En primer lugar, el baño estaba roto y echaba agua toda la noche y el lavabo estaba atascado, no nos podíamos ni lavar los dientes. En segundo lugar, las camas no tenían sábanas bajeras. En tercer lugar, la calefacción no funcionaba y hacía mucho frío. Además, detrás de la puerta de la entrada estaba sucio, no habían barrido. Todo el suelo estaba sucio. Por último, demasiado caro para las condiciones en las que se encontraba la habitación.

they "were cleaning" but in practise they will come in the room make the bed and thats it, not even take the garbage out, i asked for an iron to do the clothes propably 5 times no one bothered to go and check where it was. the breakfast had almost nothing, the service wasnt good and some staff where friendly while others obviously didnt want to be there

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to numerous cleanliness, maintenance, and health concerns that were never addressed by the hosts. Most importantly: bed bugs. This alone is a serious health and safety issue and completely unacceptable for a rental property. In addition, the basement had visible mold and an overwhelming musty odor. The kitchen was filthy, with grease covering the countertops, walls, cabinet handles, and even the cutlery. The dishwasher was broken, and the kitchen sink repeatedly flooded. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, with heavy limescale and soap scum on the shower door, and both bathroom sinks were clogged with standing water. The upstairs bedroom also lacked privacy due to a strange interior opening (essentially a window without glass) looking directly into the kitchen. Basic supplies were insufficient as well—we were provided with an inadequate amount of toilet paper for our stay. We notified the hosts of these issues promptly. The only issue they addressed was one of the clogged bathroom sinks; all of the other problems—including the bed bugs, mold, broken dishwasher, flooded kitchen sink, and overall cleanliness concerns—were left unresolved. We were also told someone would come on Monday to address the remaining issues, but no one ever showed up. The combination of bed bugs, mold, and the overall lack of cleanliness raises serious health and safety concerns. It’s difficult to recommend this property given both the condition of the rental and the hosts’ failure to adequately address these issues after being notified.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Although the location wasn't ideal, it was convenient enough for my personal travel needs. On a positive note, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly.
1. We stayed for an entire week without any housekeeping. They only cleaned the room once—the night before we checked out—and only after we filed an official complaint.2. I was shocked by how poor the staff's English proficiency was.3. At check-in, we were unexpectedly forced to pay an extra 30 Euros in taxes.4. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable.5. The bathroom requires urgent maintenance; the shower drain was completely clogged, and we actually had to clear it ourselves just to take a shower.6. The housekeepers on our floor were incredibly loud and noisy. When we tried talking to them in English, they barely understood anything and just walked away laughing loudly, which felt highly disrespectful and lacked basic professional etiquette.

La femme de ménage fait du bruit le matin et toqué plusieurs fois à la porte. J’imagine qu’elle est pressée de terminer mais j’ai trouvé cela dérangeant.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Il y avait une fille marocaine qui ma très bien accueilli et a toujours pété là quand j’aurais besoin des choses nécessaires, telles que les informations nécessaires vraiment c’est une fille agréable. Il y avait aussi un monsieur, je pense, il est Malien, il ma tellement aidé à aller lorsque, j’avais voulu me rendre sur un évènement, y avait pas le Taxi, mais il s’est offert personnellement pour m’aider pour commencer me rendre donc ça a été tellement agréable. Ce sont des personnel magnifiques.

Hôtel relativement loin du métro et les bus (2 arrêts) ne sont ni fréquents ni fiables, il faut donc souvent marcher (pas très agréable en pleine canicule) Alarme incendie déclenchée une nuit à plus de minuit (mais il n'y avait pas d'incendie) Quand on séjourne plusieurs nuits, il faut demander (avant midi) à ce que le ménage de la chambre soit fait. Je l'ai demandé le deuxième jour, mais ça n'a pas été fait.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spokojna, jeżeli ktoś chce zamieszkać na kilka dni blisko centrum Paryża w ciszy. W pokoju znajduje się klimatyzacja, która bardzo przydała się w upalne dni. 15 min pieszo do metra linia nr. 5, którym można dojechać bezpośrednio do Luwru i blisko centrum Paryża w 20 min. Zameldowanie jest od 14 ale można przyjechać o dowolnej porze. Parking znajduje się obok hotelu, jest zamykany, nikt nie dostanie się za ogrodzenie więc samochód jest bezpieczny. Cały czas jest ktoś dostępny na recepcji, jest ochrona. W hotelu jest czysto i schludnie. Polecam
Minusem było to, że za parking który znajduje się przy hotelu musieliśmy zapłacić dodatkowo 6 euro za dobę. Może nie jest to dużo, ale myślę, że parking powinien być w cenie przy zakupie noclegu.
