We arrived 8 minutes s late because of no sleep from the noise the previous night, the india waiter had mo heart and we could not get the feee breakfast , plus he threatened me and chased me out of the hotel ( Ricks restaurant in the hotel ), told me to get out , i only defended myself and told him to get back to his station, it wasn't his place to tell me to leave the hotel . He should be fired !!!

I had requested the jacuzzi tub room but was given a king bed with a fireplace. I do say the room was nice and modern with a fireplace between the bed and tv room. Unfortunately a dirty grill was left in the room hidden in a cupboard with a foul smell. The staff apologized profusely while bringing towels for our second day stay at our request

Good breakfast

We didn’t stay there at all. The place looked rough when came into the parking lot. Because we had prepaid for the room, I asked to see it before we checked in. As I was led up a few steps into the hallway, I noticed that the carpet was wore through to the wood on the steps. As I was led down the hall to our room, I noticed 4 doors in four rooms that were damaged and looked like they would close. When the door was opened to our room, the smell that wafted out was horrendous. It smelled ver mouldy and like it had been heavily smoked in although I was informed that it was “non-smoking”. The hotel was so dirty, I would even bring my wife in…. I told the staff member, “There is no way we could stay in a room like that”, and left”. I would like Booking.com to have my money returned in full, as what was advertised and what I experienced was the worst I have ever seen. If I were them, I would not even advertise rooms there at all.

It was dirty, worn out, and the odour was overwhelming.

The manager on shift was very helpful and very proffesional..

The hallway and rooms didn't smell fresh and cool, it was warm and stuffy.

The breakfast was disappointing and the wait staff took over 20 mins to bring the bill. In the end we left cash on the table and left.

The hotel was downtown which was convenient. There were vouchers for breakfast.

There were vagrants hanging around the parking lot of the hotel which I found unsafe.

How close to the highway it was.

The hotel was dirty. My room was terrible, the toilet didn't flush, the carpet wasnt vacuumed and food was coming up from the sink.

Lobby looked nice, seemed like it was going to be well taken care of.

Floors had sticky, dirty spots. The hair dryer kept tripping the breaker. Beds were noisy and lumpy. You could hear every noise from every neighbour.

Sehr lärmig bis nach 23 Uhr. Andere Gäste (Arbeiter die für längere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft einquartiert sind) waren auf Parkplatz, vor den Zimmer, mit laufendem Motor und sehr lauter Musik.

Very convenient and accessible location, and a generous breakfast.

It was not the cleanest. Tub had hair in it and the desk drawer held a bloody tissue.

Not a family friendly hotel, don't recommend. Dingy "oil patch hotel" feel to it. old smoke smell covered up by fragrances. The toilet in our room was tiny, Its something like the size you'd see in a kindergarten classroom. The mattresses were hard and springy, and quite squeaky. When we checked out, after one night, I noticed on the outside door there were pry bar marks at the door latch and the weather striping was picked away. My kids did not feel comfortable/safe. Seems like maybe its a rougher part of town. This hotel was the same cost, actually $2 more/per night, then a competitor on the west side of the river that's much newer, nicer...not smelly with VERY comfortable mattresses.

When we pulled in the angle parking to the right of the main doors was so slippery my truck just got slid into a jeep

Its simple and the cheaper fair in town that has a breakfast option and thanks Rickies for providing breakfast.

Compring the price to the city, there are few amenities. No Gym, unless having no elevator equals being the stair master. No covered parking nor means to plug your car. The ice machine has been out of order for over a month, same with the entrance doors. The lighting fixtures of the room are outdated by a couple of decades and give you the horror film estetic when you turn them on. The door latch is almost falling off, and noticeable signs of forced entry in the past. I was charged the $100 incidental and my full stay when I checked in, which is the opposite of most places that charge when checking out. It's been 3 business days, and I still haven't been refunded for my incidentals, so I'll wait two more before I contact them.

Staff were not able to put us in a room in the main hotel building, booked 2 rooms and requested together. We were separated into 2 separate buildings not in the main hotel. Buildings mainly for field workers? The hallways smelled awful. The separate buildings were not that nice and did not feel as safe or family friendly as the actual hotel would have felt.

I really liked the air conditioner which also serve as room warmer/heater. I enjoyed the breakfast.

I booked the room with booking .com and then went to see it. It was dirty with dead bugs and dirt all over the bed. I took a pic and told the man at front desk. He apologized and retu my deposit but BOOKING . COM DID NOT REFUND MY 146.33 yet! I’ve been going back and forth with the booking .com and manager and still no refund!

PROS Good location, room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast, the building was built in an interesting way using modules on a hill.Check in was fast and gentle. CONS Breakfast was terrible, the poorest I have ever taken in similar hotels. Food was cold, even when I went to the food hall about 7:45am and they close at 9am. There was no milk or cream in the corresponding jars and no staff around. Hash browns were that bad, that I ended throwing them away. If you have limited mobility, do not go to this hotel, there are tons of stairs with no elevator. Even the breakfast hall is in the basement. The lady at the check out took a long time with the person in front of me. She did not even tell me “I will be with you in a minute”. I noticed a bucket with used key cards on the counter, I just threw mine there and left.
