Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Położony jest w spokojnej i cichej okolicy, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Cały kompleks robi bardzo dobre wrażenie – jest zadbany i estetyczny. Pokój był bardzo przestronny, miał dużą powierzchnię i był dobrze urządzony, co zapewniało komfortowy pobyt. Z przyjemnością polecam to miejsce.

行程關係無法用早餐，河堤很用心幫忙留一份早餐給我，因故需要晚一小時房，也沒多收費用，非常感謝。

Personnel agréable, literie parfaite

Nous nous attendions à une expérience autour de la ferme du chocolat mais au final ce n'est qu'un simple hôtel, rien n'est proposé pour faire découvrir leur exploitation et vous n'avez même pas un morceau de chocolat offert en dégustation c'est vraiment dommage. Petit dej classique sans rien d'exceptionnel. Pas de restaurants ni de commerces à moins de 1km5 Ça ne vaut pas le prix

空調太過老舊，在房間裡聽到空調外機運轉聲音大,應該是傳統定頻冷氣，更換變頻空調應該就很安靜，且省電！

The reception staff was very helpful

The facilities seem good but the washing sink is non functional, once you on the tap, water splash everywhere. the shower area doesn’t have any place to put our own washing toiletries, the toilet door going in is okie but coming out is a problem. the male staff serving at breakfast need some training. When we enter he just restaurant he just took out breakfast vouchers but mentioned any things. subsequently some other came in he explained to them where to get utensils & drinks etc. I was sitting at the place facing the counter and could see that he kept touching his nose when preparing the breakfast. Probably he need to attend some course on hygiene.

The location is next to the Fu Wan store. Free chocolate in the room. Rooms are great.

Location can be a problem.if you don't have a car. Breakfast can be improved.

Clean room with hot spring tub and private backyard.

Not dislike but a little remote from restaurants and stores.

Unique place, villa style on cocoa plantation. We had upper suite room. Good space and we liked that beds were not alongside so each in party had minor privacy. Huge tube and nice bathroom. Two balconies (each side) but scant outdoor furniture and as it rained and was hot, we did not use them, but in nice weather certainly would have. The other buildings were good here. A nice indoor/outdoor restaurant. The grounds would have been fun to discover if not for the rain. Many plants (esp. bonsais) decorate the place. The adjoining chocolate shop and museum were fun to visit. This is a bit remote from town, we liked that as charm. Because this is a working facility too, it's got some outdoor rough edges, but we were ok with that, it felt real.

There as gecko in the room. Once we settled in, it left.

no elevator

the room is nice, spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! there were tea and cookies provided of their own chocolate. it was easy to walk around the chocolate trees and also see their production area. breakfast was included and very delicious!

the prices are a bit high, and besides the chocolate there is not much in the area (when you don’t have a car). However the full experience is worth it!

Good places. I would like to stay it again. We stayed at a room at ground floor. The environments is awesome.

整體莊園跟房間的設計都很用心，但入住時並未說明園內僅接待住房旅客的晚餐是需要在 check in 時就預約的，等晚餐時間到餐廳時才得知無法提供晚餐服務，開車出莊園到其他點都有一段距離。 房間小地方的清潔應再細緻點（如床墊下床架轉折處有堆積灰塵）

客房的空間尺寸恰到好處的舒服，園區接待服務滿分。

環境優美清淨

剛開始進去會先看到巧克力莊園，要進去很裡面才看的到住宿的地方，標示不是很清楚。住宿服務台標示動線不太清楚，但是服務的櫃檯小姐有主動上前詢問，所以沒找很久。進去房間後整體空間很大，浴缸、淋浴、馬桶是分開的，泡澡時可以看到房間外的風景。早餐屬於一人一份。有看到可可豆在曬太陽，沿路會聞到可可發酵的味道（工作人員說的）。

房間很時尚而設備很方便，過得很舒服。 但只有一個問題...空調開得很吵了睡也不會香喔...ㅠㅠ 服務員都很親切，太感謝了。

環境清幽，房間乾淨舒服，滿意。

当方の見過ごしなのでホテルの落ち度では無いのですが、ホテルでのディナーが要予約のみ、と云うのは些かつらかったですね。 周辺には他に食事できる場所も無く、その点だけが心残りでした。 それ以外についてはスタッフの皆様も親切で設備も清潔、申し分無い宿泊でした。 今度はディナーを予約して再訪したいです。

服務非常好

Lots of insects in the hallway. They didn't clean up the hallway. Many ants in the room, even on the bed.

環境清幽 很適合帶小朋友遊玩

我們於十月十日入住福灣莊園，十月十一日check out. Expedia 於十月六日於信用卡已收$571.51. 但福灣莊園於我們在十月十日上午十時三十七分到酒店時, 再由信用卡收宿費: 台幣$1912, 折合港$492.89.為何我們住一晚酒店, expedia 收了費, 福灣莊園又再收費？為何住一晚酒店要交雙倍費用？為何Epedia 與酒店間 沒有共析?到底由Expedia 收費,還是由酒店收費? 我應該怎样追討?

環境優美

非常漂亮又有質感的度假莊園，早餐也好吃，餐廳也很棒，另外相當推薦他們的巧克力，蜜月villa的游泳池跟規劃很漂亮舒適，唯一的缺點就是蚊子太多，因為有太多花草植栽造景，這也難免。總之值得一遊~

館內沒有其他設施....純任宿OK 有小孩不合適

整體設施與服務相當親切與專業，如果還有機會來東港時會再次進住。

非常期待這次入住~小朋友也很開心,但是洗澡的時候因為浴室濕了,在洗手台那邊有稍微滑倒,小朋友也有跌倒,要多注意!其他一切都很美好! :)

物超所值，服務甚佳。早餐豐盛，餐廳服務人員蔡小姐尤其專業親切，熱心細心。

平價，時尚，早餐滷味鍋極好，服務人員的笑容美極了。 會推薦給親友。
