Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi

I stayed at Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi from May 5–9, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent — all staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in until check-out. The breakfast had a good variety of food and everything tasted great. The hotel facilities are also very complete, including a wellness spa, swimming pool, meeting facilities, and other amenities suitable for both business and family stays. The location is very strategic in the center of Sukabumi, making it easy to access culinary spots and other attractions nearby. Thank you to the entire team of Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi for the warm hospitality and outstanding service. I will definitely come back again

I don’t think this is four star hotel. More like two star hotel with the poor service

When I stay they have a party and as a guest we even can not park our car inside the hotel but they move us to the street and said will inform when the party over. But until the time we would sleep no information at all until my husband went down to move himself

Hotel has friendly staff

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and I was told I couldn't check-in until 1pm. Not because the room wasn't ready but that's hotel policy. Most hotels accommodate a traveling customer with early check-in but not this hotel. Sheets on the bed were also stained.

Clean and the staff is very polite

The room was on road side and it was very noisy the entire night. Every vehicle that passed there was loud noise and was disturbing. The breakfast options for local Indonesian might be good but for non locals it was a disappointment

The location is good. Bed is comfy. Big room with good facilities.

The hospitality shown throughout my stay in early Oct'25 made me feel welcomed, from Security Personnel, Reception, F n B and H/Keeping. Glad the restaurant was opened 24hrs. The swim pool and gym, though small in size, was sufficient, cause only a handful of guests uses it daily. We stayed in the OLD wing where room wifi unexpectantly was non existant, unless you are outside in the open corridor. The wifi system NEEDS to be upgraded. We previously stayed in the NEW wing last April and wifi connection was good. Room was tidied daily, air con and bedding was good. Overall, what stood out, was the hospitality shown daily and that made a lasting impression.!

Very comfy and clean. Staff was very accommodating, offering free desert and umbrella for the rain.

Very friendly staff!! The room was clean. Good shower. First we get a smooking room, it smells really bad! But it was fortunately no problem to change a room to the non-smoking zone. Good restaurant, good breakfast , enough choice.

If you don’t like a smooking room, book a room in the non-smoking zone!

Location is good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The service at paraline was bad. Took our order left 20 mins later when we asked them they said food is coming and will take another 20 mins and promised to expedite. 10 mins later came back saying need to reconfirm the order when actually they have no record or perhaps have lost the order. Waiting 30 mins and no food.

There is no official notification to the guests regarding swimming pool cleaning schedule or at least a written reminder on the pool side . I was stopped by the same hotel staff every time I was going to use the swimming pool . It happened twice. It was strange because the other staff allow us to use the swimming pool while the other one insisted we can’t as swimming pool going to be cleaned . It is the same person . This was upset us until we decided not to use the swimming pool during our 7 days staying

The breakfast was good with plenty of choices of various foods.

Was given a smoking room on the ground floor. Lesson learned - should had indicated a non smoking room in the booking.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the restaurant had quite a great buffet with western and many Asian items to choose from as well as fresh fruit and juice, cappuccino etc… We also had dinner twice in the restaurants, very good pasta carbonara and soto ayam.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable. Besides the open dining room near the pool where breakfast is also served, there is a bar/restaurant at the street side called ‘Praline’ which is absolutely great!

During breakfast some birds were flying in and out of the dining/breakfast room and were picking from the sweets. I think the staff should have been more alert at that time.

Location is very good in the center with beautiful views. Staff are polite friendly it's a bit difficult to communicate because of the language.

It was very noisy by the pool side all night, unfortunately couldn't sleep well some nights. There wasn't a variety in the breakfast buffet.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower divider is a bit short, so a bit of water splashes out onto the bathroom floor.

In general was a nice hotel, clean and modern quite professional service.

Swimming pool only opens until 6 pm, did tno allow my children to swim passed that time. No reason why.

The internet in the room was quite bad and the swimming pool was tiny.

I booked this hotel twice before and this time the third was shocking, the rooms are very dirty, every surface from floors to counter tops were dirty, dust everywhere, staff not very accommodating. Not very good if you have dust allergies. Also your allocated only one pillow per room extra so if you and your partner require extra pillows for comfort you will need to bring your own pillow. Breakfast is very limited and everything is cold . We will never come here again and it's a shame as location is good so next time we will choose the horizon hotel. Had some lovely photographs of the room but will not open the upload part of photos to show how convenient for the hotel

this hotel located in the middle of the city. the access quite easy. the breakfast is awesome there's many variety in the breakfast. the staff give us the room that my family always book.

I paid in advance and booked a king bed room and got 2 twin bed room because they gave it to somebody else. Then the receptionist also showed me attitude when I asked him about it. I booked room with balcony, did not get it. I checked in late at midnight all sleepy and guess what my room wasnt even ready! They sent staff to prepare my room in front of me and I watched the bed being made!!!

The location is just perfect, very strategic and close to all the suggested eating places. The staffs are all nice and accomodating. Both restaurants (Kayu Manis and Praline) serves great food.

The breakfast place is quite small, so when the hotel is full, it will be hard to find a table.

I just spent my honeymoon there. Quite good location but dont be deceived by the looks. Special requests by email never attended to. Nice staff but not prefessional. Male and female staff giggle and exchange naughty gestures before customers. Breakfast very limited variety and water glasses stinck with fishy odor. Room service treat you too nice but are peekers specially if the customer is from the middle east. Price too high for Sukabumi. A lot could be improved there. Wasn’t the best honeymoon there.
