Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Hele warme ontvangst, personeel is fantastisch en iedereen spreekt Engels (en Spaans). Hele mooie familiekamers met balkon met uitzicht. Zwembad is niet groot maar perfect voor verkoeling. Ontbijt is goed, veel opties. Restaurant was erg leuk, veel keuze, heerlijk gegeten en prettige sfeer. Veel leuke dingen te doen in de regio, zoals Olvera en de dolmens.

Por poner algo para mejorar pondría ventiladores de techo ya que hace bastante calor en estas fechas y no me gusta dormir con aire acondicionado.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026A beautiful place, and an honest one too. It's like a small oasis, surrounded by options for caves, hiking and nature. The setting is perfect, hot to enjoy during the day, but nights at just the right temperature. The place is very well kept, the service is great, and there's a bar/restaurant with a warm, friendly team. We picked one of the superior rooms and it was a great choice, a big comfortable bed, a living area, and access to a private terrace. Very quiet, with a modest bathroom that was more than enough. The pool is perfect, the water nice and cool, all surrounded by shrubs and flowers. On weekends it fills up and the loungers are in high demand. Unfortunately people leave their towels on them for hours and take up space unnecessarily, so some kind of rule around this would be welcome. Breakfast is great, and the restaurant, though not cheap, we really enjoyed. Since we had to leave very early on our last day and would miss breakfast, they let us choose what we wanted the night before and packed it all up in a little cooler for us. I'd never seen that kind of service, an incredible touch. Days of peace and relaxation. We'll be back to discover more of the surroundings and nature.

We were made welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Add in local knowledge, brilliant food, ice cold beer and wonderful gardens, then it’s a great package. It’s a fabulous place from which to explore a fabulous part of Spain.

Every single thing about it is well thought out and it is so beautifully decorated. The staff are really kind, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful! We had dinner and breakfast there and loved our food. We can't wait to be back again!

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Heel idilische plek, alsof je in het paradijs kwam, kamers een beetje verouderd maar dat had zijn charme, mooi zwembad met genoeg ligbedden om nog even te liggen. Het diner was buiten op het terras aan een kabbelend riviertje en erg lekker maar door een leesfout van ons kregen we een bloemkool steak maar gelukkig hebben ze nog snel een echte steak gemaakt. Het ontbijt was erg goed in een mooie ruimte, helaas had het geregent zodat we niet buiten konden ontbijten. 1 nacht was eigenlijk te kort op deze mooie plek
de prijs van het diner, 100 euro voor 2 personen.

Perfect for staying out of the hustle of Ronda - but close enough to get into town within ten-fifteen minutes. Ronda is busy….The eatery was romantic by babbling waterfalls, flowers everywhere and twinkle lights. Amazing staff, food (best so far on our 3 week trip!) Can we stay forever?

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Location is so beautiful and quiet and yet only 30 mins from Ronda. Staff were very welcoming and the bedroom was large with a lovely balcony. Pool was lovely and Restauraunt and bar area was a great place to relax. Breakfast was very good.
We ate in the Restauraunt on both nights. The meal was ok but not exceptional and was expensive.

Room 1, a bit cold and damp with a small bed. They turned on the heating the second night which saved us. The food is bland, even when you ask to make it spicy. At dinner, stuffing in the chicken tasted funny. I did not want to complain as I had already returned the lukewarm soup for reheating. I should have. Would have saved me from vomiting 2 hours during the night.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Vriendelijk personeel, geven echt persoonlijke aandacht. Leuke locatie. Mooie wandelroutes vanuit het hotel. Veel zitplekjes her en der en overal trapjes. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Prachtig kabbelend watertje direct aan het terras.
Vooral gericht op Engels publiek, op zich niet erg natuurlijk, maar je vindt het terug in het ontbijt zoals bacon en eggs en black tea. Ook qua diner minder authentiek Spaans. Doet ietwat gedateerd aan, maar wel goed onderhouden en schoon allemaal. Tip: volg zeker niet je navigatie maar de adviezen van het hotel anders kom je vast te zitten in het dorp. Je moet bij het treinstation zijn…
