後窗子沒什麼隔音效果，晚上偶有車聲…整體來講算舒適，床軟硬適中，簡單的自助早餐，還附有清境及小瑞士的門票，晚上可以走到旁邊餐廳，有便利商店，也可以順著地下道走到小瑞士看水舞！

Reviewed Jan 20, 2019I enjoyed my stay over there. The staffs are friendly with their greetings, and front desk staffs are helpful with directions. I had some problems with the TV, and the 2nd level service desk staffs are helpful with it. Room amenities are quite comprehensive; non-slip bathroom mat+slipper etc., and even a shoe cleaning kit. particularly love the smell of the shampoo and shower gel; wished could take home more! :)

Reviewed Nov 23, 2018今次的旅程是住國民賓館，我們房間的陽台是面對園林雅景，在山腰竪立了幾所城堡式的小屋! 遠望且有群山環繞著! 但比較遜色的是設施比較舊一些! 如果不要求高的客人，大約HK$500的房間來說，有自助早餐和小瑞士花園的門券包括在內，也算是一個不錯之選擇!

Reviewed Oct 14, 2018Stayed here for a night. The place is conveniently located near to 7-11, Swiss Garden and public bus stop. However, do not expect any service from the front desk. We asked about joining a sunrise tour and were told to call the tour agent ourselves. We asked for directions and were told to use a map. The room is fine but balcony was too dusty so we did not utilize it at all. Don’t expect much for breakfast either. The rest of our stay in other parts of Taiwan were fantastic and awesome.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2018I stayed here for a day, but really want to stay more. As surrounding has shops, 7-eleven and restaurants, which very convenience. The problem i had is about hot water in shower (it's too hot, and i didnt call for help, as i have a bus to catch) and the water in flush toilet was not running.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2018This is the second time that I'm staying in this guest house. It was alright on my first stay, however, for this second trip to this guest house, i was given room A105, the ceiling was opened, for don't know what reason which make my mum unable to sleep the whole night. I can only say if you are travelling with just a partner and have a tight budget in cingjing, this guest house is for you else go for the minsu around them, the experience will be much better.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2018第一次帶小朋友到清境農場玩，事前並沒有太多時間做功課，只是單純的以方便做爲住宿地點的選擇標準，清境農場國民賓館在當地算是最老牌的旅館，比起其他外型漂亮的民宿，建築物並不突出，但是所在的位置卻是其他民宿無法比的。另外就是訂房的價格看起來並不便宜，我們的package包括早餐、青青草原門票（我們連續去了兩天）、小瑞士門票、天空步道折價券，如果把這些門票考慮在內，國民賓館確實很優惠！ 值得一提的是我們這次住在C棟2樓，窗外的風景真的是超值！ 我們很幸運的遇到非常熱情的員工，給了我們很多實用旅遊的建議（食衣住行都有喔！），讓這次的旅行完全沒有浪費在摸索上！ 如果真的要找缺點，大概就是房內的插座在這個3C時代有點不夠用⋯⋯

Reviewed Dec 1, 2017Location wise is not exactly near to Qing Qing Farm. It’s an hour walk up though by car it’s just 15 mins. There is a small shopping area with Starbucks, 7-eleven, lavender shop.. Room is not the best but the view is amazing. See photo attached, that’s the view from my room balcony. Amazing !! Breakfast was nothing to shout about.. need clear own plates also.

I think the staff can be more friendly since one of them seemed to be annoyed when we just politely asked her about the information of shuttle bus. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Reviewed May 30, 2017We choose this place because its near to bus stop. Check in exact 3pm. Quite good selection of breakfast. Received free entrance ticket to famous attraction. Just opposite walking distance is 7E , Carton king and Lil Swiss. They even have another 7E, MOS Burger, eateries and Starbuck adjacent to the building.Take a walk a lil tea plantation behind the hotel. You can even walk up to the Green Green Grassland if you are ok to walk and do a bit of hiking. It just the toilet a bit smelly. Guess because the building is quite old but I think they refurbished recently. Overall good stay for 2 nights.

Reviewed May 25, 2017I stayed two nights but they repeatedly reminded me to check out in the morning of the 2nd day. After clarification twice and reminding them no cleaning up service was required, the cleaning staff came to tidy up my room at 11am!! Also, they refused to give me breakfast coupons for both days at one go and so I needed to collect them at the reception every day !!

However pls note that there's no warmer or heater in the room. It was 4degrees and way too cold to sleep. The reception at second level gladly waited for us to Be back after dinner and gave us her heater at her work desk. However I'm not sure if there are any more for rental. It was way too cold. Breakfast was very Chinese style. But decent. Hotel do giv free tickets to cingjing farm and Swiss garden. Irregardless of which website u book the hotel on. U do not need to buy any more tickets.

Upon check-in I am given free ticket to small Swiss garden and green green grassland. there are 7-11, Starbucks and several small stores nearby. location is good and easy to get around. the only thing that I don't like is the breakfast place. we are treated like "little kids" to return the plates after meal, the "supervisor" even direct us on where to put the cutleries instead of helping us to put away.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2016Stayed on 15 Jun 2016. Hotel is undergoing renovation but with minimal distraction. To reach the room, one has to cut through the dinning area from the hotel lobby. Has to take the stairs to reach room starting with '1XXX'. The room has 2 double beds, a TV and a fan. No aircon. There's a bathtub in the bathroom. Take note that the bus frequency for going up to the farmland is few; can wait up to 1hr for a bus. We ended walking up to the farmland where the road was about 2km uphill. 2 time slots for horse performance daily at 10+am and 3+pm. Wool cutting performance only happens during weekends and holidays. One can buy the animal feedings to feed the sheep in order to take better pictures. Sun block is recommended as the sun can be strong on the highland.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2016Overall stay was good. No air conditioning in the room but the weather was very cold during our period of travel so no issue. Great view from our hotel room (family room) facing the nature greenery.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2015Location is good if u want to complete cing jing quickly. We merely stopover and stayed for a night before heading to taipei..but manage to cover the important bits. :)
