Die Lage ist wirklich ganz gut, 13 min zu Fuß zum Eagle Beach und direkt nebenan ist Super Food (größter Supermarkt auf der Insel).

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist albern. Da gibt es kaum Utensilien zum kochen etc. Die Gegenstände sind alle ziemlich alt und die Unterkunft eignet sich wirklich nur zum schlafen. Lädt nicht zum verweilen dort ein. Der Pool und Außenbereich ist nicht schön gestaltet und wird daher von niemandem benutzt.

Lamentablemente la estructura esta muy mal mantenida, no hay limpieza de las zonas comunes para nada. El patio esta súper sucio y es una lastima porq tiene una barra con churrasquera super linda pero es imposible utilizarla. Nosotros pasamos casi 10 dias y nunca nadie vino a limpiar, habian toallones abandonados desde hacia tiempo, una malla de niño tirada y flota flotas rotos por todos lados. En el piso vidrios que terminamos sacando nosotros para no lastimarnos. La unica cosa que mantienen y por suerte es la piscina pero las reposeras para poder sentarse hay que limpiarlas y no es solo un poco de polvo. De todos modos el anfitrion es muy amable, nos permitio hacer el check out mas tarde y quedarnos en la piscina hasta la ora de irnos.

Muy bien todo. Eduardo nos asistió en todo momento muy amablemente. Está a unas seis cuadras de Eagle Beach y a dos del principal supermercado. Todo muy bien para una tranquila estadía.

Studio apartment lol more like a low end hotel room The refrigerator froze our food!! I notified the manager but it was never taken care of. We had a 6 day stay so we wanted to have stuff in the fridge. Black mold around the sink and the shower head, otherwise clean. The electric was trying to use one plug you had to unplug one appliance to use the other, and the plug was coming out of the wall! Scary. Parking is not available unless you want to get blocked in!!!! Then wait for the people to get up and move their car!!!

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa, de la parada del bus y del mercado. Además el anfitrión Jesús Eduardo siempre atento y súper amable.

Tutto molto bello e pulito

La cercanía a la playa de Eagle Beach aprox 300 o 400 metros, el mejor supermercado de Aruba Super Food a 100 metros. La facilidad del check in, la limpieza, la pileta e instalaciones en general.y fuimos beneficiados con un up grade! Y la amabilidad de Eduardo. Gracias por todo!

I really appreciated how the backyard pool provided a peaceful retreat right outside the apartment. It was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Aruba—whether it was a refreshing swim, lounging in the sun, or enjoying a meal by the water. The ambiance was both relaxing and private, making it feel like a true vacation.

That the pool hours was till 9 pm and not more late than that

Doesn’t look like a pictures, the photos are not upgraded. Very dirty, Only two towels Only one sheet and bed - no extra sheet or pillow (the sofa it’s very uncomfortable;( No plugs in the bathrooms No hairdryer.

Brilliant place with all facilities as listed. Eduardo was really helpful and managed to store our luggage.

The location is fantastic, just an 8-minute walk from Eagle Beach, the most beautiful beach on the island and the third in the world. It's also next to SuperFood, the best supermarket on the island, with everything you need for a happy stay. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Nice clean studio with kitchenette. Place was clean, check in was very easy with the instructions provided. Big supermarket just around the corner.

Everything was really good

The swimming was good even if a little bit small but only shared with the 4 apartments. The apartment is well equipped and you can have access to the barbecue and beach chair + cooler. Location close to huge supermarket and beautiful beach

There is a coffee maker but no coffee . There is no shampoo in the shower . The beach is at 15min and not 8minutes and the path is on the sun. There is no much restaurant nearby, you will have to walk 15min to find a good fish restaurant or have a car

Great value for the price, with exceptionally detailed instructions and clear communication. Location was very good, close to Keshi di Hulandia, Organic Bodega cafe, Foods supermall and Eagle beach. Good parking, small pool and BBQ place. Fast Internet and powerful AC. Only coffee was missing from the place :-)

no big safe to suit all valuable belongings; nothing was stolen, but made us worried a bit, and take most valuables with us when we were leaving the place. Also cuttlery was subpar, which may be a factor if you are going to cook on premises. Golf field too small :-D

Short walk from the Eagle Beach, near big supermarket. AC and WiFi worked really well. Nice small pool, great for evenings. Helpful staff. Big refrigerator. For this price it is a good choice, especially if you stay most of the day at the beach.

The apartament is poorly equipped. Only very basic and old furniture. In the kitchen there are little dishes or other things, would be hard to cook there. The bedsheets and towels are also old.

Eduardo is a host very friendly, he helped us with the itinerary for enjoy the island with the best experience. The flat is near to eagle beach and some stores and restaurants. The flat have a lot of facilities like kitchen with all implements and a portable fridge. Is a good price for the property.

Benefits: - close to grocery store - close to beach - nice pool - air conditioning - lots of extra supplies in room (cooler and chairs for beach, pans and dishes) Setbacks: - no ventilation in bathroom. The bathroom started to stink up the apartment after a couple of days - dirty sheets upon arrival - no follow-through from owner for supplies for BBQ

Lovely clean, modern apartment, in a great location for access to eagle beach (8-10 minute walk), a large supermarket and buses. Pool was a good size, clean & functioning. Wifi worked well and it had all the amenities needed for a great holiday.

The attention was great and super fast at the time of check in, the room was clean. There is a market a few feet away and you can walk to the beach. My stay was great.

Clean accommodations close to many great options. Basic facilities for the kitchen but very functional. It allowed us to do breakfast and dinner at the place while eating lunch at all the local spots. The staff were kind, helpful, and clearly willing to put in the work to help guests enjoy their visit. They are putting in work to get the apartments back in shape after Covid but the clean space made our visit delightful!

Some TLC is needed but you can see the staff is working on it, nothing hampered our visit.

I had a little trouble gaining access. I was sent an email for access but since I was traveling I did not receive the email so I was a little confused. Once I made contact with the owner it was very easy and the owner was very recpetive to my needs and concerns as they arose.

I loved the location! Everything you need and want is in a few minutes walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff really take great care of you.

Good sized apartment with a patio next to the pool. Small complex of only five apartments so it never gets too busy outdoors. The pool has an appealing shape and quite a decent size. What we liked the most was the communication with the owner, he was always available and ready to give advice and help us with anything. Carolina, the lady that takes care of the apartments was one of the loveliest persons we have ever met. She speaks English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento.

Perfect apartment, you have everything what you need, 10 min walk to Eagle Beach!
