Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located within walking distance of everything. The service was outstanding, and every employee was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this property. The view from our room balcony was spectacular and provided the perfect setting for a morning cup of coffee or a pre-dinner glass of prosecco. The pool was great, and the pool bar staff were amazing. They made us feel like family and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Ian, Paula, "El Mejicano," Jay, and many others whose names I unfortunately cannot recall were always welcoming, greeted us with a smile, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. A special mention goes to the front desk staff. Every request we had was met with a smile and a positive attitude. We never heard "no," only "yes" and a genuine willingness to help. Their outstanding customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future. ★★★★★ Highly recommended!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has a lovely aesthetic that makes every corner feel cozy. Everything was very well maintained and the atmosphere is extremely peaceful. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We would definitely come back and recommend it.

La musica en la piscina el viernes por la noche hasta las 3:00 de la madrugada y a un alto volumen. Deberían moderar el volumen despies de las 12:00 de la media noche.

El trato del personal en especial el de Kimberly Tirado, Amaury, Carlos y la de La comida tanto en Isla Cueva y Brújula y el desayuno espectacular y una gran porción al igual que el vino en Don Juan Wine Cellar. Nos encanto la vista q teníamos de la piscina y al mar. El cuarto era muy cómodo y espacioso. El Hotel está en un lugar muy céntrico. Definitivamente volveremos muy pronto. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa❤️ .

We had an excellent stay at Parguera Plaza. The location was perfect, the food was great, and the service was truly outstanding. We especially enjoyed our time by the pool, and the live music from the DJ created a lovely atmosphere.

Carlos from isla cueva and Abigail at the hotel were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was included and very good. My fourth time staying here. Downside was how they charge $10 for parking as a guest? I was not happy about that at all. Pool was clean and relaxing. Music was to loud and it was hard to have a conversation with my friends and partner

A great hotel that we have stayed here many times. Abigail was very helpful with food recommendations. Staff is always friendly and professional. Unfortunately they now charge for parking while you stay at their own hotel. A pricey hotel and an extra ten dollars a day we all found ridiculous. The pool could use a better cleaning but was clean enough. The included breakfast is always a nice addition to the stay here. We still recommend this hotel in lajas as it is for adults only, but this time there were more young teenagers staying so hopefully it won’t turn into a hang out. Only recommended action is the the music down a little in the pool as we have to yell at each other to hear a normal conversation.

La piscina muy bonita con unas camas cómodas para descansar. Restaurante excelente, buena comida y excelente servicio por parte del personal. Ambiente para adultos!

El domingo cuando llegamos la música estaba demasiado alta en el área de la piscina, me encanta la música, pero debe ser con un volumen agradable al oído y variar los géneros musicales.

Water temperate is not easy to adjust and change really slowly

La música está muy alta , y el horario de la música desde la 1:00 pm hasta las 2:00 am era muy fuerte, volumen muy alto .. innecesariamente porque no había nadie en la piscina y la música muy alta

We got there early and upon arriving the front desk staff was very friendly. The room obviously wasn’t ready and they suggested we take a stroll through the promenade beachfront area, where all the local restaurants and kiosk are or they offered to let us use the pool area and hang out until our room was ready. Later that afternoon, we got into our room (#10) and I loved the industrial decor, and the fact we had a semi private balcony area overlooking the pool with views of the mangroves and the sea. We brought up drinks from the bar area and enjoyed the early evening there. ( the bar staff was super friendly) We discussed how great this little hotel is and how we want to book for next month when we travel back. We noticed kids running around the pool and I made the observation that this must not be an “adult only” venue as heavily advertised. We went on to our bioluminescent bay tour and then visited a local restaurant afterwards and got back to the room around 9pm. Deciding to sit on the balcony to unwind from our amazing day before bed, we had other occupants sitting out on our balcony. They left when we got there, but still it was kinda weird. We then noticed different kids in the pool area, which just validated to us that this is not an adult only venue. We decided just to go in and get ready for bed and wondered when the music blaring at the pool would wind down (it was so loud you would of thought a rave was happening even though the only people down there were children) around 11pm I called the hotel to inquire if they actually turn down the music for people sleeping or if this is a loud party literally all night. They ended up turning down the music about 10 min after that inquiry. We had a wonderful night of sleep in a very comfortable bed and got up for breakfast around 7:30am since breakfast starts at 8am. While waiting in the restaurant area, we finally asked around 8:30am when they start serving breakfast? ( they originally told us that morning 8am) The staff told us in a little bit. Around 8:45, with the music blasting and just being hungry, we decided this wasn’t a peaceful calm morning anymore and we would just check out early and swing by a fast food joint for breakfast on our route back home. When checking out we were surprised that the two ladies were at the checkout area with their vapes and really didn’t give us much acknowledgment while we just stood right in front of them. (Since it’s a no smoking or vaping establishment, we thought it strange the staff blatantly didn’t follow that ) they finally asked us what room we’re checking out of and we told them. They then asked if the bill looked okay and we said it did. After that she said we were done and then the ladies just picked back up in their conversation before we got there. No smiles, no asking how our stay was, no saying thank you for choosing us, nothing like what we experienced when we first arrived. Overall it’s a nice property, but we will not be staying there again. We’re not the party all night kinda of people. We enjoy a more quiet and relaxing vibe. And while we do love children, when we’re on a little getaway, we prefer not being around the typical high activity that children rightfully enjoy. It is a beautiful property and very well located in just a very short walking distance to everything.

La música que tenían todo el tiempo de regueton urbano, y muy alto se escucha en todo el cuarto no se podía ver ni TV, y nos encanta la música pero variada porque reguento todo el tiempo era muy molesto, asi que sería bueno tomar esta sugerencia, ya se de que hablo soy músico profesional y es lamentable que un sitio tan bueno, no tomen en cuenta variar diferentes música para diferentes gustos, estoy seguro que se puede.

The hotel views are spectacular!! The staff was amazing, cocktails were great and food amazing. Jomalis and Angelis at the front desk were so helpful. They have three restaurants, in which I saw and was given a great service by Carlitos in two of them! Fully recommend

I had a wonderfull time. The hotel is beautifull and the there coffee is amazing at kellys. The frint desk girl jomalys was very attentive and friendly with us, her coffee was delicious. Definetñy will be back soon! Love la parguera PR.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we spent the entire day enjoying the property and had such a wonderful experience that we already know we will stay here the next time we visit Puerto Rico. We first came for breakfast at the restaurant next to the pool, and everything was absolutely delicious. Later, after visiting Caracoles, we returned to spend the afternoon by the pool, which is beautiful and very relaxing. They have shaded daybeds and a great atmosphere. We paid $15 per person for pool access and enjoyed cocktails by the pool all afternoon. The service at the pool was excellent thanks to two very kind and attentive girls who made us feel truly welcome. In the evening, we changed clothes and went to the rooftop restaurant a couple of buildings down from the hotel, which also belongs to the property. They serve Asian fusion, pizza, and more. The rooftop atmosphere was amazing, and our waiter, Yamil, provided exceptional service. Everything about the experience made us feel welcomed and relaxed. When we return to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay at this hotel so we can enjoy the full experience.

No big windows in my unit

Location is great, the hotel is well kept and clean love the decor. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. However I was disappointed that we did not receive VIP service and our complimentary beverage as per our booking through Expedia. We booked a room with garden view but it was the parking lot. There was also something with our toilet. We stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal. The food we had was delicious and breakfast was included so it was worth the value. Staff is friendly and Victoria at the restaurant was very helpful and explained the compliment drink had been discontinued recently. We had a good night sleep didn't hear any outside noise. Would love to stay again when we visit Puerto Rico.

Amari, Abigail and Nisha were some of the best people we have met at the hotel. Their service and attention to detail was impeccable. My room was always clean and cool upon return every day. The service at the restaurant was amazing and very attentive. We stay here every year for work and will keep coming back as long as they will have us.

Celebrate the 50th High School Reunion with 25 of my classmate. The service was excellent. The atmosphere super. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. My classmate were from a private school only girls. So of course we were only women we have no problem and felt safe. The food was really good. Really recommend the Parguera Plaza Horel the pictures are real it is how it is shown.
