Stayed in room 103, the room was just right for my stay, stayed 2 nights, and was able to park my car right outside the room.

Just the one noisey truck that went past in the morning.

Side bed light with no bulb, plug to the kettle not close enough - had to move kettle on top of microwave to function. Socket access to plug the iron not near enough.

I stayed in an upstairs unit, there are stairs from ground and up one floor. The property is dated, BUT! it has everything you need and exceptionally clean! I’ve stayed in hundreds of properties over 30 years of travel for work and the water pressure for this establishment is the best! Soooo strong! The bed is comfortable, all linen super clean, kitchenette crockery a bit of a mismatch but everything still there! Coffee & tea condiments and little punnets of milk. Friendly and attentive staff and definitely value for money! No noise between rooms as I think all walls, floor cement based. Huge closet/wardrobe and great heat pump. Check in was super quick! Paid using booking online payment portal. Rooms are very spacious as well as bathroom.

This is not the owners fault, but construction is happening right across Drury, along motorway and township, so there is noise throughout business hours, however if you turn the TV on, you can’t hear a thing. Window & door locks may need improvement for security purposes! If hotel guests parked their vehicles properly, there wouldn’t be such an issue arriving or departing the hotel, some people have no courtesy for others, not the hotel staffs role to police this, this is common sense! Hotel is on main road, so traffic is heavy throughout business hours, most hotels in the Papakura/Karaka/Drury area run along the same main road.

The pictures don't match the reality of the rooms. Kitchen facilities poor.Sliding door had mould and was not clean. Overall the place was very run down.

Overall the motel needs some upgrades/ renovations.

We were upstairs, and enjoyed the unit. The bed was firm, and suited us well. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was practical. The room was large, with space for storing clothes, and a table for the computer. The location was close to the main motorway into Auckland. It was a 5 minute drive to Papakura to shops.

There is a lot of building work happening around this location, roading, new subdivisions. This means that there is a lot of construction noise and machinery work opposite the motel. This is a busy road, so the traffic only quietens in the later hours of night.

3 ppl in a room and only had 2 towels I went to the office rang bell 4 times and still No Answer, 8am sunday morning cleaners in room above us vaccuming walking around pretty noisy

Everything was perfect

The room was tidy. This room included air con, private kitchen and bathroom facility.

Car parking space was too congested at the far exit way for SUV's, ute's. Very hard to get in and get out. The motel was on the main road. Even it was weekend, still I didn't sleep well cause of the running vehicles on the road at night time.

The parking was a bit difficult, as it was on a slant. Otherwise it was ok

The air conditioning pump rattled and drummed through the room even when turned off

the bed is very comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. There’s also a bakery shop right next door, which is very convenient.

Cockroach in bathroom, walls in bathroom need wiping can see all the dirty water marks down the walls by towel rails. Some cutlery not clean.

Its what was expected for an off the motor way accommodation. Bedding didn't seem the cleanest, maybe an upgrade in furniture would have been good.

Location was central to why I looked not far from venue. Very clean first impression

Cleanliness. Big spider webs, kitchen bin dirty. No extractor in the bathroom. No power points in the bathroom. No full-length mirror. Bathroom mirror damaged.

Pretty basic accommodation, friendly welcome and it was reasonably clean. Good water pressure in the shower.

It was convenient to book and stay on the southern side of Auckland to carry on our trip heading south the next morning. Easy to get on and off the motorway. Owners were friendly and the cleaning lady too. Room was clean and comfy. Had an aircon unit and all basic amenities.

Had no idea that the room was upstairs. Also the room itself had been upgraded and looked great but the toilet slider door really needs replacing as it wasn't lockable and wasn't fitted on a slider rail at the bottom so door would push/blow open. Not a big fan of the small individual milk pottles which is lucky to hold a teaspoon of milk though. But glad we had some coffee and sugar.
