The rooms (I stayed twice) were comfortable and clean, although one of them was extremely small. The breakfast was excellent!

I was surprised and disappointed that the staff wouldn't agree to store my bag for a few days between my two stays, even though they had a secure luggage room. As a result, I had to go and find commercial storage in Stockholm for my bag while I went trekking. This was an added cost.

Mycket litet, grått/trist rum. Icke-fungerande avrinning i duschen i det minimala badrummet så hela badrumsgolvet blev en simbassäng när man duschade.

Staff were friendly, location was very good. Room was clean and quiet.

No air conditioning, when on the booking.com site it specified there was. Room was a little basic, with only one power outlet, no cupboards or wardrobe and generally was quite cramped. It would be nice as a hostel, but for the price I paid, it was underwhelming. It was literally, just ok. Didn't eat at the restaurant, so I don't know what the food is like. If you need a quick, centrally located stay, it's a functional solution, but don't expect too much.

Room was very very small. Should not be used for double room. Beds were very small for adult people. Them beds should only be used for juveniles.

L'unica cosa che potrei criticare è la poca luce nella camera. Consiglierei di mettere una lampada più forte o una luce in più nell'anticamera. Lo specchio rimane in una zona con poca luce .

Struttura vicina al centro e alle fermate di metro ,bus . Colazione varia sia dolce che salata. Caffè e thè a disposizione in stanza e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in gratuitamente.

Premekani kreveti. Bilo bi lepo kad bi imali i ćebe u sobi, da može da se bira debljina pokrivača jer je u septembru bilo pretoplo za jorgan.

Läget är det enda som är riktigt bra med Birka.

I had a very good stay at Birka Hotel. The location was excellent — very close to the metro and bus stations, and around a 20-minute walk to the city centre, so getting around was very easy. My room did not have a window, but it was clean and tidy, and the room was cleaned every day and they updated by coffee and tea supplement. The bed was comfortable, and overall the room was perfectly fine for a short stay. The transportation connections were very convenient, and the location made it easy to explore Stockholm. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — it was very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would consider staying here again.

Hotel molto confortevole in una posizione strategica per visitare a piedi l'intera città. Camera molto spaziosa, come anche il bagno. Molto gradito anche il kit per tea e caffè.

La sala per la colazione è sottodimensionata ed anche la colazione stessa era molto limitata, e di bassa qualità

We spent 3 nights.Central position close to Gamla Stan. bus and metro pratically outside the hotel. Our room was without windows but stated in the booking. Room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was good with different proposal. Staff very kind

Struttura pulita, personale gentilissimo e stanza minimal ma comoda e sistemata. Il bagno un po’ piccolo ma funzionale. Colazione molto variegata sia dolce che salato. Struttura vicinissima alla metro e zona molto tranquilla. Soddisfacente davvero

Świetna lokalizacja, miły personel, smaczne śniadanie.

W pokoju ekonomicznym b.cieżko przesuwające się drzwi do łazienki i nie zamykające do końca. Za mało stolikow i za małe pomieszczenie podczas śniadania.

Its proximity to the town centre as well as its location off the main road so relatively quiet at night.

I thought the breakfast room was a bit too small, had to stand and wait for a table on occasion, though the breakfast offering was excellent.

We were a family of three and we each had a single room in different categories. All three were comfortable and the beds were very comfy too. Simple and no extras but a quiet and safe room and location. We easily walked to our destinations. The staff was wonderful and informative. The breakfast was included and had plenty of choices. We had a very nice experience at Birka.

The rooms maybe could have been just a bit cheerier, but we found them satisfactory for our needs.

L' hotel è in ottima posizione x muoversi a Stoccolma. Letto comodo. Colazione inclusa. Stazione della metropolitana a due passi.

Suggerirei di aggiungere tende alle finestre oltre quelle oscuranti, per un po' di privacy rispetto al palazzo di fronte molto vicino.

War sehr beengt, man kam kaum zur anderen Seite des Bettes. Kein Kleiderschrank, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, nur ein Stuhl, sonst nur Bett als Sitzmöglichkeit

Gostei muito da localização do hotel. O pequeno almoço era muito saboroso e variado. É também de realçar a atenção e simpatia dos funcionários! Quanto ao quarto a cama era muito confortável e tinha chaleira elétrica chá e café.

O quarto era muito pequeno e a casa de banho também muito pequena, ou seja só pode partilhar o quarto se tiver muita confiança com a pessoa e trouxer pouca bagagem.

Basic, but the price reflects that is reflected in the price. The breakfast room is small and I had to wait for a seat. The food however was fine.

Det minsta rum jag varit med om. Badrummet var dusch i stort sett över toalettstolen.

Läget var bra. Fick bra hjälp när teven inte funkade. Trots att hon inte kunde svenska.

Trånga utrymmen för den som är fullvuxen. Sitsen på toaletten fick jag sätta ihop själv. Toaletten verkade ostädade, inte heller fanns någon toalettborste så jag kunde skura bort bajsranden själv. Rätt var det var ramlade det ner en vit "plupp" (ca en centimeter tvärs över och två på längden) som jag aldrig kom på var den skulle sitta. Duschen var så smal att jag stötte i handfatet när jag tvättade mig. Handfatet var så litet att hur jag än gjorde så skvätte det vatten på golvet och kläderna. Detta eftersom mina, normalstora, händer knappt fick plats i handfatet ens en i taget. Jag praktiskt taget snubblade över klädhängaren när jag klev in i rummet. Frukosten var trist. Det fanns inget arbetsbord på rummet. Istället hänvisades jag till smala bord i korridoren där väggkontakten satt på motsatt sida vilket hade kunnat innebära snubbelrisk för förbipasserande. Ingen av trapporna hade markeringstejp på översta och nedersta trappsteget. På ett ställe fanns det en skymt av något som var nedslitet.
