Es war alles wirklich sehr toll. Man hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten Bügeleisen, Kühlschrank Wasserkocher eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ponny war so hilfsbereit und hat bei allem Fragen und Problemen geholfen. Die Lage ist auch gut Man hat viele Restaurants etc in seiner Nähe. Man kriegt frische Handtücher, es gibt sogar wäscheservice kostenlos. Man kriegt Wasser kostenlos gestellt bei regnerischen Tagen sind sogar Regenschirm vorhanden. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nur als kleine Info- Klopapier darf nicht in die Toilette aber das ist relativ häufig in Südkorea so.

We spent a magical week in this beautiful apartment in Seoul. It's spacious and well-decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large table, a fridge, and other appliances. The bathroom is clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and the location is also great. We have wonderful memories from this trip and will remember this apartment as our Seoul home.

I had a wonderful stay at Unicorn Residence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped, and the location was extremely convenient for exploring Seoul by public transport. What really made the difference, however, was Ponny. She was exceptionally kind, helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Just before my arrival, an unexpected problem occurred with my room, and she immediately took responsibility for the situation, arranged alternative accommodation for the first night and made sure everything went smoothly. Her communication was always quick and reassuring. I felt genuinely looked after, not simply like a guest in a hotel.

Nothing significant. The unexpected issue before my arrival was handled so professionally and thoughtfully that it did not negatively affect my overall experience.

Grand studio familial, très bien situé (à proximité de la station Sinseol-dong. Très bien équipé !

La struttura è semplice ma veramente e tanto accogliente. Lo staff, visto che siamo una famiglia con una bimba di cinque anni, ci ha assegnato la stanza più grande ed era veramente comoda e confortevole. Attrezzata con cucina, se la si vuole usare. Lo staff è disponibilissimo e la comunicazione ottima. Ci tornerei senz'altro.

The room was very quaint and cozy, we loved it. Great location - very close to Cheonggyecheon stream.

Loved the staff - very responsive. Loved the location to the bus station and metro. They gave us free water bottles. There was an emart, CU, and GS25 very close by. Also a Paris baguette!!!

We bought roaches crawling around. Didn’t like how the shower/toilet/washing machine was in the same room. Some beds were comfortable and some were not.

Ponny was a great host from the start! Communication was always clear and the check-in process was very easy to follow. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable ☺️ The location was great, we appreciated that the building was not in a busy area but still surrounded by a lively community (the market nearby was really cool!) and overall very well connected with other areas, especially by bus! We're very thankful to Ponny for welcoming us and we surely will come back next time we visit Seoul!

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 이마트, 식당, 미용실외 대중교통이용이 꽤 편리했다. 간단한 음식을 만들 수 있고, 세탁기, 깨끗하고 보송한 수건, 꽤 큰 냉장고, 시원하고 깨끗했던 시설. 카톡으로 실시간 숙소 주인분과 연락이 되고 불편한 점을 정말 빠르게 해결해 주셨다.

予約日を間違えて訪れたにも関わらず、そのままの条件で空いている部屋を利用させていただけました。チェックインできず困っている所に声をかけて対応してくれたスタッフもとても親切でした。部屋は広く、洗剤・食器・タオル・家電など全て揃っていて家族で暮らすように過ごすこともできそうです。ほんとに広々しているので大人数で過ごしたら楽しそうです。

トイレとシャワーが一緒にあるところ。トイレでペーパーが流せないところ。それらをわかって利用しているので韓国式が体験できたということで良くなかったとは思いません。シャワーカーテンで水ハネを止められるとさらに快適かと思います。

직원의 친절함과 정성이 다른 모든 단점을 까먹을 만하게 너무 좋았어요. 아기자기 이쁘게 잘 꾸며져있었요.

일단 건물자체가 오래된 건물이 가지고있는 단점들이 있었어요. 너무 작은 화장실이라던가. 윗층에서 물쓰는 소리가 들렸어요. 비가오는 날이있었다해도 에어컨을 돌리는중에도 약간의 쿱쿱함이있었어요.

A really nice big space for a family, much bigger than anywhere else we stayed in Seoul. Lots of conveniences to may the stay easy like power adapters, kitchen utensils.

A strong, unpleasant smell upon arrival, which was hard to get rid of. It may have been cleaning products. Also, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived despite giving many hours advanced warning of when we’d be there (this was hard to manage with small, tired kids). Our kids also got bitten by mosquitos in the room during the stay (yes they were definitely in the room, because we killed a couple of them ourselves).

Sorry for very late review. We reserved deluxe queen bed. Room can accommodates 2 big large hard case luggages. Was able to leave the luggages open. No breakfast was served but have access to private kitchen & private laundry. Pony is very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating, & understanding. Had to do late check in due to delayed flight. Also allowed us to do late check out to finish what we need to do at Myeondong. From Dongmyo Station, it's 15minutes away by uber. Place is clean, safe & quiet.

Appartamentino con troppa oggettistica per renderlo particolare che forse non era necessaria. Ad esempio:, avere un'altalena in 45 mq forse... Anche meno. Bagno piccolo con doccia inclusa.

A private suite with everything one can need. Not luxurious but very cozy , feels like home. It’s very spacious for Seoul where most of the hotels are so small that you can’t even open your suitcase inside. You have a microwave, fridge, water boiler , hairdryer, hair iron, AC and even a fan. The location is very good. You have a metro station that you can reach by foot. 10 minutes. Bus stop is only a few steps away. Very nearby (3 minutes walk) , you have convenient stores and small local restaurants with Korean food for a very cheap price. You even have a pharmacy right down. The cherry on top is the host. She’s the sweetest. Just send her a message if you need anything and she’ll be there for you. The check in instructions are also very clear and well explained.

Landlady Ponny was incredibly kind—our flight landed 7:30 in the morning and she let us check in early without any extra charges. I mean you rarely find such generosity anywhere else; we are truly grateful. The room was spotless and clearly prepared with great care, with thoughtful attention to every detail. It had recently been renovated, and we were even upgraded to a better room. Our whole family had a wonderful stay. This was our fourth visit, and we will definitely be back again.

Before booking, I noticed that this property had an exceptionally high satisfaction rating and many glowing reviews. I was curious about why guests rated it so highly, and now I completely understand. We booked a 6-person room for our family trip to Seoul. We arrived very early in the morning, around 7:00 AM, and Pony was incredibly responsive even during the wee hours. When she saw that we had already arrived at the property, she promptly prepared our room and allowed us to check in much earlier than the standard check-in time, free of charge. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, she provided a large bottle of water for each guest every day, which was a very nice touch. She also went above and beyond by helping us arrange food delivery whenever we needed assistance. Another example of her outstanding hospitality was when my sister unexpectedly decided to join us for one night. I reached out to Pony regarding the situation, and she was very accommodating and helpful in finding a solution. What impressed us most was her genuine care for her guests. On the day of our departure, she asked about our next destination, helped us with navigation, and even arranged for her father to drive us to the nearest metro station. This was an incredible help because our family was traveling with 10 pieces of luggage. The property location was also excellent as it is close to bus and metro station. Walking distance to convenience stores. The room was great, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality and kindness shown by Pony and her family. They went far beyond what we expected from a host and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Seoul, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you, Pony and family, for making our trip so memorable! ❤️

Нам все очень понравилось. В апартаментах чисто и удобно. Каждый день уборка. Апартаменты удобно расположены. В них есть все необходимое для жизни. Хозяйка Понни все время на связи и готова помочь. Разрешила нам поздний выезд без оплаты и заказала для нас трансфер до вокзала.

広くて立地がよく、オーナーが親切！ベッドカバーがかわいくて女子3人テンション上がりました！ ドライヤーの他、コテや変換器プラグまであり、大変助かりました。東大門で夜中まで買い物しても歩いて帰れました。スーパー、チムジルバン、海鮮市場、コンビニも歩いてすぐでした。

There is no separate shower space in the bathroom. The decoration is a bit outdated and the place was a bit far from almost everything we did.

The property is located in a residential area close to shops, restaurants, supermarket and local market. It is about 4-8 minute walk to the metro station. The room is clean and has cute decorations. The beds and beddings are soft and comfortable. The kitchenette has basic utensils for use. Our contact, Ponny, was very accommodating to our needs, and helped us book our van transfer from and back to the airport.

We suggest having a desk mirror in the room. The existing mirror was fixed on the wall and quite small. It will be helpful to have another one, especially several people are staying together.

Posizione ottimale, Ponny super gentile e carinissima. Sempre a disposizione. Ci ha aiutato anche nella prenotazione del taxi quando siamo andati via. La stanza è unica, con tre letti molto comodi. Manca solo l'appoggio per i bagagli ma per pochi giorni è una vera chicca a Seoul. Anche il bagno si poteva sfruttare meglio ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi.

Al principio cuando llegué, entré por la parte de atrás del hotel y me preocupé por la zona, no se veía muy bien y cuando llegué al hotel vi recipientes de basura y una garage y sí me preocupé, pero ya cuando entré vi que todo estaba muy bien

I wasn’t sure about the location when booking, but after staying there, I can totally recommend it! It’s not far from the city center, and all the buses and subway stations are nearby without being crowded at all. A great bonus is a huge supermarket just around the corner. Ponny is an amazing host - extremely helpful and very understanding. 100/10

Great location, handy for shopping and groceries. Flat nice and clean and spacious. Having a washing machine was really helpful. Also, importantly, the host was fantastic and responded often within minutes of a request.

No oven or toaster. Maybe expecting an oven is asking too much but a toaster is quite a simple thing and a lot of European guests like toast in the morning. The TV was forever initialising and never actually came on.

Ponny was very friendly and helpful, his quick response helped us a lot. He also offered a commute to the nearby train station after the check out.The room has a washing machine which is friendly for us, my daughter also likes the swing like sofa in the room. The location was also quite convenient.

It's tough to endure the bathroom whose toilet is just next to the shower without any separation. Ponny promised me to renovate the room by our next visit, if this works I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The location was very good and the host was very fast at replying and giving us information. The room was very clean too. For the price, it was reasonable.

We stayed in the room with the six bunk beds in February and though the room was heated, the bathroom was not making it almost unbearably cold. The decor of that room is also very startling; kids’ duvets and blinds compared to dark grey walls that made the room feel quite gloomy and claustrophobic.
