All Suites Appart Hôtel | Bordeaux - Pessac

We booked 2 rooms for one night stay, very clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and in accommodating us to swap for 2 rooms next door to each other. The apartments are pet friendly too as we had our dogs with us.

Travelling with dogs so appreciate the large rooms with cooking facilities and a fridge. Clean rooms, nice size bathroom. Friendly English speaking staff! Free parking.

R A S Impeccable

The room/bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very soft. The staff on reception were very helpful.

No pude entrar a mi habitacion

Excellent

Excellent et pratique

Excellent et très pratique

Receptionist was very helpful, the room was disgusting, smelt funny, very dirty, will never stop here again,

Satisfaisant

Me gustó mucho

The towels weren’t clean and the shower floor wasn’t really stabile

Excellent

Convenient and comfortable. Staff were prompt to reply.

Clean room, good breakfast. Good Kitchenette.

Merci

Our experience here was the best that we had during our visit of 10 days staying in 2 countries, 3 cities and 3 hotels. The hotel is amazing, the staff is amazing! Wonderful !

Nice hotel friendly and clean what more can you ask for

Very functional. The staff all spoke english very well. I had an early flight and when I tried to leave I was locked in and had to find a way out the back. I would stay at ApartHotel again.

Super convenient property, friendly staff. Needs some improvements in terms of bedding and room decorations.

Great deal for a suite in Europe. I loved having all the space and appliances! I would suggest rental car for this location.

Great TBM access.

Worth the price, except just does not see any housecleaning.

Great bolt hole for working in the region. Nice big room, kitchen a bonus. Breakfast was a little disappointing but adequate. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Check in was very good, great staff, the room was clean and tidy, facilities were just what we wanted and a comfortable bed, so good to relax after a long journey.

Very nice modern hotel. Staff was very helpful. No amenities such as a bar or restaurant but there are some good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is fairly industrial. Not right next to the airport but very convenient. We stayed there before a flight out the next morning and I will use this hotel for the same purpose again.

The only thing missing was something to put the soap in in the shower.

Usual stopping off point for me on long drive. Goods value accommodation. Room C!!!, the aircon was not working and I found the mattress a little frim , but will return.

Comfortable good value self catering accommodation. Aircon unit noisy so disturbed sleep.

Perfect stay for one night stop over on way to Portugal. Rooms were nice, bed comfy. One thing to recommend is to put pillow protectors on the pillow as pillows had hair inside and you could see them through the pillow case (which made me look) wasn’t very nice to see. Clean a little more.

Excellent location for touring Bordeaux. The place is clean and modern. Breakfast is very good value for money and of high quality. Julie at reception is very helpful and professional. We have recommended this to others and will stay here again.

no electricity all the al the night and the morning and there are no phone number to report the problem. the worst thing that All external doors where were closed, the building were inaccessible from outside.

Amazing hotel apartments. Great room with cooking facilities. Only comment was fitness room was only three cardio machines and a very old dirty mat, in addition the sauna was not on, have to go to reception to ask to turn on which is quite awkward once you have already got change and gone into the sauna.

Very clean and modern. Great parking facilities. Nice pasta restaurant nearby

Easy check in, friendly staff and good room. Good location for access to main road. Good salad place next door

Very good value for money. Roomy. Clean. Cheap. Handy location. Simple but adequate.

This hotel is a great bargain for suburban Bordeaux. Room was clean and large with a kitchenette if you are thus inclined. There is a large supermarket easily walkable and a reasonable number of places to eat nearby, not fancy but acceptable. Room is a bit spartan just a bed and desk but that is all that you need. Has an exercise room although universal gym was broken. Breakfast excellent and open quite late in the AM. For about 60 euros a night truly a great bargain.

The hotel is nice with spacious rooms. But the personnel, mainly at the reception, were not that enthusiastic and welcoming. Without a car it is complicated to move around.

Okay for one night but the bed frame squeaked every time one of us moved.

Unnecessarily long wait to check in, especially considering my room was already ready when I got there. Room size was good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was above average (loved the fresh squeezed orange juice). Lobby is not staffed between 11pm and 6am, which could be an issue for late arrivals or early departures. Staff was helpful and friendly.

It was close to the airport and restaurants as well as the highways

Room and bathroom not as clean as expected. A/C didnt work properly.

Overall this was a good hotel choice. The major drawback was its location and poor bus service to the airport. Also, after trying to make another reservation there, I found the prices had increased by about 40%. so I choose a nearby hotel at much lower price.

Worked well for us with two dogs on the way to Spain.

A really good, and very clean apartment. We will certainly stay here again. Has a brasserie attached, a Chinese buffet opposite, and several other eating places within a very short walk.

Nice room, very pleasant staff, good location - only issue was the terribly squeaky bed and the position of the bed was next to the wall one side which wasn't necessary as the room is big.

Good apart hotel spoiled by creaky beds! We have stayed here on two separate nights, on both occasions the bed was noisy ,so could not get a proper rest. Apart from this , everything is good.

Modern great room size excellent in room facilities. Very welcoming reception Comfortable bed and good night´s sleep A couple of restaurants around but we found the Chinese to be dreadful, worst ever been to.

Nice rooms and family friendly

I would say it was a good stay. Price is reasonable. Location is a bit far out and not near much of anything. Definitely need a vehicle to travel to and from this location. Breakfast was acceptable.

It's too expensive with about 10' Taxi to the airport 45€

A QUIET HOTEL NOT MUCH AROUND A LITTLE BIT OUT OF THE WAY

good overnight stay, clean and friendly staff, good ample parking. interconnecting rooms.

Loved it, had everything we needed, what a change to stay in an apartment that's kitchen equipment! Very comfortable and easy to find without a detour. Very pleasant, helpful staff as well.

Very nice welcome by the staff, who were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room itself is quite small, considering it's supposed to be an "apartment", and considering that the staff told us we received a free upgrade. The hotel is located in a commercial zone outside of Bordeaux. It's easy to reach from the highway, and a tram that will take you to the city centre is within walking distance. There are a number of dinner opportunities, a bakery and a supermarket in the immediate viccinity. It is however not a beautiful area to stay in. Recommended if you prefer practicality over comfort/beauty in your hotels.

Nice stop, quite liked this place. Quiet spacious modern room. Only problem was we (family) asked for interconnecting rooms and unfortunately connecting rooms could not be used to noise from vent in one of them (tried room 108 and 208 with the same problem). Also fridge is about 1 metre from bed and noise may annoy unless you turn it off or use earplugs like we did. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a Geant also within walking distance, nearest tram stop is 10 minute walk and it takes about 30 min to get into central Bordeaux. Would use again.

I recommend this hotel if you need to be in the Pessac area of Bordeaux. The staff are v.helpful and our room was spacious and clean. We stayed in this area because we needed to be near the Pessac hospital. If you have a car this spot could also work for trips into Bordeaux which is roughly 10k away. Good value if you can book in advance.

Everything was great with this hotel. While the bed was ok, it was not the most comfortable or quiet bed. Easily walkable to transit, but lack of real side walks is one drawback

Great value. Very clean and comfortable. Near tram to go downtown directly. Near shopping mall. Kitchenette all equipped with fridge (nice to find a can of OJ and bottled water), cooktop, sink, NESPRESSO coffee maker and pods (wow) etc... large and clean bathroom. Large and comfortable bed. Free parking. Nice staff. We were impressed.

Great new hotel for the area. Room and bathroom are huge with added bonus of a fully utensiled kitchenette. All is modern, clean and attractively decorated. Ample door and corridor room for wheelchairs. Plenty of parking. Reception is closed 11pm to 6am but there is another secure door for access if you’ve checked in. Quite a few eateries within 2 minutes walk or many more 5 mintutes drive. Note on area: We arrived on a Sunday and many close at 2230 sharp. Fast food a little later. This is obviously no fault of the hotel. Breakfast looked good and was busy but we used the room facilities. Will definitely be booking again when driving to/from Spain.

Perfect place to stay, roomy, clean, modern. Great staff

Our first stay at this hotel very clean staff polite. Nice having a microwave fridge cutlery kettle and stuff in the kitchen area good for families and in a quiet area.

Very large room and bathroom, with cooking facilities. No frills but very clean and good value. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Very helpful reception staff.

Rooms very clean! Great service! Quiet! Very relaxing!

Hotel was nice. Clean and comfortable. My only issue was that I had an early morning flight and had to leave at 4am. The main door was locked and there were no signs pointing to the way out.

Was a very nice hotel, good location, I recommend.

Great location between the airport and downtown Bordeaux. Modern hotel with good amenities (exercise/spa, ample parking, WiFi, etc.). Continental breakfast was an additional charge, but had good variety and quality. Room was clean and well maintained each day. The only “issue” I had was that I pre-paid for the room online and the city tax and breakfast were not billed automatically to the credit card I provided at check in. The day of checkout I departed the hotel at 4am for an early flight, and with no one in the lobby I could not confirm the final bill was paid. The credit card information was not kept (good for security), but now I had to pay the bill remotely: with credit card via email (I would not for security reasons), or via bank transfer. Since my checkout and payment situation are unique, I give the overall stay an excellent rating.

Modern and clean apart-hotel situated on city outskirts. Within walking distance of excellent shopping centre with huge supermarket. Booked this for 4 nights to get my daughter sorted with her accommodation near Bordeaux University for her Erasmus year. Was within 35 minutes walk of campus, but 10 minutes on bus. Unlimited travel on public transport only €13.40 for a week, which was good value IMHO. Would go back when visiting my daughter. Room service every day with bins emptied and fresh towels, as well as complimentary shower gel pouches replenished on a daily basis.
