Reviewed Jul 15, 20261. The staff were super friendly throughout our stay. 2. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from an airport bus stop. 3. The hotel provides a bus stop drop off service, which helped us get to the airport quicker after checkout. 4. The hotel provides free tea and coffee in the restaurant outside of breakfast hours. 5. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and downtown Seogwipo while also being quiet. Additionally, there's a convience store 2 minutes away. 6. There are pleasant views from the 5th floor.
1. The duvet and pillows were stained upon arrival. The excuse given was that the external cleaning company couldn't remove the stains but that the duvet and pillows were clean. Personally, if I couldn't remove the stains I'd simply discard the stained items rather than relying on guests to not see the stains. 2. The hotel didn't respond to my Booking.com message asking for advice travelling to the hotel. This is poor as Naver Maps recommended a 25 minute walk when a bus stop was avaliable 3 minutes away! Luckily my partner has a Korean number and was able to call the hotel directly for assistance. Most tourists won't have that luxury. 3. The breakfast was mediocre and at 20,000 Won each it is overpriced for the quality offered. We only had it once during our stay. 4. While I like the location it's quite a drive from major attractions like Aqua Planet, Sex and Health Museum, Folk Village and April 3rd Memorial, even by car. 5. The wifi is unsecured so use a VPN.

Breakfast was plentiful and they offer free tea and coffee throughout the day with books and games should you wish to sit somewhere quiet. Some excellent places locally to eat and drink and close to some main tourist spots. No complaints at all

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Although we didn’t have a car, the location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere. There’s a CU convenience store just a minute away, and lovely cafés only a couple of minutes’ walk in either direction — especially Blossom, a new café serving delicious coffee. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby. The main town is just a 15-minute walk away and has everything you could need, from the Olle Market and street food stalls to numerous restaurants, shops, and gift stores. The harbour, waterfalls, Olle trails, and many other attractions are all within a 20-minute walk. The hotel itself was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and complimentary bottled water was provided each day. We were extremely happy with our stay — the list of positives is endless! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.
Bathroom was very small and needs updating but would not let that stop me from returning

Reviewed May 24, 2026Nice hotel. Room size good for solo or couple traveller. Its tight if sharing with friends. Staff are all nice. Did not use any of the other hotel facilities. Can't comment on it. Very welcoming lobby. They offer umbrella for borrowing on rainy days. Free parking. They offer hot tea and coffee with some cracker kinda snack in the lobby during day time. But you cannot bring them to the room.
This is not negative comments. Just a fact tobl share. Decent breakfast. But they are the same menu every day. We didn't book the room with breakfast package because we thought we would want to explore cafes near by. However the hotel is a distance to everything. Driving in and out is fine. Not walking convenient to cafe in the morning.

Reviewed May 21, 2026We've enjoyed staying in Park Sunshine Jeju. Room had everything we needed, view was nice (gardens and a little of sea), standard was very good. Breakfast was delicious with variety of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's big parking lot next to the hotel, and if you rent a car location is great, because you don't have to drive and park in the city center. There's CU a minute from the hotel, you have to walk ~25minutes into the city for restaurants, but you can walk through nice park. I definitely recommend it!

If you don’t have a car don’t worry, the busses are available a few minutes walk away that can take you into Seogwipo or anywhere around Jejudo. Hotel does a great breakfast offer. Restaurant options are limited near the hotel for dinner, however if you are looking for some great Korean fried chicken and various other dishes, Starlight Rooftop is around the corner. Staff are very helpful and speak good English if you need.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026The hotel stands out for its excellent facilities, offering a well-equipped and enjoyable environment for guests. The location is good and convenient for those with a car, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff are helpful and responsive, contributing positively to the overall stay. Nearest restaurants are quite far, so, having a car is important.
Some of the hotel policies feel unnecessarily strict and not fully aligned with a customer-oriented approach. Charging extra for basic items like a blanket or even a towel—especially for a child—comes across as excessive and detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience. A more flexible and guest-friendly policy would significantly improve the overall impression.
