Bed and Breakfast Du Repos

The room was big and very clean, beds confortable. They serviced the room betwiin our two days there. Even if it was the first time we had brekfast ingredients provided in the fridge for us to prepare, it was good breakfast and more than enough. Conveniently located close to Mount Carleton park.

I would have loved to have acces to a bbq.

On ne nous sert pas le déjeuner. Ce n’est pas un bed and breakfest. On offre des aliments peu élaborés pour qu’on se serve nous même.

Service exceptionnel, extrêmement propre, tranquille et super confortable. Tout est bien aménager et penser.

Logement très confortable. Les hôtes nous ont gâté en matière de petit-déjeuner, très complet et généreux. Espace extérieur agréable, propice aux jeux avec les enfants.

L’emplacement en pleine forêt, comme c’était marqué. Tranquillité des lieux.

Accueil totalement inexistant des propriétaires qui pourtant dorment à 3 m du logement. Ils ne doivent pas aimer le Contact humain, mais une poignée de mains ou un Accueil rapide de deux minutes aurait été des plus courtois. À la place de cela, on vous envoie un message écrivant que le logement est ouvert et que la clé est dedans. Et un papier sur la table vous indique que ce n’est pas utile de passer par un Accueil qui n’existe pas et qu’il suffit juste de refermer la porte et de partir. Ce n’est pourtant pas ce qui est recherché dans ce type de logement. Un grand merci à la propriétaire, qui m’a laissé un fer à repasser antique et sale, et qui a marqué d’une tache noire ma chemise dès la première application…

There was a very good supply of food for breakfast, but having to cook it myself in the room wasn’t what I’m usually looking for in a “B & B.”

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Le confort des lits. Nous n’entendons que très peu les voisins quand tout est calme. Le lieu est isolé et ressourçant. Le déjeuner inclus.

Le bruit de la ventillation de la salle de douche.

Tout était pensé pour ne pas avoir a s'en faire. Dejeuné, four micro onde, savon, etc... le lieu très calme en nature, la grande chambre vraiment comme si on avait presqu'un chalet à nous. La gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont surclassé pour célébrer notre voyage unique mere fille

Le prix est vraiment un luxe qu'on s'est payé pour cette fois seulement... nous aurions pu etre dans des équipement plus viellot et n'avoir pas de dejeuné et payer moins cher

J'ai été surpris par la propreté des lieux et les détails qui ont été très bien réfléchi (déjeuner dans le frigo, information écris sur des affiches, discrétion des propriétaires, tranquillité des lieux, finition de qualité dans les matériaux etc.) Bref très satisfait de mon séjour, je recommande sans hésiter!

Gîte isolé en forêt à 12 km de St Quentin. Chambre petite , mais propre, confortable et calme.

Très isolé dans un bois. Aucune documentation touristique. Aucune documentation sur l'utilisation des appareils (cafétière, micro ondes). Nous n'avons rencontré personne : ni l'hôte, ni autre voyageur. Petit déjeuner dans le frigo sous céllophane, sans aucune explication. Alarme se déclenche avec l'air chaud du grille-pain. Prix élevé pour aucun service.

Extremely small kitchen so it was challenging to prepare the breakfast with the supplied items. The walls to the neighbouring apartment weren’t soundproof at all so we heard the loud noises until 11pm and again at 4:45am when they got ready to leave.

Bed and Breakfast is clean and comfortable. Food for breakfast is in the room and available at my convenience, so no need to come at a set time.

J'ai apprécié le confort de la chambre qui a sa propre salle de bain et toilette, lit confortable et excellente idée de mettre une cuisine commune aux 3 chambres pour le petit déjeuner. Mais nous étions seul à occuper une chambre donc n'avons pas pu évaluer l'isolation phonique, je pense que si les 3 chambres étaient occupées ça aurait pu être bruyant. Le lieu est magnifique au milieu des sapins et c'est à 20mn du parc provincial du Mont Carleton, donc pratique.

Le petit déjeuner manquait de fruits frais sinon c'était correct.

A very warm welcome as soon as I parked. Facility is in great condition. Very quiet, I have not heard my neighbour once or anybody else. Good quality finishes and all the right touches like hooks in just the right place so that you have room for your belongings.

That I didn’t find it sooner!

There was no one there when we arrived. A Bed & Breakfast implies a served or buffet breakfast. There was only breakfast items in the refrigerator, but there was no place to put the hot plate in order to fry the eggs.

We really enjoyed our stay with Du Repos. The room was very clean and Quiet. There was a nice area to sit outside for your morning coffee. The kitchen was well laid out and had everything we needed.

This property is truly a gem! You feel like it is a home away from home.

Nothing. Note that you have to make your own breakfast (everything is provided), there is no contact with owner but via e-mail (which was fine for us) and there is no air-conditioning. Dinner possibilities in the village are available but not impressive.

Lovely B&B located 45 minutes from the trailheads in Mount Carlton area, surrounded by nature and beautifully decorated. Staff is friendly and approachable. Recommend!

Everything went well and was as we expected because instructions were clear.we really enjoyed the visit and the food for breakfast was great and a great choice.I would like to suggest a small shelf in the bathroom above the electric heater it would be nice to put shaving kit etc.besides that we think it was nice!

B&B does not get any better. The in-the-woods location is peaceful and pretty. Louise sent a text the day before my arrival with advice and welcome. The room with en-suite bathroom was spacious, spotless and packed full of thoughtful amenities. In the fridge were ham, eggs, bread, butter, jams, Eggos, maple syrup, orange juice etc - more than enough for a great breakfast. There was also a one-ring convection cooker and frypan plus toaster and microwave. Home from home! The king-size bed was super comfortable and the shower excellent. Outside, there’s plenty of space to sit, even a fire pit. All together, this really is an excellent place to stay.

Everyone is kind and friendly. The most beautiful and peaceful Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to.

I loved the place ,perfect spot to crush after long day of work away , secluded not too far also from food places and other things , the experience over roll was amazing ,bed was comfortable, you have enough food provided for you to make your own breakfast or dinner , Louise is a sweet lady and her hospitality was a 10/10

I have stayed at this property on several occasions in anticipation to hike in Mont-Carleton Park. The hotel is always quiet, very clean and cozy. The owner takes extra care in ensuring that guests have a well stocked fridge with all of the necessities for breakfast!

I always stay here when i go to mount carleton. Its a short drive. As for the property, it is perfect in every way. Nice rooms, very clean, no need ti check in, everything is ready Plus, breakfast is included

It was very clean! I liked the shared kitchen, all the amenities you would need. Breakfast options were great as well.

No one on site to ask questions but they did get back to me within 20mins so no problem.

The cabin was extremely clean, well-maintained and well-appointed. It is about a 25 minute drive from Mount Carleton and 10 from Saint-Quentin.

I stayed in cabin 1, and I would have preferred that the window opened so there could be a cross breeze. It would also have helped to have a black-out shade on the door window, as the security lights outside made sleeping a bit difficult.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was exceptional, with everything appearing brand new. Nestled in the heart of nature, the location provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and well-maintained retreat.
