Phải đky bãi gửi xe trc, khi bước vào sảnh có lẽ nh người sẽ k ngửi đc mùi hương nồng nặc ở sảnh, thơm đến mức đau đầu

コスパがとても良いです。設備も綺麗なので気に入って2度目の滞在です。周りに飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーもあり、食事には困りません。

冷凍庫のスイッチが入ってなかったので、アイスクリームが溶けてしまいました。是非スイッチを入れておいて欲しいです。

駐車場が遠い

Close to Hon-Atsugi station as it’s in a quieter area eventhough walking distance is around 10mins but it’s very convenient and safe. In front of the hotel there’s a big supermarket where you can buy your three times meal if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant. This is my second time spending the night at My STAYS hotel and I just love it.

Bigger room than other business hotels with a very good price. Good amenities and services as well.

2人で泊まるはずなのに1人分しか用意されていなかった。 エアコンが壊れており室内は29°になりかけていたにも関わらず、部屋の交換の提案の代替え案が一切なく、扇風機の対応のみであった。最初は我慢したができなくなり返金を求めたが最初は断られ、渋々返金対応になったが、そもそもサービスを提供し、それで売上をたてているのにも関わらず、スタッフさんたちの対応はいかがなものかと考えさせられました。 大変申し訳ありませんでしたの言葉もなく、 最後は、ありがとうございました。と見送っていたが、どこに対しての感謝を表しており、場面に応じた言葉もかけられないのかと不快感すらあった。

宿泊価格にしては満足感あり

朝食を後付し料金はネット決済が済んでいたが、反映されてなく受付時に朝食券が付いてなかったし、ロビーの客が大声で喋っていたせいもあったがフロント者の声が全く聞こえないのでイラッとした。朝食のレストラン担当の女性の方とても親切に朝食券の対応していただきました。

清潔感があって、朝食も美味しくてスタッフ対応も全て良かったんのでまた泊まりたいんです。紹介もしたいんで。

朝食も種類も多く良かったです♪

朝、カウンターのスタッフさんから「おはようございます！」と元気に挨拶された事。

チェックインするとき？の夕方のカウンター周りの強い匂いが苦手でした。(私の母も同じ感想) 朝には、消えていましたが。 後、夜暑くて寝苦しかった。(これも、母と同じ感想でした) あと、朝食の時の配膳？のスタッフの方。「ありがとうございます」はいいけど、あまり「スミマセン」を言わないで下さい(悪い事した訳ではないので　卑屈な感じにも聞こえるかも)。 でも、頑張って働いているのは素晴らしいと思いました。

廊下？エレベーター前からの声がうるさい

It was relatively close to the Hon-Atsugi train station. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room and the facility were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast (1,400 yen extra if you pay in advance; otherwise 1,600 yen) was fabulous; two types of juice, hot coffee, green tea, several types of bread, traditional Japanese vegetable dishes, grilled fish, some meat dishes, and western-style salad, and some dessert (cream puff and coffee jello with cream). The safety box in the room was nice, too. Very spacious lobby area with many sitting areas. Across from a supermarket and less than a block from a convenience store. Many restaurants within several blocks. There are some Japanese manga books in the laundry/vending machine/microwave room.

We used "ECO" option so they only cleaned every three days. They do pick up trash and used towels if we leave them outside the door before 10 a.m., but we had to pick up new towels at the front desk. Other hotels we stayed at left us a bag with towels when they picked up used towels. There was no way to control the room temp. other than opening a window very slightly. There was no functioning bathroom vent. Coffee machine in the lobby area would have been nice.

チェックイン時にいろいろありました

DHC のフェイスアンドハンドソープがとても良かったです。スーパーが近くて良かったです。空気清浄機あってうれしかったです。

上の部屋、隣の部屋の音が気になって、枕が合わなくて眠れなかったです。

部屋がとっても綺麗。 フロントの方も丁寧に説明してくれました。

帰りのフロントの方、目も合わせず他の作業しながらのありがとうございましたは少し違うなと思いました。 それ以外は全然良かったです‼️

朝食付きで予約したのに朝食券が渡されてなくて朝食のとき気付いてフロントに言って発行してもらった

全体的に綺麗でした。スタッフの対応もよく、朝食もとてもおいしかったです。駐車場もあり、値段もリーズナブルで満足いくホテルでした！

とてもサービスが良くゆっくり休めました。

この季節仕方ないのかもしれませんが 外窓を開けていないのに最初から小さな虫が数匹いました。

宿泊期間の延長にも臨機応変に対応してくださいました。

宿泊を延長した際に駐車場が一杯で利用することができませんでした。

The staff was lovely and very helpful. Also, a decent location a few hundred meters away from the station. The rooms had many outlets, reading lamp, backlight and stuff that’s just nice to have.

The AC can not be adjusted. Right now it is set to heating if you turn it on and cannot be set to anything else. As we are in a period of both warm and cold weather, the rooms would typically get really hot and it was hard to sleep in that heat. Opening the window is not an option as there’s a lot of noise outside and the window barely open. The breakfast was fine, but I felt the staff was a bit slow at refilling, but hey, they did it immediately when asked nicely and they were lovely in general.

こんかい5間連続でホテル暮らしをしたが観光地でもないのに駐車料金わないと、もっととまりやすい。

ホテルのパーキングの料金が近隣の値段より高いのわなっとくがいかない。

친절합니다. 특히 조식 담당하시는 분들 엄청 친절합니다. 가성비는 좋습니다.

급하게 일박을 하게 됐는데 흡연실 밖에 없어서 고생을 좀 했습니다. 냄새가 이정도까지 날 줄 몰랐습니다. 주차가 유료인데 주변에 싼 곳이 많습니다. 여유있게 둘러보길
