Reviewed Sep 15, 2026La mansión por fuera es preciosa. Las zonas comunes tienen mucho encanto. Los jardines muy cuidados. La mujer que nos atendió en la recepción fue muy amable y profesional. Necesitábamos un hotel con parking y es comodísimo! También me gustó mucho que desde la habitación hubiera una vista espectacular de Santander.
La habitación que tuvimos necesita urgentemente una renovación. No es NADA acogedora. El somier de la cama se movía (creo que las patas estaban flojas). Afortunadamente el colchón si era bueno. Al baño le faltaban azulejos y había varios sueltos. Tengo que decir que el suelo del baño estaba limpio, pero el de la habitación no.

Ubicado en zona apartada y tranquila, se puede dormir sin ruidos. El hall es muy bonito y el jardín y terraza también.
Tenía algunos desperfectos, quizás le hace falta una pequeña remodelación.

Está a precisar de uma reforma. O edifício é muito bonito e merece outro cuidado e decoração. O pequeno almoço tem pouca variedade e uma escola não deve ter loiça lavada e limpa no tabuleiro de cima e a loiça suja no tabuleiro de baixo no mesmo carrinho.

Er is respectloos verbouwd, zonder aandacht voor de mooie oude stijl. Het ontbijt was heel matig. Belabberde koffie. Op de kamer stond een ventilator die heel veel lawaai maakte en nauwelijks lucht verplaatste.

Es gab Frühstücksbuffet, welches aber sehr einfach gestaltet war. Zu bemängeln ist dass Frühstück ab 8Uhr angeboten wurde, aber das Buffet erst ca. um 3/4 9 vollständig war. Der Fliesenboden im Badezimmer könnte saniert werden.

The hotel is more than 3km way from the center city. (There are buses and walking is safe.) We had a room on the front: opening windows implied getting a lot of noise from the street. (The building its away from the street, but you can hear the cars passing by.) No air conditioning, only a ventilator. (But there was no real need.)

Duży wybór rzeczy na śniadaniu, panie bardzo pomocne, rozstawiały parasole same z siebie tak, aby ludziom nie świeciło słońce w oczy. Duży pokój i duża łazienka, dużo miejsca. Parking. Blisko przystanek autobusowy do centrum.
Czystość, można by było posprzątać dokładnie łazienki i pokoje - drzwi od łazienki brudne, podłoga przy lodówce brudna, jakaś rdza w wannie. Na korytarzu strasznie obite drzwi do pomieszczeń służbowych - wygląda to mega nieestetycznie, tak, jakby nikomu nie zależało. Miejsce ma potencjał ale trzeba je odświeżyć i posprzątać. Ta recepcja tak ustawiona po skosie - dziwnie i stwarza wrażenie bałaganu.

La struttura è un po' fatiscente, le stanze non sono insonorizzate e non è possibile oscurare del tutto la finestra che dà sulla terrazza.

Chambre bien insonorisée, un havre de paix☺️. Je recommande cet établissement. Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026We thought we were going to be a bit further out of town but in fact this hotel is quite central and although it's on a hill there are many outdoor escalators that make the return journey quick and easy, even after a night out. The beds are exquisitely comfortable with wonderful sheets giving a better-than-expected experience. Breakfast was generous and good though not outstanding. Very nice staff. Lovely surrounding gardens so there are leafy views even from the street-side windows.
The bar area could have been a bit more lively and enticing.

The staff are friendly and polite and happy to help by phoning a restaurant to make a reservation. It is only a 2km walk to the harbour. The breakfast offers a good range of food.

La gente no contesta bien. Son odiosos. Una hija de 14 años quería entregar sus llaves de una habitación de 3 que teníamos y dejar la maleta en el lobby un rato y la persona que atendía le dijo que no porque el papá que estaba en otra habitación y ella sabía no había pagado dos vinos y no podía recibirle.

The rooms do not have air conditioning and only one of the two rooms had a fan. Breakfast was not great and I would give it a skip should I stay there again.
