L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très joliment décoré. La literie très confortable.

Situé au dessus d'une terrasse, l'isolation Phonique mériterait d'être plus efficace.

The room was dirty. The staff unprofessional. The claim wasn’t received nicely . It’s nightmare . Couldn’t sleep .

It’s was smelling very bad with foots smell everywhere.

Девушку блондинка с короткими кучеревыми волосами на ресепшен была очень груба, хамила, грубила, отвратительное поведение. Мой номер был на 12 этаже, я не знаю по факту какой это но летсница там была жутко высокая, лифта не было, я была одна с чемоданами. Я когда увидела эти ступени пошла на ресепшен к девушке, она начала мне грубить, хамить, тыкать мне в лицо свой телефон что якобы там есть информация. Это было самое отвратительное путешествие. Я очень сожалению об этом. Номер был грязный, в кровати была кровь. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Tolle Lage im Zentrum. Die Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft sind natürlich nicht lautlos, aber das ist eben so. (Wir waren nicht im Hotel direkt untergebracht, sondern hatten ein nettes, kleines Apartment 100 Meter weiter in einer Nebenstraße.)

Ich habe mich geärgert, dass 6 Euro von unserer Kaution abgezogen wurde, weil wir angeblich etwas aus der Minibar hatten – was aber nicht gestimmt hat. Als ich das moniert habe, hieß es: ‚Das Management meldet sich bei Ihnen.“ Das ist nie passiert, und das Geld wurde auch nicht zurückgezahlt. 6 Euro sind kein Drama, aber es hinterlässt ein schlechtes Gefühl, so abgezockt zu werden.

Sehr gute Lage, es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt.

L'emplacement est super. En plein centre. La possibilité d'avoir le petit déjeuner en chambre est aussi un plus. (Même si les croissants et pain au chocolat n'étaient pas à notre goût) . La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympa.

La chambre mériterait un petit coup de neuf. La porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain était très dure et bruyante. Le lit grinçait beaucoup, les portes des placards étaient abîmés. Un petit coup de ménage un peu plus poussé serait aussi nécessaire.. L'intérieur des placards était en bazar, la VMC de la salle de bain avait une sacré couche de poussière.. Et l'extérieur de la douche présentait des salissures et moisissures.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'hotel in due momenti diversi del viaggio e abbiamo quindi sperimentato due diverse tipologie di stanze. Entrambe abbastanza strette, ma la prima molto carina, con una bella vista sulla strada anteriore, con una disposizione normale degli arredi e del bagno; la seconda affacciava su un parcheggio interno, aveva un curioso paravento di vetro come porta del bagno e uno strano armadio nascosto nella parete. Nulla che abbia creato problemi, comunque. Molto accogliente lo spazio comune al piano terra, e ottima e varia la colazione.

Non è possibile arrivare davanti all'hotel con la macchina, neppure solo per scaricare i bagagli.

Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt. Frühstück ausreichend und vielfältig.

Der Frühstücksbereich ist Teil der "Hotellobby" und nicht sehr einladend.

L’emplacement. La gentillesse du personnel, très bon confort et insonorisation excellente on dirais que il y’a personne dans l’hôtel avec nous . Un pur bonheur je recommande fortement .

Réservation d’un appartement de l’hôtel qui s’est avéré être à 150 mètres dans un immeuble dont l’accès est sordide avec un bar pub hyper bruyant ! Quand toutes nos affaires ont été déballées, que nous avons vivement protesté, on nous propose une chambre de remplacement !

La habitación que tuvimos era pequeña, aunque para una noche era suficiente.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay Easy walking to the parts of the town I wanted to visit. Breakfast was pleasant and more than adequate prior to a day walking around the old town.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel, total zentral gelegen. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber und klimatisiert.

Das Zimmer ist vielleicht etwas klein für längere Aufenthalte und hat dementsprechend wenig Stauraum. Stört aber nicht, wenn man aus dem Koffer leben kann!

Erg leuk hotel (mooie inrichting) op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Lekker ontbijt en aardig personeel. Watertap om je fles te vullen!

Some traffic noise

The location was perfect, close to the main shopping areas and amenities.

We were in a separate apartment building, a short walk from the hotel. The stairs are narrow and tricky if you have large cases. We were on the second floor, so not easy with large cases. The room at the top was especially warm, so made ot difficult to sleep. The toilet is not in either bedroom but next to the kitchenette, with no wash basin, meanung that you have to go back up to or across to the bedrooms to use the basin.

The hotel is very nice and very welcoming.

La cortesia del personale, disponibile a risolvere un mio problema.

L’appartamento è esterno al corpo principale dell’hotel ed è accogliente ma con lo specchio dell’anta dell’armadio rotto e qualche macchia sulla moquette. In ogni caso era adatto alle nostre esigenze. Non c’era ascensore per cui non è soluzione adatta per chi ha problemi di deambulazione o bambini piccoli e carrozzine.

The whole property is tired and in need of renovation. Cracks and scrapes all over the doors. Bed presentation is poor. Sofa bed is worn. Phone and kettle had to be used on the floor as the power point was there and none where the side table was. Offered one miserable skinny carafe of water for two people barely enough for one. Told "if I give you another I won't have enough." Breakfast was very basic with a broken table as one seating option. The evening manager has an appalling manner of speech. He did help me with a dining option.

La pulizia, soprattutto androne e spazio comune, ma anche nell'appartamento. Una sensazione di trascuratezza nel check delle canere. Inoltre. Avvertire del piano a cui si sara' sistemati potrebbe essere importante.

Posizione comoda, camere piccole ma confortevoli, ascensore e aria condizionata in camera.

La situation, le confort général de l'hotel

Chambre très petite et odeur nauséabonde dans cette dernière. Pas suffisamment d'espace pour le petit déjeuner, tables pas débarrassées et d'autres pas nettoyées. Toutefois, quelques temps après, une personne, a priori embauchant plus tardivement, est venue faire le nécessaire avec célérité. Certain personnel présent ne se préoccupe pas de cette situation, occupé à une autre tâche sans nul doute plus valorisante.

L’absence d’ascenseur et l’entrée étroite rendant difficile l accès avec bagages, les odeurs permanentes de cuisine venant de l’extérieur, le bruits des terrasses aux alentours.

Small room but beautifully laid out. Excellent breakfast, especially the coffee. In the centre of Rennes with easy access to all attractions.

Nothing, staff were very friendly and breakfast and coffee were exceptional.

Scala di acceso agli appartamenti stretta in modo pericoloso, odore costante di cibo proveniente dalle strutture ricettive sottostanti, mancanza di aria condizionata (secondo il mio punto di vista indispensabile in un sottotetto).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with wholewheat bread, fruit, juice, pastries, cake, cheeses, fresh milk and tea and the location very convenient. The reception and breakfast room had a pleasant outlook.

The pillows were soft and small. The room was bland. The shower recess was small but adequate.

Posizione centrale, perfetta per vedere Rannes. Personale gentile e disponibile. Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare la camera perché ce ne avevano assegnata una senza armadio (e senza nessun altro piano d'appoggio) e lo hanno fatto subito. Bella la vista dalla camera (mansarda al V° piano) sui tetti di Rannes. Colazione molto buona, a buffet.

La prima camera era davvero microscopica e senza nessuna possibilità di appoggiare neppure una valigia. La seconda, sempre piccolissima, aveva almeno uno strettissimo armadio per poter riporre il necessario per 2 notti. Il letto è, a dir tanto, 1 piazza e mezzo, d'altronde più grande non entrerebbe. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, ma camere così piccole sono invivibili.

Bellissima casa e le stanze sono una più bella dell'altra. Noi eravamo in 8 e quindi abbiamo visto 4 camere. Molto cuarte nei dettagli e davvero scenografiche. Ambiente pulito e comodo al centro. La cattedrale letteralmente a 2 passi. Anche i parcheggi molto comodi e vicinissimi alla struttura. Complimenti al gestore per la sua gentilezza e la precisione nelle comunicazioni.

Hotel muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, bien decoradas con balcón a la calle . Baño amplio y con productos Nuxe, “très bien” Desayuno variado.

Les appartements sont situés dans une rue près de l’hôtel. Ils sont très bien équipés, très propres et confortables. La situation géopolitique est très bonne entre la gare et le centre historique. Un bon rapport qualité / prix surtout à 3

El alojamiento es muy agradable y muy bien situado. El personal de recepción fue muy profesional y amable en todo momento y para recomendarnos restaurantes. Todo muy limpio.

La habitación estaba muy limpia pero resultó un poco pequeña para colocar las maletas. La cama también era un poco pequeña para 2 personas.

Arredamento minimo, poca pulizia. Quattro piani senza ascensore e con le valige sono molto faticosi.

Cleanliness

I stayed with my family of four, including two young children. Only upon arriving at midnight were we told that the apartment was on the 4th floor of another building, with no elevator and no parking on-site. The apartment also has no air conditioning, only noisy fans. The windows have no child safety protection, which felt particularly dangerous with young children. These important details should have been clearly disclosed before booking

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage und ist vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar. Der Service ist hervorragend. Auch für Glutenunverträglichkeit wird Frühstück angeboten.

Preis könnte etwas niedriger sein.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, ganz nah zur Altstadt. Der Herr, der uns nachmittags an der Rezeption in Empfang genommen hat, war super freundlich.

Obwohl das Hotel als "hundefreundlich" angegeben wird, durften wir mit Hund nicht in den Frühstücksraum. Umso ärgerlicher, als eine Stunde später eine andere Familie mit Hund dort sitzen konnte, wahrscheinlich wird es je nach anwesenden Servicekräften unterschiedlich gehandhabt.. Hätten wir dies eher gewusst, hätten wir nicht das teure Hotel Frühstück (mit sehr mäßigem Kaffee...) bezahlt, sondern wären extern frühstücken gegangen. So waren wir gezwungen, in 2 Schichten zu frühstücken. Das Appartement war sehr stickig und es war kaum möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen, da ein Restaurant direkt darunter liegt. Bis 1 Uhr nachts war es sehr laut. Insgesamt waren wir vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis eher enttäuscht und würden dort nicht noch einmal buchen.
