I wish I had something nice to say but unfortunately nothing

The pod has a very stale smell, it was also run down clearly not maintained dirty forks were also found in the room despite staff reassuring us it had been cleaned thoroughly. When making staff aware of this they were very rude and said in their own words I was basically being fussy. However basic hygiene and cleanliness is the minimum you’d expect

It was in a nice quiet area and it was so peaceful

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable with it starting to dip in the middle

Lovely lady on friday night. Showers toilets very clean

Food selection poor on friday Non existant saturday due to staff illness. Couldnt get any food or drink Out door furniture broken It feels a little unloved

Lovely location, warm greeting upon arrival, the site itself is very tastefully laid out, lots of lovely communal spots, and attention to detail all over the site. The rear garden part of the chalet is best, its very private and has a hammock too.

Some general maintenance needed in the chalet. It needs a sink in kitchen area, very difficult to wash up. Not very private as picture would suggest, its overlooked by lots of pitches, and next to playpark area

Nothing offer for children… messed me about with hot tube…. Nothing to do

Tired pods which are 14 years old and need remedial cosmetic attention. Door on shower cubical would not lock. Wet floor after shower in rest of block.

The Caffe didn't open on Sunday even though it stated on booking that it was open from 8am-11:30am :(

In Hot weather we have had it gets very very hot inside even with small fans on the go 3 in total couldn't leave curtains open as we had vans opposite to the point they see into cabin just a little bit more privacy may be a small fencing area around front of the cabin otherwise it is a beautiful place to stay

No breakfast on offer on the site, but cafe serving breakfast was a short walk away. Lovely pizzas though served in the evening at the on site cafe. The lady serving in the cafe was really nice and she actually delivered the pizzas to our lodge when they were ready. There is also a lovely bbq area for everyone to use if you want to cook on it, which we did.

We stayed in the Hideaway Lodge and found the kiddies swings were a bit too close to the property and it could get noisy when the swings were in use. But saying that, there was no noise after 8pm .

Room was comfortable, clean & adequately equipped. Beautifil site and lovely walks in the area.

The food in Hayshed Cafe is great, however the menu was limited, unlike previous visits and not open at breakfast time. Not sure if this is temporary. We did manage to order food from off site for breakfast and there is the option to cook in your room.

The property was very good and the sorroundings is beautiful.

I hope the owner would provide a shower floormat because my two year okay daughter had an accident because it was too slippery. Even when she was just standing, and slides herself and landed on the shower floor.

The chalet was very comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was a useful feature although I didn't use it during my stay.

The accommodation needs a little TLC, stayed in the Nest chalet.

We stayed in the stable, it was lovely and cosy and really clean and the staff we so friendly!

The pillows were really flat and the bed wasnt so comfy other than that was lovely

Lodge was clean and comfortable, easy to use kitchen and parking space

Lock on lodge was padlock outside and inside just a lever latch with a gap where you can still see outside, not sure if secur while sleeping possibly able to lift open, bit strange, wood panels outside falling off, think some maintenance needed.

I didn't like that the door was broken and the catch inside didn't work so didn't sleep very well because I was abit unsettled ....all so the hob didn't work to make a brew in the morning .. apart from that is was a very lovely stay .. only did a night so all the above didn't matter... I do think its alittle expensive for one night 🌙

Location was amazing staff were perfect I can't fault anything and will be going back for the 4th time at the end of the month

Smelt of smoke on pod when we arrived!

Location and room size.

Only one small towel. If we had known that we would have brought towels. We had a birthday celebration to attend so took over room and went straight to venue. We didn’t realise we had no towels until late that evening.

It was very nice the scenery was beautiful and piecful. The staff were very friendly we will definitely be staying there again

The property has everything you need, including a dishwasher. The bed was absolutely huge

Nothing that can be changed but cars are parked at the front of your little cottage where you can sit, so obstruct the beautiful views

We have been a few times in the same room and the bed is broken the slats on the bed keep coming down and needs replacing really it’s ruining the comfort

Lovely place and nice staff. Our pod was small but had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and give us some recommendations of where we could go out for some food. Would come here again

On the advert it does say that theres a pool table/games room. I checked with staff who said that this hasn’t been the case for 6 years. Could probably do with rectifying this on the info.

It was cute clean and lovely location.

It want very private not even a gate on the outdoor space so people can just look in and walk by and the fence is see through

We stayed in a Petit pop that had everything we needed the bed was very comfortable, The staff was great and helpful.

Nice and quiet place. Perfect for a bit of rest from the town noise. Thank you. Definitely I will back there.

Silent and nature around.

Small but adequate; clean and comfy. Bathroom door didn’t close properly.

It was a very sunny two days but this particular unit was always in the shade (Paddock)

Nothing really.

The sofa was completely sunken in and covered in dirty stains. I had to clean the kitchen myself because the countertop was filthy, and the toaster — as you can see in the photo — looked as if a bottle of oil had been poured over it. The duvet was so small that we both spent the entire night half uncovered. In short, the house looked nothing like the photos and was simply disgusting. The TV took 2 minutes to change channel so that was also useless. We moved the sofa closer to the TV, and underneath it were crumbs and dirt from who knows how long. After the first night, we left early in the morning even though we had booked 3 nights, because we did not want to stay there a second longer. It is really upsetting that you can be misled like this. We had the one-bedroom house.

It’s a beautiful glamping site for all ages, staff are so wonderful they can’t do enough for you! Grounds are gorgeous it’s so peaceful!

Very comfy cottage. Great location and facilities

Stayed in the hideaway chalet with small shower toilet en-suite. The accommodation also had microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery for 2. Comfy bed, lovely smelling sheets and towels, and warm water in the shower for 6-7 mins. (Eco friendly) Stunning location, quiet retreat back to nature, saw a couple of deer and heard owls in the night. Bet this place is absolutely beautiful on a sunny day. Communication excellent, key collection easy. We will be back for sure and highly recommend.

Need a mirror by plug points so yin can do hair and makeup Poo bag somewhere on site would be good Lighting around the paths for safety. Fortunately I had taken a touch.

It was cold they brought us a blow heater but didn't make a difference. We had our coats on. Couldn't turn heating up. Couldn't have a shower radiator wasn't on in the bathroom. No cafe open on first night. Couldn't buy milk. To have a cupa tea Tv kept freezing. My poor grandson. Stayed in his snowsuit. This was my daughter 30th birthday present from me. I would never go there again. Ive stayed here 8 times over the years. I've asked for a refund. She's offered me £120 back. Honestly she thinks she done us a favour by bringing us a cot even though our 10 month old was booked on our stay. Apparently it was the only cottage there with out a thermostat. Why rent it out in winter when you carnt turn the heating up. One small radiator to heat down staires and up. We didn't stick around the next morning one nite stay was enough should of been for 2 nights Not happy one bit 😕

Breakfast was superb, Location was peaceful and fitted the reason for booking excellently. Staff was more than helpful and extremely kind and respectful. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cosy and will definitely stay again, sleep was silent and peaceful.

There is absolutely nothing i didn't like and would recommend anyone to give it a try for a nice getaway even for a night.

The place had clean sheets it was warm with constant hot water and the wifi worked

Had to travel for a family emergency found Shabby facilities , Bath room plug rusty and wouldnt close unable to hold water within the sink. The microwave was rusty inside , The hot plate rusty and dirty, Chipped cup no spares , Broken chair leg could not use , Table leg on verge of collapsing if moved , Curtain pole ready to come from wall, Tv remote on blink , Fridge door wonky. Overall disappointed was travelling with an elderly dog who wouldnt notice any of this , but we dont want to live like animals, its not okay to give dog owner the shabby unit and be treated differently. The other units looked great from the outside shame couldnt experience the insides.
