Baywatch Lighthouse Cottages & Motel

Wij verbleven in een one-room cottage waarin echt alles aanwezig was. Relaxen op het terras of op het terrein. Er was tevens was/droog faciliteit aanwezig.

In de directe omgeving geen mogelijkheid om inkopen te doen.

Excellent communication and reception desk was first rate. Kitchen was well supplied as was the bathroom. Very clean! Loved the proximity to great coffee a very short walk away, There was also a little bar next door that looked charming.

One of the beds was softer than we liked but it might be fine for others.

Jason was an excellent host

Could use a little updating, but everything was functional.

It was clean , and the manager or ower , was very friendly, made sure we had everything.

Other than the bed being a little hard , but thats just me ,, the place was excellent

The cleaning lady was very nice.

No means of cooking food other than a microwave. Front desk reception wasn’t very accommodating. Directions to our room were very scant - and poor. When we couldn’t find our room, the receptionist told us she couldn’t come out and show us as she had no shoes on. Her clothes with very scanty. Also, the room was difficult to get into as we could not access the room on more than one occasion. We had to wait outside our room for someone to come and let us in.

Lovely little cabin. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Cafe next door was nice. Very clean when we arrived, no housekeeping throughout our stay. Would book again.

Out of the way location. Manager/Owner is a very nice gentleman. Always checking if you needed anything.

Places need a little work updating facilities primarily electric boxes and code.

You can cook your own meals; there's a barbecue grill.

The curtains are too small to block the window, and the bed is uncomfortable.

Romantic and lovely location

Lovely people running the place! Close to the beaches, hikes, cafes and restaurants! Love the space around the cottages ( lots of it), and apple trees! Great view from the lighthouse!

Central location, host very helpful

Everything was great, but the remodeling wasn't complete. It should be awesome once that is finished.

The owner (Jason) was very cordial and accommodating. He gave us a tour of his lighthouse and described his intentions for future improvements. You can even book in to the Lighthouse itself. If I remember correctly, comfortably beds up to 12 people for a very comfortable warm experience. Offering both single rooms and cottages in a location relatively close to PEI provincial park where a view of the coastal dunes and roiling sea meet head to head. And then a 10-15 minute trip to Charlottetown brings you to the heart of cultural activity with a good selection of dinning experiences and entertainment. A very good stay!

Quiet, cozy, and spacious! Staff were SO friendly and welcoming.

Très joli emplacement à 3 minutes en voiture des plages et des balades. Etablssement bien tenu, avec attention au détail. Kitchenette équipée (assiettes, couverts etc,). Lave-linge et sèche-linge à disposition à un prix démocratique. Gérant super sympa. Le phare donne du caractère à la propriété. Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Nous voulions avoir une vue sur la mer. La description de l'hôtel n'a pas été fidèle sur ce détail. Il n'y a aucune vue sur la mer. Il fallait prendre l'auto pour s'y rendre. La propreté et l'ensemble de l'intérieur du cottage 10 était très bien.

L'emplacement qui vendait la mer mais qui n'avait aucune vue sur la mer.

Ein sehr schönes Motel, bequeme Betten, netter Empfang, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

The pull out couch was terrible! Old, slanted and the springs dug into our back. The kitchen was bare minimum (missing a lighter and can opener and it would be helpful to have some bare essential condiments available. But the location, exterior yard and staff were great. Just not sure it’s value for your money.

Difficulty in accessing entry to unit on motel unit 7 possibly because of renovations to door frame caused initial frustration. Important to pull door towards you to make numbers work. Chain on overhead light needs replacing as it had broken off and was out of reach. Lighting on grounds outside motel unit was dim.

We arrived late and was able to check in with all the instructions we would need. Our room was exceptionally clean! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The lighthouse was great. wonderful, friendly host! Clean,comfortable,kid friendly.The grandkids had so much fun,very unique experience for them. Lots of space outside to play.Close to everything. Lots of room. Great views of sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended. We all loved it!

The kitchenette was good to have as there was no breakfast. Kettle, toaster and microwave were provided.

A great, basic place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Great owner/manager who is upgrading rooms. We stayed in a "Motel" room which has been upgraded with kitchenette (Toaster, microwave, hot water, sink, refrigerator). Large room with table and 2 chairs and a small private deck with a barbeque grill for your personal use. Park right outside your room. 24 hour laundry facilities steps away. Kitchen is well stocked. Very convenient to all areas of PEI, nothing was more than 1 hr and 15 min away. Most attractions were only 20-25 minutes away. One of the best beaches is only 5 minutes away. We would head to the beach after a day of siteseeing and watch the sunset. Don't forget to bring your beach chairs!

PLeasant staff, esp owner when there on weekends - helpful with future resv. Location has nice grounds and formal firepits for campfires well structured. Good location for beaches and golf; 15 minute to Ch'town.

It was very clean .Bed was comfortable ...futon wasn't comfortable for our son

Plenty of space in the cottage and good facilities and little extras provided - such as a dish towel and cleaning cloth - plenty of other extras too. The outside gas BBQ was a lovely bonus and the fire pit great. The nearby Drive in Movie Theatre is a must visit!

The mosquitoes - bad that is not the accommodations fault! The weather was so dry it has been a bad season for them.

We had a wonderful 17-night stay in this beautiful 2-bedroom cottage—it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with peaceful and relaxing surroundings all around. The owner, Jayson, was incredibly kind and attentive, taking care of every little detail. He even brought us famous chocolates from Toronto and a plush lobster souvenir when he returned home—such a thoughtful gesture! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Jayson, you are amazing!

We loved our stay. The host was very nice and welcoming! The bed was really comfy and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook. We would recommend this place, and would return again.

The only constructive feedback would be to have 4 chairs with the kitchen table, as I had to wait for my kids to eat first prior eating

We were SO impressed with this place. Jason, the owner was so nice and accommodating. I recommend EVERYONE stay here. We will be back with friends and family 100%. Don't miss out on the lighthouse experience.

Needed warmer blankets on the bed.

The access to the lighthouse and view was unique.

The room had no hot water so we were unable to take a shower. Many of the windows in the room and facilities had dead houseflies on the window sills.
