ラウンジやプールが使える。オーシャンビューであり景色がいい。大浴場もとても綺麗で居心地がよかった。飲み物や食べ物のサービスが利用時間があるものの、よかった。

スタンダードなので仕方ないとは思うが、バスルームは下水の匂いがした。また、アメニティは案内に書いてあるものが揃っていなかった。揃ってなければ言ってほしいとのことだったのでこれは良くなかった点ではないかもしれない。

橋杭岩や太平洋を見渡す絶景でお部屋も広く快適に過ごせた。あまり利用できなかったがフリードリンクも魅力的だった

温泉とのことだが洗面から出るお湯が温くて残念だった

Dobry na krótki wypad nad ocean, szkoda że basen zewnętrzny czynny jest tylko w weekendy. Za to strefa spa i onsen super szczególnie onsen zewnętrzny. Śniadania bardzo różnorodne, duży wybór dań, wszystko świeże i smaczne.

食事するのに長蛇の列 なぜ、時間分けしない

Kushimoto ziyaretim için 1 gün kaldım gerek odaların büyüklüğü gerek temizliği gerek manzarası, olanakları harikaydı.

De ligging was schitterend en het ontbijtbuffet was grandioos. De kamers waren heel groot zeker voor Japanse begrippen!!

Jammer genoeg ging het buitenbad pas vanaf 1 juli open. Daarnaast was de inrichting van de kamers oubollige/ouderwets met oud meubilair. Maar daar ben je toch alleen als je je ogen dicht hebt. Je loopt niet zo maar even naar het centrum.

This hotel is a strange one to review. When you first walk into the lobby, everything looks great. The same goes for the elevators, the views, the restaurant, and the swimming pool.

Don’t let the impressive common areas fool you. The rooms are extremely outdated, and the beds were awful. Our room also had a very strong musty, dusty smell, which made our stay so unpleasant that we decided to leave one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to offer any compensation for this. To top it all off, we were charged ¥22,000 for the food, even though we were quoted ¥19,000 for three people at check-in. At that point, it hardly mattered anymore, because even ¥19,000 would have been far too much for the quality of the food.

Interesting experience to be in an all inclusive hotel with Japanese families as target audience. Wonderful situated on top of a hill with great views over the town and the ocean. Breakfast and dinner were very extensive with great variety of choice. There's no lunch which apparently is a cultural thing. Rooms had great beds, were very clean, but slightly outdated and the bathroom was quite small. Location is great and having a rental car, it was perfect base to explore the region.

Slightly outdated, in particular the bathroom. Breakfast was included, dinner was quite expensive (¥8K), but there's a variety of good restaurants in town as an alternative. The pool appears mainly meant for parents with children, but is comfy. It could use a bit more shade given the heat. But again, the beach is very close as an alternative.

景観がよく、リゾート感いっぱいでした。

従業員の多くは外国人で、日本語も余り理解していないようでした。何かをお願いしても、よくわかってもらえませんでした。

Kuşimoto'daki konaklamamız sırasında Japon tarzı bir odada kalmak bizim için oldukça sıra dışı ve keyifli bir deneyimdi. Oda geniş ve temizdi. Yatağımızı kendimizin hazırlaması otantik bir deneyim sundu. Otelin konumu muazzamdı çünkü otelin bir tarafı dağ, diğer tarafı ise Pasifik Okyanusu manzaralı. Sabah uyanıp okyanus manzarasını pencereden görmek paha biçilemezdi. Ayrıca konaklayanların onsen isimli geleneksel Japon hamamından yararlanabiliyor olması çok güzel bir detay. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için harika bir seçim ancak uzun süreli kalışlarda Japon tarzı yaşama alışık olmayanlar için farklı gelebilir. Kahvaltı hizmetini kullanmadığımız için bu konuda bir yorum yapamıyorum.

大浴場が広くて、露天風呂から橋杭岩が見えて旅行気分が高まったところ。フロントの方も日本語がたどたどしかったけど応対は丁寧だったところ。

What I really liked about this hotel is its excellent location and beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, unlike many other hotels. They also have great facilities such as an onsen and a pool, which my family really enjoyed. One of the highlights for us was the complimentary treat they offer to guests from 3 PM—there’s a nice variety of drinks for both kids and adults, along with delicious finger snacks that everyone can enjoy.

今回はひとりになったのですがゆっくりできたのと温泉もツアーの人達が夕食というタイミングで温泉に入ったので誰も入ってる人がいなくてゆっくりと入ることができて良かったです

以前は喫煙フロアだったのか少しタバコの匂いが残ってた感じですが廊下にも空気清浄機設置してて努力を感じました

今回の宿泊では、特にフロントの対応にとても残念な思いをしました。 チェックインの際も「いらっしゃいませ」や「おはようございます」といった挨拶がなく、笑顔もなく、親切さや温かさを感じることができませんでした。宿泊客への対応が面倒であるかのような印象を受けました。 また、周辺の観光や街について尋ねたところ、「ご自身で調べてください」と言われただけで、案内やおすすめなどのサポートは一切ありませんでした。 ホテルで最初に接するのはフロントスタッフです。そのため、第一印象はとても大切だと思います。今回の対応は期待を大きく下回るもので、とても残念でした。今後は、宿泊客への接客やおもてなしの姿勢を改善していただけることを願っています。

天然温泉と露天風呂が清潔で快適でした。サウナもあってよかった。部屋が広く事務用デスクがチャア２席もあり作業するにも便利でした。

食事が高い。夕食が8000円、朝食3000円以上で結局歩いて30分歩いて串本駅近くに行かないといけなかった。

大浴場。露天風呂の眺めよかった。お部屋からの景色もよく、広々とした畳とベッドで　ゆっくりすごせた。

売店の開いてる時間が短かったこと。

Этот отель для отдыха и релаксации. Мы уже второй раз в отеле и приедем ещё. Очень хороший и красивый отель. Прекрасное место, вид на океан, а главное Онсен. Бесплатные напитки хорошего качества (после 15:00). Большие номера. От железнодорожной станции есть автобус отеля, который ездит по графику.

TVのリモコン電池不良により電源入らず、朝エアコンの効きが悪く、不快だった。

The spa was very good, and our room was nice. We were travelling late on the following day of our check-in, and we hadn't eaten anything. The staff was so nice that they allowed us to eat at the buffet, which was closing 30 minutes before we arrived.

L'hôtel offre une vue incroyable sur la mer et l'accès est très pratique en voiture avec un très pratique porche d'entrée couvert très agréable pour déposer ses valises en cas de pluie. Le buffet était très bon avec un choix immense. Très bel Onsen avec accès extérieur .

L'hôtel date un peu, la déco des chambres, les huisseries auraient besoin d'une rénovation.

Very clean & comfortable with amazing views. The onsen was lovely and the staff were helpful. We were able to rent bikes for ¥4000 for 2 hours which was a nice bonus.

It was a bit of a trek from the town itself, and the restaurant at the hotel was very expensive. Also we were excited to use the pool but were told it was closed for the season, which was confusing because it’s summer!

There was a lovely view from our room and the free drinks in the lounge were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and gave us a little gift to congratulate us on our honeymoon.

Unfortunately our room smelt really dusty and old, the carpets and bed were showing their age. Our bathroom off and on smelt of mildew and stale pee. The location is hard if you don’t have a car, but luckily we didn’t have to worry about that.

Bed was comfortable, onsen was great, free night cap, spacious room.

Onsen was zeer goed. Voetbal veld dichtbij weet niet of je erop mag maar ik vind het mooi om te kijken. Het id wel wat ouderwets al helemaal de tv.

Veel onduidelijkheid en amper engels bij de receptie, ik heb 20 - 30 minuten bergop gelopen naar dit hotel vanaf het dichsbijzijnde treinstation de bus die naar dit hotel gaat is niet echt een bus meer een klein bestelbusje met een random gast erin die af en toe rijd.

The hotel itself is a very large complex with good size rooms for a decent price. Staff is exceptionally friendly, as usual in Japan. We had the choice of western style rooms (facing the land) or Japanese style rooms (facing the sea). Beds were western-style in both, just the other furniture was different. What was exceptional was the outside part of the Onsen, where one could sit below the stars and look out on the sea while enjoying the hot water. Just for this I would return.

The hotel clearly has seen better days. Some of the carpets in the hallways would need replacing. Time clearly has left marks. What we really didn't like was the buffet - the only option (no a-la-carte). It was too late to go outside and fine some nice place to eat, so we stayed in. The food was ok, but - as often with buffet - not on the same level as fresh in a restaurant. And for 8000 yen per person probably the worst price to taste ration we had in all of Japan. Yes, the drinks were included, and the selection of hard liquor was not bad. So one could have gotten the money worth by hitting the bar area hard. Unfortunately, we were not in the mood to get wasted. While returning only for the Onsen, I would not choose the buffet again.

An amazing location with stunning views over the sea and penisula. Good size room with good facilities. Clean and comfortable. Social evenings with free nibbles and drinks were very weilcome, plus the SPA was excellant both inside and out. Great location, just a short distance from the town and the most southerly tip of the main island. Easy free parking. Not far from stunning views on the rock structures and beaches.

The area was a little challenging to find more western style food, but the local supermarket provided a great selection of ready meals which compensated.

The onsen is amazing!

We were unable to change the temperature of our room (which was very warm) so we didn't sleep very well or comfortably.

好天に恵まれ、ホテルからの景色も最高に良かった。室内も広くて清潔、ベットマットの硬さもよく熟睡できた。 ウェルカムドリンクも十分用意されていた。

チェックイン時に朝食ビュッフェを頼もうとしたが、混むので時間待ちがあると言われ、更に断られるかもと説明されたので、楽しみにしていた朝食を取らずに帰ったのが残念だった。

スタッフの使えなさ。アーリーチェックインについて聞いたところ、？？？もう一回お願いします。が続いて話にならなかったので会話終了。オーナーが変わったことでまだ移行できていない施設の雑に隠した部分が至る所に見えて悲しすぎました。温泉は良かったですが使用後のタオルを返す場所もなくそのまま部屋に持ち帰らなければならない。ホテルも全体的に暗すぎて、シックというよりは陰気臭いと表現した方が的確なイメージ。以前の姿を知っているが故に、本当に残念でなりません。改善を求めます。

Wij waren er in het weekend. Samen met vele Japanse gezinnen die hier massaal ontspannen in de grote onsen en zwembad van het hotel inclusief relaxruimte met na afloop ijsjes en drank. Geweldig om mee te maken. Doordeweeks zijn de prijzen aanzienlijk lager en is het een stuk stiller. De Hashiguiiwa rocks zijn zichtbaar vanaf het hotel en makkelijk te bezoeken.

Wees op tijd met het zoeken van een plek voor avondeten. Wij waren op zaterdagavond 19 uur in het dorp maar nergens konden we meer terecht. Overal Sold out of Almost closed. Gevolg is dat we bij een supermarkt wat hebben gehaald en opgewarmd om dit op onze kamer op te eten.

フランス会社系列と言う事もかり清潔、無駄が無い施設でした ロビーにて17時まではビール、ソフトドリンク飲み放題なんと17時〜22時はビールがウイスキー　焼酎　カクテルに変わり飲み放題です 高台にあるので橋杭岩、串本大橋が望めます 大浴場は一階です

低層階ワーキング併用部屋らしく大きな椅子とテーブルが置いてあります　ちょっと邪魔です ベット周りの試用は古いです

L'hôtel est super bien situé, très proche de la mer et à un endroit très calme. La vue de hôtel sur la mer rend l'endroit encore plus agréable. Ils y à tous les équipements nécessaires dans l'hôtel, onsen public privatif, looby, petit boutiques etc... La chambre de style japonaise étais top. Agréable moment passé au sein de l'hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute des différentes demande et questions.

A fantastic hotel for the price. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The on-site hot spring was great, and had amazing views out to the coast. The free-flow drinks in the hotel lounge from 3 - 10pm every day were a massive plus! There is a lot to explore near Kushimoto, ideally with a car. We didn't have dinner at the restaurant but the buffet breakfast had a huge number of options and was delicious.

The beds were not the most comfortable, and the pillows were definitely not comfortable. The location is a bit out of town, but the walk was not too bad (about 15 mins) if going the 'short' way past the back of the baseball field and down the steps. We were able to get a taxi back from town very easily when it rained one evening.

Scenic view, very clean with very good facilities, friendly and helpful staff including drivers. Love the onsen, room and lounge

熊野古道4次，第一次住在串本，滿意度最高，性價比也最高，住宿日式海景房，整潔寬闊的和洋式房間，每天在晨曦美景中醒來，房内欣賞橋杭岩日出，真是幸福。外出走累了，回飯店，還有大浴池可泡溫泉舒緩疲累，並且有接駁巴士往返車站，門口也有觀光巴士往返各觀光景點，下午和晚上還有不同酒類和小點心免費使用，櫃台有台灣來的親切Lin等職員，耐心詳細說明串本美食小冊子和交通時刻表，溝通無障礙，價位可親，CP值很高的海邊飯店，房間和飯店整理也很清潔乾淨，一點都沒有老飯店的陳舊異味，離開真的覺得依依不捨，已經規劃下次要再回來住。

房間沒有咖啡包，但大廳下午有提供咖啡機，個人習慣一早喝咖啡，有一些不習慣，但也談不上缺點，因為現在各飯店可能為了環保，都是統一在公共空間供應咖啡。

Excelente localização. Há quartos com vista das serras e a outra metade com vista do mar. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Onsen maravilhoso. Excelente qualidade dos alimentos do café da manhã.

The location was great, the room large and the Hotel generally of a high standard. Th beds were fresh and spotlessly clean. The free drinks and nibbles between 3pm and 5 and then 5 till late were an unexpected bonus. The spa was very hot both inside and outside and lovely to spend time in.

The carpets all over very stained and look like they could do with a good clean.

Für Alleinreisende eher stressig, der Fokus liegt anscheinend eher auf Familien und Gruppen. Restaurant und Onsen sind daher vergleichsweise groß dimensioniert, haben eher den Charme eines Flughafenterminals. Besonders das Onsen wirkt eher wie ein flaches Schwimmbad mit warmen Wasser. Die große Oberfläche führt zu einer hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit - hoffe die Rostfahnen an der Decke stammen nicht von tragenden Elementen. Die Lage auf dem Hügel ist gut für die Aussicht, allerdings weit von den meisten Restaurants im Ort entfernt.
