El personal, el entorno y la calidad del colchon así como la habitación en general excelentes. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y se respira paz. Es un sitio precioso para desconectar y al mismo tiempo estar bien ubicado para disfrutar unos días de Piemonte

Llegamos el primer día cansados del viaje y esperaba que en el hotel pudiésemos tomar algo sin necesidad de volver a coger el coche para salir a cenar ni cenar en el restaurante gastronómico. Para un hotel de esa categoría que no haya algo de pequeña restauracion y la recepción cierre a las 9 fue un poco decepcionante ( acabamos cenando unos cacahuetes y una copa de vino en la habitación) . El spa es pequeño hamman y sauna . Por último considerando el precio y la categoría del hotel, me sorprendió que en el desayuno hubiese opciones como tortitas de pago suplementario.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super. Das gesamte Gebäude ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und alle sind sehr Hunde-freundlich. Auf Wunsch wird Futternapf und Hundebett zu verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alle Zutaten immer frisch. Der SPA und Sauna Bereich ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen

Wir mussten für unseren 19 Kg schweren Aussie 30 Euro pro Tag bezahlen. Dies finde ich einfach viel zu viel, da das Personal einen minimalen Mehraufwand hatte.

La cortesia e simpatia dello staff. La cura dei dettagli, l’eleganza ed il clima “cosy”. Il ristorante è fenomenale. La posizione ottima per escursioni e visita a cantine.

Unica nota: l’aria condizionata sopra il letto è un po’ fastidiosa.

Het ontbijt had wat uitgebreider gemogen en het zwembad is relatief klein .

Wonderful location with great views. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Great restaurant and winery/restaurant within 10 minutes walk.

We were only told a few days before arriving that the restaurant would not be open although they did eventually help in finding really good alternatives both for lunch and dinner and provided free massages to compensate. The “suite” was rather small with no full length hanging space or place to put luggage but had a lovely balcony.

Die Lage ist wunderschön mit Ausblick auf die Rebberge in der Nähe von Alba. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir hatten ein grosse Suite mit einem Wohn- und Schlafbereich und einen eigenem Garten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten das Auto direkt am Parkplatz elektrisch aufzuladen, das war sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich gut und hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir haben am Abend im Restaurant auf der Terasse gegessen. Der Ausblick auf die Rebberge in der Abendstimmung ist wunderschön und das Essen war hervorragend.

Der Pool ist nicht allzugrosse und der ganze Bereich etwas eng. Troztdem waren wir froh, nach der Reise kurz schwimmen zu können. Am Tag ist die Durchgangsstrasse etwas zu hören. In der Nacht war es kein Problem.

We didn’t find the staff warm and accommodating. We arrived in terrible weather conditions so we weren’t keen to venture out for food but we didn’t have a reservation in the osteria and the hotel wasn’t able to offer any food options onsite which left us to drive to a local supermarket to purchase some light food to have in our room. Given the standard of accommodation and restaurant facilities onsite this was extremely disappointing. It would be so easy to offer light snacks or cheese & charcuterie in the upstairs breakfast area or in the room. We have been travelling extensively throughout Italy and everywhere else has been so helpful and accommodating so it was a great shame to not have the same experience at Aborina Relais.

Die Gartensuite hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab auch Liegen und einen gemütlichen Garten. Dies war sehr praktisch, da wir zwei Hunde dabei hatten. Die Lage in den Weinbergen war sehr schön. Der Pool war zwar klein, aber zum Abkühlen reichte es. Und auch die Angestellten des Hotels bekommen von uns ein grosses Lob!!!

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber es bot nicht sehr viel Abwechslung. Vor allem fand ich schade, dass die zusätzlichen Angebote nicht im Preis inbegriffen waren. Das Brotangebot war leider recht bescheiden. Schade fand ich, dass das Abendessen wohl sehr gut sein sollte, aber auch recht teuer. Leider mussten wir deshalb abends immer wieder mit dem Auto ein Restaurant suchen gehen, da in der Zwischensaison noch nicht so viele Restaurants offen hatten oder erst von Donnerstag weg.

The property and views were stunning - I loved that it was a small number of rooms and staff were welcoming and accommodating. The spa facilities are also a lovely treat.

Nothing! It would be nice to have a small hotel bar. But the fine dining experience in the restaurant + breakfast were both excellent.

Bella posizione, comodo accesso, garage adeguato, dal quale avete accesso diretto alle camere. Personale gradevole e cortese. Noi non abbiamo utilizzato la SPA. Colazione in linea con tutte le aspettative. Le camere sono centellinate: silenzio e quiete dominano. Camera non enorme ma dotata di ogni confort. Letto perfetto, bagno bene. Balcone gradevolissimo: complice il bel tempo, il caffè sul terrazzino e la vista valgono il viaggio. Il posto ha posizione ideale per un comodo tour di TUTTI i dintorni. Sceglietelo.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen mit wunderbarer Weitsicht. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten für die Gartensuite, ein schönes grosses Zimmer mit herrlicher Terrasse. Das Auto bekam einen gedeckten Parkplatz, welcher im Preis inkludiert war. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Ruhe im Hotel sehr genossen.

Das Frühstück gabs im "UG" des Restaurants. Es gab ein kleines Büffet, alles weitere musste man bestellen wie Käse, Früchte, Salamie etc. Die Brotauswahl leider sehr bescheiden, es gab nur "Gipfeli" und weisses Brot. Wenn man z.B. einen Pancake wollte, wäre dieser kostenpflichtig gewesen (15 Euro), das fanden wir übertrieben und unverständlich. Das war aber der einzige kleine "Minus"-Punkt des gesamten Aufenthaltes.

The location was great and rooms were comfortable.

The hotel wasn’t great value for money. For what we paid it felt like there were many additional charges that should have been included in the price. The hotel didn’t have an iron. Reception offered to have house cleaning iron some items for us only to be charge €5 each item when we left. There was a €25 service charge for room service and no water included - only available to purchase from the mini bar. We were also charged again at the hotel for our stay after paying on booking.com

We loved our time at Arborina Relais! The property is beautiful - the lush surroundings and thoughtful design make for a very luxe and relaxing aesthetic. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a big patio. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We especially appreciated their help in booking multiple wine tastings for us ahead of our visit. We loved the property’s proximity to world class wineries, and that multiple restaurants are within walking distance (two on property, as well as Osteria Veglio down the road). We had an outstanding meal at Osteria Arborina on our last night — the food was inventive and delicious, the staff were friendly and passionate, and the ambiance elevated the experience even further. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!

Nice location close to everything in La Morra (but definitely need a car to get around this whole area). Breakfast was good, but a bit "simple" in the sense that there was no fresh fruit/ cheese/ meats. We enjoyed the yogurt and liked that we could order eggs and bacon from the cook and they were super fresh, as well as your choice of espresso drinks. The croissants were also a nice treat. The room was nice with a great view/ balcony to see the whole area with vineyards and rolling hills. We liked the storage space in the room and they did a thorough job cleaning the room so it felt very fresh when we got back from our day away. We enjoyed the spa a lot (can use it for 90 min per night of the stay) but you need to book ahead of time, so if it is a busy period and you know you want to use the spa, might be good to call them up before your stay to book a slot! We didn't try the restaurant as we had booked another nice restaurant during our stay, but it didn't look like there were many people during the period we were there (early January). Private place to park your car during the evening, super convenient! Overall the staff were very warm, welcoming and kind!!

I can second what I have seen in other reviews that the lighting in the bathroom was quite poor/ not so easy to do my makeup in the mornings. Breakfast was good, but a bit "simple" in the sense that there was no fresh fruit/ cheese/ meats. Could expand the selection a bit or have some veggies or potatoes with the eggs. Also a bit strange to charge an extra 15 euros (!!) for pancakes when the room is already quite a healthy cost for the area.

Updated, very clean amazing hospitality. Got an upgrade because I came with a service dog and they wanted to make sure I get a garden for her!

The location is amazing and the staff is very correct and friendly. We enjoyed the views and the hospitality.

The room itself is tiny. It has window doors that provide for an amazing view. However, it was inconvenient that the curtains wouldn’t close fully, so the morning light couldn’t be blocked out. The bathroom deserved a touch up. Within the spa facilities the steam cabin wasn’t working, which was too bad.

The property is perfectly located on an elevated hill so each room has amazing views of the rolling hills and vineyards. The hotel is beautifully designed. The pool area is very peaceful. Our room has a gorgeous balcony and floor to ceiling windows - waking up to sunrise over the vineyards was very special! Breakfast was fantastic! And the parking on site is super convenient. The staff were exceptional! They made us feel like we were visiting family, provided us with lots of amazing recommendations and when we were leaving they even gave us a take away bag with water and delicious nuts for the road. And the bag even had a cute tag with our names on it! Loved this experience and would love to come back!

The bathroom design is not ideal. There isn’t a lot of light and space to get ready. Also, the Ikea box that contained the toiletries made the bathroom area feel cheap.

Pros Nice Views; Well located; Secure parking; Comfortable bed and access to ammenities; Main waiter at the Lab had great wine recommendations and gave great service; Breakfast is good. Cons Water damage / stains running down walls and on artwork as shown in photos; Shower is too small and bathroom poorly designed; The ‘Junior Suites’ are small and not really a ‘Suite’; Food at ‘The Lab’ for aperitivo is terrible and overpriced; The other waiters at ‘The Lab’ are terrible and seem disinterested / incompetent; Mini bar was never re-stocked, instead of restocking they left it and charged us for it nearly every night despite using it once; Told us the terrace restaurant was closed on our last night when it clearly wasn’t - I believe this was an attempt to get us into the more expensive restaurant downstairs. Either way how do you not know if your own restaurant is open?; The restaurant downstairs appears to be struggling which is not surprising given the service at the terrace restaurant; We dined and drank at the hotel every night, had massages at the spa and spent a lot of money here. On the last night of our stay we booked a table at ‘The lab’. When we arrived we said we have a reservation, went to sit and were told we couldn’t sit at any of the tables that were reserved, when we explained we had made a reservation they stared at us blankly and we just sat at a table due to awkwardness. We then ordered wine, water and our first course. After a while the waiter came back and said no more of the wine was left, dropped the wine list on the table and disappeared. No water came out until I asked the other waiter for water. I ordered a different bottle of wine, the mains came out, no wine. 45 minutes after sitting at the table wine finally came out but the first course was cold. The first waiter vanished leaving the female waiter to deal with his mess. Finally he shows his face and we order the second course. Again 45 minutes later the food finally comes out but it was rubbish, clearly rushed and nothing like the food any of the previous nights. When we went to pay they were pulling order dockets out of a bin trying to figure out what we had ordered. A total debacle. I communicated the above with the Hotel. They seem not to care much or to be interested in the feedback. I recommend staying elsewhere. There is very nice accomodation throughout the Langhe area at much more reasonable rates, more authentic and with better service.

Beautiful property with lovely views of the Barolo area. The Lab restaurant was a treat and executed great food. Room was great with balcony. Swimming pool was very welcoming in the hot weather. The staff were lovely and breakfast was great with a good choice. Found the whole ambience very peaceful.

Arborina relais is located in the most beautiful surroundings with vineyards. Nice views everywhere you look. We stayed at a junior suite for four nights, very clean and the interior decoration is lovely. Breakfast is super good. We dined several times at the lab bistrot. Very delicious food! The staff is very helpful and friendly . The place is very quiet. Go there for luxury in beautiful surroundings with delicious food just a few steps away.

The hotel itself is gorgeous - so many lovely plants and the rooms are really spacious. We loved having breakfast up on the terrace looking out over the vines. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, making dinner reservations for us and finding availability for a wine tasting nearby. We also had a great massage each at the onsite spa and ate at the restaurant - no complaints whatsoever!
