用餐的9樓風景超棒！可以看到整個日月潭很舒服

服務人員態度很好，位置真的是絕佳地點。

如果真要說一種，我感覺是門禁的部分需要改善，開門需要使用鑰匙才可以開啟，而且只有分發一支鑰匙，對於外出的人員要回來實在有些不便，如果回來剛好遇到沒外出的人在洗澡，那就無法進入房間，只能等待，這部分真的需要進行改善！

Centrale airco koelde niet maar is een fan. Oud en gedateerd gebouw. Ontbijt heel druk, we waren er dan ook met Lunar New Year en niets westers; zelfs geen gekookt ei..

Auf Grund der vielen Bewertungen haben wir ein Zimmer gebucht. Beim Betreten des Hotels wird auch der Anschein einer exklusiven Unterkunft geweckt. Tolle Lobby mit viel Platz und liebevollem Design. Die Ernüchterung dann im Zimmer. 2 Einzelbetten im Podest eingelassen. Kein Smart-TV und kein guter Ausblick. Das Restaurant war noch ok. An einem Tag wurde die Küche gereinigt und wir konnten in ein benachbartes Hotel gehen.

Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Vorstellungen des gesamten Hotels. Frühstück war noch ok.

"open" bathroom is terrible (especialy when you travel with 9months old baby and it sleeps), in breakfast room was very cold (air conditioner)

浴缸很大，泡澡很舒服 乾濕分離，淋浴和泡澡的地方是分開的 床很舒服，軟硬適中 採光很好，風景漂亮 早餐是在星空餐廳吃飯，從餐廳可以看到日月潭 我男友是吃素的，很開心早餐有非常多素食選項

房間設施稍微老舊一點 偶爾會有一兩隻小螞蟻出現

Good location in indigenous village of Sun Moon Lake

Old, dusty, and not very well maintained. Expensive for the lodging quality. Breakfast was at their newer hotel.

1、早餐普通，服務人員沒有帶位，導致座位混亂，客人等位用餐，很不方便 2、枕頭太軟，不舒服 3、因為碼頭附近商家很早就打烊，餐廳又沒有供餐，造成用餐不便，如果飯店有提供餐點，會讓人更想來此處遊玩

L’accueil du personnel a été particulièrement soigné et l’emplacement s’est révélé très avantageux. Nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits.

Le réglage de la climatisation paraît être contrôlé par la direction, car il faisait encore trop froid à 23 degrés. Le personnel a tenté d’augmenter la température, mais sans résultat.

房價偏貴（4人房要價快5000了）房間空調聲音很大，會影響睡眠、枕頭太軟、9樓餐廳服務人員不太親切、餐廳冷氣不冷悶悶的

飯店外就是老街跟乘船處很方便，備有嬰兒床及換洗用品，很適合帶小孩入住。

服務都很滿意，出飯店就有東西可以吃，也有專屬停車場，帶著3個月的嫩嬰，飯店也有提供澡盆，板凳，奶瓶消毒器，嬰兒床！飯店的整潔度很高，房間內有提供除濕機，下次去日月潭也會再次入住。

空調一直維持在25度下不去，睡覺時會感覺到熱。飲水機在大廳，有需要裝水的時候有點不方便。早餐品項有點少，基本上都是中式早餐。餐廳在9樓，住在A棟無法直達9樓，從8樓扛嬰兒車到餐廳，有要推嬰兒車到餐廳的家長們，請到大廳換B棟電梯再上去9樓

Perfect location. The staff are very nice and professional. We had a great time there.

Hotel is nice and clean thou slightly on the older side. Rooms are slighlly dark but its comfortable.

The location is great for walking around and sightseeing, plus the hotel has good parking. The lake, ropeway, and bike roads are just a few steps away.

It's an old hotel with rooms worn out by time. Breakfast is meagre and unsatisfactory.

Great location, close to the pier, 1km walk to the cable car. In shopping area.

Room smelled a bit moldy when we arrived. Lots of outside noise (5th floor), bells from stores, people in the street, doors slamming. Curtains let a lot of light in, in the morning. Besides the exterior and the lobby, it looked a bit dated in general, Play area also smelled a bit. Breakfast one out of 2 days, we had to go to another hotel. To expensive for what you get.

Stated room had balcony, it did not. No chair in room. Lack of English instructions for air con and tv. Exterior light outside window annoying.

Hotel seemed to be understaffed and we were asked to pick up items we requested for from concierge.

The lights in the room are not great and it would be good to have a side table at each bed plus a lamp.

The hotel is right in the centre of Ita Thao, 20 seconds walk from hotel to the sun moon lake and the pier, convenient stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. The room is spacious and sort of Bali-style design. The bed is king-size and comfortable, but the duvet is a bit small. The room and the bathroom are clean. There are speakers in the room that plays classic music which is very interesting! The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has many vegetable options for vegetarian, and the lake view from the 9-10F is amazing.

The room and the bathroom are clean, however, the shower screen doesn't stop the water flow, the water was all over the floor after shower.

房間的空調沒有暖氣，溫度也不能調整，很困擾，好冷，需要改善！畢竟一個房間6千多元！棉被很薄。

飯店附有專屬停車場，且服務人員態度很好！飯店走出去後就有小攤販，離超商也很進，非常方便～早餐的星空餐廳景觀不錯，有湖景！

飯店位置極佳，早餐附湖景景觀，棒！ 房間乾淨，隔音也出色，沒聽到左右鄰居的聲音。
