The bathroom is a bit small, some of the furnishings could be replaced, and the beach could be better maintained, but if you overlook the minor details, it's perfect.

The shower was far too small trying to move around to clean /wash hair over flowed onto the bathroom floor but the room was still great

Every day after 12:00 PM, loud music played from the bar beneath the room's balcony, disturbing our rest. The only supplies provided for the entire stay were two rolls of toilet paper; some towels were replaced and the floor was occasionally mopped, but nothing else was cleaned. There was often no parking space available for the car. The so-called beach isn't a beach at all—it looks and smells like a swamp. In the evening, on one side you could hear the music from the tavern, and on the other side some kind of bar. For some of the nights, we booked another hotel to be closer to a nice beach and enjoy some peace and quiet.There were very old, unpleasant sheets that were covered in little balls of lint.We needed to check out at 3 a.m., as there is no one at the reception in the evening or at night. We left the key in the door and sent messages via Booking.com and SMS, and even called the next day, but no one confirmed that everything regarding our departure was in order!

Bardzo mały pokój, z aneksem kuchennym a właściwie tylko pustymi szafkami, lodówka i zlewem. Znajdowały się tam tylko 2 szklanki, 2 kubki i 2 łyżeczki. W łazience chodziły mrówki a prysznic przeciekał. Kran w zlewie jak i w łazience wbardzo brudny, zagłówek łóżka wymaga odkurzenia. Plaża przy której znajduje się hotel jest bardzo brudna, na brzegu i w wodzie pełno glonów, z którym nikt nic nie robi, woda w basenie natomiast jest bardzo mocno chlorowana. Smród dochodzący z plaży jest bardzo wyczuwalny.

Staff gentile e disposto ad accogliere richieste ed esigenze con positività. Bellissima piscina e posizione ottima per la vita nutturna e il divertimento.

Purtroppo non dipende dalla struttura, ma il mare era bruttissimo, pieno di alghe sulla riva che quadi non si poteva entrare in acqua.

Kada smo bukirali smestaj na slikama su bile samo dve sobe koje su do mora. Kada smo dobili sobu to je bila soba koje nije bilo na slikama, nalazila se sa druge strane sa pogledom na drugu zgradu. Jako mali prostor, jedva smo imali prostora da ostavimo kofere na pod jer nema nikakav ormar. Kupatilo je toliko malo da ako se sagnete u tus kabini velika je verovatnoca da cete udariti glavom u lavabo. U kupatilu nema nikakva komoda za kozmetiku, sve smo drzali na podu ili lavabou. Terasa je beskorisna i pretoplo je u svako doba jer su klime jako blizu jedne pored drugih i konstantno je pretoplo i nema vazduha. Imali smo dve case koje su bile prljave , dve solje, dve kasicice i kuvalo za vodu koje nismo ni koristili. Sav namestaj sem kreveta je izuzetno star.

Locația este exact pe plajă.M-am dus pentru liniște și relaxare și am avut parte de ele.Sezlogurile de pe plajă sunt suficiente și confortabile.Am bifat, că nu a fost conform așteptărilor mele pentru că a fost mai bine decât mă așteptam eu să fie. Per total am fost mulțumită.

Baia este foarte mică,nu am avut dulap în cameră și a trebuit să stau tot sejurul cu hainele în bagaj.era un stend cu câteva umerașe .Ca sfat pentru administrator ,ar trebui pus în balcon un uscător de rufe cât de mic,dar să fie.A tretuit să pun costumele de baie să le usuc,pe scaunele din balcon. Băiatul care se ocupă de curățenia pe plajă,în loc să strângă algele într-un loc,el le arunca în mare.

The staff were super nice, the accommodation met our expectations and the location was perfect. We loved the pool area, it wasn’t super crowded so it was perfect for relaxing, the views were great and we also enjoyed the music. The fact that the beach was so close was also a big plus! The food and cocktails were also amazing. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Polecam Ammos jest dość czysty, posiada bardzo fajny basen z którego przechodzi się bezpośrednio na plażę. Na plaży są bezpłatne leżaki. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego bardzo skromne brak gąbki do mycia naczyń płynu też nie było (musieliśmy to kupić) 4 także 1 kubek i 1 szklanka, patelnia i 1 garnek i to wszystko. Bardzo dużo wodorostów na plaży.

Pool und Strandbereich waren ab einer bestimmten Zeit abgeschlossen und man hatte keinen Zugang. Der Stand ist absolut nicht schön, alles voll mit Algen.

Dużym plusem są darmowe leżaki przy plaży i przy basenie oraz sam basen otwarty do godziny 21. Bardzo dobrze wygłuszony pokój dzięki czemu nie było słychać muzyki z imprezowej okolicy. Do tego codzienne sprzątanie i czystość utrzymana na terenie obiektu.

Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, na dwuosobowy pokój tylko po jednym talerzu i kubku. Jedno gniazdko w pokoju i włącznik do światła nie działały. Minusem jest to, że łóżko złączone jest z dwóch pojedynczych i czasem w nocy moga się rozsuwać.

Cleaner only clean the floor, bed sheets had the same for days I was there , bathroom not cleaned poorly stained toilet ,grubby round the edges ,of the floor cooker filthy.

Die Lage war gut, direkt am Strand. Den Gartenblick gab es aber nur aus dem Küchenfenster. Der Balkon lag direkt am Parkplatz.

Schlechter Service, die Putzfrau kam grundsätzlich um 15:00, wenn wir eigentlich gern unsere Ruhe gehabt hätten. Das Durchfegen hat gegen den Sand auch nicht geholfen. Es wurden nur die Laken zum Zudecken gewechselt, nicht die sandigen auf denen man schlief. Die Dusche war winzig und der Duschvorhang zu kurz. Am Strand war häufig extrem laute Musik, die Mitarbeiter waren überwiegend mit ihren Handys beschäftigt, die haben nochmal gemerkt, dass sie ein Lied 5 mal hintereinander abgespielt haben. Am Ende wollten sie uns dann noch Getränke berechnen die wir nie bestellt oder bekommen haben.

L emplacement était agréable en face de la mer , la propreté des chambres

J’ai réservé deux chambres sans savoir qu’il y avait une grande différence entre les deux ( vue sur mer et vue sur jardin). J’ai remarqué que ma chambre ne dispose pas de sèche-cheveux et qu’il y a également un problème avec la climatisation mais l manager était à l écoute et il a réglé le problème dans l mm jour et Concernant le check-in, nous sommes arrivées à l’heure prévue, mais nous avons dû attendre presque 50 minutes, car les chambres n’étaient pas encore prêtes.

La localisation proche des rues animés mais en retrait en bord de mer donc calme. Belle piscine avec accès direct a la plage.

Des odeurs parfois désagréables mais proviennent certainement de la chaleure.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y ordenado y aunque pequeño bastante bien organizado y nuevo. La ducha era muy pequeñita y las camas separadas. La cocina tenia los utensilios justos y dejaron toallas, jabon de cuerpo y manos y al limpiar la habitacion y ver que cocinas la esponja y jabon para ello. Además, la piscina es bastante grande, tiene colchonetas y balones y una playa privada pegada a la piscina. En cuanto a la ubicacion esta en toda la zona de fiesta pero nosotros personalmente no escuchamos nada a las noches.

El agua de la ducha estaba fria.

La struttura e collocata a 50 mt dal mare e mette a disposizione anche una piscina sempre pulita e molto gradevole da sfruttare . Anche se sintrova in una posizione abbastanza rumorosa,per via dei vari bar e locali,una volta chiuse le finestre con l'aria condizionata accesa,non si sente il minimo rumore quindi sinriesce a riposare perfettamente la notte.

Essendo un apartment/hotel,ed essendoci le cose essenziali per potersi cucinare qualcosa autonomamente la struttura dovrebbe mettere almeno a disposizione il minimo indispensabile per lavare i piatti (spugna e detersivo) e un costo irrisorio di cui beneficerebbero un sacco di clienti prima di doverlo ricomprare.

Great location. Good value for money in peak season. Pool area was really nice. The 2 resident cats are very lovely.

The ton of seaweeds makes the shore disgusting. They could’ve taken of that. The cleaning lady didn’t really did her job as giving fresh towels on a daily basis and mopping the floor. Also if the property has a pool and beach access then they should provide beach towels as well. The receptionist is not always available at his place. A bit annoying that for the people who stay at the hotel cannot sit and just relax by the pool/beach at night. Everything close at 9pm.

Η πισίνα και ήταν ωραία γενικά και το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ηταν καλό.

Οι φωτογραφίες στο Booking δεν ανταποκρίνονται σε καμία περίπτωση στο δωμάτιο στο οποίο μείναμε. Αυτό το θεωρώ εξαπάτηση. Έχω κλείσει πάρα πολλά καταλύματα μέσω Booking και είναι η πρώτη φορά που συναντώ τόσο μεγάλη απόκλιση από τις φωτογραφίες. Αν γνώριζα την πραγματική εικόνα, δεν θα το είχα κλείσει για κανέναν λόγο. Μετανιώνω που δεν έφυγα μόλις το είδα και δεν επέλεξα κάποιο άλλο κατάλυμα. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν τραγικό.Τα διαχωριστικά ήταν τόσο ψηλά που έδιναν την αίσθηση φυλακής, ενώ η εξωτερική μονάδα του κλιματιστικού έβγαζε τόση ζέστη που έκανε το μπαλκόνι πραγματικό φούρνο. Ήταν αδύνατο να καθίσεις έξω. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ παλιό και η βρύση, γεμάτη άλατα, σχεδόν δεν γύριζε. Για δύο ημέρες έκανα μπάνιο ζεσταίνοντας νερό με βραστήρα, γιατί δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό, ενώ και η πίεση του νερού ήταν πολύ χαμηλή. Τέλος, προσωπικά δεν προτείνω ούτε τη συγκεκριμένη περιοχή σε όποιον θέλει να γνωρίσει την παραδοσιακή Κέρκυρα. Είναι μια περιοχή που απευθύνεται σχεδόν αποκλειστικά σε ξένους τουρίστες και έχει διαμορφωθεί κυρίως για να καλύπτει τα δικά τους γούστα.

Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν είχε τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο για τις ώρες χαλάρωσης και προετοιμασία για κάποια έξοδο, η σίτα ήταν σκισμένη και το νερό στο μπάνιο πότε ερχόταν καυτό και πότε παγωμένο

Zimmer und Dusche klein, extrem laute Musik aus dem Nachbarhotel, so dass man sich auf dem Balkon nicht unterhalten konnte, Strand schlecht, Seegras wurde nicht entfernt, beim Frühstück 30 Minuten Wartezeit, weil keiner den Kaffeevollautomat bedienen konnte, wir wurden zweimal genötigt die Strandliegen , die im Hotel inklusive waren, frei zu machen, wenn wir keine Getränke von der Poolbar abnehmen, wobei noch die Hälfte der Strandliegen nicht besetzt waren, Getränkepreise wie im 5 Sterne Hotel, kleines Bier=5 Euro, Kaffee=4 Euro, Cocktail ab 12 Euro

Virtuvėlėje mažai reikmenų, nebuvo nei didesnio peilio nei pjaustymo lentelės ar kempinėlės su indų plovikliu. Per visas 4 naktis nebuvo karšto vandens, taip pat vandens spaudimas dažnai buvo mažas. Balkone kartais smirdėdavo, kaip manom nuo kažkokių valymo įrenginių.

De economy kamers zijn klein, weinig opbergruimte voor kleding. De badkamer is de kleinste die ik ooit gezien heb. Een douche bak van 60x60 met een douchegordijn waardoor het met geen mogelijkheid lukt om de vloer van de badkamer droog te houden tijdens het douchen. Er is geen rookmelder (wel een houder op het plafond) en er was maar 1 nachtkastje. Op het balkonnetje werd het erg heet door de airco. Als je een grotere gerenoveerde kamer hebt zal het een veel beter verblijf zijn. Helaas waren die niet meer beschikbaar bij ons.

Το ευγενικό προσωπικό, η καθαριότητα, το κρεβάτι και ο καφές-γεύματα μπροστά στην πισίνα ή παραλία.

Το δωμάτιο και οι παροχές του. Τα δωμάτια στο economy είναι μη ανακαινισμένα, τα κλιματιστικά είτε δεν δουλεύουν ή ακόμα κι όταν δουλεύουν λόγω μη συντήρησης κάνουν απίστευτο θόρυβο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς τη νύχτα που ούτως ή άλλως επειδή δεν διαθέτουν καλή ηχομόνωση σε μία περιοχή που έτσι κι αλλιώς είναι αρκετά θορυβώδης εξαιτίας των ατελείωτων πάρτι και την υπερπληθώρα νέων τουριστών χειροτερεύουν πολύ περισσότερο την όλη κατάσταση. Επίσης στο δικό μας δωμάτιο υπήρχε σπασμένο γυάλινο πορτατίφ με κίνδυνο αν δεν το παρατηρούσες ή δεν πρόσεχες να κοπείς. Η απουσία τηλεόρασης και η ροή του νερού στο μπάνιο ειδικά τις απογευματινές ώρες για εμάς ήταν ένα ακόμη πρόβλημα. Απλώστρα δεν υπήρχε για να απλώσεις τα βρεγμένα ρούχα και η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας θύμιζε κάτι από προηγούμενες εποχές.

Blisko morza, leżaki na plaży i przy basenie. Kameralny ośrodek, więc miejsca na leżakach mnostwo bawet w środku dnia. Czysty, miła obsługa a poza tym w centrum Kavos, więc mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów na wyciągnięcie ręki.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Schöner Pool. Coole bar und gratis liegen direkt am Meer. Wir würden sofort nochmal kommen.

Το A/C θέλει αλλαγή γιατί έχει υπερβολικά μεγάλο θόρυβο. Δεν έχει τηλεόραση ούτε αισθητηρα καπνού. Η μουσική στην διαπασών από παρακείμενο pool bar την πρώτη νύχτα μέχρι τις 3 το πρωί.

The pool is good in all fairness. But that’s about it. The sea view is good and it gives you access to a limited number of sun beds

The room was horrendous. Nearly 40 degrees! And zero functioning aircon. Nobody cleans and nobody is willing to assist with this. We had to cut our trip short. Most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. If you’re young and ok with having a base that you will not. Use then use it. For the bad quality of the rooms, I assumed they would have low prices at the bar and restaurant but the prices were high! The reception area does not look good. The aircon actually does not work but they said just close the door and it will work- no sleep for two days! Room unbearable! See pictures! Floor dirty upon entry! Then never cleant again! No coffee facilities, outdated kettle. Random glasses, cutlery and cups given- very cheap looking. The pictures are deceiving!

Underbart läge vid stranden och bra pool. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tyst och lugnt trots sitt läge nära uteställen.

Super nettes Personal, direkt am Wasser, Pool war immer sehr sauber, hat immer Spaß gemacht

Minden tökéletes volt. A takarító hölgy különösen kedves, nagyon szép tisztaság várt minket. A bár, part is nagyon hangulatos, nappal zene társaságában napozhattunk ami nagy előnyt jelentett számunkra. A srácok nagyon segítőkészek és rugalmasak voltak.

Alles war gut, auch wenn es in der Nähe des Pools einen unangenehmen Geruch gab – obwohl der Pool selbst sauber war; der Geruch stammte möglicherweise von anderswo. Die Aussicht war wunderschön und bot einen Blick sowohl auf den Pool als auch auf den Strand.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir sieben Nächte dort verbrachten; es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und die Bettwäsche nur ein einziges Mal ausgetauscht. Obwohl wir darauf hingewiesen hatten, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden müsste, wurden weder die Böden noch das Badezimmer geputzt.

Location, quite modern room interior, closeness to beach and regular enough housekeeping.

Air conditioning wasn’t great, definitely needs an upgrade. Shower was okay but the heat wasn’t very instant and took a while to heat up and water pressure could drop after a while.

Personeel was niet voorbereid op onze aankomst. Douche word niet warm, wc papier werd niet bijgevuld.

La chambre est nickel ainsi que la salle de bain, la vue de la chambre avec le balcon est très bien. L'espace piscine plage est magnifique, on a pu profiter des deux ainsi que des transats. Kavos est réputé pour être festif (c'est le cas) on doutait de la tranquillité du lieu finalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Wenn wir angekommen sind hat uns der Herr gesagt wir sollen kurz warten und dann ist er mit Auto weggefahren er hätte uns sagen können das wir später kommen sollen oder was auch immer aber nicht einfach weggefahren Und der Strand war Dreckig mit Seegras wurde in 1 Woche nie gereinigt Vor 2 Jahren als wir dort waren wurde der Strand jeden Tag gereinigt

Bar e piscina fronte mare molto carini, spiaggia attrezzata con lettini comodi. Colazione e snack buoni fatti al momento. Ottima posizione anche per chi non ha la macchina. Vicino alla via principale con locali e negozi ma lontani dal caos notturno. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata e ci hanno cambiato camera. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Le camere sono pulite e luminose, balcone coperto e frigo. Il bagno è piccolo ma il problema è la doccia, con la tenda si allaga tutto ogni volta e non avevamo il miscelatore. Non sempre c'era acqua calda abbastanza. Certo il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque buono.

If you are looking for relaxation this is not the place for you. Music is playing all day long at the beach/pool area from everywhere😅 and the night people are drinking and chatting, laughing on the balconies till 2-3am so it’s not possible to sleep.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand, ruhig trotz Nähe zu diversen Bars und Restaurants. Das Zimmer sah exakt aus wie auf den Fotos.

Der Strand ist nicht der schönste, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts

La camera era comoda, io mini angolo cottura comodo e funzionale. Il bagno era nuovo, si vedeva che era stata rifatta da pochissimo. Anche la camera in linea generale appena ritinteggiata e parte del mobilio nuovo. Bella la piscina, comoda la spiaggia privata subito dopo. Comodissimo il climatizzatore con programmazione e funzione deumidificatore, permetteva di dormire tranquilli e freschi.

Sarebbe stato comodo avere anche solo un piccolo tavolo in camera per mangiare al fresco. Il giorno a pranzo, stare in balcone era veramente caldo.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Sauberkeit fällt sofort positiv auf. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich wirklich gut aufgehoben. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön und sorgt für eine richtig angenehme Urlaubsatmosphäre. Der hoteleigene Strandbereich ist gut ausgestattet und bietet bequeme Liegen direkt am Wasser. Das Restaurant hat eine sehr gute Auswahl an Gerichten, alles frisch und geschmackvoll zubereitet. Auch die Bar am Pool bietet eine schöne Auswahl an Getränken, die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Die Zimmer sind modern, ruhig und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Insgesamt herrscht eine entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel Perfekt für Paare und Familien.

Ubicazione camera molto vicino alla movida, quindi molto rumore di notte, un po' piccola senza armadio e un bagno risicato la pulizia della camera scarsa.

Ab 20: 00 Uhr der Zugang zu Rezeption, Bar , Terasse und Pool war gesperrt (auch für Hotelkunden. Man kann nichts in Unterkunft machen, nur auf dem Balkon setzen.

Il bagno troppo piccolo e la doccia con la tenda molto scomoda

It was a really great location with a nice pool and close to the beach. The room was clean and the balcony is a great addition.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, hat eine tolle Lage, die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind super freundlich und gehen auf jeden Wunsch ein.

Nu ni se ofereau: săpun, gel de dus , șampon, doar în prima zi am găsit un săpun, dar era imposibil sa faci spuma.

Super hôtel, l’emplacement est idéal, en second rang d’une rue animé (on entend pratiquement rien de l’hôtel), proche des restaurants et commerces. Vue magnifique de l’hôtel, piscine et front de mer !

Csodálatos helyen van, saját homokos stranddal, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerre. A szoba jól felszerelt, minden nap takarították. A személyzet tündéri, nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek.

Amazing location right by the sea, clean and comfortable rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and great Wi-Fi. Everything is close by and easy to access. But the best part was the owners — genuinely kind, welcoming, and made me feel like family from the first day. You can feel the good energy here.

Honestly nothing important. Everything was smooth, clean, and easy. The only noise comes from Kavos itself, but that’s part of the area, not the property.
