Tolle Einrichtung, schöner spa-bereich

Matratze leider zu hart

Frühstück war top, Zimmer groß und hell - alles sauber - Wellnessbereich ok - Abendessen war ebenfalls ok!

Steppdecken sind Winterdecken und viel zu warm - Sollten im Sommer auf leichte Decken ausgetauscht werden!

Das Essen war sehr gut, auf Sauberkeit wurde sehr geachtet, das Personal war sehr freundlich

Es wäre fein gewesen zu wissen, dass das komplette Hotel von ungarischen Personal sowie von einer ungarischen Bank als Leitung geführt wird. Denn somit waren auch die Gäste von Ungarn und abendliche Plaudereien nicht vorhanden. Es war daher ein wenig befremdlich mitten in Österreich in einem Hotel zu wohnen, in dem, außer einige Leute vom Personal, niemand Deutsch gesprochen hat. Obendrein waren wir die einzigen Österreichischen Gäste.

Paní na recepci byla moc milá a vše nám vysvětlila. Vybavení a pohodlí pokoje byla naprosto dostačující. Možnost využít wellness nás velmi potěšila. Snídaně byla bohatá a každý si dokázal vybrat.

Měli jsme polopenzi a bohužel večeře nám chuťově úplně nesedla. Ve vedlejším pokoji měli pejska, očividně ho tam nechali samotného tak vyl a štěkal, ale bylo to slyšet jen středně. Trošku nás překvapila absence klimatizace/ větráku.

Alla reception personale parlante lingua italiana. Qualche canale tv in più in lingua italiana. Bidet assente in camera.

We went skiing for three days, and we could conveniently buy our ski passes at the reception. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the cable cars, and if you prefer using the ski bus, it runs every 30 minutes. Even cross‑country skiing enthusiasts will enjoy it here — the trail is perfectly maintained, and you can park at Thermal Römerbad or simply take the ski bus.

Cena a buffet: buona ma non eccellente

Nastanitev je prijetna in udobna, osebje prijazno in ustrežljivo, hrana odlična, lokacija optimalna. Plavalni bazen ustrezen za rekreativno plavanje, v wellnes prostorih je čistoča in lepo vzdušje.

Nam bi odgovarjala možnost nekoliko zgodnejših obrokov, zajtrk pred 8h in večerje pred 18:30. Če bi v sobah imeli še grelnike vode, da bi si lahko pripravili čaj ali kavo, bi bila nastanitev idealna.

Hotel má svoje kúzlo ponúka naozaj veľa možnosti či už welnesom , saunou ale aj športovými činnosťami priamo v hoteli . My sme boli veľmi spokojný nakoľko v budove bola dokonca aj miestnosť na fajčenie Príjemné , čisté a veľmi pekne moderne spravené izby Ak by som plánovala znova výlet sem určite by som zvolila tento hotel

A reggeli és a vacsora fantasztikus. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.

Lehetne az erkélyajtón szúnyógháló, mert a szobában este meleg van, azonban, ha szellőztetünk, bejönnek a szúnyogok. A szoba takarítása automatikusan kellene, hogy történjen, nem kérésre.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet, das Personal unglaublich nett, sehr sauber und modern

Es heißt die Sportaktivitäten wie Fitness Center und Squash sind gratis zu benützen, sie bekommen von uns auch die Schuhe und Schläger, dann müssten wir leider die Schuhe und Schläger und Bälle bezahlen... vielleicht auch so kommunizieren bitte, dann weiß jeder bescheid 😉 ansonsten Top

Der Wellnessbereich war toll. Hier hätten wir es schön gefunden wenn für die Sauna einfach noch ein zusätzliches Handtuch verfügbar gewesen wäre. Sonst war das Hotel toll, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen war lecker, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es gab frisches Rührei von heimischen Hühnern. Unser Dackel Paul war auch dabei und hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. In Summe hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende!

Ein Zusätzliches Handtuch direkt im Wellnessbereich. Der Flur zum Wellnessbereich war sehr kühl, könnte man noch etwas gemütlicher gestalten. Auf dem Zimmer wäre ein kleines Beautycase schick gewesen (Bodylotion, Ohrenstäbchen,...) In Summe sind diese Dinge nicht zwingend notwendig, Daher meckern auf hohem Niveau!

De retour de vacances nous désirions un endroit où nous poser avant le retour , endroit merveilleux , chambre propre et très confortable , personnel affable et à l’écoute , piscine sauna spa et autre bowling … un piano bar , les petits déjeuners de très belle qualité , le repas du soir excellents … facile d’accès et parking aisé . Le meilleur hôtel de toutes nos vacances

Nagy jó elhelyezkedésű családias hangulatú szálloda. Kedves és barátságos a személyzet. Mindent megtettek, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Reggeli és a vacsora kiváló. A wellness tökéletes. Idén már másodszor voltunk itt de még biztos, hogy megyünk.

Wunderschönes Hotel und Traumhaft gelegen. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Das Frühstück und allgemein das Essen war perfekt! Der Wellness Bereich ist auch super schön und hat alles was benötigt wird um einen schönen entspannten Urlaub zu haben.

Das große Angebot an Beschäftigungs Möglichkeiten wie z.B. bowlen, Tischtennis etc. Der Spa bereich ist sehr schön und groß.

Hotel arredato con gusto, colazione abbondante, cena di ottima qualità. Camere spaziose e super attrezzate (calzascarpe, zaino, stendibiancheria...), vista stupenda.Tedesco o inglese necessari perché poco personale parla italiano.

Nessun idromassaggio nella zona wellness. Una vasca rotonda che serve solo per sedersi.

Colazione impostata bene, con gentilezza del personale e location fantastica ambiente top .

From the moment we arrived at OTP Birkenhof, we were blown away by the exceptional service, ambiance, and attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay was simply perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The food was another highlight! Whether it was the delicious breakfast spread, the gourmet dinners every bite was a delight. The attention to quality and presentation was evident in every meal. Overall, our experience at OTP Birkenhof was nothing short of amazing. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this hotel truly does. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. I left something valuable behind, and they notified me right away. The room was wonderful! We loved having a balcony with a pretty view. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We picked the Half Board and we were glad we did! The 5 course dinner on the first night was FANTASTIC! We wish we could go back just to have the yummy dinner again! The fish with gnocchi was so good! A really fabulous meal! Breakfast the next morning was just as good! Lots of hot and cold items to choose from. We really enjoyed swimming in the large and beautiful pool. And the hot tub was also very nice! The included City Pass cards were a nice surprise. We used them to take a ride to the top of the nearby mountain on the ski lift. It was wonderful! The next time we are in town we will FOR SURE stay at this amazing place!

My stay was absolutely perfect! The staff created an incredible atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel radiates an extraordinary energy that adds to the overall experience. The hotel offers all the facilities you could possibly need, and the rooms are nothing short of exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning!

Poor food quality and choice

First, I would like to extend my compliments to the staff. They were all very kind and professional. Despite arriving a bit early, and being scheduled to receive our room at two o'clock, they made an effort, and we obtained it almost three hours earlier. Second, the hotel is exceptionally clean. In light of the entire covid situation, the quality of service in hotels has significantly declined in last years. I haven't slept in a clean room in the last three years, but now I have! :-) Overall, it's a very pleasant and cozy place, complete with a children's playground and wellness area. I highly recommend it.

The only thing that bothered me was just the buffet breakfast and, especially, dinner. I hate when you get a cold plates for warm food which is already not hot enough and before you can bring it to the table it gets cold. I hate cold eggs. Though the food was quite good. Please, at least warm the plates. :-)

The food was disappointing. We booked half board & decided to skip dinner after the first evening because the food was so bad. Same for breakfast - the selection might have been ok for a 2 or 3 star hotel. But not for a 4 star hotel of this price range. Also, the hotel is very focused on Hungarian guests. We felt most of the other guests were from Hungary. Some signs are in Hungarian only. All the hotel and restaurant staff is Hungarian - partly with limited German/English language skills. Fine if we‘d visit Hungary - but it’s a hotel in Austria.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food in restrain is very tasty, all the employees are constantly looking after the needs of the guests.

Gutes Hotel am Ortsende mit Wellnessbereich, das (von Ungaren geführt?) vor allem von Gästen aus Ungarn besucht wird. Freundliches Personal, sehr grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Fragt nach der Gästekarte, welche zB für die Bergbahnen Vergünstigungen gibt

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist modern und großzügig und sehr sauber. Ein richtiges wohlfühl Hotel. Last but not least, das Abendessen und Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut. Es war alles geschmacklich wunderbar und das Frühstück überzeugte durch große Auswahl und frisch zubereitete Eierspeise, Rührei ham and Eggusw.die an den Tisch serviert wurden Ich komme wieder.

Wir haben uns im Hotel Birkenhof rundum wohlgefühlt, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Albergo in ottima posizione, vicino alle piste da sci. La colazione a buffet è ben fornita ed il personale cordiale e disponibile. SPA ben organizzata anche se potrebbero ampliare un pochino gli orari (chiude alle 19), ma è un parere puramente personale

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch das Personal, was sich auch beim Abendessen fortsetzte. Selbst der Skipass für einen Tag war im Preis inkludiert. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden bestimmt einen weiteren Urlaub dort verbringen. Toller SPA Bereich!

albergo è in una posizione eccellente, E delle piscine e saune personale gentile educato locali puliti parcheggio o capiente E nei paraggi delle belle passeggiate ! Ci sono anche delle caprette E dei cavalli nelle vicinanze ma che gente . È un albergo adatto anche per chi ha bimbi perché possono trascorrere qualche ora è nella sala giochi interna all'albergo all'albergo .
