Peace Lanta Mansion

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Quiet but central location. Large room. We were very happy. Beds were hard but for us that was no problem.

It’s good for few days, nothing special, quite and there are beautiful cats😍

Little smell, but it’s ok

Staff

Staff

This hotel truly exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—conveniently situated close to everything we needed while still feeling calm and comfortable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, with a level of cleanliness that immediately stood out. Every detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of, which made our stay relaxing and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a great location, and immaculate accommodations.

No hubo caso.

The staff and owner were helpful and approachable I liked the location close to the beach and shops and restaurants

The beds were very firm.

Lovely and clean, good location, air conditioning good and staff friendly and helpful

Very hard pillows

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location close to the beach.

Very good location, very nice and polite staff, clean rooms.

I like stiff a stiff/hard mattress in a bed, but these beds were really really hard, too hard for my liking.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great with close walking proximity to beautiful, quiet beaches. Very quiet place for people who want to relax and stay close to the nature.

N/A

Staff is outstandingly kind and welcoming. Very close to the beach and many beach restaurants. The room was spacious and there was even a closet. The wifi is great (we work remotely). Our stay was pleasant and quiet. The shower had hot water all the time. Perfect place

Staff was nice

Unfortunately the bed is as hard as the stone floor, they are not designed for humans. They are cheap rock hard beds that will probably last for the next 50 years because there is no spring. I warn everyone to book a room. If the owner invests in better quality beds for humans then we will come back.

The owner and his family are truly the best. Warm welcome and amazing support wirh everything. They also offer a tour where you can go fishing and then cook the fish yourself adterwards. All in all super nice, clean and comfortable.

Good location, good amenities and comfortable Very friendly staff !

I was at the hotel for 3 nights in early March and had a great stay. The owners/staff are very friendly people, willing and available to help out with any problems, provide recommendations or facilitate excursions at any time. The overall facility is very clean and located in close proximity to both the beach and numerous restaurants. Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Koh Lanta.

The room has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, the staff is super friendly, you can rent a scooter,… i have nothing bad to say

The staff we’re super friendly, room just as pictured if not better, decent bathroom and good facilities (fridge, kettle etc) Good value for money

The room was very spacious and clean. The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel is very well-located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a 7-Eleven close by. The beach is just a three-minute walk away, not crowded, and offers a private atmosphere. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, and the owner is incredibly friendly. We went on a fishing trip with him and caught some amazing fish, which they kindly grilled for us.It was a very kind gesture.

The owner was very positive and reacted to end requests for support immediately the property is quite basic and what it says on the tin, but is very conveniently placed for the beach – two minutes away, and the main strip whether there are some good restaurants within about a five minute walk

The staff, who I assume are the owners daughters, did not seem that engaged and on one occasion where we had a broken tap with water spraying everywhere in the bathroom, it took some effort to persuade them that we had a crisis. Fortunately, mother was around and took the necessary action.

It’s a budget hotel but it’s clean, the beds are comfy & the staff are lovely. It’s in a nice area and overall we had really good stay here. The massages are the stand out point for me. Best I had in Thailand

Perfect location beautiful beach

Bathroom Sewage Smell

The room is nice clean and comfortable but I think is very overpriced.

Staff were extremely helpful, location of property was great with nearby restaurants and 7/11 store outside

Room cleaning was not done daily but you could request

We had a lovely stay here, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air con worked perfectly and the bathroom was very clean. It’s also only a max 5 minute walk to the beach which was lovely and had amazing sunsets. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Koh Lanta!

Nothing

Clean rooms with nice balcony. Some rooms have seaview. Fridge in the room. They have laundry service, 50b/kg and motorbike for rent 200b/day. Friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located close to beach and 7/11. The food at the restaurant is also a must try.

Would be nice to have water and toilet paper offered daily as I have seen at other accommodation. However this a small complaint in an otherwise perfect stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious and clean, and the owners made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly helpful, assisting us with planning trips around the island and arranging boat excursion to other islands as well. Plus, there were adorable cats around, which made it feel even cozier! We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay to four. Highly recommend!

Everything was great and the staff is helpful in arranging transportation and trips. Wi-Fi worked well and there are cute cats!

Cordial and friendly hosts. Big room. Refrigerator, Electric Kettle provided. Beach is 3 minutes away. Good WiFi. Very reasonable rates. Hired bikes from them too. Again very reasonable rates. Even they arranged to recharge my temporary mobile connection. Very good experience. Definitely recommend them.

Nothing. They met all our expectations.

It was very calm in this area.

Staff was very friendly and it was not louf there.

The cats Very good facilities for the price Friendly staff Laundry facility

Room could have a tv but not expected for price either

Fantastic budget accommodation. Super clean rooms, lovely helpful staff. Only 100m from a great swimming beach that has a very cool bar and a couple of other accommodations where you can use their pool as long as you buy something to eat or drink there. Restaurants close by as well. We hired a scooter for a couple of days to get around which is always fun and very helpful for exploring. We stayed a couple of extra nights and got an even better nightly rate dealing direct with the owner. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our whole stay.

Owners and staff are super nice, everything is clean, 7/11, restaurants and beach are close and you can even book your tours/transport directly here with the owner. Can only recommend this place, second time coming back

Nothing bad to say about this place

Absolutely nothing, except for the two kittens

Have been contemplating writing this review, normally we brush things off but I thought it would be only fair to warn others. When we arrived we instantly got a very bad vibe, they didn’t even say hello, the first thing they did was ask us to pay. There are printed off signs plastered on the walls everywhere with rules with things that said “NO REFUNDS” which really says a lot about the place. The lady said to us the card machine was down so my partner went to the cash machine. In the mean time the lady took me to the room. It was not as described, there weren’t the amenities that were described. She then told me that we would be moved to a different room the next day. Before I got back to the reception, they had already taken the money off him and hadn’t informed him about having to move rooms. He wouldn’t have payed if he had been told this. We walked to the room feeling uneasy and regretful. We may have just about managed it if it wasn’t for the stench! The room smelt of thick chemicals trying to mask something. We immediately booked somewhere else. The owner of the place who can I mention was walking around topless, told us we would be in a better room tomorrow but I explained we didn’t want to breathe in the chemicals that they had filled the room with. The fact that they didn’t even bother to give us at LEAST partial refund and just let us walk away after taking over 5,000 baht off us says a LOT. This place is run by people who only care about one thing. Money. No decoration just RULES and ADVERTISMENT for tours plastered everywhere. Such a depressing and sad building, I do not understand where these good reviews have come from, pretty sure most of them are fake.

The owner of the mansion was nice and kindfull. We spent 4 nice nights here.

great

Good location and proximity to the beach. In a more quiet area of klong khong. Still easy to access anything around the area. Staff booked ferry and offered scooter rental.

Bathroom had somewhat strange smell, likely due to high season, it may be like that all around lanta. Bed was somewhat hard and the comforter was a bit small.

Everything was good. But overall there are some nicer accommodations close to the beach.

Location is good

It’s ok if u are a backpacker and planning a short stay but apart of it is very average

Lovely location which backed right onto the beach. I had a bedroom which overlooked the beach and the sunsets were beautiful! The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The husband and wife (owners) go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall lovely stay and would recommend!

They had very cute kittens and cats hanging around. Comfortable room with a kettle. Lovely patio/social area to relax and sit at tables. 3 min stroll down a quiet dirt track to the beach. Great beach bar at the end of the track as well. Different people who had stayed there before were coming back while we were there.

You could have had a TV in the room. If they did, would have given it a 10/10. Great place.

Very good value

No terrace

The staff and owner very helpful, good value for money. The hotel cat and kittens 😸 were a bonus🥰

Lovely staff, very helpful and nice! The facilities were good and the rooms were clean. Amazing value for money! Highly recommend!

Lovely friendly staff , so helpful. Rooms were big with good Aircon although it goes off when you leave the room as key is welded to the card. Good location everyone around is friendly and it's close to the beach .

TV in the room would have been a bonus, beds a little hard.

Great rooms and very clean

A bit of a walk/drive to the main part of ko Lanta

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book onward transport and did our laundry for us. The main room was clean. The beaches were a short walk away.

The bathroom had an unusual smell coming through the drains.

Really nice owner, he took us out fishing and gave us fish and rice that his wife cooked. Very friendly. The room was perfect, good air-con and shower, comfy beds. Such a nice peaceful place. 10/10 👌

Lovely place, lovely people!

Nothing, everything is perfect

When we arrived my and my friend were really sick. The way the took us in was everything we needed at that moment. The owner and his wife are the sweetest people and will do everything to make your stay the best as possible. They even made us some delicious soup! The rooms are very clean just as the rest of the hotel. We loved staying here! Kob kun kaaah for everything!

-

the location is fabulous, a 7 minute walk to Beautiful Beach. I liked the enclosed patio area as well, and ac in the room works great! the room was also very clean and spacious

I did not appreciate the scooter rental requiring to keep my passport. I was very uncomfortable doing that. the staff was also quite pushy in wanting to book tours, use their laundry service, resisting request for an extra blanket to use, etc. the bed was very uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at peace lanta. The place has everything you need, super clean and fair prices. Perfect for a single traveler who doesn’t want to stay in a hostel! The owners were super sweet and helpful! It has a good location and only a few footsteps away from the beach!

Great location!, Opposite to sea. lovely family run business, helped you with all information.and anything you needed. Great breakfast and coffee every morning with an amazing view of the sea from my room. One morning we all shared baby mangoes, shrimp paste and chilli! Tastes amazing, thank you so much. 🙏🏽 Lovely big comfortable bed. Close to 7-Eleven, local good restaurants. Beautiful beach at the end of the path with a lovely family run business bar called 'Sound Shack Bar' watching stunning sunsets with the best margarita I've ever had in my life! Loved the whole place, area and Vibe. felt home from home Everyone made you feel welcome. Looking forward to coming back.

Nothing I didn't like!

I would recommend this hotel, almost everything was good about this place except for the beds. The location is great, right on the beach, the staff is lovely and very helpful, the area is good as there's restaurants and cafes close, the room is clean and spacious. It's a shame that the beds are so hard and uncomfortable.

Super friendly and helpful owners, great location next to the beach, very chilled out area, good internet connection. We had amazing time in peace lanta mansion :)

Good for people who don't mind some fauna in and out of the room

the hosts are the nicest people! wasn’t very well & they took very good care of me. felt safe & right at home. comfy bed, lovely clean room, great location. good value for money!

nothing great stay

Very clean and very comfortable. The owner and his wife baked me a beautiful birthday cake. He was always sweet and helpful. Good breakfast and good restaurants near by. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes and watch a beautiful sunset. I recommend the Peace Lanta Mansion.
