The grounds are nice. Nice garden and also the pool area is pleasant. The location is also good. The staff are also okay.

The hotel is run down and poorly maintained. Tiles are off the roof in places, the furniture chipped, the bathroom outdated and shabby. The linen and towels are not well washed (one towel was quite unclean). The property needs a renovation and they need new linen and a deep clean.

The environtmwnt is good. We got our room as a bungalow

Het is mooi opgezet in een parkje, maar echt vergane glorie, oud en gedateerd.

Niet schoon, oude en muffe handdoeken, schimmel aan het plafond, beestjes op de kamer.. Kamers zitten als huisjes op een park, maar de paden ernaartoe zijn af en toe beste glad, zeker na regen. Daarnaast is het wat afgelegen en gezien er amper trotoirs zijn kun je amper naar het centrum lopen voor eten of anders.

The staff was nice & friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is good, it's easy to find.

The facilities are old, the bed is old, the walls are dirty, I think it's time to update. The breakfast was slow to be refilled. Some of them were empty for quite awhile.

Kleine häuschen mit ruhigen zimmer. Austattung reicht völlig. Restaurant pool anlage sehr vielfältig.

يقع المنتجع وسط الغابه والأشجار وبه مسطحات خضراء كبيرة وجميله و إدارة الفندق كانت متعاونه حيث طلبنا تغيير الغرفه لانه هناك مستأجرين بجانب غرفتنا مدرسة إعدادية في هناك صخب كثير من الأطفال ، والمكان هادئ ينفع للاستجمام والبعد عن الضوضاء.

غرف المنتجع قديمه جداجدا والأثاث قديم أرجو تجديده لكي يتماشى مع جمال الطبيعه المحيطة بالمنتجع ، وبالنسبه للنظافه متوسطة تحتاج لإهتمام أكثر.

كل شي ممتاز . ملاحظة الفندق بدون مكيفات لكن الجو بارد جدا مايحتاج و طلبت مروحة لوقت الظهر و العصر ووفروها . كنت ماخذة غرفة على الشارع لان الفندق كبيير جدا و الغرف داخلة داخل الحدايق قلت اريح عالشارع لكن الوضع كان ازعاج جدا جدا اصوات الدبابات و السيارات و الهاوس كيبنق شي مو طبيعي لان مافي مكيفات فالاصوات واضحة جدا لكن لمن كلمتهم بدلولي مباشرة الغرفة بجناح داخلي اكبر وبدون اضافة اي تكلفة

Disappointed. Only the strategic location and the cold temperature are good.

Everything is old. Old buildings, old towels, old bedsheets. You should've changed them. This is awful for a 4 star hotel. Mediocre breakfast.

The staff was lovely and accommodating, breakfast nice options.

Got upgraded to a room, does not look like the pictures at all. Bathroom smelled weird and dust was thick. The sockets didn't work only one did but u had to angle it a certain way. Facilities were not complete.

The hotel is old, they should change the facilities, at least upgrade some of them especially the beds. The restaurant for breakfast is too small.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful garden/ forrest. We especially enjoyed the flowers and butterflies and squirrel. The restaurant was really great and staff very helpful.

This place is so run down. It desperately needs a make over/ renovations. Our room was so humid all our things were smelly. We are used to humidity, but it was so bad mould was showing on the walls. This place cannot be recommended for people with respiratory illnesses. Another huge problem is the lack of cleaning. Our first room was so dirty I went to the reception to ask them to come clean. I felt very embarrassed, but couldn’t live with previous guests hair all over, toothpaste stains all over mirror, sink and table plus residue from soap, cream and God knows what. They gave us a free upgrade to a better room, which however still had some issues. The lobby, restaurant, public bathrooms desperately needs cleaning, not to mention the changing facilities at the pool. Just horrific.

We have been visiting this resort for 30 years. It was a very nice family hotel but unfortunately it is really run down.

room is very spacious, bed super comfy, balcony with pine view hotel location, in the quiet area, but close to many attraction nearby, such as orchid forest, tangkuban perahu mountain many option for breakfast. For IDR 125.000, it's worth the money

door leaf in my room a bit unfit with door frame, I had to adjust every time closing it. Should be repaired. a bit dirty on stairs and hallway there is clothes left in the wardrobe, maybe from previous guest, the staff should check room well before next guest check in path to pine field seems unkept, so I made a u-turn but since I only stay 1 night, it's not big issue

Breakfast was ok but no one there from hotel to attend, very very few guests there in breakfast.

Rooms are very old, the door lock was horrible , manual type may be 50 years old
