The hotel needs maintenance. The room was dated and not clean. It did not have all the amenitities in the room on arrival- we had to request for them. The linen was worn out and torn. The mattress was also worn out. I've paid a lower rate for 5 star hotels near the airport for a full day whereas this hotel charged for a full day when we only stayed for 7 hours and it was much more expensive than expected. I was therefore very disappointed.

AC temperature control was not working properly. The room was freezing. Countertops were not clean. No hot breakfast before 6:30am. No hooks by the sink for the face towel. No face wash product.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026I loved that the hotel was in the airport, so no hassle to travel away from the airport and it was great to get to the airport in perfect time to check-in
The door to the room seemed to be paper thin, lots of noise from outside in the hallway was heard in the room. Possibly insulate the door. And possibly develop more detailed and accurate instructions to get to the hotel from the arrival level and how to get to the departure level. Don't use phrases like "P4" because there is no P4 button in the elevator.

I booked it for my Mother who is senior Citizen landing midnight so she doesnt have to travel alone, but once she reached the hotel. She was asked information and made to wait a very long time (given she landed midnight and already tired) despite the room being prepaid.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location is just perfect after a long flight, and it’s got everything you need to get some rest and freshen up before continuing your journey. The breakfast buffet was also nice, and the staff were very kind.
Overall cleanliness could be improved- but it’s India, and it wasn’t any worse than your average Indian hotel.

It made a long layover effortless and restful for my parents. Outstanding Hospitality: A special mention to Ratnesh, who took incredible care of my parents. He went above and beyond to provide clear flight and terminal guidance, answered all their questions patiently, and ensured their transit went smoothly. Knowing they were in such capable hands gave our whole family immense peace of mind. Comfort & Convenience: Smooth check-in, quiet rooms for resting between flights, and unbeatable proximity to departure gates.
Nothing to complain about, it served its purpose as an airport transit hotel perfectly.

Many things. Concierge calling late in the night to request payment of extra cot despite the fact actual room payment was made. I checked in late around 2am and requested to stay till 6pm but they enforced checkout by 3pm Rooms were stinky sheets was not clean Booking asked for 2 adults and 2 kids stay but room was small to accommodate us. Later they shifted us to other room but there too it was confused and they asked extra money for the extra cots!! Food at breakfast was not well and missing quality

Ich hatte eine Unterkunft am Terminal (Ankunftsbereich) gebucht, wurde dann aber außerhalb des Terminals untergebracht. Das hatte ich aufgrund der Beschreibung nicht erwartet, auch wenn es sich immer noch auf dem Flughafengelände befand.

If you needed to buy anything (e.g. deodorant) you needed a special pass and security to get back into the airport from the small shop court outside.

When the booking is taken for three pax, keep the towels and toiletries ready for 3 pax and not two. Having to ask for things that should be default be present is a bit inconvenient.

The bedsheet had holes. They gave one towel for the three of us. The staff provided confusing instructions on where the breakfast was. The bottled water provided in the room was not mineral water and tested bitter. The breakfast tables were missing cutlery and when we asked the staff there they didn't provide the cutlery for all of us.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Staff was pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Location is the most important USP of the place as it is convenient and one doesn't need to leave the airport till we were to be picked up by the cab for onward travel. Breakfast was good.
Flush in the toilet was not working properly (Room 245). We had to call for help, who told that it had to be pushed in a particularly way and very very hard. He also gave some unacceptable explanation about how this is because they are dependent on airport water supply. Basically then need to repair the flush. Second, the room gave a feeling of being totally closed, crapmed and confined as there are no windows. Lastly, in the room, there is door which connects to the adjoining room. But its not marked "do not open" or something like this, so we tried to open it thinking its a cupboard. This disturbed (probably scared (:-) ) the person in the neighboring room and he called the hotel staff... a proper labelling of the door so that guest do not open it is important. Overall, the room charges seem high when compared to the size and quality of the room offerred.
