Really nice hotel, whilst i am inclined to say nothing negative was experienced there were some small things which would help improve further. A menu at breakfast, price list and treatment options written down on paper at the spa so you can see exactly what is on offer. I almost felt like i was going in blind and not knowing what to expect.

A big earthquake occured in İstanbul couple of hours before my reservation. Hotel didn’t inform me about anything. I stayed in a safe public place for the night. İ contacted with Hotels.com about my request for cancelling the reservation. Customer service told me that Hotel Emirhan Palace will not refund any money. As result i lost money even if i didn’t get informed by them. I am a customer and im not happy at all.

There are many advantages to this hotel: •the location of the hotel is central and close to public transport; •cleaning is done daily; •they solve problems along the way (when we arrived at the hotel, the workers were mounting/repairing a hydrant, but the noise was resolved shortly and did not persist the following days); •price per night is quite acceptable; •decent breakfast; •during the night it was quiet; •the hotel theme is elegant, with luxurious details; •the rooms look exactly like in the pictures.

BUT I would like to highlight these aspects as well: •communication is undesirable (I have specified to them in advance, that we will need an extra bed in one of the 3 reserved rooms, and this request was not fulfilled at that time, the receptionist even asked us for the extra fee to get another room for the person who came in extra instead of the extra bed because they no longer had any beds/sofas, but at least, this inconvenience lasted for only 1/3 nights); •the ventilation system didn't work properly (it was too hot; AC only warmed the room, remaining constant on 28 degrees and it could not modify the temperature); •the windows was of poor quality and did not isolate the noise from the outside; also, there was no insect net at the window; •the shower was broken (as hard to believe as it seems, it was quite difficult to conceive how to start the shower, since there is no tap and you simply pick it up, you need to sync some way warm water with cold water to work); •the DND (do not disturb) and HK (housekeeping) buttons were not working.

Close to metro bus

Aged furniture, limited breakfast in quality and quantity!,Staff English is not good enough. The room key didn't work from day one. Instead of programming the card right, they gave me a physical key to lock n unlock my room! Is it that hard to program a new key card! And the noise coming from the street is very loud!

Bellboy was helping to find us a better room - the first room which we received was poorly isolated and you could hear the cars on the highway The girls at the breakfast were also helpful and kind

- noise from highway- we tried 3 different rooms before we found the one facing direction sea and not so noisy as the previous rooms - there was no wifi all our stay- the reception kept telling its the fault of the provider - on the second day we were gone during day and the cleaning stuff came into our room, arranged things and left the balcony door wide open (we kept it closed on purpose) - this was really risky because there were neighbouring balconies where anyone could climb into our room

Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht. Für Toilettenpapier musste ich jeden Tag anrufen und eine Rolle ins Zimmer bringen lassen. Der Safe im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig , ich musste jeden Tag den Hotelservice anrufen um es öffnen zu lassen.

The staff is quite nice and polite. We had a problem with the AC on our last night stay, and as it was very late they offered to change the room. Good location near the bus stop. Breakfast had good variety.

I thought from the description the SPA was free to use, exept from some services which required the extra cost. However, it turned out you have to pay extra for every service.

The room, location, and reception staff were excellent, highly recommend it.

The only thing we didn't like was lack of breakfast options, being a diabetic didn't get much healthy options. The second thing the beds were not comfortable could not sleep well throughout the stay. It just felt too warm. The staff and manager were lovely and helpful.

Aralıklarla gider kokusu gelioy o odadan, ya da başka odalarda vardır. Dikkate almanızı rica ediyoruz. onun haricinde konaklamamız çok güzeldi. Receptionda ki karşılayan beyefendi çok kibardı.

The hotel is really nice, but if you have any health conditions I wouldn’t recommend staying emrahan hotel, they will watch you crying and dying for pain. Any emergency situations they don’t help. Furthermore, some of the rooms the wifi don’t work and they kept telling me it will work for 6 days and then told me my last day the issue is your room move to another room.

It's one of my favorite hotels in Avcılar. Staff are excellent. Burak is pleasant and speaks English well. Kemal is very helpful. Birhan the manager always makes sure you are comfortable in your stay. Breakfast has a variety for every taste. Tuba is very sweet. Spa girls are all professionals. Metrobus the line of transportation to the city few steps from hotel as well as buses. Hotel decor is one of a kind but like always in İstanbul there's the old city smell in some of the bathrooms. Hotel deodorize and clean always. It smells very good. I feel like home at this place.

we chose this hotel to be clse to florya hospital . breakfast is good ( not amazing as people said) staff are very good but room smells and worse than all is that steam sauna and turkish bath are inside the hotel but its not free!! this was the first time we have been in a hotel and we could not use sauna and bath for free. it sucks :(

One of my criteria when booking was that there is a fitness facility but there wasn't. Also, the hotel failed to send me a tax invoice when I requested one.

At the beginning, the receptionist Ceylan gave me a good welcome and was very attentive to the service. The breakfast was very good with so much variety, the service of the staff very attentive.I must highlight the service of nurcan and Ceren always due to the availability of good service

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The staff is kind. Birhan welcomed us and tried to provide us with everything we needed to feel good. The hotel is not in the center. It is located right next to the Istanbul Metrobus stop. This is super convenient. With it you can move very quickly to the center and all the way to the Asian part without a car. To make connections with Metro. Cheap and very fast transport to all important points of the city. The room was clean and with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is not particularly rich, but absolutely sufficient and tasty. The hotel has a very nice small and cozy spa with a nice hammam service

This hotel is a hidden Gem. The staff are the most helpful team you will meet, from the front desk to the cleaners!! I wish i had the time on checking out to thank them personally, though with the Istanbul traffic, i found myself short of time in meeting my flight. IF IT SUITS FOR LOCATION, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

We stayed at Emirhan for 16 days. It was an incredible stay throughout. Beautiful view of the Marmara sea on sunny days. Fantastic food at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. Only 50 meters from the metro-bus. Gorgeous walks by the shore. The massage spa at the hotel was also fantastic. Highly recommended. Huge thanks to Mehri at the restaurant (for always greeting us with a big smile in the mornings and helping us with anything we needed or asked about.) 🥰 Only negative thing I can come up with was that the AC in the room was faulty and didn't work properly. It was HOT! And the hotel is very close in proximity to the highway, so there will be noise from the traffic, but nothing severe that ruined our sleep. In the end, I am extremely happy with our stay here and I would happily order another stay at this "palace"

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Emirhan Palace where we spent a week on an Erasmus+ project. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff was delightful and eager to help! In particular, Birhan, the chief receptionist went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you!

Ich habe im Januar 2019 mit Flughafen Transfer über Expedia gebucht. Wegen Flughafen Transfer hatte ich mich für Hotel Emirhan entschieden. In Istanbul angekommen stellten wir nach einem Anruf beim Hotel Personal fest, dass ein Flughafen Transfer nicht mehr angeboten wird, da der neue Flughafen zu weit weg wäre. Wir wurden darüber weder von Expedia noch vom Hotel informiert, obwohl ich kurz vor der Abreise Expedia anrief und explizit danach fragte. Nun standen wir zu viert mit Gepäck da. Bis Avcilar Zentrum gibt es ein Bus der vom Flughafen durchfährt. Danach musste wir ca. 45 min in der Hitze mit Gepäck zum Hotel laufen, weil kein freier Taxi anhielt. Das Hotel selbst ist sanierungsbedürftig. Das Mobiliar sieht schön aus, aber man muss sehr vorsichtig nutzen, damit nichts kaputt geht. Badezimmer Ausstattung ist z.B. unstabil. Die wunderschöne Terrasse war geschlossen. Genauso der Fitnessraum. Die Gründe hierfür haben wir nicht erfahren. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr höflich und nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Thanks to all the staff. You have provided excellent service to us. We enjoyed our 3 days in Istanbul very much. It is easy and cheap to travel to downtown by the metrobus which is in front of the hotel. Our little walk by the seaside which is at the back of the hotel was great. It is nice to chill out around there. They serve breakfast until 11:00 and offer a big variety. Homemade bread is yummy.
