Gepflegtes Hotel direkt am See. Von dort könnte man den ganzen See zu Fuss umrunden, wunderschöner Steg. Wir waren nur eine Nacht es hat uns aber sehr gut gefallen

Essensmöglichkeiten im und ausserhalb des Hotels sind sehr limitiert

這次是住高樓層面湖四人房，房間整潔，景觀超級好，早餐我是吃中式的清粥小菜，家人吃西式的麵包和配菜，都很好吃。飯店人員服務好，櫃台很有耐心地回答我們對於旅程的詢問，給了很多資訊，溫暖又熱情，很有家的感覺~

房間隔音極為差勁，只要有人使用浴室，洗手洗澡等等就會發出極大的聲音，半夜有人使用浴室被吵醒多次

櫃檯人員非常親切 回到飯店會像家人朋友一樣的問候~ 房間的非常舒服 景色很美~ 一定會再次造訪的~

We love the location & views! We paid a fee to the hotel for overnight parking at the public carpark area and they handled the registration for us—so fuss free!

The view from the balcony was incredible. Reasonably priced. There was some dripping from the ceiling due to weather and the hotel staff do an exceptional job of making sure the problem is taken care of effectively and the guests feel happy. Great management and hospitality.

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。朝ごはんも美味しく、お部屋も綺麗で、眺めは絶景でした。

少し異臭がしたのと、お隣の声が響きました。 朝食の時間が1時間20分しかない点は少し旅程の柔軟性を制限します。

早餐選擇性多元，食物可口

陽台的椅子，坐墊太單薄，久坐不舒服。 室內椅如果多一張腳蹬可以放腿，可以更放鬆

高樓層景觀很好

第一晚入住時，房間內有明顯異味，一開始不清楚原因。後來發現是馬桶水位過低，導致排水管的氣味飄出。再次沖水後，水位恢復正常，異味也隨之消失。若其他住客遇到相同情況，可以嘗試再沖一次水，應可改善。 --- 房間內提供過濾水使用，並建議煮沸後再飲用。不過煮沸後水面會浮著一層物質，讓人對水質產生疑慮，因此最後還是另外購買礦泉水飲用。 另外，有標示 1 樓設有飲水機可供取水，但晚上到 1 樓裝水時，現場完全沒有照明，環境相當昏暗，令人感到不安。建議至少保留基本照明，方便住客安全取水。

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, especially the room with the stunning view of the lake. The service of the staff was quick, responsive and friendly. And the boss who we met by chance was engaging, passionate and willing to share about the beauty, scenic spots and activities at Sun Moon Lake. We had a lovely stay and would definitely want to come back again in future

The hotel is really unique and exclusive. It has Japanese styled rooms and fantastic views of the lake. Sophia from reception was exceptionally nice and helped us to arrange transfer to another city.

Location - requested a lake view room and it was certainly worth it, with a balcony with small table and two chairs. Helpful and friendly staff, welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast delivered to room one day, buffet on second day.

Der schöne Ausblick auf den mystischen See. Netter Balkon mit Stühlen. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück bei diskreter Meditationsmusik mit viel frischem Essen. Radfahren um den See top. Starbucks in unmittelbarer Nähe zum draußen Sitzen.

沒有室內拖鞋！衛生沒有很乾淨 價格偏高

早餐好吃，邊吃邊看著窗邊日月潭很愜意~ 大廳的湖景已經相當足夠，如果起床也想看到湖也相當推薦選湖景房 淋浴設備很讚還有浴缸~水溫很穩 地點超方便，就在水社碼頭第一排去騎腳踏車去超商去吃飯去停車都很方便 停車的話是停中興停車場，收費時是以多繳250元可以無限制進出，可以理解拉但我建議能包進住宿費裡旅客心裡會更舒服

我不太批評飯店的，因為我覺得舒服跟乾淨已經很足夠 但硬要說美中不足也希望改善的就是過濾水，既然提供淨水設備的過濾飲用水 就還是要偶爾維護一下 我對水質很敏感，且喜歡泡茶跟泡咖啡，飯店的過濾水很硬，煮水甚至會出現石灰質唷!對泡茶跟咖啡的愛好者，水質硬泡出來會相對苦澀，只是想說飯店有提供泡茶設備泡紅茶，水質可以再檢視一下。

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern von Booking.com. Mir mussten einen Aufpreis von 3000 Taiwan Dollar bezahlen. Auch wurde uns Mitgeteilt das die Luftseilbahn geschlossen ist, was nicht stimmte. Die Leinenbettwäsche war zu klein.

Det ligger meget centralt. Med en fabelagtig udsigt over søen. Jeg kan anbefale at bo fra sjette sal og op. Gode balkoner, da man nemt kan sidde der i regnvejr, da de er godt overdækket. Meget meget hjælpsom personale. Dog anbefale ikke at bruge det cykeludlejning bureau som hotellet giver discount billetter til, da cyklerne var ringe kvalitet. Der var cykel udlejningsbureauer som havde meget nyere cykler. Fin morgenmad.

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide.

Tolle Lage direkt am See

The location of this hotel was very good, the whole neighbourhood/ town is very small and can be seen within a few hours. There's lots of small souvenir shops & local restaurants right by the hotel. The lake views from the room are absolutely gorgeous, and if you wake up early enough you can watch sunset right from your bed.

The hotel was fine although it did seem to be a little bit on the pricier side in terms of value for money. We weren't big fans of the breakfast which was included, although it might have just been due to our more European taste palate😊

A really spacious room! There is so much floor surface that you can go waltzing there! Location by the pier is very practical, and if you get a lake-view room, you should have great views. (I had a city-view room myself.) A plus for having a shower separate from the bathtub, and the mouthpiece of the shower was high (commonly it is too low for my taste).

But with all that floor space, maybe they could fit in a desk and a chair. OK, I get it, this is not a business hotel. As a word of warning: The air condition is not on by default, but there is a remote control, so you can turn it on. You may have to do that every day.

Excellent property with half the rooms facing the lake. Very comfortable, great room. The staff are 10/10 and the highlight for me. Extremely accommodating and helpful every time they were approached. The location is very convenient, in the heart of Shuishe pier and very close to multiple food food options a short walk away. 30 mins by regular ferry to Ita thao and other parts of Sun Moon Lake that are popular with tourists.

The room was beautiful and clean—I really loved it.

Comfortable room with a great view of the lake, especially in the early mornings before the boats are on the water. Breakfast was decent with some Western and Asian options. Walking distance from the Nantou bus stop, as well as most attractions (e.g. pier, bike shops).

The walls are not very soundproof - could easily hear people next door talking, snoring and the water running in the pipes.

櫃檯人員服務態度不錯，也很親切，早餐的部分雖然選擇沒有很多都還不錯，粥很好吃配料選擇也多，從飯店欣賞日月潭的湖景棒極了！ 飯店房間內有個窗台，能夠在外面吃宵夜吹吹風讓人心情愉悅～

房間的廁所沒有放衣服的架子很不方便，另外房間內也沒有梳妝台提供使用，因為價格上其實也比較高，其實這兩個部分應該要有！

陽台看出去可觀賞日月潭全景很美非常舒服，床墊很好睡….整體算乾淨，讚👍

冰箱空空的，連礦泉水、飲料都沒有。 入住時，告知早上約7:00就可以吃早餐，第二天去吃早餐…卻還未準備好…..問早餐還沒好嗎？ 臉超臭的回答說：8點才能吃早餐….。態度不好！ 需要這麼兇嗎？

The service at this hotel is wonderful; it was very pleasant talking to the gentleman at the reception, who was incredibly courteous and helpful. The location is truly exceptional. Every room offers a stunning view of Sun Moon Lake, whether from the window or the balcony. It is the perfect spot to take beautiful photos of the morning fog and the surrounding mountain reflections in the lake. Additionally, the popular Sun Moon Lake boat tour is very accessible, with the dock located within just a three-minute walk. The hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices, and the food is delicious. Just outside of the hotel, there are various restaurants to choose from as well. Overall, the breathtaking views and prime location make this a fantastic choice, especially for couples.

However, there were a few minor issues with the room layout. The bathroom is small and features an open shower design; I found it difficult to find a convenient place to hang dry clothes or towels to keep them away from the water.

The bathroom was AMAZING! And there was even a small living room area for food and that room was considered a small room. the bed was comfortable and the TV was modern.

It was our mistake, but we weren't able to get the lake view so instead we got the city view which wasn't really a nice view in our opinion. but that was our problem nit the hotel since they already did mention that when booking.

The staff is outstanding and warm, the view is a huge winner compare to the other hotels as its right on the lake and you can reach anywhere within few minuets.

The breakfast could be better but we assume its similar to other hotels.

The location was good for access to shops and sites and the view from the veranda was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The shower in the bathroom was difficult to use as it didn’t drain adequately and leaked into toilet area of the bathroom

1.浴室的設計，水容易潑濺到馬桶側，出入濕濕的，比較不方便。 2.房間內沒有室內拖。

The view from the room facing the lake and port is just superb. Buffet breakfast though not much options but still good. Very accommodating and friendly reception. New, clean and modern facilities.

None i can think of. A bit on pricier side but worth it.

The view at high floor was breath-taking, overseeing the pier and also at mountain level. I could literally spend the whole day just in the hotel room. They even provide a table and 2 chairs at the balcony so u can chill with some tea and food. The service of the staff was also fabulous. I was worried as most business ends around 7pm that i would not be able to check in as my flight was delayed. Was constantly messaging them that i would be there ard 730, then 8, then 9. Only reaching at 9.15pm. Yet the staff was just reassuring me say please have a safe drive, no worries, they would be there to arrange for my check in. And despite me being the last check in, he still remained welcoming, and i told him i haven got dinner he directed me to nearby convenience stall to get instant food, while he took care of my luggages. The attitude was so humble and respectful.

The lower floors balcony is facing the pier, so from pier, u can actually look into the room so less privacy. Breakfast timing was restricted to only 8 to 920am, was a cozy spread. The sun does burn into the bed nearer to the balcony so remember to draw the curtains when u sleep.

They booked a credit card pre-authorization charge 2 days before our arrival which they only reversed 14 (fourteen!) days later -despite a second charge on the day of our arrival. We had to involve booking.com to get our money back!
