Pai Viceroy

awesome service by Mr. Naresh Sales, thank you

It was good experience. Food and stay was really nice.

Is very good hotel in the foot hill of Tirumala with very good staff and food. Special mention to Mr.Haresh who makes our stay hastle free with advance booking and our checkin process smooth and our board rooms well supplemented

Location is very convenient. It is on the main road. Room is very neat and comfortable. Very good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is also very delicious. Overall, a perfect stay for solo travellers.

At Hotel Mr. Prasad Job Is Excellent, appreciate his services, Regular Visit From last 10 years Same at pie viceroy Excellent Service

Neat room, friendly staff, great location and good food

A long due trip to Tirupati was fulfilled and so perfectly and the stay at Pai Viceroy Hotel, played an important role as I was travelling solo and I felt so much at ease and at home the minute I entered the reception on 2nd Feb 2026 late evening! I had found many a hotels while researching but the three main reasons I stuck with this one was that it was rated very safe for solo women travellers and secondly for its perfect location and thirdly it was owned by a fellow GSB like me..which gave me some silly comfort during my apprehensions about solo travel. The staff at the reception are very warm and helpful. The check in was super quick and smooth. I loved the option on their website of paying 50% in advance for the booking and the rest once you check in! My mountain facing room was super neat and I had views of the Kapilatheertam Temple lighting right from my room window. Most importantly, the room had a safe wherein I left my brand new Samsung S25 ultra, extra cash, digital watch etc when I visited Tirumala for the darshan. A number safe in the room is most important as most temples in Tirupati do not allow electronic items including digital watches and many leave these items with their cab drivers or locker rooms at the temple. On the first evening I explored their gorgeous Gufha multi cuisine restaurant on the top floor (5th)..loved the way they have created a playarea for kids in this concept restaurant. Though, I was shown many restaurants enroute by the cab driver, which serve good thali meals, I loved the food at Pai Viceroy that I just did not feel the need to try any other restaurants during my 3 nights stay. Loved the gulab jamuns and the dosa's...the South Indian in me was truly happy! The breakfast spread is good and the filter coffee is fantastic. They do have a travel desk at the hotel but I did not use their services. Location of this hotel is just perfect close to Kapila Theertam temple 500 mtrs, Iskcon Temple 1 km and gates to Tirumala just about 2kms away. The bus stop for local AC buses plying to Tirumala is few steps away from the hotel. On my 3rd evening here I did a walking tour of 3 temples in the near vicinity. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to revisit Pai Viceroy Tirupati in the near future.

We conducted our boardroom meeting at Hotel Pai Viceroy, and the experience was excellent. The boardroom was clean, well-maintained, and professionally arranged. The ambience and facilities were perfect for a smooth and productive meeting. Mr. Naresh was very supportive and ensured everything was coordinated efficiently. Overall, a great venue for corporate meetings

Very good location and amenities, travel desk Mr Prasad very cooperative

We had a good experience hosting our HR event at Pai Viceroy Hotel, Tirupati.. The property is well maintained and perfectly suited for corporate conferences. The conference hall setup, food quality, and overall hospitality were impressive and contributed to a smooth event. Special thanks to Mr. Naresh from the Sales team for his coordination and support throughout the process. Highly recommended for corporate events..

Excellent experience we got from Pai Viceroy team especially Mr. NARESH the way he approach , humbleness and great cooperation for our optical expo we have conducted on 22nd Feb. It was amazing experience . Ambiance and the food especially Chitti mutyala mutton biriyani and chicken korma was excellent. All participants enjoyed and loved it thanks. Thanks to Team Regards Sreenivasa rao .P

I have been to Hote Pai Viceroy Tirupathi last week for an official purpose. Good property for Business/Work/ Personal related stay purpose with clean room, courteous staff with good service. A special mention of MrNaresh Sales manager who ensured both smooth check-in & check-out and timely response/support .

Our three days' stay was pleasant. Rooms were compact but neat. House keeping by Padmini, Sajid excellent; supervised by B. Subramanyam in 4th floor. Breakfast was wide spread and good. Restaurant staff Guna, Vinod, Sridevi (with spectacles... unsure of the name) and Avantika, supervised by Mr Chandrasekhar, were attentive. Mrs Haseena Bee, house keeping member, always maintained neatness in the restaurant and in the front office. Overall experience was very good. The front office staff viz., Hemanth, Jaideep, Naveen and Sonia need special mention. These are quite efficient and committed, with a zeal to serve the customers, despite the every day heavy rush, ensuring smooth check-in and flexible check out process. Mr Balachandra has got very good manners. He is successfully leading his team. He is also lucky to have such agile front office executives. Only glitch is that reply mails sent by me before arrival to the given email ID went unnoticed by backend/reservations team. They need not call if mails are promptly attended. Time to focus attention on this one.

My stay at Pai Viceroy, Tirupati was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with such smooth coordination and warmth that it felt less like a hotel and more like being cared for by family. We felt very safe travelling as only two women!! The housekeeping team maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout, the travel desk ensured seamless support with local planning, and the restaurant staff provided attentive and kind service every single time for every request!!! Very attentive 👏 What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality and the way every department worked together so effortlessly. The service was not just professional, it was heartfelt. A special mention to the staff members who made this experience exceptional: • Bala Chandra - Front Office • Prasad - Travel Desk • Kavya and Sonia - Front Office • Avantika Gayathri and Susmitha - F&B • Mahesh from Housekeeping Each of them contributed to making our stay comfortable, smooth and stress-free. If you are visiting Tirupati and want a place with excellent service, spotless maintenance, and supportive staff, Pai Viceroy is a perfect choice. Highly recommended! Thank you for such a beautiful experience Team …. See you all soon ✨ Ps : don’t miss the ISKCON temple just next to the hotel 🪷

Excellent stay. The hospitality offered is no less than the best of the 5 star hotels. The food is excellent as well. Hot water is available 24/7. Rooms are very clean, comfortable with ac, fan. The location is very close to Kapilateertham and the Thirumala check-point. Lot of ATMs near-by including the bus stop to head to Thirumala. Extremely high value for money. Tip: Book directly from the Pai Viceroy web-site. That offers the lowest rates.

Our stay at the hotel was overall fine, though not without its ups and downs. Positives: Breakfast was nice and enjoyable. The room wasn’t very spacious, but when requested, the staff provided an extra bed which was helpful. Negatives: * The check-in staff explained that snacks in the room were chargeable, which felt confusing and inconvenient—especially with kids, since it’s hard to monitor what they eat. The explanation wasn’t clear and didn’t feel welcoming. Moreover why the need of keeping those in room if it is not provided. My suggestion - have a snacks counter or vending machine on every floor. * The extended stay charges were poorly communicated. I was fine paying extra for 6–7 hours, but the way the figures were explained seemed inconsistent. Later, another staff member quoted an additional 1K on top, which felt fishy. * Regarding cab booking - The travel desk wasn’t much help. I’d recommend booking cabs from outside instead. Overall: A decent stay with good breakfast and responsive service when asked, but the communication and customer handling need improvement.

Just had the most epic meeting in the hotel's boardroom. The room was sleek, modern, and had all the tech we needed. Special shoutout to Naresh, who provided top-notch service - he was attentive, and made sure full filled our needs! 🙌 The buffet was so good...loved the food! Would definitely recommend this spot for a corporate meetings

Excellant location. Very pleasant atmosphere. Very neat and clean rooms with all the facilities. Excellant food . Nice spread of breakfast. Moreover very efficient and very helpful staff. Especially Mr Balachandra and his team Mr Jaydeep and Ms Kavya and all other staff are always ready to make your life easy.

Venue is good, no extra decoration is needed, best place for formal meetings and gatherings, staff are polite and menu is good. Mr naresh sales manager is so polite and we are happy with their staffs service. Parking is available at venue.

I did two rooms booking for two nights stay through Hotel Manager Sri Bala. Our stay was excellent in all aspects from smooth checkin, house keeping, dining and till check out. We stayed in suite rooms with hill view. Very nice. Break fast pure vegetarian dishes and delicious. Hot dosa and puri were served. Main Credit goes to Mr Bala and the chef. And the best part is vegetarian restaurant at ground floor and non vegetarian restaurant in top floor. So, for vegetarians like us, it was very much comforting. Enough car parking also. In future, whenever going to Tirupathi, we will stay in this hotel without any further thinking.

Pai Viceroy is our go to home kinds r everytime we visit Tirupati. We don't remember the number of times we have booked our stay. Right from booking our stay with the kind help from Naresh Sir who is always generous and helpful to the hassle free checkin and checkout to the generous and well mannered trained and very professional House keeping staff - Kavita, Geeta , the boys where we stayed at the third floor and the supervisor z Subramanyam Sir have been thoroughly helpful and made our stay yet again memorable. The rooms are always clean and hygiene standards throughout the premises is top notch. The restaurant serves delicious food and the taste still remains the same amazing. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. A big thank you to Avantika, Susmita and Chandra Sir for looking after us throughout our stay. They all are very kind professional and always smiling. Keep up the good work like you all have always been. Thank you much to each and everyone at the reception who helped us and made our stay happy memorable. See you all soon again.

One of the best hotels in Tirupathi. Absolutely well maintained along with very good food. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

We were truly delighted with the ambience and the hotel’s location near Kapila Theertham. The natural surroundings are absolutely superb and add a special charm to the stay. The way the team handled the hospitality was outstanding. The service was excellent, and the food was simply superb. A special mention to Manager Naresh, he is a wonderful person with a very humble nature. His approach, collaboration, and genuine intention to serve guests in the best possible way truly stood out and made our experience memorable. Kudos to the entire Pai Viceroy team. Keep up the great work! 👍

Very nice stay and courteous staff members. Restaurants serving tasty foods. A good choice for family travelers and of course, will be suitable for others too. Location advantage should be highlighted.

"Our stay at Hotel Pai Viceroy was truly exceptional. The hotel offers excellent facilities and a perfect location, close to all major tourist attractions in Tirupati. We booked our rooms directly with the hotel and received a great group rate, thanks to Mr. Madan Mohan, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Pai Viceroy as the best hotel in Tirupati. We will definitely visit again!"

Not friendly staff and the manager is the worst along with the receptionist . Can’t describe enough how terrible experience is

The hotel is centrally located with reasonable price. Food is great and service very good. Particularly , Mr Naresh, Sales Manager is very courteous and maintains excellent customer relations.

Nice Hotel Rooms, Car Parking facility and also Restaurant Buffet is good. Overall Quality of Stay for the price given was worthy..

This is one of the best hotel in the Tirupati, every year will book this hotel because of the good logistics and nice behaviour of the staff and of course the breakfast is awesome, I would recommend 100 percent to stay in this hotel

Our stay at Pai Viceroy was perfect. They have the kindest and most efficient staff. The rooms are clean, the Resturant food is amazing and the breakfast spread is very versatile and tasty. We loved staying there and will stay there every time we visit Tirupati. Good job to all the desk staff, especially Kavya and Naresh.

I am very happy to share my review about this wonderful hotel, Pai Viceroy. We recently stayed here during our pilgrimage visit to Tirupati, and it was truly a memorable experience. The food was excellent — we tried the South Indian thali, which was extremely authentic and flavorful. The service provided by the staff was simply matchless; we genuinely felt as though we were at home. This level of care and attention is something I never expected from a 3-star category hotel. Having stayed in many other properties before, I must say the service here stands out. We were especially impressed with the General Manager, Mr. Madan Mohan, who personally interacted with us, asked for feedback, enquired about the food, and ensured our entire stay was comfortable. His gesture and hospitality were truly commendable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family. For families visiting Tirupati, Pai Viceroy is undoubtedly one of the best choices.

Excellent hotel good ambiance and Mr Naresh will help quick response for booking ..Center of the city..good staff.. good food..big bouquet halls..

Very nice approch with entire team Will plan meetings again and again Hygiene food and hotel premises Thank you naresh garu

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Pai Viceroy. The property is very clean, with excellent infrastructure and a welcoming atmosphere. Most of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Madan Mohan, who was exceptionally courteous and supportive throughout our stay. The food at the vegetarian restaurant was absolutely delicious – a real highlight of the trip. The hotel’s location is another big plus, situated conveniently near the Alipiri Gate, which makes it ideal for those planning a pilgrimage to Tirumala. Overall, a great place to stay. Thank you to the entire Team Pai Viceroy for your outstanding hospitality!

This is the third time i stay at this place and had wonderful experience. Good food, comfortable stay and courteous staff

We had a pleasant stay decent staff plantain leaf morning breakfast is excellent. Travel Manager Mr Prasad arranged us very decent cab and driver Mr Jay is very knowledged and helpful.

Hospitality is top notch from reservation to till checkout. Mr. Bala Chandra front office manager, handheld my group of checkin and checkout. Rooms are clean tidy and will recommend this hotel toy friends

One of the best hotel in tirupati.Particularly we selected pai viceroy because of food ..We checked in at 10.30 am,they provided room in second floor. Its was very neat and clean.Luckily we got a hill view room.Room no.214 is superb.Morning breakfast was marvelous.

The entire experience with the team was incredible. Mr. Bala, the manager ensured booking was a smooth process with neatly maintained rooms allocated to us, as I did an adv booking . Ms Hema ensured we get rooms as close as possible. The room service manager was very kind to serve us food himself. The room service people are always available if u need anything. I cudnt ask for more when I came with my entire family for the divine dharshan of Lord Venkateswaran. I have stayed here twice now. The hotel is neatly maintained , the breakfast is awesome and the location is perfect. On the whole the entire staff is wonderful. Pls do consider this hotel if you need a pleasant experience.

We had a pleasant stay and the morning breakfast is excellent. MR PRASAD helped us for all the area like booking rooms and cab service. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

1) Gave the smaller room than what I booked, stating the reason the room is not clean, and not ready. Then they charged full price for the small room. 2) Charged for the service which I never used. 3) Staff members asking for money wherever is possible even for small talk. 4) No option to return money for the service which we never used. 5) sweet talk till you pay money, after that staff response becomes bossy. 6) No proper communication or details what services include in the service and what not. 7) gives only one key. Even after asking for extra. Don't worry Sir we will open ur room if you loose the key. Don't worry Sir you call us if someone with key stuck inside the room. Don't lock the door if someone is sleeping and if you want to step out for a bit. 8) some staff are very rude. 9) finally 1 star service for 4star money.

We are very regular to pai viceroy restaurants and we book rooms for our company employees here. Recently we have done our family event at samillan hall .We are very much happy over all..Food was just awesome.Mr.Madan took overall responsibility from starting till end..He was there receiving all our guests and given great hospitality. Nice place and very close tirumala hills. Food was also good. Staff were very courteous and the facilities were also clean

I was initially booked at Taj, but since my parents’ last visit there wasn’t very positive, I decided to try Hotel Pai Viceroy based on the reviews. I must say, everything I read was absolutely true and my expectations were exceeded. Hospitality & Service: The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its hospitality. Every employee is well-trained, professional, and most importantly, genuinely warm. They always greet you with a smile, which speaks volumes about the positive culture and management. Rooms & Amenities: The rooms are spacious, neat, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities provided, including complimentary bottled water. Daily housekeeping keeps both the bedroom and bathroom spotless. Food & Dining: The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious South Indian items. Over our two-night stay, the menu was different each day, which was impressive. Dinner at the hotel was also excellent—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall Stay: Our two-night stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate the staff and management for making the experience memorable. Kudos to the entire team for such dedication. Recommendation: The only suggestion I would make is to add a concierge desk to assist pilgrims with temple-related arrangements. It would add great value for those visiting Tirupati for darshan. P.S. – At checkout, I noticed a senior staff member (in a black suit) yelling at one of the receptionists in front of me . Right after that, she still greeted me politely with a smile and asked about my stay. I felt bad for her, and I believe such feedback should be shared privately, not in front of customers.

I’m visiting every year in august to this hotel. What I noticed was staff was very friendly & improving their service year by year. I’m so impressed, at the time of my reservation, I had requested the reservation team for early check-in & at the time of check-in it was smoothly done without any delay. The staff at the reception is very friendlier, they have given some suggestions for local temples to visit. I had buffet breakfast in pure veg restaurant, it was amazing. The receptionist was helped me a lot at medical emergency also. I was so thankful to them. My special thanks a lot to help me front desk staff was amazing

The place was very clean and modern. Staffs were very good and helpful. The breakfast had good options. Well worth for the money. I will definitely recoment this hotel to others.

Extremely insensitive & arrogant Front Desk persons during my arrival on 14th June at 9:30 am The guy gives me form & asks me to write my mobile number & email ID. I told him that my mobile number is available with the hotel as I had got a call on 13th June evening asking me the time of my arrival. But the arrogant front desk clerk insisted that it is their procedure ! Then I was made to wait for nearly 15-20 minutes before a room could be given. While checking out, the front desk clerk made me sign two copies of the invoice and said “That’s all”. When I asked for my copy of the invoice, she said it will be mailed to me. Till now, the invoice hasn’t come. If the invoice was supposed to sent by email, then why was I made to sign two copies ? No answer for this. That’s why I say this hotel is totally insensitive & arrogant. Please avoid or rather boycott this hotel !

Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. I reached in morning and provided early check in. In room food service used and good. It's on main road and you get buses and everything nearby. Change wise room could be Bigger. I haven't checked option during booking.

Hotel Pai viceroy is a delightful stay that combines modern comfort with excellent service. Located conveniently near to temples, it offers easy access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance and thank you Sumalatha madam (HK supervisor) for qualitative services. The rooms are clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, providing a cozy retreat for travelers.

Excellent service quick check in Kind staff Tasty breakfast - idly and Podi was excellent Location is ideal easy to reach the temple Economical and affordable stay The corridors are kept well Ms Sumalarha house keeping supervisor has been kind 😊

The stay and the food was good but the room no 212 which I have stayed had water leak with the uneven bathroom floor issue which caused us uncomfortable during our stay and to include I have called the room service for many times but the service and response was not great. So please take a look on the issue and fix it for the future stay.

I’ve had the most comfortable experience here. No compromise in quality at all. Very responsive staff such as especially housekeeping supervisor SumaLatha. She’s very sweet and cooperative with the guests. Would definitely check in again.

It was a nice experience staying here House keeping services were better than even expectations . House cleaning personnel were professional and polite especially house keeping supervise Sumalata Required amenities were all there and also of high quality.

Incomparable, the best place with great location and service, nowhere else will you find luxury with so much peace and comfort in Tirupati. Food is good, quality is also excellent. Thanks for sumalatha (house keeping supervisor) for good service.

Good service

Neat and clean rooms well maintained by house keeping supervisors - Sumalatha. Everything is good near to temple and well maintained . All friends and family o will suggest to come here and stay if they are coming for Tirupathi Balaji darshan .

Excellent service house keeping supervisor sumalatha. Great location and food was very good. Hospitality staff are very helpful. Very conveniently located to the way to Tirumala. The rooms very clean and hygenic. Would highly recommend anyone staying in tirupati

All the things in hotel rooms are excellent and hygiene. Particularly house keeping supervisor Sumalatha is excellent in coordinating with the customers. Location of the hotel is very near to all the places. Highly recommend to our family and friends.

The room was up to expectations- spacious , clean and mostly sound -proof, something essential for a pilgrim town. The staff were efficient; though they could be more friendly. The food in the restaurant was good and bad. The breakfast was delicious and the service was good too. However, the much -touted lunch was a disappointment. It was typical Andhra cuisine , spicy to the extent it will repel many from the other states. Considering the Hotel receives guests from all over India, it could be more balanced. The menu card could display items that are extra spicy using standard norms, so that the guest is suitably fore-warned while choosing the dishes.
