Café da manhã repetitivo e simples, porém gostoso. Restaurante com preços bem altos para comida e bebida. O garçom que servia a noite não foi muito cordial com a gente.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026El hotel es muy lindo, me encantó el caminito al Beagle y la habitación estaba perfecta. Muy buen servicio, nos atendieron re bien y fueron todos muy amables siempre.
Lo único que me molestó fue que la calefacción estaba bastante fuerte y no encontré forma de regularla dentro de la habitación (tampoco pregunté, mala mía). De todas formas las ventanas se pueden abrir.

Nao gostei das restrições que o hotel impõe aos hospedes. Exemplo com levar para o quarto uma xicara de café e um pratinho com dois croissant, pois ela gosta de dormir ate mais tarde e o checkout ser as 10 hs e checkin as 4 da tarde quando qualquer hotel eh meio dia para os dois.

В номерах нет ничего вообще... зубная паста, щетка или даже вода с чайником - нет... Я забронировал до 7 числа, а пришлось выезжать утром 6-го, они не сделали перерасчет, не вернули деньги за 1 день... Из уличного ресторана нельзя еду приносить в номер, а у них днем нет обеда в своем ресторане.

Hotel tres vetuste. Matelas mous. Salles de bains vieillissantes... emplacement en bord de route, excentré, tous se passe de l autre côté de la ville ou au centre... Petit déjeuner très faible, peu de choix et une mauvaise qualité des aliments, avec tout en extras à des prix ridiculement élevés : 8$ pour un œuf au plat, qui est servi en extra, et il n y a quasiment rien sur le buffet en dehors d une salade de friut qui ressemble a une soupe ou des tranches de jambon industriel en servies en petits dés... Gros travaux collés aux murs de l hôtel qui prevoit une gigantesque extension de son industrie. Pour le petit dejeuner, compter 500m plus loin, il y a des options Encore un hotel sans generosité, géré comme une machine a cash pour des clients qui de toute façon ne reviendront pas a Ushuaia...

Fica um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, e apesar de ter uma Van que leva e traz os hóspedes algumas vezes por dia, penso que deve limitar a locomoção. Eu estava de carro, então não foi problema para mim, em alguns minutos estava no centro. Considere alugar um carro em Ushuaia, porque a maior parte das atrações exige transporte.
Achei que o café da manhã pode melhorar. Não é ruim, mas é sempre o mesmo. Fiquei 10 dias, então ficou muito repetitivo para mim. Mas para períodos menores, de 2 ou 3 dias está ok.

El personal fue amable, atento y muy profesional. La habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa, y disfruté de la vista a la montaña. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno. The staff were kind, attentive, and very professional. The room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the mountain view. The breakfast was very good.
O quarto estava sempre muito quente: não sei se foi eu que não sou regular a temperatura. Um jantar com queijo e fiambres da primeira vez excelente, na segunda vez a qualidade piorou. Habitación muy caliente: no sé si yo no sabía regular bien la temperatura. Una cena con queso y fiambres estuvo excelente la primera vez, pero la calidad empeoró la segunda. The room was very hot: I don't know if I didn't regulate the temperature properly. The first time I had dinner with cheese and cold cuts, the quality worsened the second time.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026This hotel is not in Ushuaia, it's 4.5 miles outside of the town, with only three shuttles per day back into the town. You'll need to use Uber to access the restaurants & bars in the town in the evening. We were there over New Year, and paid $150 per person for the New Year Gala. It was a poor evening, with extremely unappetising food. My fish was overcooked and dried out, while my partner's vegetarian meal was a plate of cooked mushrooms. The entertainment was three tango dances performed while we were eating. And that was that. As a hotel attracting international visitors, and insisting that we eat there on New Year's Eve if we stayed there, the chef really needs to learn how to cook vegetarian food. The hotel staff are friendly and hard-working. The bedrooms are spacious, although if you want a hair-dryer book it with reception. The hotel overlooks the Beagle Channel, the views from the dining room are spectacular.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Het personeel was geweldig! Mijn bagage was kwijtgeraakt en het was heel lastig om de airline te bereiken en mee te communiceren, maar het personeel heeft mij ontzettend geholpen. Ook al duurde het lang, dankzij hen heb ik mijn bagage heel snel gekregen. Ook waren ze ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zij hebben mijn verblijf in Ushuaia onvergetelijk gemaakt!
Helemaal niets, het uitzicht op de bergen is magisch, het ontbijt was heerlijk en zoals al eerder gezegd, was het personeel GEWELDIG!

La malhonnêteté du personnel d’accueil. Les tarifs prohibitifs et non communiqués à l’avance. Le fait de prendre les touristes pour des machines à cash. Nous avons fait nettoyer nos vêtements (sans pliage ni repassage) et l’hôtel a voulu nous facturer 405000 ARS, ce qui représente 240€, soit le prix d’une machine à laver, ou plus de 2 nuits d’hôtel dans leur établissement. J’ai signé un papier sans prix, sans me douter de l’arnaque

Toalhas velhas, ásperas. E um dos funcionários, o que trabalhava no bar e restaurante a noite, muito mal educado, perguntei apenas informações sobre a entrada do cardápio, ele respondeu de forma ríspida e me deixou falando sozinha. Na mesma hora levantei da mesa e fui jantar no centro da cidade. Jamais me hospedo nesse neste novamente, pois nunca me senti tão maltratada. Alguns funcionários, estragaram a nossa experiência, que poderia ser completamente positiva.

Thin walls between some rooms make for a very poor experience. We were fortunate to be moved to a different room and appreciated the help with this. The toilet in the new room did not flush well. Breakfast was mediocre and you had to be careful around a puddle of water on the tile floor due to a leaking ceiling.
