No nos gusto que la habitacion no funcionace el aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron a otra q funcionaba el aire pero no hacia nada, decia q estaba a 19 grados y nosotros acalalorados porq hacia mas calor q 24 grados. La cama era super endeble y se movia mucho, tmbn la segunda habitacion estaba al lado de recepcion y a las 4 d la madrugada se oia mucho ruido de clientes y personal hablado a viva voz En cuanto al personal, en general bien menos un camarero en la cena porque era maleducado y no nos explico la carta de bebidas, nos cobro bebida de mas y nos decia q no podiamos pagar en tarjeta cuando el hotel decia q si. La comida era normalita, lo q no mos gusto es que aun teniendo tiempo para comer, retiraban platos y se los ponian en tupper para llevarselo el personal. Para reservar aqui, había diferentes opciones pero cuando llegas al hotel te ponen expeciones de lugares si no tienes el privilege q tienes q pagar de mas y que la media pension no incluye bebida en la cena (ni agua) Estamos muy descontentos con este hotel ya q no cumple casi nada d las condiciones de un hotel de 4 estrellas, siendo un 3 estrellas y normalito. Con el tema del mal trato del personal, nos querian complacer con el almuerzo pero sin habitacion y que nos cambiaramos en un baño publico… para ir a comer… la vd q muy desagradable.

Super clean, spacious and comfortable room, with a fantastic view of the ocean. Nothing better than a coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the water. The evening entertainment was mixed but it definitely leaned to the good side. The day time entertainment was also brilliant, the team running it are fantastic. They did such a great job. I loved the bali sunbeds in the pool, they were perfect for sunbathing and with quick access to the water to cool down. Great variety at the buffet, plenty of options and new specials daily. Friendly staff are so lovely here. The shop has everything you might need or have forgotten. Perfect to buy some gifts from too. Great location, quiet without being boring and locally has everything you'll need. Highly recommend upgrading to all inclusive with the privilege plan, I think we definitely saved more than we spent this way. Huge shout out to Toni in the restaurant/bar, she was amazing all week and had the best wine suggestions.

I wish there was more options at the restaurant especially if you're staying a week or more, after a couple days you've really experienced the majority of it. It was all very same same and while we liked the atmosphere, we are definitely happy it was included in our package because had we paid I feel like it wouldn't have been worth the price. It would have also been nice to see the privilege pool cleaned a bit more, I didn't see it cleaned all week and it really showed. Would also love to see blackout curtains in the rooms.

We had dinner at the a la carte restaurant tonight. We had the seafront medley & cheeseboard (starter), octopus & chicken 🐙 🐔 (main), mango brulee & cheese cake (dessert). Food was great and drinks flowed. It was a nice change from the selection of self service meals. Staff was friendly and very attentive. I only wish I had more octopus 🐙 x

We had a really good stay, stff are very friendly and always happy to help. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Food is nice and always a good selection. Drinks are all premium makes. Big thanks to the event guy, as he always make the activities really funny. Top man, sorry I forgot your name.

Servicios y personal

Hotel was nice, however on the last day I put my suitcase in the luggage room and when I came back my shoes were stolen. I can’t say I’m awfully surprised as the room to where all the luggage was wide open and not monitored by staff what so ever. Staff didn’t seem to care and didn’t have a system in place to prevent things from being stolen.

Wir hatten das All-Inclusive-Paket gebucht und waren insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Es gibt eigentlich fast nichts auszusetzen – unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Egal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder an der Bar – alle waren stets bemüht und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war für uns ein großes Highlight. Es war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und auch für Vegetarier gab es jeden Tag eine wirklich gute Auswahl. Man findet definitiv immer etwas Passendes. Besonders positiv ist uns außerdem die Cocktailbar im Außenbereich aufgefallen. Die Cocktails waren sehr gut und auch dort waren die Kellner ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und auch das Housekeeping hat hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr bemüht und haben sich sichtbar um alles gekümmert. Auch das Animationsprogramm hat uns gut gefallen. Wenn wir uns etwas wünschen dürften, wären es allerdings noch mehr Aktivitäten am frühen Morgen – beispielsweise Yoga am Strand oder andere ruhige Angebote, mit denen man entspannt in den Tag starten kann. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt im Zimmer wäre außerdem die Halterung für das Toilettenpapier. Diese ist unserer Meinung nach etwas ungünstig montiert und könnte näher bzw. besser erreichbar neben der Toilette angebracht werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist eher ruhig. Die nächste größere Stadt ist ein Stück entfernt, aber zu Fuß durchaus gut erreichbar – für uns persönlich war das überhaupt kein Problem, da wir gerne zu Fuß unterwegs sind. Direkt rund um das Hotel gibt es allerdings nicht besonders viel zu entdecken, was man bei der Wahl des Hotels vielleicht berücksichtigen sollte. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aber definitiv weiterempfehlen. Das freundliche Personal, das leckere und abwechslungsreiche Essen, die Sauberkeit und das tolle All-Inclusive-Angebot haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

The best hotel Ive been to, could not fault it. Good variety of food, always fresh and clean in the dining hall. Bedrooms cleaned daily, cleaning staff were so kind. Great cocktails, especially the ones made by Emir! The reception staff were so professional and had even made us sandwiches for our room as our flight arrived so late, we were hungry and very thankful!! Pool was immaculate, plenty of sun loungers and all cleaned off daily. The hotel was very close to the bus stop which was great. Fun activities by the hotel staff but also they didnt pressure us to get involved which I appreciated. 10000% would visit again!

Spent a week here with three friends (mid 20s) and all came away having had a lovely time. Buffet food was really good for the most part and always plenty of choice on offer. Never had a problem getting a sun-bed by the pool - even when going down in the afternoon. All of the staff were extremely friendly and were checking in to see what we had been up to and not being too pushy with taking part in activities. A stones throw from Puerto Rico, Puerto de Morgan and Masapalomas via taxi with reception able to call them practically to the front door. Evening entertainment could be a bit hit and miss and if that sort of thing is not for you, don’t get a room with a sea view as the acoustic just reflects the speaker system - not a problem for us as we would just play pool or card games by the bar instead. Rooms and room service were spacious and clean although we all felt the WiFi wasn’t cut out for anything beyond messaging and email - but at the end of the day, you are on holiday. You shouldn’t be doing anything too strenuous on the internet!

Chilled stay from start to finish. Great food, exceptionally clean. Wonderful staff, Brian & Edna in the restaurant were very helpful with gluten free options for my daughter. All staff are warm and friendly and always smiling. Bar staff are fabulous, especially the older barman in the mogan lounge. Entertainment is good just would have liked it to go on a little later. Pool is warm, clean and no sunbed dramas, always plenty of loungers available. Animation team, isias was full of energy , very enthusiastic and had plenty going on if you wanted to join in. A perfect holiday.

Les matelas à ressorts. Les chambres sont très biens, propres et bien agencées, mais les matelas des lits nous ont occasionné des courbatures les lendemains matins dès la première nuit. Également, l'emplacement : loin de tout, en dehors de la plage et un Spare à proximité, il n'y pas d'activités possibles à proximité immédiate.

Lovely hotel, good location, very clean and plenty of choice in the restaurant. Sky Bar is great for pre-diner drinks. Brilliant service from Steffi. Would definitely use this hotel again

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, modern und sehr sehr sauber!!! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und professionell. Trotz dessen dass viele Leute da waren, hatte man nicht das Gefühl dass es zu voll war. Wir haben immer einen Platz am Pool gefunden, egal um welche Uhrzeit. Auch beim Essen gab es immer genügend Platz. Das Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet und die Auswahl war hervorragend. Wir hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Großes Lob an das Personal!! Das Entertainment Programm war sehr vielfältig und hat unfassbar Spaß gemacht!!

Cuando llegamos al hoteles nuestra habitación no estaba lista y es normal porque llegamos antes y nos fuimos a almorzar que no estaba incluido ese día pero fue amable y nos dejó ir a comer, y nos comentó que cuando la habitación estuviera lista nos iba a mandar un mensaje para avisarnos. Y eran ya las 15:40 y aún no recibíamos recibíamos mensaje y tuvimos que ir de nuevo a la recepción para preguntar. Pero lo que no me gustó es que cuando llegamos a la habitación en la papelera del baño había un manojo de pelo rubio, la comida del hotel no es que fuera una maravilla. Para lo que me habían dicho que era donde mejor se come pues no es así, he comido en hoteles más baratos y con mejor y más comida… Si eres de todo incluido los cockteles te los hacen con zumo de grifo, pero si pagas te lo hacen con zumo de botella y en los mojitos te ponen azúcar cuando en el todo incluido no. Y cuando ibas a pedir un cocktail un camarero te lo hacía de una manera y otro de otro. Además las camas balinesas que tantas fotos tienen a la hora de ver el hotel no las puedes usar por que son para gente de grupo privilegiado lo que significa que tienes que pagar más, algo que me pareció mal. Y en el restaurante si le pides agua embotellada para beber te dice que esos son para los de media pensión y que los de todo incluido lo tienen en las máquinas. Y el espectáculo por la noche.. la primera noche solo duró 1 hora… pero al día siguiente como era el partido de españa empezó más tarde y solo duró 40 minutos.

Terrible evening food, honestly the worst meat we have ever seen on a plate (didn't eat it as it was so tough). Noisy room from 7:30am through to gone midnight. Weird room layout with zero privacy from bedroom to bathroom.

On our last day of a fabulous holiday. Everything about this place is lovely. Staff can’t do enough for you and the place is spotlessly clean. Special mention for the animation coordinator Isaiha (sorry for spelling which is probably wrong). He was excellent, good fun but no pressure. ‘Janet Jackson’ in the bar and restaurant was such good fun, always ready to boogie! Juan Carlos in reception was always smiling too, and ever helpful. Not loads to do in the area but the hotel is excellent and for a week away we needed nothing more. Food was good and varied for the most part. Always choices for everyone. Shortage of bananas some days however😜. Fusion restaurant worth a visit. Food and ambience good, Toni and Begona very helpful and friendly, but experience a little rushed. A little more time between courses would have enhanced the experience. But would definitely visit this hotel again. Shout out to all the bar and cleaning staff, and the lifeguard for his assistance with the umbrellas. You are all a credit to the business. Thank you all.

Friendly atmosphere, delicious meals, close to the ocean - perfecto!

This is a review I didn’t want to write as I don’t like doing this sort of stuff, but being ignored by the hotel after numerous emails I feel this is the only way. Start off with the positives and that is the restaurant staff, bar staff etc are all brilliant and make the hotel. However, the one receptionist slightly older lady is rude and dismissive to say the least. Now the downsides. Me and my partner paid £300 for the privilege package, which is a complete waste of time. We arrived on the Monday at midnight and was charged for the privilege package for the Monday, even though we didn’t get there till midnight. We didn’t get the privilege check in, we didn’t have the mini bar stocked at all throughout our stay even after bringing it up to reception, the privilege pool area is not manned at all so hotel guests with the non privileged package can just walk in, the door to the privilege lounge is suppose to have a key lock that only privilege guests can open with their band, however the door is a push door to the lounge so again no privilege guests where walking in and helping themselves. It’s concerning how we can have so many serious issues, felt like we have been cheated out of money by not receiving even half of what the privilege package entails and had a dirty room, to be told via email we will do better sorry. I find that so dismissive and not accountable which is why I have had to escalate to corporate. Our room was dirty upon arrival, dirty sheets, pillows and the shower didn’t work properly. My partner is 26 weeks pregnant and we left our holiday 2 days early due to the stresses and frustration the situation was causing her & the fact we felt we were just being ignored when we took issues to the reception. I emailed the hotel upon arriving home & got an apology but no offer of goodwill gesture, no offer of compensation especially seeming as we paid for a privilege package which isn’t advertised. I have since been ignored regarding my follow up emails so have had to take this up with the h10 corporate email. We spent a lot of money on this holiday, that was suppose to be relaxing and chilled out before the arrival of our newborn and it was anything but. Completely ignored and let down & the experience since we have been home and the lack of communication from the hotel is shocking. The hotel itself is fine, but I wouldn’t bother with the privilege package as non privilege guests use it anyway & no point mentioning to reception about any issues you have such as a dirty room, empty mini bar etc as nothing gets done.

Our H10 Costa Mogan booking was a celebration of our 'adult' children finishing their exams. We wanted an adults only, all inclusive experience, and this hotel didn't disappoint. Everyone that works here seems genuinely happy, attentive and so keen to help. Every where is spotlessly keen, all of the time. We decided to book into 'Privilege', enabling extras to be included; on arrival it was clear that our jacuzzi wasn't working. Without hesitation the hotel did everything they could to resolve the issue locally, and on realising they couldn't offered a part refund in compensation. Noting that this was then fixed within our stay window was very much appreciated. The hotel has really nice touches for privilege customers, including an exclusive lounge, pool and dining areas. This can get abused at high volume tokes, but the hotel are quick to recognise, acknowledge and deal with this where practical.

From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of. A wonderful welcome with drinks. As we arrived late we just had time to shower and go for dinner. The food was delicious from the breakfast to evening meal everything was perfect 👌. The only thing as my partner is T.total thay ran out of 00 wine on the second night . How ever they did have 00 beer. Rooms and the hotel in general very clean and tidy. The staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful. The pool was kept perfectly clean and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend .Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday just perfect 👌 x

Lovely hotel with friendly attentive staff. Cannot fault anyone we came into contact with they were all hardworking and concientious staff. Our junior suite was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for 2 of us. We were AI and the buffet food was good but maybe a little repetitive at times. There is an option with the AI to have one dinner in the fine dining restaurant - Costa Fusion. It was nice but the menu was limited - if you are a Privilege guest then as many times as you want but you'd exhaust the menu pretty quickly. There is evening entertainment - some better than others - alot of live music. There is a pool bar serving burgers/hot dogs and snacks or you can go to buffet lunch in restaurant. The area itself is limited in terms of bars/restaurants - not really an issue for AI. The beach is small and has a beach club just out the back of the hotel. There's also a member of staff who gets you involved in different late morning and afternoon activities. Good for getting to know other people. There's a bus stop outside taking you in either direction. We went to Peurto Mogan one day - 15 mins on bus at 1.40 Euros each way. The Mogan Mall is 8 Euros and 10 mins in taxi to Peurto Rico. Overall, we had a great stay and are thinking of returning soon.

Estaba todo muy limpio. Hasta las zonas comunes, la cama era muy cómoda. La comida muy buena, se nota que usan buenas materias primas. Hicimos una actividad en la psicina muy divertida y que nunca antes habia hecho. Yoga sobre colchonetas en la piscina. Me gustó. Destacar el personal desde la recepción que nos atendió Juan Carlos y fue muy atento. Nos explicó todo muy bien y muy simpático. En el bar piscina la chica Dehiva, muy agradable y pendiente de que estuviese todo al gusto del cliente. Y en el bar del solárium Yanet, nos atendió súper bien, hace unos cócteles muy buenos 👍 y siempre con una sonrisa. Sin duda repetiremos porque nos encanto.

Very underwhelming experience. Whilst the hotel is generally kept very clean and tidy Vaping is allowed everywhere not just in the smoking areas. Food is poor and repetitive and apart from at breakfast water in chargeable unless your on all inclusive. Sunbeds would also be a problem when hotel at full capacity as they do get reserved even though signs say not to but no enforcement or action. Today is checkout day and we were told yesterday to check this morning about keeping the room on. Yesterday we were told we could keep the room till 1 at least and they would check whether the 3pm we asked for could be done (at charge) today it’s a NO even to the 1pm and what makes it even worse is that they are not making available any courtesy room for a shower before departure just luggage storage behind reception! Sitting in reception for 5 hrs will definitely mar the whole holiday experience and has in effect reduced the holiday by a day due to no shower/change facilities being available. In all my years of travelling I have never 👎🏽 been to a hotel where they have not provided a courtesy room for late flight departures and this should be reflected in the hotel details. I am a UK Travel Agent and will certainly be advising against booking this hotel.

My partner and I stayed at the H10 Playa del Cura hotel in June 2026 for a week and we loved it. The room was spotlessly clean, and the cleaners came everyday and maintained the high standard throughout. The food on offer was varied and of good quality. Likewise with the drinks. We always found space by the pool each day and there was ample sunbeds available. The entertainment at Mogan Lounge bar each night was varied and enjoyable! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back again.

Yet another hotel within the H10 group we have stayed at and yet again our expectations were exceeded ! From the moment we arrived until we sadly departed we were looked after in every department . The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the reception team to all the front of house teams and not forgetting the teams largely behind the scenes, kitchen, house keeping and garden/pool teams . We took advantage of the “Privilege “ package which we would recommend. The added benefits really are worth having ! A special mention for the Costa fusion restaurant and the staff who looked after us. Thank you Brian and Toni and the rest of the team . The food offering in the main restaurant was also of a high quality and was varied on a daily basis . I have to say that , as with all the other H10 hotels we have stayed in, the hotel was kept spotlessly clean ! Can definitely recommend !!!

Ate at Costa Fusion, where the restaurant’s vibe was immaculate. The staff where so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have too wait long for the food and when it arrived it was phenomenal!!!! Once again massive props to all the staff they couldn’t be any more helpful and made the experience amazing!!!!

We spent a relaxing chilled out week at the H10 Costa Mogan at the beginning of June. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. All the staff from reception, cleaners, bar and waiting staff were courteous, friendly, hardworking and kind - demonstrating a high level of customer service. We had a sea view suite which was lovely and spacious. The food at Costa Fusion, the buffet and pool bar was varied, tasty and good quality as were the drinks. The animation team was a one-man band, Isaías who made every day not ‘just a school day’ but a FUN DAY!!! He took time to chat with everyone around the pool, and no one was pressurised to take part, however with gently persuasion from Isaias I left my three umbrellas, ventured out into the sunshine and took part in the bingo, darts and sangria demonstration and loved them all. My husband took part in loads of the activities and said it was one of his best holidays. The evening entertainment was also good. Ale Martin deserves a mention who are an opera singer and a guitarist with a modern twist and really entertaining. We will definitely be returning.

La limpieza, el baño estaba todo sucio. Las paredes de la ducha llena de pelo ( como si se hubieran afeitado y limpiaron la cuchilla en la pared) y el lavamanos está tupido no bajaba el agua.

This was our first trip to the Canaries. We chose Gran Canaria for its reliably warm weather and a chance for some annual downtime. A couple we overheard at the airport described their experience as “landing on a lunar surface”. While we may agree that Gran Canaria is a large, barren island, H10 Costa Mogán is an oasis for those who simply need to recharge and do nothing. We stayed on the grounds for the entire holiday and came away refreshed, exactly as we had hoped. Although officially a four-star hotel, we felt the atmosphere and care were five-star. We were greeted by Jenny and her beaming smile. She helped us upgrade our stay and was a delight every time we had the opportunity to see her. Ina, also at reception, helped calm a situation my wife experienced and became a rock whenever a need or curiosity arose. Our room was a sea-facing Junior Suite. The housekeeping team were wonderful, quietly slipping in and out at different times of the day while we were out. We could only offer "Gracias" and "Buenos días" whenever we caught them in the corridor. Very efficient and very friendly. We would certainly book a Junior Suite again. We upgraded to Privilege Half Board with Jenny's help. The vast majority of our sunning time was spent in the Privilege solarium area. A cooling jacuzzi and loungers were always available. We encountered a few early bed snatchers, but generally it was not a problem. I would often go down early to journal, ponder by the sea, and do my daily routine without any distractions. For us, another couple of pluses are that this is an adults-only hotel and there are designated smoking areas. We will never go back to family hotels. As non-smokers, we really appreciate that guests are not allowed to smoke just anywhere. Thank you also to the smoking guests who honoured that expectation. With Privilege came access to a lounge (10:30–19:00) where we could enjoy hot drinks and cold beverages, including beer, wine, and ingredients to make mixed drinks. It was also a lovely place to escape the sun for a while. Definitely worth asking about Privilege. Breakfast in the Atlantic was very good, with everything we could have wanted. Dinner was slightly different. My wife has salmon and shellfish allergies and, on one evening, there was very little available that she could safely eat, which was disappointing. She ended up having two bowls of pumpkin soup and bread. Thankfully, this was one of only two low points during our stay. Consequently, we booked most of our dinners at Costa Fusion. Although the standard menu had limitations because of my wife's allergies, she was able to enjoy her dinners with consistency. As for me, the range allowed me to have something different every evening over seven nights. The staff truly made it for us. Begona, Emir, and Cristo served us with excellence and made us feel valued. The chef, Arkaitz Gustano, was always ready to ensure my wife was protected in relation to her allergies. We also had good experiences with Brian H and Toni. We got what we came for: rest. We got far more than we expected thanks to the wonderful staff and the friends we made there (David, Sally, Kevin, and Liz). We will be going back. Sorry if I missed anyone by name. A couple of special shout-outs: Jorge, who manages the pool café, is a hard-working, conscientious, efficient, and engaging manager. Whenever he was around the pool area, the place was spotless. Isiais, the entire Animation Team in one person, was a bright daily presence. Lastly, there is entertainment every night. Some nights are better than others, depending on audience preference, but every performer came and gave their all. I admire and respect that. We came to H10 Costa Mogán to rest and recharge. We left refreshed, grateful, and already talking about returning. For us, that says everything.

The transfer from the airport dropped us off, and it was initially uncertain where the hotel was. Once found we were warmly welcomed at reception. Throughout the holiday all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room on the first floor was good. Coffee pods were free for the first day only. The frosted glass ensuite was a surprise! The room had a cooling system and a mini fridge. There is a shop on site and also a spar nearby. The pool was well maintained and we were able to secure a sunbed each day. The entertainment was low key, but suited our needs. There is a lovely sky bar that has a beautiful sea view and is a relaxing space. The restaurant caters for varied dietary tastes. It is self service which includes hot and cold drinks including wine. You can upgrade to privilege if you wish. We requested late check out (normally 12.00) and were given an additional 1 hour for free. Our all inclusive was valid until the time we were collected.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, quiet location but a short distance to both Puerto Rico and Puerto Mogan. We had a privilege suite with a hot tub, the room was massive and the bed was comfortable. Staff were superb, friendly and attentive, very polite and looked after us well during our stay Personally I think it’s worth upgrading to Privilege but of course it’s always down to preference. Will definitely be coming back if we can get a good deal. Thanks H10 Costa Mogan for a brilliant week in the sun at an exceptional hotel 👏

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great by the sea and everywhere is clean and tidy. Staff are really genuinely helpful and friendly and both restaurants have served excellent and varied dishes. The evening entertainment has been good as well as the World Cup matches on the big screen

Our stay at the H10 Costa Mogán was nothing short of exceptional, offering a beautifully peaceful, adults-only escape right on the beachfront. From the moment we arrived, the staff blew us away with their genuine warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, making us feel completely pampered throughout the entire trip. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, featuring a sleek, modern design and a private balcony that gifted us with spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the dramatic volcanic coastline. The culinary experience was another major highlight; every meal at the buffet and the themed restaurant featured exceptionally high-quality food with an impressive, fresh variety of options, perfectly complemented by premium drinks and expertly mixed cocktails at the stunning rooftop sky bar. Between lounging on the luxurious sun loungers, the lovely clean pool and enjoying sunset drinks with panoramic views, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Location was a little isolated we felt but great bus service to get out and about. The Hotel itself was very clean and food ample. Certainly a lot to choose from at every mealtime. Drinks are good quality too especially all inclusive. Recommend the ice coffee delicious ❤️ Entertainment day/night was very good great atmosphere during our stay. Certainly recommend to anyone who wants to completely chill out, good base for those wanting to get out and about, it was too hot for us to walk about so spent our time relaxing by pool and on sun deck brilliant. Views are amazing. We had a really lovely holiday from start to finish we will be back. Thank you. 🤩

Fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel special and looked after by all of the staff. Gabriel part of the concierge was especially great and we’d like to thank him again for his attention to detail. Food and service was superb in all of the restaurants and pool snack bar. We loved this hotel and the staff so much that we have already rebooked. 10 out of 10 from us!

Well where do I begin. , my husband John and I are currently staying in this amazing hotel. , from the minute we walked into the foyer for check in which we were greeted with a lovely glass of chilled cava , all was very. Easy and smooth , John and I decided to upgrade to privilege . Which was definitely worth it. We had an amazing view from our lovely suite of the pool area , sea. And beach . Room was spotlessly clean and we had a Cleaning services daily .We had 2 bottles of water. Replenished daily , a. Mini bar in fridge for first day with beer and juice. We had bath robes and slippers and pillow menu daily we were able to change our beach towels daily with the staff who visited every evening with our favourite Lindt chocolates. . We had access to the privilege lounge which you only access with your wrist band there is lovely seating area and television , there is every spirit available there is juice tonic water beer of various variety, there is wine - red , rose. And white and of course cava all in fridge there are snacks , water. And slices of lemon. As well as tea / coffee facilities . There is the privilege area with Balinese beds , seating area and jacuzzi as well as hammocks , beautiful , There is also the pool area which we loved to .There is lots of activities which John participated in , Archery , corn hole. , darts just some of them John participated in , I enjoyed Bingo and loved the gym and well as swimming daily. There’s a little shop. Sells your usual.there is also a spar supermarket 5 min walk from the hotel , The food is lovely , we enjoyed breakfast in the Atlantic coast restaurant and lunch we went from restaurant and the pool bar la Marina ( which served burgers chips sandwiches and salads )food was lovely and of good variety , We booked the Costa Fusion restaurant which on privilege you can book every day which John and I did , first of all The staff are so welcoming and take care of you very well. And made us feel so special the food and appetisers were so fresh and amazing. Some of our favourites was the sea food dishes and steak as well as the delicious starters and desserts accompanied by a chilled bottle of wine and water and bread roll . The. Chefs exceeded our expectations absolutely amazing . To the staff thank you for the amazing service and lovely friendly attentiveness 😍 Now I know I have went on. However it is all so important as my husband and I have visited other H10 hotels and other hotels and this hotel is at the top of the list. It is so relaxing. We work hard like many people and we’re looking for a lovely hotel with a beautiful relaxing atmosphere And beautiful surroundings.And we found it here ❤️ Okay last but not least we didn’t want to single any specific staff as from the management. , the activity organiser , the bar staff , restaurant staff The chefs the Domestic cleaners I hope we’ve not missed anyone but basically the whole team are hard working , they make you feel welcome and look after you to the highest level . Came to H10 Costa magon restaurant for our free 3 course meal that came with our holiday package. The staff were very friendly. And very helpful with my gluten intolerance. The meal was cooked and presented to a good standard and was very tasty. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone reading this. It’s a really nice place to eat for all.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas el buffet lo encontré algo pobre y la comida me la esperaba más rica y variada. Me decepcionó bastante.

If you enjoy a beachfront location and nice food I’m sure you would enjoy H10 Costa Mogán. We had a really great holiday . Totally chilling out. The bus stop is a few minutes away and it is a short ride into Puerto Mogan definitely worth a visit. There’s lots to do there with boat trips , ferries etc. You can even get a bus from the airport!

There were 7 of us, all friends on holiday together. We booked Fusion for our penultimate evening. Great staff, friendly and nothing too much trouble, food was well presented and tasteful, the ham croquettes were divine, the rib-eye was delicious and a special shout out for the risotto. As we were AI we had the inclusive wine and the red was really good. A little mishap at the table was dealt with with grace and professionalism. All in all, a wonderful evening and meal, thanks to the fab staff.

Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die animationsaktivitäten nachmittags waren auch immer ein highlight! Die Zimmer sind auch super aufgeteilt und immer Sauber! Auch die Lage des Hotels war Top! Die Busverbindungen sind super und man kommt überall super hin, da benötigt man auch kein Mietauto dafür! Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass die Zimmer mit Merblick etwas hellhörig sind! Wenn am Abend Livemusik ist hört man dies bis in den obersten stock! Hat uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört, da wir auch bei lauteren verhältnissen gut schlafen! Für uns ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall eine klare weiterempfehlung! Werden bestimmt wiederkommen! :-)

Really enjoyed this hotel. Start to finish. The drinks, food and staff can’t be faulted. The bedroom was immaculate as was the entire hotel. The gym regularly tended and always prestine. Plenty of sun loungers so can always find a place in the sun. Genuinely thank you to all of you at the hotel for making a great trip with particular thanks to Airam at the bar and Toni in the al a carte. So personable. The lifeguard also (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) but he was on all last week - can I just say I’ve never seen a more attentive life guard who clearly genuinely cared about keeping the pool area clean and safe. I’m very sorry to leave but I take with me a great experience and memories 🙏🏻

This was our third holiday to the hotel. The positives: fabulous location, lovely, friendly and welcoming staff and good rooms. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the good. As we had in previous occasions, we upgraded to fully inclusive on arrival at the hotel. However, this was not good value and we wished we had saved the money to allow us to eat out. The food was very repetitive and I always enjoy the griddled chicken and pork as I don’t eat a lot of fish. The meat was poorly butchered and was fatty and gristly. I waited for a pork cutlet one night but the chef had disappeared and none were in the process of being cooked so I gave up. In 7 days I gad pizza 3 times! The lasagne that was available was not kept under the heat lamps and was lukewarm and congealed. Really disappointing and I am afraid this will be our last visit

Lovely hotel, reception staff helpful and pleasant, especially Ina. I was only staying bed breakfast, where there was such a good selection o breakfastf food Bar snacks were also very tasty,, entertainment was as good as it can be, Wouldn't stay in for it varied, opera on Monday was out of this world. Room was clear and comfy, especially the bed and settee, and view from the pool amazing. Only criticism, is the back ground music around the pool, which was annoying, same stuff over and over, to loud, i played dodging the speakers without any success. The hotel is adults only, although the weekend was a bank holiday, so the noise from the kids in the adjoining apartments was very loud, not the hotels fault. I would visit again, bed and breakfast, because the restaurants in the area, and a short bus ride away, were all excellent

What a fantastic hotel! After holidaying in the Canaries for more then 25 years this must be one of the most relaxing places that I have ever been. Yes, it was early May and yes, adults only, but OMG how relaxing . No noise, no fights for sunloungers, and the hospitality and food was exceptional!. Absolutely no complaints, polite, excelent staff. Will be revisiting. Special mention to the young Pool guard, lovley guy.

Well what a lovely surprise. Came to the hotel not really knowing how it’s going to be. So glad we came here. Rooms are spacious and more than adequate. As soon as we arrived we felt welcome. Reception staff are lovely as are all the staff in the hotel. Don’t think I’ve come across one member that doesn’t seem happy to be there. Great selection of food and drink. We went for the privilege package which I believe is worth every penny. Seriously if you want a no kids relaxing holiday then come here. It’s not in Mogán itself so good to understand that before you book. It’s about 15 miles away from Mogan which is absolutely lovely btw. The hotel is situated right next to the beach which is great if you want to spend the day on the beach. Entertainment is of usual standard. Some days better than others. I have 2 criticisms. 1. The beds…………….not the most comfortable but again you can hi to reception and ask for different pillows if necessary although that doesn’t help the mattress. 2. Entertainment could possibly go on later or have better music after. Also through daytime could do with better music (just my opinion). Overall I would definitely come back here in a flash .

We appreciated the hotel for its cleanliness, the responsiveness of the staff, some of the evening entertainment, and the variety of choices at the buffet.

The bed was very hard and despite our request for a mattress topper, the comfort remained very limited. In addition, on the second day, we noticed that some of my makeup had been stolen from our room. We immediately reported the issue to the reception, but no real action was taken. When we checked out, it was as if nothing had happened. We chose to pay for the half-board option so that we could enjoy dinner in the evening, but we were very disappointed to discover that even WATER was charged separately. We found this unacceptable, especially since many services in the hotel require additional payment. Finally, the parking spaces in front of the hotel are also paid until 8 pm, which represents yet another extra cost. Considering this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel.

Staff was very nice and friendly

-I am very disappointed with this vacation. For the first time I couldn’t wait to get back home. I really love music and I play several instruments myself, but from 9 to 11 in the evening there is live music that you can’t escape from. With the windows closed in the room, it feels like they are playing right inside your room. It’s impossible to talk, watch a movie, or relax. Every day I was dreading this time as if it were torture. When I checked in and looked at the room, I went to the reception and asked them to find me a quieter room and paid extra for an upgrade to a higher room. But it didn’t help at all. -In addition, the hotel is quite tired and worn down. The pictures do not reflect reality. In the shower and toilet there is uncleaned mold in the grout between the tiles, and there is high humidity. I felt quite uncomfortable in the room.

Positive: the Privilege option, the restaurant à la carte, the kindess of the personnel (special shoutouts to Jennie and all the kind people behind the bar), very clean and very spacious and quiet. Very good cocktails. Very good location just next to a bus stop (around 45min by bus to the airport). LGBTQ friendly. To be noted: beds are twins only (no queen bed), toilets and showers can be quite exposed (especially in suites), the food in the buffet can be repetitive (but as it is in all all-inclusive resorrts

Just home from a week here with a friend. Superb place to completely cut off and unwind. Cleanliness was exemplary, Staff were friendly. Plenty of seats and loungers everywhere. HIGHLY recommend the roof terrace with far reaching views of mountains and ocean. Thick cushioned relax beds, and chill out music. Food was as expected at a buffet. Early arrival at dinner is a good tip when everything is fresh and hot. Tip would be to ask for extra bath towel. There was one per guest in the bathroom and they are tiny and have seen better days, If I was going again I'd take a bath sheet with me. Also I can't not comment of the very weird spittoon type basin in the bathroom, not nice at all, but that's my only down point, awful and grubby if you want a basin of warm water. Wish the beach was a longer stretch, so there was somewhere to stroll. There really isn't anything here except the hotel and a couple of eateries and a SPAR shop up the road, however, it's brilliant off you want to do nothing. We had a lovely time

We have just returned from an 11 night stay here which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable with everything you need provided. The room and towels were changed daily and bed linen changed half way through our stay. We had a lovely sea view from the balcony which looked out right across the bay, although the rocks and stones made accessing the sea challenging! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and always on hand at Reception to answer any questions we had about Bus routes, markets etc. The food in the hotel was good with plenty of variety and choice, although one thing we would say is that the "hot" food was never really hot enough, and the restaurant seating rather low and uncomfortable! Evening entertainment was ok and always finished by about 10.30pm, so those who liked to retire were able to do so without noise being a problem. A special mention has to go to Isias (Animation H10) who provided many hours of fun for us, be it meeting new friends around the pool or on the beach, Aquarobics, playing Bingo, or joining others for various team games .. always with a "Special Cocktail" for the winner! He always went out of his way to make sure everyone was ok, included if they wished, and having fun .. and his enthusiasm and friendliness was much appreciated. "Toe-Knee" and Margaret! :-)

I booked this hotel for my birthday holiday and I have to say I wasn’t sure what to expect, when you first walk to the entrance it doesn’t look like much! However once you go inside it gives such a gorgeous presence and it smelt so nice in the lobby. safe to say myself and my bestfriend got great first impressions, the room was spacious and clean and we had a gorgeous view of the beach which is literally a 2 minuite walk away from our balcony, watching the sunrise and sunset each day was such a treat. I don’t really have anything bad to say about this hotel, other than some words for improvement on the vegan/vegetarian options at the all inclusive buffet for dinner. Being a vegan it means I shouldn’t really eat dairy, however most of the trip I did have to eat some dairy as there wasn’t much options for vegans so it made me have to go more towards vegetarian and eating things like pizza, pasta with cheese sauces etc, always with a side salad and veggies. The vegan/veggie station only had vegetables most nights which is quite poor as you can’t expect vegans to just eat vegetables alone for a meal. If I was a very strict vegan this would have made my trip not as great as it was but thankfully I am flexible and I do love cheese even though I shouldn’t eat it ( don’t tell my mum😂) My birthday was such a great day, enjoying a wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant which was complimentary for our package, they decorated the table with balloons and gave such wonderful service making me feel so special. The gym facilities are good, there’s free weights and two machines which you can use to train different body groups as well as a treadmill and a cross trainer. It’s not very big so be prepared for that! The drinks for all inclusive were really good and the staff were so lovely and so helpful. Even when we got locked out of our room On my actual birthday, they made us laugh and fixed the problem straight away. Other than the vegan food options I can’t fault this hotel and experience, I will certainly be coming back again as I had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

V prvom rade musíme pochváliť personál - jeho ústretovosť a profesionálny prístup. Jedlo bolo fajn, na raňajkách bohatý výber, obedovat sa dalo aj v bistre pri bazéne, čo sme radi využili. Izbu sme mali priamo nad barom, ale žiadny problém, dodržiaval sa nočný kľud. Večery spríjemňovala živá hudba.

Nedostatok súkromia - sprchový kút v strede spálne. Voda v bazéne mohla byť teplejšia.

This hotel was perfect - the whole team were amazing and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be at our service. The food was varied and tasty and there was always something on offer at the buffet to eat. The hotel’s location was great too. We were able to walk into Puerto Rico from the hotel (it did involve walking over some stones on the beach but that was just a little bit) then the walk was amazing into the neighbouring town. There was also a very reliable and cheap bus service right outside the hotel which takes you anywhere you dancing including Puerto del mogan a very pretty town which has a market on Fridays. Our sea view room was always cleaned and the view was amazing - the beds were super comfy too. There were no downsides to our 10 day holiday at all and we thank the whole team for making our holiday perfect.
