Super chic and well situated.

Welcoming check in process. The room is quiet but had no view at all. Breakfast is chilled but plenty of choice. Hotel bar had events most nights which were also attended by ‘locals’ so it’s quite busy and fun. Hotel is well located and overall very good.

A charming property with friendly and obliging staff. Excellent location steps from metro made for an excellent stay. Complimentary barista coffee and water was a great addition. Rooms are large for Paris and bed and pillows super comfy. Highly recommend.

This property was clean and convenient. The best thing was the excellent service given by all the staff memmers. They go beyond whst is required everytime.

It all looks nice and well online, but the staff had a bad attitude. A miscommunication was made (they speak bad english) and this was not take lightly and it made me feel uncomfortable.

This is a great place to stay in Paris. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is perfectly situated to make walking to various eating, drinking and site-seeing spots easy (if you enjoy walking through Paris to take in the sites). The rooms are a decent size for Paris hotels. It offers a very nice continental breakfast in the mornings and a unique spa experience. Très bien - for Chour

Great location to the Opera area. Quiet at night. Easy walking distance to many attractions and eateries.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless. All the staff were very accommodating. This place was jamming and lively until the wee hours in the night. Overall, we'll definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, great showerheads. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful without asking. The breakfast was such a nice added bonus. It was a really fun stay. Amazing location. Hotel was a vibe every night. The DJ evenings were a lot of fun and it was like dinner and a show. Great decor

Very clean and updated property. It was cozy and the staff was amazing. Room although small, which was expected, was exceptional.

The staff is super friendly, the hotel is well curated. We were celebrating a birthday plus our wedding anniversary and they were super thoughtful about it, making our stay extra special. We are definitely coming back. The area is super well connected.

The front desk staff was extremely responsive before and during our stay. It was a small hôtel and their friendly 24:7 access provided a unique touch.

Staff is friendly & helpful. They make you feel at home. Facility is clean & updated. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Great location. My room faced the courtyard where the restaurant & night club are and the noise didn’t bother me. You can always request a room not facing the club. The night club had a buffet early in the night that was good. It was a very relaxed fun environment. I had clients meet me for dinner and they stayed the whole night dancing, it was great night.

The only thing great about this property is Mahesh the staff and his hospitality . The rooms are TINY . No place to move or keep ur bags .

Loved the hotel. Super trendy hotel in the heart of the 9th Area. And the staff was amazing - thank you for making the stay so enjoyable If I were there for vacation it would rate it 5 stars!! Only downside was the club scene that takes place at night in the lobby restaurant. It’s quite noisy until late and being there for work it made it difficult to sleep. Also the room didn’t have a desk which made it tough for work.

This was my first time staying at the property and it was nice. I guess the only negative thing I have to say is I had asked the staff to book a taxi and the taxi driver was a scam. For not even a mile he charged me like 15 dollars. He told me 8 dollars was for reservation to book the taxi from hotel.

The room is not big, just about a foot on either side of the bed. I don't need a lot of space, but it didn't feel like there was anywhere to put my suitcase. The bathroom is a good size with a nice shower, but the shower curtain into the shower area needs rethinking. I guess it's a kind of dance party restaurant situation at the center of the hotel, with music playing till at least 12 probably. Not overwhelming or anything, but there. Everyone was really nice, and it was easy to get to everywhere I had to go with two subway lines close.

The room was nice, we had a courtyard view which was a bit weird because there are windows directly across so you have to be sure to close curtains if you don’t want others watching you or to accidentally see things you aren’t expecting to see. It was fun to look down and see/hear music and dancing. The bathroom was very clean and nice. There wasn’t much storage but that’s normally ok, we were just on a long trip through Europe so we had huge suitcases. It could be loud on weekend nights when the party in the restaurant kept going later but not a big issue. While I was a big fan of the free hot drinks and water it was also kinda a pain to have to go refill it when the restaurant was full you had to squeeze through dancing crowds to get a water filled for the night. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff were lovely here - offered drink drink at the bar and helpful getting into the bar when busy. Room - we were in a classic double and it was small. The smallest room I’ve stayed in whilst travelling in Europe so bear in mind for longer trips. Location - 25 min walk from Gare du Nord and very walkable to lots of places. Bar - very popular and busy with music, nice drinks and sharing boards. Definitely get a high room as the noise does travel! Overall I’d recommend, only downside was small room.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I just have a few comments: - it is more convenient for guests if the water is refilled by the housekeeping or they can provide more water bottles. - a Bluetooth stereo would be nice. They had one before but they removed it so we had to borrow one from the front desk.

This hotel is cute. I was a little surprised by the “bains” advertisement we saw on tv so we were a bit worried about what was going on there. But it was a cute, clean hotel. We were up high enough that we didn’t hear anything from the bar down below. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is centrally located to many of the sites and we were able to walk most of the time.

Beautiful room - charming and quirky

It's a nice hotel, perfectly located for walking around, with beautiful interiors. The only thing that bothered us was noise from the La Scene restaurant - the music is quite loud and playing till midnight, quite strange feature for the hotel.

Quiet location near the Opera. We enjoyed our stay. You are close to Metro and can walk to many fun cafes.

Just brilliant, stylish rooms and perfect location

Great staff - within walking distance of a lot of the important sights. Room was very nice and the bathroom was our favorite! Normal sized room for any big city hotel. Bar at the hotel was very lively and a good time

Pros: - Top location, easy to access from the CDG, close rang to the Pars hot spots, - Great service. Thank you to the whole team I had to chance to meet. - Bathroom comfortable, big enough, well equipped. - Very clean - Breakfast - if you like it sweet - you won't stay hungry, good coffee So so / Cons: - Room size perfect for one person, for two with two regular suitcases and not big wardrobe, could be small - Bed was not the most comfortable, like not equally responding to a body weight - Very weak cellular range with almost no internet when your room faces inner yard. - If you prefer not sweet breakfast – not much choice. Conclusion: Worth to stay.

Everything was excellent, rooms are very comfortable and big for Paris. Always clean and with perfect service to detail. Really enjoyed the free coffee too 😊 would be coming back for sure!

Lovely room, great location, great service! Pastry & coffee every morning was great. Got a little warm overnight in the room with no heating on so had to sleep with the window open, which was no problems except loud bar downstairs so made use of the provided ear plugs.

My friend and I spend a week in the double deluxe room with two twin beds and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and the bathroom was very spacious especially according to Paris standards. The staff both at the reception and the restaurant were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is in safe area and major attractions are within a walking distance. The restaurant was very nice addition not only because of the free coffee drinks, but was also very fun place to hang out and have a drink at the end of the day. The music and patrons were a lot of fun. I definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to be back.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very modern and sleek. We even bought the French to American electric converter from the hotel after they borrowed it to us for our stay.

The rooms at Chou Chou are cute and well designed. That being said, there was no minibar drinks or snacks. Room service was only available from 11pm-6 am. You could order from their “market” but it was a very limited strange menu. Nothing really nutritious. The one night I decided to go down to the restaurant, it was packed. This was the only option for food, so I awkwardly sat in between two couples and decided to leave as it was extremely noisy. To sun up, I enjoyed the bathtub in my room, and the room decor, but I did not enjoy the restaurant and food options. The area is also not that great. Not many great food options or shopping in the area.

The hotel is well positioned close the lots of sites. The room was on the small side but excellent quality. The bathroom was perfect. There was a fire alarm at 1am until 2am. The night manager gave good communication to everyone outside. Not 100% sure about the reason given in the morning. We were told that there would be some compensation but that it may take 6 months to come through!

Have stayed before, and this hotel is always amazing! The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the hotel has such a wonderful and friendly atmosphere. The bar downstairs is lovely too! Very easy to get to from the metro and RER - definitely my top hotel recommendation in Paris!

A great place to stay and the area are within the dining and shopping area. Room is a little small but this price and within the centre of Paris, definitely worth the price. Will stay again if visit Paris again.

Chouchou has a nice ambiance. Not formal, but not over-friendly either. Our rooms were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was tasty. Tasty pain au chocolate are left all day on a counter at reception for guests. You can decide if that is a good thing! If I stay in central Paris again I would like to stay at Chouchou

Cute hotel with well-decorated rooms and great reception staff. Great location in the Opera area, with easy access to the subway to visit other parts of Paris. The attached restaurant/cafe/bar is a plus, but I would avoid rooms directly over the bar/restaurant as it is very loud on nights there is music/performances.

Great hotel, chic!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Paris, close to top-end shopping and restaurants, with tons of public transportations nearby. My room was small, but nicely appointed and very modern-looking. I, however, would not stay here for a business trip since my room didn't have a desk or a table to work. However, it's the perfect choice for leisure travelers that want to be in the center of it all. Oh! And the RoissyBus from CDG airport stops just a couple of blocks away. Can't beat that for convenience!

I loved my stay at Chouchou - it's a charming hotel in a very convenient location. It's a short walk to Galleries Lafayette, the Opera House, Printemps and the metro station. The staff and service was excellent and a special thank you to Sanjay, Haisa and Sam for helping me with all my needs! Great hotel, great stay!

amazing staff and beautiful, clean, quiet rooms - also a great location

We arrived at the property at 22:00 after a very long day of traveling. At the reception, it turned out that the booking was made for a single room instead of a double room. To this very moment, I still have no idea how; but when i checked the confirmation email there, I only realized that they were right. So we asked them to change it to a double room, but we were told that the property was fully booked. No manager was present at the property and they made us wait for an hour in a very small lobby of the hotel till they could somehow reach out to the manager. We were exhausted and starving; missed our dinner reservation and could not actually have any dinner anymore since almost all the restaurant close at 23:00. Finally, when we got upset for the wait, they gave us the key of the single room and told us that we would need to pay extra for the extra person. The room was extremely small. Small is not even a fair word for what this room was. No place to even open a carry on!! The central heating did not work the entire night and we froze till the morning. We called hotels.com and they reached out to the property and finally they changed our room the next day to a bigger room with a proper heating system. But to be honest, it amazed up how unprofessional they acted the night of our arrival! 4 stars doesn’t mean much anymore I guess!

Great hotel but let down by the loud music played at the bar until 12:30am on Thurs and Fri. We could hear every lyric of the music in our room, and the staff justified this without apology by reminding us that this was a 'lifestyle hotel'.
