Isolamento do quarto com relação ao ar condicionado do quarto adjacente é muito ruim... toda vez que esse ar era acionado gerava um barulho muito forte dentro do quarto (parecia uma turbina ligada) - vc acorda a todo o momento com esse barulho e isso se torna muito desconfortável - nos demais quesitos o hotel é muito bom

Das Hotel ist etwas merkwürdig aufgebaut. Man muss durch das Parkhaus um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Vom Zimmer zum Pool muss man mit einem Fahrstuhl ins EG fahren, durchs Parkhaus und mit einem anderen Fahrstuhl nach oben. In unserem Bad funktionierten die Steckdosen nicht, der Toilettendeckel war gefährlich locker, der Hebel für die Dusche viel ständig ab, die Küche war aus Baumarktbrettern teilweise selbst gebaut und die unglaublich laute Klimaanlage war direkt neben dem Bett meiner Tochter. Die Queensize-Betten waren zu schmal. 1 Erwachsener musste auf einer zu kurzen Klappcouch schlafen. Außerdem waren wir nicht allein im Zimmer. Es gab da noch einen Salamander und kleine Spinnen unter dem Kochfeld. Das Personal sprach fast nur spanisch, was die Verständigung sehr erschwerte.

The breakfast menu was very small and the options were the same everyday, which makes it difficult for someone who is vegetarian. . I also didnt like that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant/room service. I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay for 2 bottles of water at check out when I only had 1 bottle, which I told the receptionist approximately 3 times and she insisted I had 2 bottles because that is what she saw on the system. ( I hold her at no fault) On my day of arrival I had 1 bottle (which was replaced the next morning) and then I proceeded to Walmart to get my own case of water.

Acomodações maravilhosas, fiquei em um flat com quarto, sala e cozinha completa integrada, banheiro e vista para piscina! Tudo que precisamos tinha por lá, café da manhã maravilhoso o melhor de todos os hotéis que fiquei na minha viagem, hotel moderno e estacionamento com manobrista!

Die Bettlaken waren nicht sauber. ( Make up Flecken. Das Laken war nicht frisch Das Unterleintuch ist plastifiziert so dass jede Bewegung Geräusche erzeugt. Die Aircon wurde brutal runtergekühlt Frühstück ok. Besteck aus Plastik ist ganz schlecht.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung. Der Pool im Außenbereich war sogar ausgezeichnet. Sowohl in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit als auch auf die Qualität und die Größe. Der Valet-Service hat gut funktioniert. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent.
Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar und qualitativ unterdurchschnittlich. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht sauber und das dritte Bett (ein Sofa) war nicht vorbereitet. Wir mussten es selbst ausklappen und beziehen. Die Polster waren alle steinhart. Es war unmöglich, darauf adäquaten Schlafkomfort zu finden. Die Dusche war aufgrund des miserablen Wasserstrahls so gut wie nicht verwendbar. Der Lärm aus dem Gangbereich war die ganze Nacht über unerträglich. Verantwortlich dafür waren vor allem Gäste, die nachts ankamen, sowie laut schreiende Kinder, die den Korridor vor den Gästezimmern als Spielplatz umfunktioniert hatten. Ich hatte erwartet, dass zumindest gelegentlich ein Wachdienst für Ruhe und Ordnung in den Gängen sorgen würde. Leider weit gefehlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich. Vor allem beim Check-out. Wir wurden nicht verabschiedet und es wurde kein Wort des Dankes erwähnt.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The room was very spacious and clean. The bedroom was separate from the main area where the sofa bed was, allowing for privacy for my husband and I. The sofa bed was big enough to accommodate our son and 9-year old grandson comfortably. I didn’t participate in breakfast, but my husband said it was pretty good. Although we didn’t make full use of it, I also liked the full kitchen with the stove and refrigerator. The property itself was inviting with vibrant decorations in the lobby and the walkway over to our room.
I didn’t like was that our room’s view was facing a wall, but we got there late at night and left early in the morning so it really was no big deal. It was also a minor inconvenience that the reservation was for 3, but there were not enough bath linen to accommodate our party.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación, la atención de su personal y el servicio en general. El desayuno si bien es cierto es un poco simple, es adecuado para el lugar. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, solo les falta una mesa para poder utilizarla al momento de comer algo en la habitación.
La secadora de la habitación estaba un poco deteriorada, necesitan renovar algunos elementos de las habitaciones y ese es un elemento importante.

Front desk staff were all super helpful, free valet parking guys were efficient (dont forget to tip them) housekeeping were on point. Having a washer/drier in the room is a perfect addition to a suite. Good selection of bites for breakfast. Location is great, between Dolphin and Miami malls and not too far from downtown and MIA if you're driving.
Really couldn't fault anything.

Receptionist need to be trainedy on how to make eye contact and greet customers with a smile, and make guests feel welcome, that was not the case, the young tall guy ignored us and never looked at me, didn’t even say hello. When we arrived the valet parking made no effort to greet us, or welcome us, I left the parking lot not knowing where to go. Other than that everything was great.
