蜘蛛の巣と誇りが気になった。スタッフはとても親切で素晴らしかったです。 周囲が暗いので、遅い時間に出歩くのは怖かったです。

LOVELY HOST

This is a lovely guesthouse with a clean pool. Very good value for money. We only stayed one night as it’s at the wrong end of town.

Helt okej läge med trevlig personal. Personalen var dock inte alltid tillgängliga eller kunde engelska.

Nice pool but rooms can be very hot and you need to pay extra for the air con. Very bad wifi. But very friendly staff.

Jättesvårt att hitta dit, när vi kom fram var vårat rum utan vatten så vi blev skjutsade till ett helt annat boende. Där fanns inget wifi men dock en pool. Kan inte recensera Star tyvärr.

Friendly family run place to stay just off the main drag of Hikkaduwa. It's quite a walk from the main beach but no problem for us. The hotel is set in pretty grounds with a small swimming pool. The room was big, comfortable, clean and quiet. Owner and staff were really helpful and friendly.

A very good off-beach property in Hikkaduwa. A bit back from the town, so an affordable way to get a nice, clean, quiet room.

Great hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Great location a short walk from the main road and a short walk to restaurants/shops etc. Breakfast was good and had lunch a few times there too. Swimming pool was lovely and clean. Would stay again.

Was very surprised that with the price we paid got a hotel like Star holiday. Good location, nice owner, clean room, good breakfast, nice pool with small kids pool as well. More you cannot expect.

Good location, room was clean, pool was nice, pretty garden and friendly staff. I couldn't use hot water shower (heater was there, but it didn't work) and Wifi wasn't stable but I enjoyed staying there!

Our stay at Star holiday resort was amazing. The location was beautiful and clean. The pool was great. The owner and he's family were extremely friendly and hospitable. We will definitely recommend this location to all our friends.

Second time we have stayed at this location. Like it! The grounds are nice and quiet. My favorite part is that it is inexpensive but conveniently located. Just a short walk from the train station (which makes for an easy arrival and also easy day-trips to Galle, Colombo, etc), as well as many restaurants, shops, and the coast. The hotel itself has a few issues of upkeep (a leaky roof in the lobby, and bathroom floors that get wet everywhere after a shower), but nothing that deters me. I will return again and again. The pool is nice, and the morning breakfast is a nice way to start the day!

Great value for money we enjoyed our stay. For a 3 star resort however they should provide bodywash ect in the bathrooms and wifi in the room (only in reception)

WiFiがホテルレセプションの前でないとまったくアクセスできない。建物が3棟あり、はなれているのにWiFiステーションが1台のみ。ブースターもない。 初日の部屋は洗面台からの水漏れでバスシャワールームが全体に水浸しになるので翌日は強行に抗議して部屋をかえてもらった。 今回のスリランカ旅行今までほとんど10日間で朝食はすべて宿泊費に込みてあったがここは別料金である。しかも無料の他のホテルはクダモノやベーコンもついてくるが、ここにはなし、 単なるジュースと紅茶、パンと卵料理のみ、また他はすべてミネラルウォーターが無料であるがここはなし。浴室にはせっけんもない。 プールがあることが利点のみ。 食事は10%割引となっていたのでチェックアウトの時、朝食代を割り引けと言ったがなかなか応じず、最後に強行に言ったらやっと応じた。ろくでなしホテルの典型。

Extremely happy with the whole experience. Sampath and staff very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to assist. Everything was clean Aircon and Mosquito nets available, etc. Everything was walking distance, but Tuk Tuks available all the time for £1. We got a bit lazy and used them several times. Highly recommend. Coral gardens 800 metres. Getfresh Restaurant. Best Seafood platters in the area. For 2 people £15. We went there often. Mamas on the beach. Turtles in front of Hikka Tranz Hotel. Long Beach and Mambos is Good for Surfing and Boogie Boarding, a short Tuk Tuk drive. We also had amazing Strawberry Daquiris and cocktails at Top Secret.

Nettes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Schöner Pool. Einfach eingerichtet aber sauber.

Agréable séjour. La personne à la réception reste très disponible et accueillante. Belle piscine. Grande terrasse à côté de la chambre. Chambre de bonne taille avec des portants - pratiques. Un peu de manque de pression pour l'eau chaude. Pas d'accessoires anti - moustiques. À 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus, de la rue principale et de la plage - et 10 mn du coin des tortues.

Jeg bodde her i syv netter fra 30/12- 17 til 5/1 18. Jeg valgte dette hotellet pga beliggenhet og kort vei til dykkesenteret. Jeg har reist en del og opplevd mange hyggelige mennesker, men må ærlig innrømme at den servicen, det smilet, den vennligheten jeg møtte her skal man lete lenge etter. Jeg spiste ute på flere forskjellige plasser, men den chicken & curry jeg fikk servert på hotellet smakte fortreffelig. Ønsker du et hyggelig hotell, litt tilbaketrukket fra travel hovedgate, vennlige mennesker og god mat, ja da kan jeg trygt anbefale dette hotellet. Husk at standarden er ikke europeisk, men rent og ryddig og betjeningen er alltid imøtekommende med et stor smil. Tusen takk for meg - thank you for amazing service and hospitality // Stian Scott

ci siamo fermati 4 notti, pienamente soddisfatti, personale gentile e attento, il proprietario parla anche Italiano, abbiamo sempre cenato qua, al pomeriggio concordavamo la cena e loro la preparavano , cucina semplice ottimo il pesce fresco, la struttura è in una zona tranquilla, bastano 10 minuti a piedi per essere nel pieno centro cittadino caotico, la piscina pulita, il giardino curato, nell'insieme una struttura semplice e funzionale , una nota di merito al personale che fa di tutto per risolvere velocemente ogni tua richiesta.

Helt perfekt hotell för oss. Familjeägt och väldigt vänliga. Vi tänkte flytta omkring lite men insåg att mer hemma än här kunde vi inte bli. De hjälper till med allt, har en lagom pool. Rummet var städat och alla bekvämligheter man behöver finns

ゲストハウス通りの割と奥になりますがプールが付いていて快適でした。シャワーはお湯が出るか心配でしたがシャワー圧が弱いだけで大丈夫でした。 スタッフも皆さん暖かい方でしたので快適に過ごせました。

Sehr freundliche Besitzer/Geschäftsführer. Leider ist die Rezeption eher selten besetzt und das Essen+ Trinken Angebot ist klein.Hoffe das bessert mit dem neuen Restaurant. Frühstück war aber immer sehr gut und die Lage nahe beim Ortszentrum und Strand ist toll.Der Pool war immer sauber und gepflegt. Werde sicher nochmals dort Ferien machen.

Our stay was really nice, we only planned to stay for 3 nights which turned into 6 nights on account of the area, hotel and swimming pool. Good location, 5 minutes away from the main road and railway stataion. Our only minor issue was trying to find someone as reception was rarely manned. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Lovely place, fantasticly friendly and helpful staff and ownership. Felt like a home. Id go here again anytime! PS. Dont forget to try the pasta!

The owner and his staff were so welcoming, helpful and always there when needed. We will return.

Star Holiday Resort was the best value stay on our Sri Lanka holiday.

Bra vistelse. Familjört hotell om något slitet. Trevlig pool och bra läge nära huvudgata och strand.

Very nice and helpful, we arrived around 7 in the morning and they offered couches to stay on, an early breakfast and early access to the room.

Familjeägt, väldigt trevligt. Strax efter att man fått rummet tilldelat sig så kom de med färsk juice som de bjöd på. Poolen var underbar men inte superstor. Mysigt ställe en bit från stranden och huvudgatan, men inte jobbigt långt bort. Helt enkelt ett utmärkt ställe. Tyst och lugnt, rent och med bra service hos personalen.

街の中心部から600m、サーフポイントから1kmくらい離れています。十分なスペースがあり安全たむ静かで綺麗な宿です。 従業員、警備員がとてもいい人でした。

Lovely stay overall. Great hosts, such a warm and accommodating family. We traveled with our baby boy and they did the best to create a good envirommment for him and us. We would recommend booking the rooms downstairs, as they have more character and seem to be newer and the view is much nicer. The place is close to the beach, about a 5 min walk. But it's the more narrow part of the beach. The wider and busier beach area is 5 min with a tuk tuk (they are always available on the road). We left happy and content.

Although it's not always quick to catch someone at reception, it's not a problem due to the laid back atmosphere and friendly nature here. It's a lovely little resort which is quiet but still not too far from the beach, restaurants, bus and train station. The pool is a massive bonus and makes it great value for money

We had already been staying in Hikkaduwa but picked this hotel to stay for our last day as we had a 3am flight home. It was a great value budget hotel with helpful staff and lots of other friendly backpackers. The manager was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for us at a competitive rate.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location secluded but close the beach. Lovely pool area. Rooms were comfortable but towels should be changed more frequently than every three days.

Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer verfügen über Klima Anlage und fliegengitter. Einrichtung ist entsprechend der Hotelkategorie.

chambre vétuste qui mérite un rafraichissement, ventilateur de plafond ancien qui fait beaucoup de bruit ( prévoir boules quies pour le sri lanka en général). hôtel calme et bien situé première plage à 3 minutes a pied. piscine et jardin magnifique. concernant le petit déjeuné il n'a rien de srilankais cela est vraiment dommage , je vous conseil de le prendre ailleurs ou même d'acheter des fruits pour le matin

Я безумна довольна отелем и своим проживанием. После тяжелого перелета и непростой дороги, очень хотелось отдохнуть! Меня сразу заселили, дали вкуснейший напиток, и ключ от прекрасной и уютной комнатки, из которой не хотелось уезжать. Расположение самое удобное для тех , кто путешествует один. Близко все : и пляж, и магазины, и автобусы, и поезда! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!!!!

Sampath and his lovely family are what we call 'Real' hosts. We didn't want for anything as Sampath could arrange all we needed such as a great breakfast every morning. Also we hired a scooter from him for a few days which was a great benefit and gave us freedom. Although we didn't use the pool at the Star Resort we did see that it was immaculately clean. Sampath arranged for Sami to come and collect us from the airport. He was there on time with a placard that had our names on. It takes around 2 hours to get from the airport in the evening or night. But, staying at Star Resort is really worth the journey and to swim in the lovely clear sea and experience the pretty tropical beach of Hikkaduwa. Star is a great base and up a quiet lane about 5 mins to the sea. When we hit the main road we turned left and walked 10 mins until a sandy gap where you can walk onto a gorgeous stretch of the beach outside the Hikka Tranz Hotel. The sea is gentle there. If you put your goggles on around 5pm and swim close to the rocks on the right, you will be probably see a big turtle to follow. A turtle will then come to the shallows and you can feed it sea weed. For bigger waves head up the beach to Mambos. When it was time to leave Star Resort, Sampath and his family waved us goodbye at the gate when the taxi was pulling off which is a real lovely touch. If you want to get looked after by a family that care and have a great value for money stay in Hikkaduwa book the Star Resort. It’s lovely.

전반적으로 나쁘진 않지만 스리랑카 대부분의 숙소들처럼 관리가 미숙한 편임. 세면대변기침대가구 등이 많이 낡았고 비누나 여분의 수건등이 비치되지않음. 숙소내부는 2000루피정도의 개스트하우스수준. 하지만 예쁜 가든과 수영장있다는 것으로 만족도가 높음.

Siamo stati 5 notti in questa guest house, camera semplice, ma carina e pulita, Sampath, il proprietario, e' molto gentile, simpatico, sempre disponibile, e parla anche Italiano! Posizione comoda centrale, bellissimo il giardino con la piscina....spero un giorno di tornare....Grazie a tutta la splendida famiglia Perera!
