The recepcion girls wonderfull clean really Great Thank you i wan back for no reason just for enjoy the time there thank youuuu
Evrething
Very clean and organized. Staff was excellent.
My assigned room next to the train tracks and every time the train blew its horn it was devastating. It was nice that it was acknowledged with a small note about the noise and the small earplugs left on the night table and an offer to switch rooms if needed. But it was very late when we returned at night and so it was too much trouble specially once we had retired to bed.
Clean

Very nice breakfast buffet! So worth the extra $10. It was like $20 per person if not included with room.
Good location for our visit.
The 4:30 am train blowing its whistle right next to the hotel. High priced. Clean but not exceptional.
The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. There is a great breakfast buffet that was included in the price of the room. You can park for free in the hotel’s garage and walk across the street and be at the venue. You can see the venue where the show/concerts are held by the picture that I took from our hotel room. The venue is literally right across the street from the hotel, so very convenient to stay here!
Depending on the room that you get, you are near railroad tracks and we did hear the train a couple times during the night. It wasn’t anything too disturbing but startled us initially when we heard the train.
We were only seeing a show at the Performing Arts so we were just staying for convenience we actually live in the area.
I was disappointed because of the fact that we got to hear the train coming across Penn Street not once twice but three times starting at 3:00 a.m. full-blown horn and everything. You guys should have soundproofed your rooms a little bit better. Not to mention the door felt like it was stuck shot
Polite staff very clean nice pool
They let people drink in the pool kids were in there and forgot to mention the race Saturday we had a hard time finding our way back to the back parking garages Dallas streets were blocked
It was beautiful and clean and staff was so nice
The accommodations were a great value.
The room smelled a bit stale and we put the thermostat as low as possible and still couldn’t get the room cool enough.
Nice staff, good location and has parking.
One of my best hotel experiences ever, and I have been to many! I had become disillusioned with the hospitality industry. Even the Hilton’s I’ve stayed in, the service is non-existent. THIS hotel is worth traveling for. Beautiful lobby, excellent front desk experience. A restaurant that is open all day. Room service. Clean, rooms with nice amenities. Free parking in the attached parking garage. An indoor pool! And the breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen. Our server, Deneen, was exceptional. Full omelette station, friendly chef Noelle. We’re looking for reasons to go back to Reading to stay here again.
Centrally located to our event
Nothing negative
The service myself and my family received was excellent we will comeback when ever we come to PA
The service was suspended
Lovely hotel

The location was excellent. Huge parking garage as well. The room was clean and even better than expected. Comfortable beds! And often overlooked is how your staff interact with patrons. Everyone we encountered from maid to front desk were courteous and helpful. Super staff! Want to add a special shout out to Ali at the front desk. I was having difficulty in trying to speak to a person as I needed to add a second name to my reservation. After multiple attempts to get past the automated menu I would get when calling I was able to get the front desk number from another party. Ali was patient, very friendly, took care of my request and made me feel valued and I was not even arriving for a few days after my call! She represented your hotel and your company in the best possible way as did the other employees I encountered although unfortunately I do not know their names. I highly recommend your hotel and will definitely stay there again should I return to Reading.
The placement of the toilet tissue holders in the room is extremely awkward. The holder is recessed too far back to be easily reached. Minor inconvenience but you asked what I didn't like.
Very nice..My girls loved the pool. It was very clean & modern.
nothing! it was great.
Very modern looking, there was a restaurant on site. There was a little market for me to pick up snacks and drinks when I needed them.
Downtown seems to have not seen some good years. On the morning of checkout at 9 AM housekeeping was knocking on our door to Safeway had checked out. Did not appreciate that I had till 11 o’clock to check out and they can confirm with the front desk if we checked out or not. If I had been sleeping, I wouldn’t have been happy.
There was an event blocking the street and we had trouble finding a way into the parking garage and it took several tries to call the front desk.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was quiet and the food was good
There's a very very loud train that goes by 3 times a night. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable, we tossed and turned all night. Then if we did fall asleep the train woke us up when it blew it's horn a block away. Maybe put that on your site so light sleepers don't book!! No one told us about it, but they do put ear plugs on the nightstand for you, how nice 😑. It was so bad, we checked out early and went home a day early. So much for a nice weekend away.
Hotel is close to where my daughter lives.
The constant slamming of the doors on the floor. Third floor.
Kinda yucky
Smell / old/ not very nice area
The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The pillows was perfect
The bed was to hard for me
Walking distance to our concert venue & great Irish Pub.
The breakfast bar had a few items that were stale or bad.
Loved the shuttle to the Santander performing arts center, the room and the parking.
The breakfast was a little overpriced.

Air conditioning was not cool enough. I woke up sweating. I tried to adjust the thermostat but it’s preset to low.
The property was nice and clean.

Loved the onsite bar/restaurant and pool
Very clean hotel room
Our shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were about empty when we went to get showers in the morning.
Front desk staff Location Shuttle
Cleaning service pounding on every door at 9 am on check out day. That has never happened in any hotel before. Not ok
LOCATION
BEDDING MATTRESSES WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
It was the location to be as the headquarters for local jazz festival. Most of the shows are right there.
Someone brought their dog instead of kenneling them. The dog was left alone too much and became noisy. I love animals so I am faulting the human owners.
The best part was the location in relation to our event. The staff was excellent and friendly. The TV is way bigger than most hotels.
First, signs all over the parking garage give you the impression you need to pay for parking, adjust signage to let people know it's included for hotel patrons. Second, no mini fridge. I see that this is becoming common. I want to express that travelers are away from home and cannot store cold drinks and left over food, these refrigerators are important. Lastly, no tissues. A small thing, but I have allergies so it becomes a big deal.
Is beautiful
Because the air conditioner never works and in the front desk mentions that it needs to be in 66 degrees, however, in the room the temperature was like 80 :( i was not able to sleep at all.
Peaceful area Big room Staff were really lovely and i got upgraded whixh was needed after havubg a long day
Air conditioning would go off at night and bed was a bit hard for my liking
People were very friendly and welcoming. I love how everyone spoke and said hello to us.
We had trouble with the tv.
Good service
They need to opt up the security when I was staying. Someone got shot in the bathroom this really meat up my stay
Excellent location to the Santander Area. Great staff, respectful, friendly. Easy parking. Perfect 10 hotel
The only downside is the toilet are low and it seems to be idealistic for children and not adults. All the hotels have the same issues and not realizing that they're not being updated with upgraded toilets that are 17 inches or higher.
rud people ,very rud, front desk does not want to help with any problems
I stayed at the Hampton not the Hilton, we went to the Hilton to enjoy the Jazz performers. The Hampton was excellent and the Jazz show was breath taking. Gerald Veasley was phenomenal
Great location across the street from Santander Arena
Found some type of sex toy in the bag with the blow dryer. Apparently somebody tried to hide it, and it fell out of the bag when we went to use the hairdryer. We had a six-year-old little girl with us also.
Great location and very clean
Staff could be a bit more friendly.
I went up to the desk to ask for a cookie. Jeff told me they didnt have any. I asked when they would have any more. Jeff responded very rudely he didnt know. I asked so Ive been here for 2 days and haven't received a cookie. Another guy came which may have been the manager and said they were only giving them to people when they checked in. I said I never got any. Then he said I can give you one this time since you never got one. I said I thought you didnt have any. WTH. I have never been at a Doubletree where they held the cookies hostage. Jeff was very rude.
Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful
The beds were a little hard for my taste but that’s a personal preference
The restaurant was a bonus with a great menu selection and good pricing.
I’m a light sleeper so, the sound of the trains at night was annoying.
